We're wrapping up a cross-Canad road trip on my GMC diesel and pulled in to this tiny dealer for some routine service. This place is so small, their shop is the size of the detail or tire shop in some city dealers! Regardless, they were very professional and timely. Although they did try to upsell me on 3 things, as a mechanic myself I can verify that they are in fact correct and I chose to ignore those things. :) It was obvious to me that someone with considerable knowledge and experience worked on my truck to make those recommendations. Want to thank the team for not only the great service, but also for looking over my truck and letting me know straight up what it needed.

My check engine light came on while visiting Drumheller soI pulled into the nearest dealership. The man in the service department said they were probably not going to be able to help me because I had a Toyota?! While he went to ask someone if they could fit me in to look at the vehicle, I Googled the problem and it said it could be my gas cap causing the check engine message. When he came back I asked if that could be the problem. He said it was not possible. Went out and tightened the had cap and voila, fixed! The one star was as much for his condescending attitude, as little apparant lack of knowledge.

Using deceptive methods I was brought into the Drumheller GM, but know that once you are through those doors their word means nothing, even on hard copy. I would recommend to steer clear of such untrustworthy practices.

I first came to Western for an out of province inspection, Darcy was very nice and everything was completed quickly. When I was in the customer waiting area I had a few salesmen ask me if I needed help and they were friendly so when we were looking for a new truck we came back to Western. Mike Bell was very nice and even remembered me when I was in for the out of province inspection. We bought a new truck and the deal was great. Its great to get a great deal but it even better when you get great customer service. Western GM is worth checking out for sure!

Service Division - has always been fantastic - on a consistent basis. I have consistently gone to this company for my maintenance and service of my well built - 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier, over the course of 15 years. I adore my car, more so because of the stick shift - and the power. I have been unwilling to upgrade to a new vehicle - this vehicle has been outstanding in performance. Same clutch since I bought it 15 years ago. Well built car. (why would I ever give that up. lol) Now that I have bragged about my 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier - let's talk Customer Service at this location - there are two people that come to mind immediately that I deal with - Darcy throughout the course of my 15 years -friendly, knowledgeable and will give me honest answers to my questions. And in the past year, Lorelee -who is knowledgeable and has amazing customer service know-how - has been outstanding and amazing with me when dealing with some car issues and maintenance. Customer service is at the end of the day, what will make or break a company. - so with these two and others like them at this company, it is no wonder that they are still in business. I appreciate great customer service and will continue to take my car to Western GM Drumheller. To the mechanics- names unknown. - I deeply appreciate how well you have kept my car maintained and running. answered my questions and helped me understand somewhat the mechanics of my car. For without you and your talents and know-how - I would not be travelling or getting on with the business of life. - and without you, let's be honest, Western GM Drumheller would not be what they are today in context to the Service Division. So thank you for always taking care of my car repairs and maintenance. The reason for the 4 stars - is as follows: 5 stars for the employees that I have dealt with throughout my 15 years here in Drumheller. - for the consistency of the workmanship has kept me on the road safely. 2 stars - for the prices .... I have to say that I could have gone to other places where I could have paid less for the same service. But your people, make it hard to be disloyal. Your employees make a positive impact on your success in business. In my case, a most consistent and positive experience over the course of 15 years. and the car - well this one was well made that alone is a 5 star to Chevrolet - to the making of my 2005 Cavalier. I have only ever had one bad experience here and it was rectified by management in a timely fashion. These guys are good. And the best part, because you bought a GM, you won't even spend much time in the shop anyhow, aside from oil changes and tires.

Super friendly and informative staff, offered me free charging of my Tesla, and mentioned that they also offer free coffee and access to washrooms while charging (a sign to advertise this is coming). They also mentioned that they have 80A available to the charger... I was consistently getting 40km/hr while there. Thanks again!!

Had to have my Impala serviced twice this fall, Loralee is excellent with customer service and a pleasure to work with. The mechanics worked diligently the second time around to find a small issue that deluded them. Thanks to Travis and the other mechanics for finding the issue. Our truck broke down on the way to our camping trip. We had it towed to Western GMC when they were closed for Canada Day. When they opened the next day, even though they were full, they managed to get us in and check on sensor codes and our transmission issue. Bob and Darcy from service were both amazing people to deal with. Fixed it up really quickly and we were on our way again. Highly recommend this dealership for above and beyond service.

Purchased a used truck from them. Brought it home, next morning there was a puddle of engine coolant on the driveway under the engine. Contacted sales rep he put me in touch with the manager. He arranged to have it repaired promptly at the local GM shop in my town. Stuff happens and sometimes things get missed or are not immediately evident on inspections. These guys took ownership and dealt with it. Great service.

took my car there to get checked out and they found a problem with ignition cylinder. i decided not to get it fixed so they just stopped working on it. didnt even bother putting the dash back together. will never go there again. this review wont let me put 0 stars but i would if i could

We were traveling to Calgary from Warman, SK, on Saturday of New Years Eve weekend and it was around 4 pm when we had vehicle problems. We called the dealership and Brad was excellent he met us at the dealership after hours and had a rental for us. Then he went in the next day, Sunday and ran the codes and updated us. So thankful for people that care.

Was on vacation in drumheller and just needed my free oil change. Took an hour and a half as they went through everything checking fluids etc. Tried selling me air filtre Really just needed oil changed. If you just want ur free oil change TELL THEM UPFRONT or you will be spending ur vacation in service lounge.

The worst service I have ever seen their service center is a joke!!! The sales staff was very helpful when dealing with vehicles but when you need servicing this shop is garbage. When I talk too a saleman about my 2008 gmc and what had happen and the fact I had been there 4 times to get it fixed only to have it paked at the backof the shop and told there is nothing wrong with this truck. When I was brought in to see what was the cause I was told the previous must and stretched a wiring harness. We ended up fixing it ourselve, turns out it was a corroded terminal on the firewall on the passenger side.Sunrise Auto sent My Blazer over there to have the brakes blead and when I pick up the truck they told me it couldn't be fixed, they had been driving it without properly put the master cylinder cover back on which caused paint damage on the newly painted frame rail and the wheel well that had been armourthaned, Sunrise Auto was stand up when I showed them what had happen and they didn't make me pay for the labour from Western. We then ended up fixing the master cylinder ourselves and were on the road.
