I rented a 1/2 ton crew cab pick up with the help of Alicia Martin, Truck Branch Manager at this location. The service was absolutely excellent. Alicia was very helpful and made the process very easy. I needed the truck to move my piano to my daughter's home in Boston MA. Alicia provided the appropriate size truck and suggestions on what would be needed to move the piano - ramp, ties, etc. If I ever need to rent a vehicle in the future I will use Enterprise (Alicia) again and recommend them to anyone!

Was charged more than was quoted (by $50), and was charged for 2 days, when we only needed the one. We knew going into the rental that we would be paying for two days, but when you need to rent a truck, you need to rent a truck. If you have a truck rental service and you rent by the day, it's not cool to force people to pay for the second day. Closing at noon on Saturday and making people pay for an extra day (Sunday) because you're closed? That's wrong, man. And I don't care if I have to book a freakin YEAR out, to rent from another company, I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. (Picked up truck on May 8, and would have returned it on the same day, but since we were paying the second day anyways, returned it on May 9).

Absolutely the worst rental experience. A Dodge Ram 1500 that was brought back from a fleet return, so I was told, the seats were filthy and smelled like someone was sleeping in it for the 58000 kilometers that were on it without every washing. We returned the vehicle and they were more than happy to provide another vehicle however we were accused of putting a dent in the returned vehicle. Suggesting I check with my team to see if someone dented it when I was the person in possession of the vehicle. They suggested it was hit by a door of a of a larger vehicle. The vehicle was parked in my home driveway and at work where no other vehicle could park next to it. The pre inspection was completed with me and an enterprise rep who circled the vehicle in about 20 seconds and said it was all good. They missed this when it was returned from previous rental and now trying to have someone else pay for the small dent that was noticed only by seeing a reflection while looking close against the truck. I suggest you find another facility to rent from because this one is bad.

Enterprise truck rental was a very positive experience. The equipment was excellent and clean when units picked up. The two vehicles I rented at two different occasions where less then a year old. (16 ft.) units. The staff where very helpful and courteous. The prices quoted for both moves were very competitive. Thank You again for your understanding, assistance and help from your staff. Absolutely awesome commercial vehicle service and support. Staff goes above and beyond to do whatever they can to help. Plus the most up to date vehicles already upfitted for the job. Only suggestion would be to add a couple reefer equipped vehicles to the fleet.

Recently rented a Cargo van from here, and had a really good experience. The van was ready timely, including it being started to warm up and get rid of the snow. The checkin was simple and quick, and then the fact you can drop off after hours is a huge plus for me. Overall an excellent service and would use again.

We were moving across the country and required a large truck. They are very scarce and if you can find one very expensive. Kyle not only found one for us, but also gave us a reasonable price for the rental. This made the move less difficult as moving is stressful in itself. Highly recommended Kyle and this location for their service and professionalism.
