I’ve had the pleasure of working for the Ducharme family as a contractor and also recently became a customer with the purchase of a new work truck. I highly recommend considering Westlock Motors for any vehicle purchase or service. It’s not often you find a group of people who are so honest, fair, and down to earth. They are the furthest thing from a typical car dealership and really care about their customers and make sure they are looked after. If you don’t know much about vehicles you can trust that no one will take advantage of you or try any slick sales games, which is more than can be said for some of the competition in the city. Definitely worth the 45min drive to have such a positive experience with buying a vehicle.

I had the pleasure of short term work with the Ducharme family, I only wish it could have lasted until retirement, what a great family and totally dedicated to a higher level of customer service, satisfaction, and professionalism. Not only would I purchase my vehicles with this store, I'd highly recommend anyone in search of GM vehicles sales and/or service, I don't usually put myself out there like that, but sometimes the right people are doing the right thing. Excellent service and friendly staff at GrizzlyTrail. The technician Stuart took the time to go over the issue with me and discuss the previous servicing history at another GM store with their tech to assure nothing was missed. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle as well with no notice as it was an unexpected issue...that was fabulous!! My only suggestion would be for Service to be open until 6 on weekdays as it would give a bit of time to deal with issues after the standard 9 to 5. Thanks for getting me back on the road!! :)

We are dissatisfied with our recent warranty repairs at Westlock Motors. We were assured via email in writing by the service manager (AB) all was fixed. Any untrained eye would conclude that this is not the case. We escalated our concern to the dealer principal (TD). For some unknown reason he has chosen to delegate, defer, deflect our concern to GM Canada. This is a dealership matter that remains unresolved. Someone at Westlock Motors made a decision to install certain parts that do not belong in our vehicle! We have been forced to seek out an assessment from another GM dealership as it seems the people at Westlock Motors are incapable of rectifying our concerns. We were long term customers.

Hello. I've been on the hunt for 19" tires for my Ford Escape for about a yr. I wasnt ready to pay 12-1500 dollars. So on the Hunt I found Katie from the parts department at Westlock Motors promoting exactly what I needed. I contacted her and she explained that these tires would fit my car perfectly and that they would also put the tires on for me...all for 1/2 the price! The moment I walked into this dealership the people from every department were Fantastic! Very Grateful and I highly Reccomend them. The service was Amazing! Thanks Katie!!!!

I purchased a new 2018 GMC Canyon SLE from this company and I could only be more satisfied if the vehicle was free! My sales rep was John Bosman( yes, the last name is the same ) and I was very impressed in how he made sure that all questions were answered & that he knew all the details of what I was looking for in a new vehicle as I had not narrowed down exactly what I was going to buy. Once the Canyon made it to the top of the list, John went out of his way to inform me of all the features in the truck and ensured that I knew how to use them. He was never an overly aggressive salesman as many of us have experienced but gave room and time to look around without hovering over my shoulder. Once I made my decision, Colby Ducharme was quite pleasant and helpful with the financing & warranty paperwork. Colby also took the time to ensure I was aware of all options involved and answered all my questions clearly. Over all, these 2 gentlemen made this purchase as easy and painless as possible! Definitely more pleasant than the big city dealerships! Also, a big shout-out to Laurie Gauthier in the parts dept. for the quick service & incredible upgrade to the tonneau cover purchase & installation! Over-all a great & friendly group of people from the receptionist as you enter, to the parts and service people, and all the salesmen, not just the one you are dealing with.
