Dave was a complete gem to work with. He was just an ordinary guy, helping people with disabilities. You can tell some people try to take advantage of any situation, but 10000% not Dave. He wasn’t trying to up sale me or pressure me into anything. He knows his stuff and you can tell he is proud of it. I will recommend Silver Cross to any one I know of, I am so happy with my experience and my new adds. He didn’t just add on my spinner knob & extender, but also gave my independence back.

Terriable customer service! They dont return phone calls and dont answer the phone. I called at 10am left a message and called six more times throughout the day. I had a tech answer my phone call once and said he would get someone to give me a call. I'm still waiting for a call and there end of work day according to google is in 50 min. I took my business elsewhere.

Great service and very fast! My wifes van broke and left her without a vehicle. Our former dealer of over 30 years could not look at it for two weeks. Dave had us drop it off and had it fixed the very next day. Thank you so much Dave, you will see us again! We will need at least one more wheelchair van and will come to you!
