Why I was lied to by stating the deposit was raised over two years ago to $200.oo is beyond me. Other people just this week pay $100 deposit so why was I charged $200 deposit on top of my credit card. Returned car earlier and didn't even get a refund from my full two day purchase. Stated hourly rate went over my daily rate.... They say they will pick you up but dont state that their pick up zone is roughly a 10km radius of just barrie Not happy with this operation

I always use enterprise when renting, but don’t try to call this location you’ll never get through. And when you decide to wait on hold you get disconnected at 9min11sec. Called 6 times waited on hold and still didn’t get to talk to anyone.

horrible experience. enterprise overall is good, and helped me out. but this location specifically are so bad. no customer care whatsoever, no customer service. the manager is a terrible representation of the enterprise brand. i will not use enterprise at this location, but have no problem using it else where. customers should be warned about their sketchy tactics and rude behavior. good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to come here in the future. corporate should be very concerned for this location

They are amazing at that center. I haven't had any negative experience.... all positive. The team has been knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Kyle is a great manager (from what I can observe), he's approachable and remembers his customers, even remembers where they live. He has gone the extra mile to make sure that a customer leaves happy. Mitchell is the cool guy and takes care of his customers quickly and efficiently. Miguel, Ali and I think Gordon (sorry if I got the name wrong) are always ready to assist whenever possible. NO STAR RATING!!! Just as the lack of cars this place has, they keep the same with customer service lacking. Employee who does the customer pick ups you would think know who they are picking up at the customers work. Not show up not find said person and then leave. Only to have you wondering why they never picked you up. Youll have a better time hitchhiking then thinking they have cars available. No I don't want to talk to your customer care e-mail. So I rent a lot of vehicles. And not ever have I seen such incompetence. The phone number on my account is old. Sure. But the foolish employees here who called to confirm my reservation action just assumed they were talking to me; Clearly forgetting a simple thing as ASKING FOR A NAME. I rented a car from Enterprise Belleville this week and the experience was very good. On pickup I was offered a free upgrade (which I accepted!). Chris, the manager, is efficient and thoughtful. It was a bonus (for me) to be offered a ride back home. Lou was the kind driver and he drove me to my door, but............. Along the way Lou stopped to assist a woman driver whose trailer had come loose from the hitch. Within minutes she was able to continue! I thank Lou for his ride, but also for serving in our armed forces (he's a veteran!) for decades. Thanks to Enterprise Belleville.

It finally turned out, after my own verification, that the vehicle had almost no engine oil and that it was an opaque black color - After 2 complaints to the parent company and a visit to a branch, no one from the Terrebonne branch called us back, even if the parent company told us that we would have a call within 48 hours. So no apologies and no compensation from them. Avoid this place at all costs, the service is awful! . Il s'est avéré finalement, après ma propre vérification, que le véhicule n'avait presque plus d'huile moteur et qu'elle était d'une couleur noire opaque - Après 2 plaintes à la maison mère et une visite en succursale, aucune personne de la succursale de Terrebonne ne nous a rappelé, même si la maison mère nous avait mentionné que nous aurions un appel dans les 48 heures. Guy told me it takes 48 hours for site to be updated, really? What is the point of even having online reservations if there is a time lag of 2 days. Not a good experience!

Had a car booked for 8am pick up for while my car was in the body shop show up at 8am takes them 20 minutes to verify information because they kept stopping assisting me to answer the phone! Yep you read that right! After 1/2 and hour of this they tell me they do not have a rental for me but they will give me a ride to work. UMMM WHAT!?!?! Tell me that 1/2 hour ago when we started this already hellish customer service experience because my car also needs to get to the body shop and I need to be at work before 9am which you have now left me 20-25 minutes to figure out how I'm going to get all this done, and that is the immediate issue what about the fact I now do not have a vehicle and it is -30. I can honestly say worst customer service I have experienced all year!The next day I get a call at 11:30am this morning from the Manager at Enterprise... he called to tell me I was angry yesterday and left the store. Yes I was and why would I stand in the store when you a) do not have the service I had booked and b)now need to figure out how to get my car dropped at the body shop and my butt at work in the next 25 minutes... I really don't have time to Lollygagg around here while you shovel BS at me. He also said in his message that he had been trying to help me the day before... nope actually you didn't say two words to me you told the agent that was helping me there are no vehicle tell her to come back. Sorry that doesn't count as assistance in my books. He also asked if I could go to the store today so he could personally apologize. Ok buddy I will just strap on my wings and fly right over... or better yet I will enchant my broomstick and ride that over. He also wanted to know if he could book me a car for sometime in the next few days. So you still don't have a vehicle for me it is 27.5 hours after my specified booking, and you want me to make multiple trips to your store front on foot so that you can further waste my time. No thank you. When I didn't call him back he called me again once again to tell me I was angry yesterday and to see if he could make another reservation for me over the next couple of days. So really still no apology and in no way want to make it right and wants to blame me for him not providing me with the service I booked. Perfect I will add this to my book "The correct way to perfect customer service". Just when I think this situation couldn't get worse!

I’m very happy with the level of service at this Enterprise! It was my first time at this location and I was overly impressed with everything from the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted by warm and friendly staff and received quick service. The only downside for those who are not familiar with Brampton (like myself) is the location which can be easy to miss - especially if you’re driving by quickly on Queen, but I would definitely be back shoud I ever need car service in the Brampton area again.

Easy pickup - We found our Sydney and Baddeck drive to be easy, directions from the Enterprise people was a Google map, but it worked fine. Our return was a little iffy, as we found construction had blocked the name of the street that we needed to turn onto to go back to the Enterprise office. So... we found the landfill and took a tour around it to get back to their office! Thank you for your pickup and delivery to our cruise ship!

The staff was friendly and the car was clean and had a full gas tank, however, they delivered the car at a different time then they had told me when I notified them I had to work and failed to call me to let me know the car would be late. Later my damage deposit wasn't dealt with promptly as the 2-4 weeks it should've took in the mail turned into 7 or 8 after I called them twice. I would say they are good to rent from but make sure you call them if something is late as they wont.

Rented for Canada day weekend. We got a fabulous rate and a complimentary vehicle upgrade. The staff I dealt with, (I believe it was Mitchell) were very friendly and efficient. I called last minute to be picked up and even though all the pickups were booked Mitchell was able to squeeze me in and sent someone right away. The driver who picked me up was very friendly and personable. The vehicle I was upgraded to (2019 Ford Escape) was fantastic to drive and brand new. I was able to drop off after hours and it was as effortless as picking up. Thank you so much, you will be seeing me again!

Worst car rental place of all time. I think you need to change your paying options, cause most people use a debit MC or debit Visa. And they don't accept cash. I wish I could give less than one star, seeing as I never actually got a vehicle from Enterprise. I reserved a mini-van two weeks before I needed it and the day I went to pick it up I was told there were no vehicles for me. The worker said multiple times that "You can see there's no vehicles" and "I called you". I asked what time he called and he said 7:30 am that morning, I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 8:30 am that same day. He then repeatedly questioned why I only listed my work phone and not my personal cell phone. He then said that he would have a vehicle ready for me in the evening, even though I needed the vehicle for that morning, which is why I rented it for that morning. I would have appreciated getting a call sooner than the morning I was supposed to pick up. It's also frustrating to know that they don't have a schedule for when their vehicles will be back and inform people if the vehicle they need won't be avaible. I'm really disappointed that this is the only rental business in Brandon, MB.

Worst experience ever!! A total waste of time.. We booked SUV over the phone and the guy emailed and said you will either get the Dodge Durango or Nissan Pathway (we asked for that size vehicle). We get there and they didn’t have any of them and were offering us something similar to what we already have as a car at the same price. They didn’t have anything else available for us either. Take pictures of every little scatch and don’t forget to look underneath the vehicle. My personal experience: I was called back after returning a vehicle and blamed for some damage on lower back passenger side. The damage wasn’t visible and you had to bend to see underneath the vehicle to notice it. I’m 100% positive that the damage wasn’t caused by me but I didn’t have a proof as when I picked up the vehicle i took pictures of everything but didn’t even bother to look underneath the vehicle. Long story short I had to pay 470$ for a very minor damage that I didn’t cause. Probably the person who rented before me caused the damage and the company blamed me for it.

I had to take my F150 to the body shop, and my insurance company said a rental is included in my coverage. And because I lost the use of a truck, I was entitled to a truck as my rental. Since the car rental locations don't normally have trucks available, they still managed to find me one. The only issue was that I couldn't get one with a trailer tow package, but turns out I didn't need it. My truck was repaired ahead of schedule, negating the need for a hitch. Highly recommend Enterprise for daily or long-term rentals. Just reserve a vehicle you need ahead of time so they can find one for you.

Worst experience.... should post Minus (-5 stars) for the customer service they offered.... The area manager and this branch manager are unprofessional (I felt they are showing racism, as I’m from Saskatchewan.. they said you are from out of province we don’t trust and we don’t take risks from past experiences) because my credit card got declined once and asked them to recheck by raising a new ticket, which they would be doing only to the local resident not to the out of province customers. They don’t know the basics of customer service and respectable approach to customers. I booked a truck and called in, they said they don’t have a truck and offered me a SUV, which I rejected and escalated the issue. After escalation, the area manager called me back and said there is a truck waiting for you. Went to the branch, they checked in but due to some issue my card got declined but when I called my bank they said the card was working fine. So, I requested the branch manager to recheck if the system can approve, intentionally she opened the same ticket and asked me to insert the card, where she was supposed to open a new ticket and do the transaction. When I asked her to open a new a ticket and try, she said she can’t do it because of the guidelines which I suppose only this branch is following as I’m renting vehicles in enterprise from nearly 2 years. Credit cards or debit card gets blocked sometimes due to some technical or wrong Leung pins or so. It does not mean or make the customer is a thief or bandit who will try to steal the car or so. When called up the area manager he is so polite (recklessly). And the area manager is very sarcastic in saying out in a way, kind of - you can escalate to whom ever you want. In this branch - this z the second time... Worst worst worst experience...

Waiting over a week now for someone to contact me over the fact that they turned a freshly valeted car over to me that had apparently soaking wet carpet but didnt bother to tell me ( obviously duty of care isnt a priority for them). Stay far away from this place. For a business where Customer Service is the business, the individuals that work here are sorely lacking in that department. They happily rent you defective , high mileage cars and they hardly ever give you the car you actually reserved. When they give you that so-called courtesy call after you return the car, they don't want to hear about any problems you may have encountered, they just promptly hang up the phone. All of the agents seem to take their Customer Service queues from their leader , a guy named "Kav", the most disingenuous person I've ever met . I can go on and on about the people that work there, but I just don't care to devote any time to that. I can only hope that they can find a career that makes them happy, preferably not in Customer Service.

We just wanted to add an additional driver to our contract. The salesperson wasn’t available and after we called them, they said they will be available at 4:30. They showed up around 15 mins late and it took us more than 30 mins to add a new driver. That’s because there were 2 more costumers and there were only 1 person. I have used this location twice and service has been excellent. They will go above and beyond to make sure customer is happy. I picked up a car and found the speakers were muffled but I didn’t care much. I got a call next day to make sure if everything was alright and I mentioned the speakers. It feels telling and sad that though Enterprise responded to this post, (below) they did not respond to the email I took the time to send them per their request. Sigh. We have rented from Enterprise many times over the last decade (many times each year) and there are multiple things we have loved about our experience. A few of the people have been professional and helpful. (The driver is especially nice!) We love the option of them picking us up and dropping us off (though this has been uncertain as there have been times when they've told us at the last minute that they were unable to do so, leaving us in the lurch.) What disappoints me the most about our experience with them, however, can be summed up in the phone calls we had with them today. They made a mistake on our account and when we called to ask them to fix the situation, they spent the entirety of both phone calls talking over us. As a customer who was taking time out of my busy schedule to fix a problem that was their fault in the first place, this felt more than frustrating. I tried to explain that I needed them to LISTEN and was interrupted several more times. I can only hope they learn this basic customer service skill in the near future.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable including the corporate call center staff. I rented an f-150 EcoBoost which I highly recommend if you're in need of a large vehicle. The truck was nice and clean. I got 10.7l / 100 kms on my drive to and from the east side of Ottawa from Barrie. My issue is that when I called and reserved a small compact car (seeing as I'm driving to Ottawa and back), the call centre told me that have them available at my desired location. I recieved a confirmation email shortly after the call ended. Then, a few minutes later I recieved a call from the front desk at this location stating that they don't have any vehicles available for me and that the reservations office that I was forward to doesn't have an accurate listing of vehicles available. This is something they need to work on, quickly. Anyway, the staff member told me to come in anyway and he guaranteed me that he would have a car for me shortly after closing because people were due to return vehicles at that time. So I made the hour drive to Barrie because the Collingwood location also had no vehicles. I got there only to realize that they were giving me a Ford F-150 EcoBoost for my long trip to Ottawa and back. I appreciate that they gave me the truck for the rate of the compact car originally quoted, however, if I had known I was getting this truck, I would've contacted a couple other car rental agencies to see if they had any compact cars available instead. I had already had a family member drive me an hour to get there so there was no backing out now. I ended up spending $150 on gas, which is not bad for the kms I put on, but if I had a compact car, it would've been half of that. I understand that leading into the winter is their busiest time of the year, so I don't fault them for having no vehicles available and they sure tried to make it work for me. I just wish that when he told me he guaranteed he would have a car for me that it was actually a car, or he could've said that there is a possibility that I'll get a larger vehicle. At that point I would've made some other phone calls to check around for other rentals. Overall, my experience was okay. The staff was friendly and the vehicle was great. They just need to make their inventory more accurate for the reservations office. I have used enterprise for many years, I recommend them to everyone because of the friendly staff, nice vehicles and great rates.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Rented a vehicle through them for several days for a trip. A few hours after returning the vehicle, it occurred to me that I had forgotten a personal item inside of the vehicle. Upon contacting them about it the following day, they completely denied the item even being in the vehicle. My personal belonging was confiscated and stolen by whomever cleaned and inspected the vehicle. Completely unprofessional and ill business practice. I was shown a 12ft van. whereas I had requested a van which according to the nomenclature of the site, is a truck (on the site we see a truck where it is indicated "van" next to it). In short, I was not happy and I asked for a truck but the attendant told me that they did not have one available. Another attendant arrived and I informed her of the error and immediately she replied that she was going to prepare one right away! What service ! Gascon le mercredi et rendu au dimanche (jour de mon déménagement) je me suis présentée à la succ. et c'est lorsque le préposé m'a montré les photos du véhicule pour me montrer l'état de ce dernier avant de partir avec, que j'ai réalisé que ce n'était pas du tout le véhicule que j'avais réservé ! On me montrait une fourgonnette de 12pi. alors que j'avais demandé un fourgon qui selon la nomenclature du site, est un camion (sur le site on voit un camion où c'est indiqué ''fourgon'' à côté). Bref, je n'était pas contente et j'ai demandé un camion mais le préposé m'a dit qu'ils n'en n'avait pas de disponible. Une autre préposée est arrivé et je lui ai fait part de l'erreur et tout de suite elle a répondu qu'elle allait en préparé un à l'instant ! Quel service ! Par compensation, j'ai eu droit à un camion 16pi. avec plate-forme hydraulique sans frais supplémentaire ! Je suis très contente de la façon dont les employés ont su traiter la situation et ce, à mon entière satisfaction ! I had a good experience. However, it's true that the phone number of Banff office was not answering and their voicemail was full, so you cannot ask any questions. We arrived to the office in advance, there was nobody, but there was a note left to call the number of Canmore office. That one was answered immediately. The person arrived at the Banff office on time of our rental. The process was fast and smooth. We got a good car and flexibility to return in to Canmore if we prefer.

My experience here was probably the worst I ever had with a value of goods above the 50$ line! The sales person showed remarkable high values of impatience, unfriendlyness, unprofessionality and open shown aggression because I had questions about the contract I was about to sign. Never before have I experienced such a bad service in a place where you buy much more then just a bowl of ice cream. Maybe he was annoyed because I am not a native english speaker and I was unable to fully understand 2 paragraphs of the contracts frontpage on my own. After I read the front and went back to him to talk about what I didn't understand, he greeted me with "you don't need to sign it if you don't want". That was maybe the only good advice he gave me during the whole process. His explanation to the small paragraph was then "its a waver". As he was clearly getting angry and started to raise his voice I decided to move on to my second question about liability. In the contract the liability coverage for third party is limited to 200,000$. I asked him what would happen if a damage caused by me or the registered second driver would exceed this amount? His response was a really annoyed and snappy "in which case should that ever happen?". From my point of view a professional response would be 1) the truth: that I am solely responsible for any further damage to others which exceeds the monetary value of 200,000$ 2) he could maybe add his personal opinion, that the chance for this to happen is very very low etc... Instead he made me feel stupid for even asking and he added that "everyone in Canada would only have a 200,000$ third party liability". Sidefact:Ironically were at least 50% of the people in our 2 man conversation privately insured with 1Mio 3part liability. My private insurance doesn't even allow to go below a limit of 500,000$. I obviously didn't mention any of those thoughts as it was already difficult enough to talk about the facts which were written on the contract that was laying on the table between us. After I finally signed the contract with an uninformed and very bed feeling for the long planned trip, he brought us down to the car. He explained the controls to the other registered driver, said goodbye to her and turned away without even acknowledging me. In that moment I could only laugh to myself as I never experienced a service like this before.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received. We booked an online reservation for a car a week before our trip. When we arrived at Enterprise the gentleman in front of us didn’t have a reservation and he was told “I have a dirty car if you wait a little” so he waited and got the car. We then were next in line, showed our reservation confirmation and were told “we don’t have any cars, sorry.” So our reservation meant nothing? The response we got back was “ya I don’t know why the website let you book a car.” The guy working wasn’t professional, didn’t care that we had a reservation with places to be and no car and gave away their only car to a person who DIDN’T have a reservation. Don’t ever book with Enterprise in Banff, they don’t care about their customers and are unreliable.

Okay, I have used their services a few times now. Tried a "cheaper" avenue a few years ago and soon had a fresh lesson in "getting what you pay for." This time, we chose Enterprise again. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is because the first vehicle, while a lovely ride, was not up to their usual standards. I hesitated to complain, not wanting to be one of those people. It was a very busy time for me, not a vacation, and I thought that I didn't have time to negotiate and run back into Brockville to get a new rental. However, when I did place a complaint, the next day I was called. I was offered a new vehicle (a pretty sweet one!), and a significant discount on my bill. The new car was brought to me, an apology was issued, and a further discount was offered on my next rental. I think I shall change my rating back to a 5 from a 4 because we all make errors, overlooking things unintentionally. It impressed me how quickly they took responsibility and made restitution. Insurance rented me a vehicle, supposed to be comparable to mine. Rental people stated they don't have SUVs. I have a hard time believing that. Car didnt have a full tank of gas, had 3/4 and they wrote full on the agreement. Due to injury, I did not catch that immediately. Not impressed. After about 100 phone calls I have made to try to straighten this out, and a lteer in writing stating that I don't owe anything, I am still being called for a new amount of 140 dollars. I booked a rental a week ago and I was assured a suv similar to the size of my current vehicle. I arrive today and they only have a truck available. I've driven a truck enough to be comfortable with it but for one it has no running board and I'm short. Typically I have no issues with renting a vehicle but unfortunately because of a few factors I was unable to rent a truck, which is what I really required. I was given the option of a minivan or a cargo van and the employee was really nice and gave me a bit of a discount for the inconvenience. I feel like I should have been notified before I had arrived the day to pick it up as I could have arranged another option. I had recently had a very very poor customer service experience with a different car rental business so I decided not to go with them and chose Enterprise. I had about 10 minutes to rent the car before I had to leave and meet a lawyer who I was paying $200 an hour. The sales representative Dan Hurley had me in and out of there in about 6.5 minutes and that was after I threw him a couple curve balls that I didn't expect. This didn't mean I was rushed or things were done hastily, the guy was just a complete task management Jedi. Absolutely blew my mind as to what could be accomplished with customer service being done right. Bar is set super high now.

Rented a car from them while SGI fixed our vehicle. Gave them $300.00 deposit. They only gave back part of the deposit. Said we rented longer then what SGI was paying for. This location is the best branch ever as per their kind and amazing customer service. I rent a lot of cars because of work so most of the time i rent from different Enterprise locations. This was the first time i used Brantford location and people who works for this location are absolutely amazing, smiling and making you to feel that you are in safe hands. I told them I could be leaving the car after hours but just one hour late from the store closing. What Enterprise does usually is that they charge you the second full day. I was honest to them and they were honest to me so they did not charged me as second day which made me very happy and trusting them. I thought picking up our rental would be a smooth interaction. We arrived from Toronto to Calgary and then took a bus to Banff due to a shortage of car rentals. (The bus service was exceptional) Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Banff Caribou lodge was the only choice we had. I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED at the service we received. We had someone by the name Tyler. From the start the vibes were not right. As we were going to check out the car, Tyler was pretty rude with other guests who had cars. One group was parked in the wrong area and there was no need to speak to the group in a rude manner. They seemed like young adults and you could tell they were surprised at the way he was speaking to them. At the start, I was standing in line (I was the only person in line) waiting for him to complete his call, and once completed I was not greeted and instead ignored. He welcomed my partner instead (who was not even waiting in line at the time) but joined later. My partner had lost his wallet upon arriving but had his ID. He would not allow us to use my credit card (with consent). Even with my Toronto, Ontario ID which could not be renewed I had a matching ID along with a credit card. But still would not allow us. My partner spoke on the phone with the manager, the manager also did not help in any way or give us any options. It made us feel as if we are stranded in an unknown city with no transportation and that our vacation would be ruined. Tyler made us feel completely stranded with no options, and the behavior and attitude was beyond upsetting. At multiple times he stated: not my problem, I don't care. He kept repeating that he did not want to get fired which is understanding. We were not trying to make him do something that would cost him his job, but there is a way of being helpful, considerate and giving options but we got none of that. He also mentioned that we could go find another place to find a car for all he cares, when clearly there is a shortage of rentals and the ones available are beyond expensive. Tyler also walked away several times as we were trying to speak to him at times would try to laugh it off, the whole situation was not funny at all. There was also a point where he was planning to go to another city and then come back to help us. We had limited time to do things in Banff and our car was ready at the time. (There was also a point where he said there was no car available but minutes later a car was magically available.) During this time I took the initiative to call customer service and the lady was kind enough to explain the rules and it was understandable. I also explained our situation and she was kind of taken a back as to why Tyler and the manager was not giving us options or allowing us to use my credit card. Customer service had the heart to apologize but Tyler did not till later in the end. Towards the end we figured something out. We were 4 travelers and 2 out of the 4 Tyler would not let us. Luckily we had a traveler that was 21 years old and things worked out with that, we did get charged daily for a young driver and only got $10 off. Our group expressed our feelings to Tyler, but he did not apologize till we brought it up. He claimed he was frustrated with us, but WE should be the ones frustrated as no one was helping us or giving us any other options. I felt there was some sort of racial profiling as we were the only POC around and he seemed to favor non POCs. I've had bad customer service before but this time it was truly a horrible experience. If you're planning to rent here be cautious or save the time and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and be treated as a human.

was looking for SUV for a week. booked online a week ahead for a Friday at 4 pm. arrived 10 minutes early and got the paperwork done. then told our SUV was on its way as he had to send a driver out to get it. we waited no more than 20 minutes and the driver parked in front of us, took the keys to the rep and then he come over and give a 10 second this is how everything works. I know the adds you see say each vehicle is sanitized before you drive way. This was not so with ours, we had do do that when we got home with it.

Prince Albert, unfortunately, doesn't have access to the better vehicles at all. For this you need to be in Saskatoon. I recently had to rent a vehicle from here and the biggest one they had was a Ford Tahoe ( I need to seat up to 5 men at 250 lbs each ). The environmental air conditioning didn't work correctly - wouldn't heat unless you dialed it all the way up to "HI" and it stinks really bad like old car. They also have a maintenance sticker on the windshield indicating next service at 37K but the vehicle mileage is already at 44K. The person who dealt with me seemed friendly enough. And given the current Pandemic I think the store was in good shape.

I give 4.5 stars because a lot has changed since COVID, but they are still a great group of people and better than the rest in service. I had switched over from Avis 2 years ago because of poor service, limited selection and lack of special pricing. Here they use to pick me up and drop me off after each weekend rental. I am in the legal field and offer weekend home service. It is important that my car rentals are clean, professional and serviced for distance or weather. I admit there are times when this is not upto par but at least I bring it to their attention before I drive off the lot. Unlike most, I at least am renting every weekend and can truly speak for all the staff. There are newbies who are not as informed as the senior staff so don't use their service as a statement for the whole. I vouch for the service from those with experience and feel you are making a sound choice with these guys and gals. Caution!!!! Almost all the cars there have bad tires. Tire blew up in the middle of the highway, called them and they gave me 1800 number to replace the car (called location and they said it's Saturday and they are closing soon so I called 1800) after long wait they send some rude CAA driver with another car, that car had bad tires too. After an hour or so I got call from the location saying the windshield is broken( it was perfectly fine when got picked up) and they went through my insurance and they didn't pay them so they took it off of my credit card around $700( got charged for tire and windshield where I was told from 1-800 that I don't have to pay for tire as it was bad!!???????? I had a terrible experience where I made a reservation a week before I arrived, when I was almost in town yesterday I was told they had no car for me which I was quit upset, the branch manager did however worked extra hard to get me a car by the time they closed which he did, the car had to come from a different location but they pulled it off, it was a sigh of relief as I wasn’t sure how I was suppose to get back home which was a 7 hour drive away. I had a worst experience I ever had in my life. I took a Ford Fusion from the enterprise and it got a flat tire . When I looked for a spare tyre I got only a inflation kit and my tyre was fully blown out. And all this happened in the middle of trans canada hi-way at a temperature of -35. And the nearest town was Thunder Bay which is 300 km far. Thanks to the gas we had in the car as we didn’t frozed to death. We called them and the response was very surprising. They claimed that not all car comes with a spare tyre and I had to tow it to the nearest town at midnight 3 am and at my own cost. Thanks to enterprise for not providing us with a spare tyre. We had to stay in a motel for a night. It not only cost me money but also took my time. I was hoping to get a refund but unfortunately they refused and tried to blame us by telling that every cars don’t supply with a spare tyre. On the way back on the same trip we took an another car as first car got a flat tyre but this time they gave a spare tyre but the car was not having a winter tyre. So we took the whole insurance which includes everything ( Towing, accident coverage and everything). On the way back we slipped off the road and we couldn’t pull the car off so we tried calling enterprise as it was in middle of a forest we didn’t have any network and our only option was to call 911. We informed the OPP that we had all the coverages for the car which includes the tow they told us that enterprise will be covering for that and we payed the bill . To be honest the car went so deep that tow charge was 900$. Then we came and talked with enterprise and they refused to refund once again they claimed that it was our fault. Worst experience I ever had in my experience.

Kyle refuses to give me a rental car. How much suffering must one person endure? Why does Kyle deem it necessary to add to my suffering? Im not sure what Kyle is Generally Managing but if he cannot manage to offer effective customer service perhaps he should manage to find a new job. Always have a big turnover in staff here. Vehicles are sometimes ready and sometimes not. The staff usually seem overwhelmed with how many people want to rent cars. The upsell on insurance is completely unnecessary for most insurance policies - look into yours before you go here. Vehicles are always clean and smoke-free. Be weary of the gas fill and take photos of your usage before and after your return. They tried to charge me above market price for gas once until I showed them proof. Never drop off your rented vehicle without getting your paperwork - they’ve charged me twice before and I had to chase them for a refund to my credit card for inappropriate charges.

I had rent a car after booked through bel air direct insurance while processing my claim. They called me immediately and arrange car for same day. I have returned the car once I got fixed car from dealer and the lady at Enterprice rent a car told me that she will let me know in three to five business day for additional charge. After one and half month they charged me three days rental without sending me invoice or taking me in to consideration. More over I called them after seeing my Cc charge on profile but the guy over the phone has no courtesy to apologize and instead he cut hung up the call. And he never called me back or reverse my charge. Also make sure they are selling our data to AAA and other car rental agency as I am getting spam mail at my address. Don’t suggest this place to any one.

Only providing one star as is not optional to give zero. This company not only took advantage of a very difficult and stressful time for myself but my insurance as well. Questionable business practices to put it lightly. We had to have a rental car towed, they "lost" the vehicle (they had been notified by numerous people) and even after numerous, documented, follow ups, they could never locate any information we provided. Head office did get involved,(and admitted to having the information, taking and recalling the original phone call with details on the tow , only to later deny) it seemed slightly more helpful at first. I assumed things were getting resolved, that was until my insurance company contacted me to inform me Enterprise charged my insurance with the rental companies charges related to car staying at the tow yard and the rental cost (day rates) for the time the car was at the yard..... Considering, they misplaced the information several times in relation to vehicle, all information from myself, husband, the tow company and police was provided, more than once and confirmed on numerous occasions not to mention, we were assured it was Enterprises mix up, and not to worry. I was shocked at the poor business practice and if the multiple unexplained charges to my card did not have me questioning the honesty behind the company, this certainly sealed the deal.. I mean, honestly, how do several employees at several level of employment lose every single correspondence and supporting documentation, NUMEROUS times... My recommendation, and only if you have to deal with this company is to do what I did and document EVERYTHING>> Because I did this, I can now take action to have this rectified. Absolutely horrific experience with company and staff.

This was my first car rental experience and it was terrible and disorganized. They had no cars available til 2pm later that day and they had turn a line away of about 5 people because of this at 8am when they opened. I had booked several months in advance and it shows how badly they are organized and that they don't keep a schedule of when they need cars. First thing is for an area that promotes tourism as it's main staple it amazes me that on a Saturday you can not pick up a rental car past noon in August and when I asked about the possibility of having someone there for around 2 pm to get my car for a two week rental the person seemed mortified I would even ask such a thing.The price from the same company a few miles up the road at the airport was almost double for the same vehicle and that location does not answer it's phone anyway,not a company I would recommend or seek out myself again,they had no interest in trying to help a person out she simply said nope we are closed at two that day.And in this comment section you have to check at least one star before you can hit post,I did not want to give any stars to this type of customer service.

The guy never handed us anything to mark the damages.. when we dropped it off they tried to add additional costs for the damages that were there previously... also he was not friendly or helpful at all when we asked questions it seemed like we were wasting his precious time.. I had no problem with the service, my only critique is that they do not make it clear (for first-time car renters) that there will be a hold on your credit card for more than what you agreed to as the rental cost. I'm being 100% honest, and I have been backed up by my boyfriend who was there, they did not mention there would be an extra hold on my credit card at all. We agreed to pay $155.25, gave him our credit card and went to Toronto for the weekend. When I happened to notice there was a $300 pending charge and mention it upon returning the car, they said it would be released immediately, now that we returned the car. This is the third day of waiting and I haven't gotten my money back yet. I was told by enterprise that my credit card is holding it, I was told by my credit card that they don't see the return at all, only the $300 pending charge. I enjoyed driving the car and it was relatively cheap (if I ever get the $144.75 returned to my card), but it just wasn't as transparent as I expected. And I think I'll be taking the train next time.

Enterprise left me stranded! 'We'll pick you up' They say.. Well apparently not. My truck was booked on for an appraisal at the body shop this morning and my insurance company arranged for a rental car from enterprise for the day. This was all arranged mid last week, and I was told " a representative fr enterprise will call you tomorow to confirm your pickup" 2 days go by and no call from enterprise so I decide I better check in. It's now Friday, and I reach someone at enterprise asking to confirm they have my reservation and that someone will he picking me up at the body shop 15 minutes outside of town. A reservation for the correct date could not be found but "absolutely no problem says the man on the phone, Monday is plenty of notice we can have a car ready and pick you up no problem" he took down both the name and address for the body shop and told me they would meet me there at 9am! Fast forward to Monday.. 9am comes and goes.. No car. Call them up, I'm sorry sir we don't pickup at that location, we don't go out to Oro, only in Barrie... so now I'm out there... I've turned in my truck to the bodyshop and I'm stranded with no way back to town. "Well sir we might be able to have someone go pick you up at 4pm"!! 4pm? It's currently 9am! You expect me to wait here for a ride for 7 hours??? " well sir we don't actually pickup in Oro" then why did you tell me on Friday that you did I would have made other arrangements??? "We don't pickup in Oro sir" ....

Not a convenient company. Won't use them again. Had to use them because insurance mandated it. But if there is a next time won't use them again, I'll even fight the insurance company on this. Had to go out of my way to get the vehicle and they had a cocky, arrogant additude. Dealt with 3 people there. So it must be the culture. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 was the car was nice at least. And finally had to wait to have the car cleaned when they booked me for an appointment to pick it up. Before renting a vehicle, make it your best interest to inspect and document damages. They tried to blame me for damages to the driver side quarter panel of a new 2018 VW Passat - They "lost" their copy of the pink vehicle documentation page which highlighted the damages to the passenger quarter panel! This I made clear to associate before signing any paperwork, her response was "must have came off the transport truck that way" Very disappointing experience and certainly do not like to take the blame for someone else's mistake.

This is my second time renting a car through this Enterprise location and it has been awesome each time. Polite staff showed me options of cars, let me sit in each one and let me choose the one that best fit my needs. No problems on checkout at all. I will only use Enterprise from now on as I have become brand loyal to them due to their excellent customer service and brand new, clean cars they provide. I don't understand how people are rating this place as poor, honestly, they are great. Tip - If renting a small car for the weekend be sure to pick it up early Friday morning so you can have a better chance at a small car otherwise you may have to go with a larger one. Rented a Kia Soul this past weekend from friday-monday staff was great and super friendly and welcoming, did the walk around to check for any damage before taking the car and pointed out a scratch on rear of the drivers side he said okay and didn't do much, which then i asked if he didn't have to take a picture of the damage and the guy said that they already have it in the system. I had no doubt and believed him. Everything was great till i dropped the car back on monday and during the return check was told that the scratch was not on record, I told Michael that it was there during the check with the other guy, he called him to ask, and the guy said that he never saw the scratch which Michael replied "I believe you". I understand that you would believe your co-worker, but i have never felt so wronged in my life. I also "BELIEVED" that guy during the check and i'm sure if you have proper CCTV you would see me asking about the scratch since it was right at the front of the store! Thank god I paid for the damage waiver and ended up not having to pay for the scratch but what if i didn't? And i'm sure now that it will stay on file that i was the cause of the damage which is just infuriating. Not that i wont ever use Enterprise again because that is like the only rental in the area but i will NEVER TRUST them again and will take my own pictures/videos of the car myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a rental from them in JUNE, but because I didn't have a credit card I had to put down $150 from my debit. They said I would receive a cheque. Fine... well... they sent the cheque twice to the wrong address with the wrong name on it... TWICE!!! So, I called again... they said they would have it FedEx to their store ... I called them again today (SEPTEMBER 8th) and the cheque they have STILL HAS THE WRONG NAME!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY CANT EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT! Mapleview location does not have luxury cars, or any for that matter. Adam was great though and gave me dunlop's number who does deal with luxury cars. They don't have any cars either... Tried to call them today, lost the number Adam gave me and had to use there main number but could not get connected! There main number call routing is crap. Got a rental when my car was getting fixed. The car they gave me they say they walked around it with me but never did had a stone chip in the windshield. I had the car over night and drove the car less than 10 km it ended up cracking. I called enterprise to tell them and rudely responded you have to pay for that. I went to enterprise after work to talk to the lady that rented me the car and asked her to show me the camera footage of her walking around the car with me she responded “ we don’t have cameras here” I know we didn’t walk around the car and feel as if they are trying to get money out of me for a mistake someone else did. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you need to rent a car go somewhere else cause I don’t think this is the first time and won’t be the last.

I waited an hour before being picked up to get brought to this location to then have to wait outside in the cold for another 2 hours while they detailed all the cars before putting people into their rentals. I waited behind 7 other people and not a single person was happy about waiting 3 hours to get into their rental, not to mention that they didn’t have all the rentals on the lot and were going and picking them up as people are waiting. Not a single staff member apologized to anyone. I finally get into the rental and it was still dirty. It’s ridiculous to think that this location is even still open with how unorganized it is. I had arranged for a cargo van for Thursday morning 8am. When I arrived, the staff member was sanitizing the van for me. He then took the time to explain the rates as well as the drop off arrangements..I found the van clean and very easy to drive. The mirrors were awesome as there were no blind spots while driving .the drop off the next day was very convenient and easy. Cost of the rental was as quoted. Only drawback is if you are dropping the car after hours the entrance to the 2 sides are locked and you need to go around. Also on Sunday’s there is only 1 area to drop the car and it gets full. Before that I was schedule for a Phone interview with a Lady named Nina Mikalachki at 8:00 am on Wednesday October 18 / 2017. She was 37 minutes late for this interview . If I was unable to answer the phone for this interview at 8:00 am I would have not gotten the second interview in Barrie with the Regional Manager Steve this was Very Unprofessional . The Whole Process with this Company was a Total Joke.

I always had good experience at this location but lately it was bad. First, I reserved for a SUV for 2 consecutive rentals for a week and another rental at the airport branch because my car was in the shop. I never got the car that i wanted. They gave me sedan instead and i wasn’t happy. Staff were awesome but the manager was a bit sarcastic. I had to cancel my reservation and I never thought my wife was already cancelled it. I was talking to a guy sounds like east indian and he said it was already cancelled. Of course I apologized for the inconvenience but instead of saying thank you and it’s ok, he just hung up on me. That was rude! I understand maybe he was busy but it takes only few seconds to say thank you. I would never come back there and i don’t care if the place only few blocks away from my place. I never asked for pick up or drop off. I am regular customer since 2010.

This was met by disgusting customer service who claimed she was a manager, I booked this well in advance as I have to take my son to CHEO for the week.

In this day and age, how is visa debit not accepted and all under one umbrella? How can you not tell or even make the option to ask if someone is booking with a visa debit, instead of giving them confirmations that their vehicle has been booked, allowing them to check in early etc. Then when pick up time comes, oh sorry we can't take visa debit unless it's under one of our stupid policies like you have to live within 50km. Unbelievably disappointed.

I have been to this location a few times. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Most of their cars are new and very clean. I have rented cars from them at least 8 times and never had an issue with the cars. I have tried compact, pick up, and van. They also give customers a ride home after you drop off the car. Horrible experience!! I rented a car for two days and dropped off on Monday morning because it was a holiday. I got a call next day afternoon saying there is a tail light crack and they need claim ref no. from my credit card insurance company. I am 200% sure when I used the car nothing has hit plus I parked in my garage. I rushed to enterprise evening after finishing my work, checked CCTV footage if any one damaged the tail light after I dropped, the footage didn’t show clear picture of tail light whether it was fine when I dropped it and they showed me that they noticed it when they were washing the car. I really don’t know why they didn’t inspect the car from the spot I dropped. I am forced to go through this claim process for this minor tail light crack, it was clear that some one hit it intentionally looking at the damage only to the tail light which higher from regular car bumper.I got enterprise damage unit contact no., going to call them tomorrow and same time they need claim ref no. Immediately or else they will charge my credit card. So had raise claim and share the claim ref number. Never ever again going to rent from that place.

Like Ty did three years ago, I reserved a car through Enterprise's 1-800 contact and was assured the rental car was reserved. Got to the pickup location and was told there was a "waiting list" for cars... and this is the only car rental operation in Brandon. Was told at pickup location that the online/phone reservation service doesn't have connectivity with retail locations so they reserve cars without knowing whether or not one is actually available. Terrible system and I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

I recommend calling this location directly to book your rental. The staff offered me a weekend special that was not advertised on the Enterprise website. I saved nearly $100 off the Enterprise website quote. I was very pleased with the vehicle selection. I booked a full size car and received a 2015 Dodge Charger. They are a busy office, so I do suggest booking in advance as some of the vehicle size classes were not available on short notice.

What i was not impressed with was the cost of the rental for the car I got going one way & not to mention the car itself was the best ridding car & the brakes were wore down. I went in here pretty upset I did continue to get more upset when they said they would have a vehicle with snow tires and then accidentally gave it away I almost cried ( I was being a bit dramatic ) but the customer service in this place was amazing by the time I left I felt so much better it was clearly a busy time for them and the way they handled it is something I have not seen in a very long time its hard to find good people these days who are not completely miserable at their job the store manager said I can pick anything on the lot and if I wasn't comfortable he would make sure I had another vehicle that night when one got in when I got home I was so amazed I kept saying to my boyfriend wow they were so amazing they stayed head strong and didn't let the little things get to them which was refreshing.

I had initially requested a mid size SUV and they were out so they upgraded me to a Dodge Durango. The SUV was fantastic and came with Navi in it as well, and it was very comfortable. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH-TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY INCH. Have used enterprises at other locations without issue. After a car accident this location not only made the situation more difficult, was unprepared (leading to us taking more trips to the location than we did with the rental car), and then upon return they approved the car with a "thank you for taking such great care of it" before then claiming significant damages in order to scam us/our insurance. Make sure you take pictures of every inch upon taking and returning the car and do not trust the approval of the workers. Thank you enterprise for making a stressful situation more stressful.

Terrible experience getting our deposit back. It's been six weeks and many explanations as such, they will contact head office, can't understand the delay. Once they needed to know the denominations used to pay the deposit. Just give us our hundred dollars back! It was paid in cash. Very poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE! To start the cars supposed to be sanitized due to covid, well this one wasn't even cleaned there was garbage from the previous renters in multiple spots. When we picked up the car upon driving it home the tire pressure light went on. So we checked the tires. Every single tire was overfilled above the recommended max psi. We adjusted the tires to the recommended psi, but were unsuccessful at getting the tire pressure light to turn off. Then the oil change light came on. At this point we took the car back. They looked over the car confirming we fixed the tire pressure and it was now at the correct psi and told us they forgot to reset the oil change sensor and did so then and also some how turned off the tire pressure light. Then the car got a flat tire, and this time the tore sensor did not come on at all. We called the rental location we picked up the car and were told to call the roadside assistance they would either put on a spare or tow the car. Well then after calling multiple times we finally got a towtruck out. He refused to change the tire only fill it as we were told the tire only had a small leak. The next morning the tire was flat again. Upon recommendation from the rental location we called to get the car towed but the roadside assistance told us they will not tow the car to the rental location but to another city entirely. After calling again back and forth we yet again finally got a towtruck out to put on the spare tire. We then right away brought the car back to drop it off. Upon arrival at the rental location it was a disaster unorganized and just complete chaos both with employees and the parking lot. I can not stress enough it is not worth the hassle of going to this company.

I can say that I was fairly excited to rent a vehicle from your business. That changed very quickly. I was contacted by Brenna Fedak about a rental and was told specifically by her that my deposit would $50 , because I didn't have a credit card. I get there to rent my vehicle and now am told a completely different story by the assistant manager, Patrick Cooper. I was also told that renting a truck or a car would be the same cost for me because its a insurance rental through Alloy Collision just down the road., but that seemed to be not correct either. Lets just say I'm home now , with no rental car, been on hold for a very long time trying to figure out why I was told something that isn't your company policy. Great piece of advice is to train your employees , and give them the proper information before booking customers with one story only to get there and be told another story. Apparently the district manager is supposed to get a hold of me in a few days. I wonder how im supposed to get around for those few days , I should have had my rental. not a great day that's for sure ! Ive rented from budget many times and should have just gone with them.

Reserved a specific vehicle 2 hours before picking it up. Went there and it wasn't available, rather than upgrading us they down graded us to a cheaper smaller vehicle that as we found out didn't have cruise control. We told them we were using the vehicle to travel on the highway and they still gave us a vehicle without cruise. I recently had to rent a vehicle while my car was in for repair. I was picked up at my dealership by an employee of enterprise. Driven to Enterprise where I was met by Jillian. What a wonderful welcome what helpful young lady and what fantastic customer service skills. I've rented many vehicles in the past and have never had such a great experience as i did with Enterprise on Easton road in Brantford. Fast efficient friendly and very accommodating. What a wonderful team. When I returned my rental, I didn't even have to wait and they took me immediately back to the dealer to pick up my own car. Such great service. Me or my friend had rented from enterprise many times while I was living in Banff. Right before I was leaving the country I rented for a bit over a week. On returning the car I notified staff that an existing crack in the windscreen had been enlarged when another rock hit the same place (yes it was already there as I took a video the day I picked it up -concerned how many cracks were already in the screen). The sales person apologised and said he wasn't the one who made decisions but told me it didn't breach any of the windscreen damage rules as far as he could see. 5 days later at 4:30 before a public holiday a charge was made to my credit card for the damages. It took me 2 weeks and many attempts to even get a response (at this point I had been out of the country for 12 days). The questions I asked were mostly unanswered or avoided and finally there was no response at all. 2 months later I get sent an extra $130 bill. ???? (Edit) don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors of their automated response below. They show interest in all the bad reviews but it's all smoke and mirrors. I've responded to the email they supplied me multiple times and the response I've received is essentially 'hey, sorry to keep you waiting, let us see what's going on....' and then no further correspondence. The in store staff were amazing but the management staff were deceitful, dishonest and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

With an accident happening on Dec. 11, 2019, it was very bad timing. My insurance car rental allowance ran out christmas Eve. Enterprise was the hero to step up too the plate and help me out. They were able to extend the coverage enough to allow me to return home from the holidays. And then were able to supply me with a more affordable vehicle until my vehicle was repaired. Came in on a cruise for the day. A bit of a challenge getting picked up at the port. Van showed up quite late, and would only take drivers back to the office since there were so many people waiting. They should have sent more than one van. Obviously, this meant that I had to go back to the port to pick up my wife after picking up the car. Once I got to the office, the experience was quite positive. Without a doubt, the most personable and professional car rental agency staff I've ever encountered. Vehicle was clean and operated perfectly. Rental return process and getting back to the port all went smoothly. Overall very nice experience.

The vehicle I had was nice as a rental but my situation after wasn't as nice. Had it through someone else"s insurance and by not understanding the policy and the extra coverage, which my own had full coverage also got a bill in the mail for over 200$ in the mail and it was threatening collection and impact credit score. My car was in the garage longer than was quoted so this charge for extra coverage was higher by the day. So I admit my fault in not fully understanding before getting it , but the letter for not paying the bill was ridiculous, why didnt someone call? I dropped the car off and nothing was said, I just figured it went on thru the claim. Poor experience. Would not recommend. Friendly staff and good service but not happy at all with the ending.

Not recommended, (dealt with Brand Rd location) as Sgi has a contract with Enterprise. Was told I needed extra insurance, which I didn’t as I already had coverage thru my policy even after employee scrolled thru my phone looking at my coverage. After talking to my adjuster, I DID have coverage and should not have been charged, he called....they then said they wouldn’t charge me. And was told to come in and sign some paperwork. Went in, no signing of anything, however she took a look at the vehicle inside and out, and came back in and said I was good to go, I asked about paperwork, she said there was nothing to fill out, when I returned the vehicle, was told I would be charged and would talk to manager about it..... My adjuster called them, and they would not refund my credit card. Will definitely not be returning to Enteprise and would not recommend it to anyone.

When we were picked up at car star and taken back to interprise we were shocked that we were given a car instead of the suv we drive.gave us a toyota Camry that had not been cleaned before renting it to us.so much for covid.lived in ns for 30 yrs and never had a problem w rentals.my wife is 100 % disabled and is literally sitting on the ground.we were told there were no SUV's available and we should go on a waiting list! Enterprise Rent-A-Car words can't explain just how disappointed I am of how unorganized and ruthless this place was. I went here not by choice and was giving a car Ford ecosport 2020. Unfortunately I got a flat tire, I pulled over to change it and to my surprised no tire just a tire kit. When that didn't work I realized the tire was shaved on one side meaning it was unsave and needed a wheel alignment. "I have pictures to prove. I called enterprise and was shocked that they didn't help but put the blame on me. By now I'm stranded on hwy 400 on the shoulder very dangerous for about an hour. The gentle man on the phone wasn't helpful and was like well I don't know what you did and where you have been.. I'll tell you in two weeks I've been camping with my family and to work and back. It was inconvenient to me when I had to call your rap number to get a tow truck and be told I had to pay. It was also an inconvenience when I was in north York and had to get back to Barrie to my family. I had to take uber that cost me $110. I ask to speak to his supervisor and she was even worse. I also had my daughters baby seat and work tools with me and had to wait with them. Your a car rental company that didn't take care of your customer and I'm very unhappy and not satisfied with this at all. You say "we are enterprise we pick you up and take you where you got to go" I would like someone to contact me asap and I'm going to head office and will be talking with ministry of transportation. Terrible place don't recommend going here

First they say they will pick you, I was expecting them to pick me up decided to call 2 hours before pick up to confirm, I am told only pick ups in city limits. False advertising if you listen to their promo. I needed vehicle for early Monday morning. No one at lot Sunday so I arranged my business for Tuesday instead of Monday. Made plans to pick up car late Monday. Called Monday, some one screwed up said car would be ready for Tuesday afternoon. Had to cancel business trip this week. Their lose I need to rent a car for 2 to 3 days each week for the next month and it is not gong to be them. They did not seem to concerned about the mistake. I need to travel from Ontario to New Brunswick for a family funeral this week. I called this branch in advance to find out what the cost of dropping a car off in another province would be, as I compared the cost of driving vs. flying. I was told that I'd need to pay the daily rate, gas, plus the drop of fee of $75x2 (because I'd be returning the car to a difference location when going and coming). The price seemed fair, so instead of booking a flight yesterday, I waited for the branch to open today so that I could return to the same location to pick up a car. The female rep at this location was very friendly and went above and beyond during my visit, so even though there is an Enterprise closer to me, I opted to book at this location because of the impressive customer service. Today, when trying to book the car, I'm seeing a price that's almost 4 times more than what I was quoted. I called the branch to sort it out, and was told that while misinformation was given over the phone, there's nothing that they can do. Given that I work as a manager for another company, I know that there is always something that can be done, especially when the mistake was made on the company's side. I would not have waited an extra day to travel during such a stressful time for my family, if not for the financial savings during the pandemic. I could have even driven the same vehicle back to Ontario when returning from the funeral, so the vehicle return wouldn't have been an extra cost to the company. Very disappointed in this experience, and will be calling another rental company.

The service I received here was outstanding. It was a long weekend and this location was due to close at 2PM. My train into Belleville didn't arrive until 1:35 PM. Because there was only one employee working the holiday they had explained previously that they would be unable to offer the usual free pick-up service. I was fine with that as I thought I would be able to easily get a cab from the train station. Unfortunately when I arrived at the station the cabs were few and far between so I phoned Enterprise at 1:50 PM to explain that it didn't look like I would make it to their location before they closed. Enterprise's staff member Cody very generously offered to come and pick me up after 2PM, once he had secured the store, and would make sure I got the car I had reserved. Luckily Central Cab came to the rescue not shortly after and I did make it in time, but I am very impressed with Enterprise and their staff for offering to go above and beyond the usual service we've come to expect from other businesses, not to mention the car was in excellent shape and I was on the road very shortly after I finally arrived. When i asked why the car he was holding was not there, their response was "we were busy, you need to pick another one" in an extremely rude tone. The salespeople on the phone talked disturbingly quick as if they were trying to get me to agree to a series of things before I had time to process what they were saying. When I got off the phone it left me seriously disturbed. I read the other reviews & they said this branch frequently tries to extort people for money. I am not surprised. The rental went smoothly, I returned the car at closing on a Friday.The one star is for the customer service (or lack there of) when I called to say I left my glasses in the car I was told the car was already rented out for the day. How clean was that car to be rented out first thing in the morning? How clean was that car if they didn't take my glasses out of the console? I followed up to check their lost and found and was discouraged at how they keep people's lost personal items(rats nest comes to mind). With the pandemic and new rules on sanitizing I am sure that the associates at enterprise are NOT on top of keeping things clean for their clients

I had a rental pre-booked and knew it would be ready at 430 for pick up. We rent frequently and I called ahead to the location to see if there was a chance it would be ready earlier. The phone rang once and I was immediately greeted by a extremely knowledgeable/friendly/caring staff member (Lance) and he went above and beyond to get the vehicle ready earlier, for my convenience. I walked into the location, everything was ready to go. Without even asking my name, he knew who I was and what vehicle I would be taking. Within a minute of being inside I was back on my way in my weekend car! This location clearly demonstrates teamwork to serve their customer base, and understands the value of going the extra mile! ????

I wish i could give -100 rating to whole enterprise. I have a reason to give - 100 rating. I am going through a long story. Let's start. I got a call from credifax( 3rd party collection company) in London Ontario in April 2020. They say that i owe enterprise branch 943 dollars for the car i rented in 2019 on June 12, 2019 from 320 queen st Brampton. So, here is a twist in the story. I came in Canada in April 2019 in Sydney, NS. I was in Sydney, NS in June when the car was rented. Even, i had not have license in June. So, i wanna ask, how can someone rent a car from Ontario while he is living in Nova Scotia and without license? Then, i asked credifax to provide me the rental agreement and rental info. They denied to provide and said that you can investigate your own. Then somehow, I managed to get a letter from credifax with rental agreement number. The rental agreement number is 625JS2. This rental agreement number says that i rented a car from 320 Queen Street. I told credifax that i never rented a car in 2019. But every time they say that you wanna pay or not. I called enterprise number of time they say they don't have any record of me. The info that matches on this rental is only my name and date of birth. The credit card mentioned on this rental is not mine and the licence number mentioned on this rental is also not mine. I called enterprise branch, they said they can't do anything. Why you can't do anything. Agreement says the car was rented from your branch still you can't do anything. They just gave me a number and said this will help you i am trying to call since three days no one answered. So, i am so depressed. They put that collection on my credit record. I am so depressed now.

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!! We put a reservation and got a confirmation call at that morning, we confirmed that we'll be on time for pick up the car and the staff promised he'll keep a car for us. However, there was no staff at the counter when we arrived. We called twice and waited for 30 mins and a staff showed up and told us WE HAVE NO CAR AVAILABLE. I've heard that this company takes overbooking a lot so this could happen, hut I didn't think it's true cuz it sounds ridiculous to me. We eventually got a car after 2 hours from Canmore and we even need to drive it back by ourselves.

THE BEST ENTERPRISE LOCATION. The most efficient, customer service oriented, hard working staff I've seen at any rental company. My daily business requires enterprise's services and sometimes in a tight time frame. I always leave with a smile. Garbage rent-a-car location. Reserved a vehicle for the long weekend, and told we could pick it up between 4 and 6pm. At 3pm we got a call telling us no vehicles were available, and that there was no other place in Brandon to rent a vehicle. I'm not saying Enterprise is always a bad place, but THIS location in Brandon.. Don't waste your time. What is the point of reserving a vehicle with these people if they don't hold a car for you? Incredibly disappointed, and hope someday there is a Budget, Avis, or any other rental company in Brandon. So again.. Garbage rent-a-car location.

Chris got me the car I wanted by coordinating with a close by dealer even though he didn't have an inventory list and wasn't part of his job. I had personal items that had to be transferred which he guarded by keeping the key for the pick up car in his pocket. He also called the next day to check if all was good. Had questions about an upgrade. This guy is a valuable employee. Unfortunately this company doesn't have much selection of winter tires

Unhappy with my truck I got there. Mudflaps where falling off. Went and showed them. They said if I did not like it I could take them off and put in the box. Inside the truck was a bag of garbage with some stuff from a hospital in it .The windows where dirty and back seat was coverd with dirt and rocks.

My car was stolen in November and my insurance company reserved a vehicle for me at this location, I went the next day and everything was fine, I was told I needed to leave a 50$ deposit in case I got any tickets and a “cheque” would be mailed to me 2 weeks after I returned the car. No walk through of the car was done. My insurance paid for me to have the rental for 1 month but I had still not found a vehicle so I let them know I would be keeping the vehicle longer, yet I had their employees calling me and threatening to report the vehicle stolen, I explained I still needed the vehicle the guy said I couldn’t keep their vehicles after 30 days, later in the conversation he said I could keep it but I need to come pay what I owe plus an additional 250. I went in that week and paid the amount. When I finally returned the vehicle it was a holiday and so they were closed. Almost 2 months later I received a letter stating that I had damage to the vehicle, no picture proof or anything to even show this actually happened. I was in there the month before and no one mentioned a thing about this, this company has been soo unprofessional, I have always used enterprise in other cities and never had any issues. The 50$ that was supposed to be sent never was, they claim it was added to my total payment but that’s not what I was told would happen. This company will never get another dime of my money

EXTREMELY pleased with service, quality and professionalism. The morning immediately after my car met up with a buck (male deer) and was towed, Enterprise dropped off a comparable vehicle to my own (and with snow tires) to my house. During a lengthy and complicated repair schedule Kyle worked diligently with my insurance company to extend my rental. At all times I was treated with courtesy and respect. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise and its staff.

So far, Enterprise has been the LEAST stressful part about my experience with having a vehicle stolen, and needing to use my loss of auto through MPI. I dealt with 3 separate people on my visits, and each of them was polite, pleasant and efficient. They had me taken care of quickly, while also ensuring that I understood the terms, and what to expect with my rental and refund of my security deposit. I hope to never have to use my loss of auto again, but if I do ever need to rent a car, or recommend a rental to anyone, you can be sure that I will be recommending this team and this location!

This rental place is absolute rubbish. I have rented cars many times and never had as many problems as i do with this place. If you're looking for unhelpful condecending service then i would definately go to Enterprise Belleville! There is one man in perticular i would request not to deal with; his name is Chris and he has to be one of the most aarogant people i have ever had to experience in customer service. I will no longer be dealing with Enterprise.

I'm really annoyed with your company. I had to rent a vehicle due to mva. We got it yesterday and brought it home. I went out today to run an errand and it was completely dead. I phoned your agent and he wasn't terrible helpful. Finallybha said he would send car but there would be a 78.00 fee. This ridiculous and unfair. You should just have brought another car right away and not fool around like this.

My friends and I were planning a road trip out West. Prior to renting a car, we went to many rental car locations (including other Enterprises) and the Innisfil location was the BEST out of all of them. We dealt with the manager - Jessie - who was INCREDIBLE. She had amazing customer service, and made sure we understood everything before agreeing to pay for the rental. On top of that, Jessie made sure that we got the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend this Enterprise - and make sure you talk to Jessie when you get there! She will help you until you are satisfied. Will be back here again next time we need a rental! Thanks Jessie!

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE! We rented a car and nobody was available to provide the car to us. For almost 2 hours i called the number provided and nobody answered. You need to leave a voice message for them to get back to you, but nobody will call you back. I really needed the car to get to the airport and had to rush and rent another car from another rental car. I spoke to the hotel staff who said there was a lot of complaints because enterprise does not delivery the cars as promised. Very frustrating and i will never rent a car with enterprise again.

Awful.. one word to describe my last and final experience with the 301 Coleman St location and Enterprise period.. We understand there is policies but this is not my issue.. my issue is with the two "Managers on Duty" and keeping the integrity of the customer issues confidential.. while dealing with my issue, sitting in the store overhearing Chris and Jennifer van geem making fun of another customer who had lost her luggage, openly displaying their frustration with this customer while myself and other customers were in the store. Horrible! As a district manager for a retailer this is unexpectable for MANAGERS to display such behaviour so vocally in front of other external and internal customers.. On top of their frustrations with other customers and handling what I call a confidential discussion between peers , I was truly embarrassed by my own situation through their behaviour with me.. I rent very often as I visit out of town stores and WILL NOT return to enterprise, and will advise my colleagues to do the same. Chris is extremely belligerent and uses a forceful tone and does not treat, from what I see, the external and internal customers with dignity at all.. My only hope is that anyone dealing with him or her catch them on a day when they deal with customers they want to.. poor poor behaviour from a management stand point.. further. I had to give one star to post this review.. a major NEGATIVE 5 star
