Recently I drove from Edmonton to St.John's for a family reunion. I spent 2 weeks there and on the day we left we had car trouble in Grand Falls. We had to cancel our trip on the Ferry and spent the night there, had the vehicle diagnosed and found out the water pump failed. We were able to get the vehicle back to St. Johns and I had to get the part shipped in from Edmonton. Royal garage took my vehicle in right away, diagnosed the same and told me when the pump comes in they will install it that day. The pump was shipped incorrectly and another was ordered. I had reservations to leave on Saturday and Paul McGinn assured me that if the part arrived before noon on Friday that they would get it installed. It did and they were true to their word. we were able to make our trip off the island. I can't express how helpful the whole staff was there to help me and my family get back to Edmonton. Special thanks to Paul for making it happen. I just wish I could get my vehicle serviced there all the time. Thank You Bill Jenkins

Never bought my jeep from them but they insist I display their dealer tag otherwise I wont get service. Rude, snobby, and arrogant service staff especially the service manager. Highly advise to stay away unless you want stickers added to your vehicle without your consent.

I find it amazing that this dealership thinks it is an acceptable practice to put a sticker on someone's vehicle whe just in for service. Clearly management here has some entitlement issues to think they can make changes to someones property without permission.

I had my truck in for some warranty work yesterday went to pickup the truck this morning and see that there was a dodge city sticker on my tailgate. Wasn’t very pleased as they didn’t ask if they could put the sticker there, but the best part was when I asked the service guy about it he told me to bring the truck down back to the washbay and they will remove it but don’t bother coming back here again if i removed it, What a brutal way to run a business over getting a sticker that I wasn’t even asked about getting put there removed, I am beyond angry with Dodge city’s service, and dont recommend getting any work done here unless you don’t mind getting stickers put on your vehicle without your permission

Terrible service and shuttle. They charged me for replacement of all stud lugs right after warranty period while I had changed my tires last three times there. I noted my car was driven 13km after tire change and setting of driver seat, radio, AC were all changed. Unbelievable to test drive for such a long dis after tire change. Simply I will avoid going back there

Putting stickers on vehicles without permission and scratching vehicles

Brought my Jeep in because the engine light was on. They charged me for work that was covered by warranty. They did additional work without authorization. The bill wasn't itemized to show what work was done and exactly what I was charged for. The service manager refused to return calls. I contacted FCA Canada to explain what was going on. After reviewing the case they sided with me and tried to get the crooks to reimburse me. Royal Garage ignored Chrysler and refused to pay. Chrysler ended up reimbursing me themselves. Avoid these thieves at all costs.

I personally would never buy a Chrysler product to begin with, but I have heard of countless horror stories from friends about royal garage. Apparently they can refuse warranty work if you don't allow them to put some ugly royal garage sticker on the back of your vehicle LOL. A dozen posts in car groups on the island, all having the same issue. People complain every time and the managers response is for them simply not to return to the dealership. Crooks.

Ridiculous Service. Will not reccomend to anyone. Owner refused warranty work because I told him not to put a sticker on my truck. He red flagged my vehicle from ever returning Unreal!! I detail my own vehicles and will not be subject to a cheesy dealer decal to promote their service especially when they put it on over the paint and last oil change never tightened up the filter spilling oil into my driveway. Piss poor service and quality run by a nasty old school owner. Buy and service your vehicle elsewhere.

Twice placed a dealer sticker on the tailgate of my truck after asking them not to place one on it. The second time they scratched the paint up and it required a compound and polish. It's to bad because the service dept were good to deal with other then that. Prob won't be back. Will go to Hickmans instead.

Let’s just say I will not be back. The worst dealership I ever dealt with. They can’t find the issues that are wrong with your vehicle and then try to charge you for “no faults found”. When your vehicle is still under full coverage warranty it’s the first time I ever heard of this. They are nothing more than thieves.
