The process of renting through Routes was easy enough. The shuttle came within 15 min of calling for pick up and rental process was straight forward. All the staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Return of the car was simple enough as well. They did a quick look over, handled the paper work and gave us a shuttle ride back to the airport. My two complaints are: 1. They only gave us the vehicle half full. So we needed to return it half full. It's quite annoying to return a vehicle on half a tank. 2. They take a $500 deposit. This is more than double most big names (typically it is $200, sometimes $300). Although I had seen this in their fine print I still think it is quite a large hold, considering how long it can take to release after the return is completed. But for the price of the actual rental, and the service we would definitely rent from them again!

It's not at the airport. You actually need to call so that they can send you a ride to pick you up which took 20 minutes. Also they hold 500 dollars of your credit card which personally I think is a lot. Otherwise pretty good and nice service

Weather it is local travel or long distance even cross border, routes gives you best customer service. The place was open during holidays which really helped us get a vehicle but really hoped for a better customer experience. The lady who checked out our application didn't come out to get the mileage saying it was almost closing time but instead asked us to go to the parking lot and get the mileage, but in reality the place didn't close for another hour. I am a really positive person but the person's attitude didn't help. Will never recommend this place to someone I know. P.S. The guy at the office while returning the vehicle was far better off, anyway not gonna change my mind! Will never recommend this place.

Do not rent here!!! I am upset seeing they made several withdrawals the entire week I had the rental car unauthorized. I will be reporting this company for fraud immediately with Ottawa police. Avoid. The whole experience was terrible and shady. Hidden fees, 300 km daily allowed, etc. Nothing was as told.

The reserved vehicle was not available when i went to pick it up no was any suitable alternative. It has been almost a week since the company said that they would refund the pre-paid amount. I have not seen any refund pending on my credit card. I tried emailing and calling them but it seems it is my responsibility to chase the refund even though the customer service rep said they would ensure a refund would be issued.

Worst experience. Took an hour transit to get to them, they offer insurance on their site but that’s not the case. Had to travel again to get the insurance. And due to some problems with their machine, I couldn’t pick the car. The employee asked me to talk to customer care and that they WILL provide FULL REFUND but the customer care was so rude and they didn’t even refund half the amount. They don’t accept their mistakes. Very unprofessional, don’t know how to talk to their customers.

My advice DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Especially if you are planning a long road trip. They are cheaper then the big rental companies but they give you limited mileage. Which means if you want to go to sayyyyy... Kelowna you'll be charged extra if you go over your limit. Also they charge a ridiculously high deposit. I heard a lady gasp at the $1000 fee when she was told. After the hearing about the limited mileage and deposit I couldn't leave this place fast enough. Luckily I booked another vehicle through Expedia from Hertz within the hour. Also it's an old gas station...enough said.

PLEASE DO NOT USE. They are cheap but it is better to go with a reputable company. This company is a scam and will steal money from you. They are very unprofessional and when you need to contact customer service there is no number only an e-mail with automated responses. When we were there others were complaining about their vehicles smell and the customer service as well. There is no manager number and no name either, lot of others have been scammed as well. They are not BBB accredited either.

Poor customer service. Beware! You have to read their policies before getting a reservation and pay online because they will never give your refund even if you’re not at fault. Just made a reservation on January 29,2020. Went to this King George, Surrey location to pick up the car. I was denied because of not having a Class 5 License, have a Novice License. Enough to put in their records that the customer is no show and that no refund for the 7 days that I already paid via credit card. I just lost almost $300 for nothing... so better go to big guys rental company!

Never used it but have walked by many times and there are few vehicles available for rental but they look good. The patch of shrubbery right next to it south before the train tracks is used by junkies to shoot up it always has junkie debris and garbage there. The mall at Hall and King George Blvd was the worst in Surrey it is south of Routes but it has dealt with the problems and Planet Fitness is where the Bingo Hall used to be and all the retail locations are open except one which is getting set up bought something at Sherwin Williams there which opened up in the last 12 months. Someone clean up that little problem area. Wings on the same block across the st. has added a patio and they put a metal fence around back where ppl used to shoot up and leave garbage and tags problem seems to be solved.

Decent rate for the vehicle, prompt shuttle with a really nice driver and the desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately when we got the rental there was low tire pressure on the front driver side. We pointed this out to one of the employees before leaving the lot but he indicated that it wasn't "dangerously low" and if it kept going down to just get it filled up. The tire continued to leak air over the next few days and so we inspected the tire and found a finishing nail in the treads. Drove the vehicle back to the rental location hoping they would either a) fix it or b) get us another vehicle, but were told nothing could be done for us. Called the location manager and she said if we "want to continue enjoying the rental vehicle" we would have to get the tire repaired ourselves. 4 hours of dealing with them/Canadian Tire before it was resolved and they refused any sort of discount for the inconvenience and essentially lost day of vacation. If you rent here make sure you check EVERYTHING before you leave the lot and please pay attention to other "reviews" as a lot of them seem suspicious (1 review on the account, mention manager by name which is strange).

Overall a good experience but a few issues. They are not clear that there is a $500 deposit for any rental payable at time of pick up. It's on their site but if your booking through Expedia or NU this info is not clear. Also there was no snow brush or winter tires. We rented a car in January in Ottawa. No winter tires seems like they are just wanting their cars in accidents. Car was mostly clean and in good working order. Had no issues there.

Routes car rental not as bad as many reviews indicate After reading all the terrible reviews, I was very careful, and came prepared with all my insurance information. The wait for the airport shuttle was reasonable (about 10-15 minutes). We were the only customers when we arrived, so the process was quick. You still have to check the car carefully. There was no prepared damage report for the car so we had to check it carefully, and found quite a few minor damage items, and took pictures of them all, and made sure the agent recorded them. The car worked fine and we were processed quickly on return. All-in-all, a good experience similar to other companies, and the price was MUCH better. Just don't expect perfect condition for your car or an expensive office, or things like that.

**you need to take a short shuttle fr the airport and they put a $500 hold on your CC for the rental ** if I had known ahead of time these two things it would've been 100% perfect. Even still, it was a amazing price (less than half of the other guys) for a very nice 2019 rogue and overall great experience. Would definitely rent again!

Never written a review but had to do it to warn others... First of all their company lists them as located at Ottawa international airport which wasn't the case as I found out when I got to the airport. I also called them earlier, hours in advance to specifically tell a lady on the phone that my Visa wasn't working and specifically asked if I could pay with cash. To my surprise she said it would be no problem. When I finally got to the place she said that she couldn't accept my payment without my visa and simply said she misunderstood my question when I called earlier. Instead of offering some kind of offer for the mess up, she simply says sorry nothing I can do and gives the car to some one else 5 minutes later instead of giving me the time to ask if I could book it the next day or figure something else out. Another thing, when I got to the location at 5pm which was the time I booked it for the car wasn't actually ready as it still had to be cleaned. So she asked me to wait 10 minutes which I had no problem with. But the car ended up being ready at 530 after which point my Visa got declined to make it even worse... Overall terrible experience and unprofessional, never had that from a car rental company before.

I’d leave zero stars too if I could. No economic small vehicles for rent as reserved. Only Jeeps. I hope you like spending 15-20L/100kms. Very shady business. Advertised online and on Kayak and on Priceline as unlimited mileage. Even my confirmation email said so. This is NOT the case. Lady at the counter was completely disinterested and aloof and never once pointed out the “local driver clause” in the contract that voids the unlimited mileage allowance. So I come back to a massive unexpected charge on my card. Holy FALSE ADVERTISING. Someone needs to let a business bureau know about these crooks. I never have left a review in my life but this one is necessary! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pay the extra couple bucks a day and get the convenience of a trusted airport location with black and white contracts and no trickery! Wow what a bad experience. No thank youuuu.

Was expecting a small SUV, ended up with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We ended up spending more on gas than the rental which was completely unexpected. The vehicle interior also smelled of Off Bug Spray until about day 6, and we kept finding long Grey hairs. The staff was quite friendly and helpful except for the woman on duty when we dropped it off. Barely spoke to me and wasn't able to answer my questions about them releasing the hold on my credit card. Wouldn't rent from here again unless I knew what kind of vehicle I was for sure getting....when returning their lot seemed to be primarily the Grand Cherokee.

I had a great experience renting a vehicle through Routes. Was initially hesitant due to the fact that it wasn't a big name car rental service, but I would definitely use them again over other services. Our flights were canceled and delayed, but I called in and they assured me that they'd have a vehicle on reservation for me regardless. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport, which made the travel that much easier and processing times for pick up and drop off were smooth. They even upgraded my vehicle at no extra cost, to ensure I had a vehicle to use as the cheaper model had been given away since our flight was canceled. Vehicle was a modern 2017 model (review written in 2018) and very clean. It was well kept, with half a tank of gas left in. They asked me only to return the car filled to the same gas mark. Price for a weekly rental was very competitive, although I admit I bought rental car insurance through AMA instead of through Routes. Very happy with their service and would use again!

I was extremely surprised at the price and service I received at Routes. I live in Ottawa and needed some brake work done on my car so I looked for a local car rental for a couple of days. I booked the surprise car option on Expedia where you get a compact or larger. I got lucky and got a Nissan Pathfinder. Car was in very good shape and handled nice on the highway. I recommend Routes and Expedia rentals. Thank you to Julie and Joy for the friendly efficient service.

Hahhahahahhahahahahhhahahah if this place gets over 2 stars, it’s a paid review don’t trust it. Notice how all the 5 star reviewers have “1-3 reviews.” Upon arrival they did not have the vehicle we had requested. Requested a 7 passenger awd SUV instead offered a minivan. Both vehicles were dirty and not ready for pick up. Offered no compensation for the vehicle switch. Our group ended up taking an uber to budget which is actually located at the airport, where they priced matched for the SUV and offered unlimited mileage.

Never rent from Routes. I was charged $700 after returning the car and don't know for what reason. They have no customer care support as I emailed them multiple times and still no response. Please have at least some sort of professionalism. This is a total rip off. I even doubt if all those 5 star reviews are legit. ????AVOID BY ANY MEANS!!???? The worker here accused me of hitting the car but lucky for me, i had a video upon pickup and i showed him that the car was damaged since i picked it up! They do this in a snowy day on purpose and they give you car with a pile of snow on it so you don’t notice any scratches or damages in the car. MOST IMPORTANTLY, their policy that they release the security deposit a whole MONTH after you drop the car which is 500 Dollars!!!! The HIGHEST in the whole world! So, if you have 500 dollars to spare for a month till they release their security deposit, go ahead and rent form this place! NEVER AGAIN.

I'd say this is the worst car rental service I have ever had. I'd suggest opt for budget. Lot's of hidden charges and I booked from Priceline which clearly said unlimited km but I was told you are only allowed 300km. Would never opt for their service again.

Where to begin? How about that despite listing themselves as located at the Ottawa airport that absolutely are not. Rather they are a good 15 minutes away by shuttle that only comes when you call... Figuring that out was a wasted hour that I shall never get back. Next upon finally arriving they do not have the car we ordered. Yes substitutions happen but they have to at least be equivalent class vehicles: In no universe (save Routes) is a Kia Soul equivalent to a Jeep Wrangler! Further they would not honour their agreement to unlimited mileage. While it is true that very few even approach let alone exceed their mileage limits it is simply the principal: Routes sold us unlimited mileage and then informed us after paying that it actually only 300 km per day! This greatly impacted out planned itinerary and resulted in not visiting Toronto. So to recap we are now in the middle of no where with a car we did not order with limited mileage and they had our money. Worse they would not issue a refund. While we did eventually leave with the vehicle out was under duress as we had placed to be and a schedule to keep. Nevertheless the actions taken by Routes negatively affected our visit preventing us from visiting friends in southern Ontario and camping in northern Ontario. Take this as a warning: avoid Routes at any and all costs. I would recommend walking before considering renting here.

Do not ever rent a car from them. They always overbook, cancel your reservation (even if its prepaid. mine was) and don't even send you a mail about the cancellation. The excuse that i received was that they called me once and i didn't pick up. Lost close to $600 because i lost all the hotel and activities reservation and I was not able to get a car from any other rental company as it was a long weekend. I also had to file a claims dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.

Had a harrowing experience with this company. They changed their insurance policies overnight to stop accepting credit card insurance. There is no mention on their website nor any kind of information while booking the rental. I had called then to inform about my extension and I wasn't even informed about the change. Pathetic customer service by Yogesh on his first day of work showing lack of empathy. Please be aware before booking online to avoid falling into their insurance trap.

They're great cars at affordable prices! They pick you up and drop you off at the airport. If you're renting from within the city you'll need to uber or taxi there. The bus in the area is aweful

Easily the best place to rent a car. I regularly rent car from here on weekends and the staff is very good especially Mandeep who always goes extra mile for customer satisfaction. If I could leave a 0 star I would. We originally booked a Van and had to cancel because our plans changed. We were given a voucher for a credit and asked when we rebooked that we have to choose the pay later option online (about 100 dollars more). Once I made our second reservation we were told we would only pay the difference. To apply this voucher you have to email their "customer care". The customer care 'Alex' responded that I had no reservation. At the Surrey location, I was told they had my reservatio but they had no way of communicating with their customer care. Only via email. They asked me to pay upfront whole again, so I would receive a second voucher... This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I was left without a rental and still have a voucher for $414...

Staff were okay, car was just a standard car, no issues. However, the location is very inconvenient even with the shuttle service. Also, they charge $1500 deposit for local rentals. Most other car companies charge $200-500 at the most. And their cars aren't super cheap compared to other companies. For that reason alone, I won't be returning.

Booking.com indicated it was located at the Ottawa Airport, it was offsite. We called for pick up, number was not in service. Hertz stepped in and called for us advising sometimes their number does not work from a cell, pick up never showed. Finally found a working number and obtained pick up to their offsite location. There was another lady for pick up and she had to wait as we all could not fit in pick up vehicle. Vehicle we paid for was not available so we had to take a smaller vehicle. There was no shuttle for our drop off cause it was too early in the morning so we had to pay for a cab. They had ONE employee doing pick ups, drop offs, inspections, and all paperwork, totally set that poor employee up to provide a poor experience. Won't use them again. Felt bad for the employee - he was stressed. To his credit he said to return the vehicle on empty to try to remedy the situation. Won't use them again. IN RESPONSE: The fight was changed and I went into booking.com and updated the flight information as it was requested in booking the rental. If your system doesn't update that should not be my problem.. Booking.com shows you are located at the Ottawa airport -screenshot provided. If the fine print states otherwise, it is still misleading!

If you need an affordable, comfortable car for a road-trip, this is a great place to get your car. Getting and returning the car was very simple and we never experienced any issues. The location has great access to transit through the R1 bus. Be aware you might be charged an extra fee if you are under 25. The fee is very fair and the vast majority of car rentals charge it, so it's no problem whatsoever imo. I will definitely use Routes for my future rentals, as I live in Surrey, and I can really recommend it to others.

We arrived at the lot and it's a run down building with very few cars on the lot. We were promised a Honda Civic in our reservations and they gave us a dirty, both interior and exterior, Dodge Ram 1500. The car itself is not bad but we asked for a smaller car sure to city parking and this is the opposite. Super cheap to rent but I'm never renting from here again

Don't rent car from ROUTES car. Cheap vehicle. I book doge caravan. Bas smell no screen for backing up. No customer service. We book one van and one medium car. Car was ok but not clean They allow to drive only 200 km in a day. I ask them because when I book not mention on website. Jason (customer service guy)told me it's 200km in a day. They mention in term conditions. Every time when I go to vacation I book vehicle but never like this. This is wrost experience. My pick up time 4 o'clock and I have to wait till 5 because car was not ready. Other company provides full fuel tank. But their policy like same fuel level when you pick car. Hard to match with that fuel level. Basically they're trying to be over smart. Even van engine oil need to change. I talk with guy he said only this is the vehicle available. Break's was totally damaged. I drive downhill on coquhala really hard to stop. Be careful guy. I can Pay 5 or 10$ extra but rent from other know companies like national or other.

I rented a minivan from routes and while the service was nice, they were very misleading with their policies. For instance, I was renting the vehicle to travel within Canada and on their site it shows unlimited mileage but BEWARE it is only in US that it is unlimited mileage not within Canada. I was a bit shocked as the borders have been closed so I thought they would make an exception but they did not. Overall had a good trip but was really stressed in not going over the km's. I would avoid if possible and go with enterprise or avis for your car rental needs.

I booked through Priceline and nowhere on the website did it mention any cancellation charges and, having rented with a G2 license in the past with different (larger) companies, I assumed there would be no issue. I pulled up to the rental centre (which is not really at the airport) and walked into the dingiest office ever. The customer service rep told me that because of my license I would be unable to rent a car that day, but that I could just go on to my Priceline booking and click cancel. This was pretty annoying, but understandable. He made zero mention of any cancellation fees (probably because the cancellation fee would, several months - even a new year later, turn out to be more than the cost of the booking). I was able to rent a car from a reputable big name company later that day. Fast forward 2-3 months later and a sneaky charge for $56 shows up on my credit card statement (the original booking was only for $36). I emailed the company and got back a completely inadequate response. To retain someone's credit card details for months after an initial transaction and to then sneakily put through additional charges is completely unacceptable. This company is dishonest, shady, not upfront at all. DO NOT TRUST. ALWAYS RENT FROM A RECOGNIZABLE RENTAL COMPANY. I WISH I HAD READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.

We shopped around and found Routes rental with a fantastic price and online it indicated that there was unlimited kms. When my husband called the Routes in Ottawa we were told that this wasn't the case. We called their toll free number and were given the run around -absolutely zero help and we were told to go somewhere else if not happy. My husband called the Ottawa Routes back and spoke directly with Priya the manager. Priya was awesome and very helpful, she was able to give us an even better deal and included 2500km. The SUV was just what we needed - all 3 kids had their own space. It was a brand new Nissan Pathfinder with less then 7000km on it. When we returned the car and paid, Priya gave us a rebate for not using all the kms we thought we would need. We will definitely rent from them again - great service and a great car. Horrible!!! I reserved the truck with them. Came to pick it up at the very important date of my business event. They screwed up big time. The opened their doors almost 1 hour late and my event was about to start and I still had to deliver items for it using the truck. After waiting for half hour more, they told me no vehicle is available due to flat tire. What kind of car rental is that? I made sure, before leaving, that they canceled my reservation to avoid charges from third party rental agency. 1.5 mo the later my credit card is getting a charge from them. “Nice surprise “ Now more headache to deal with this... Don’t go to this place!!!

the provided services versus the price is accepted and good in general but I will recommend of some comments through my experience if considered the services will be the best. * the car cleanliness was not good especially from inside. * picking up time (more than 30 min.) * waiting time of driver to pick us up to airport (around 15 min.). for these comments I give them 4 stars . Although, next time I will deal with them especially they give me 10% off for next time and Paiya was cooperative with us. And I hope that time they will be better.

Trash tier service. Terrible management. Despite having a confirmed booking, my companion arrived at routes and was promptly rejected a vehicle for having a G2 license. as the man behind the desk lied about how "no one rents to G2". FYI. Enterprise, Thrifty, Hertz, and National all provide this service to G2 licensees. I was with him, and had a full G class license. To my astonishment, they outright refused to list me as a driver! To think a name change on a reservation is impossible in 2021 While we were sorting all this mess out, another woman was being ask to place a $1500 deposit/hold. which they were having trouble paying... Really?? $1500? are we just making up numbers now? Typical deposit for a car rental range between $300-500 at most. It's almost as though they are trying to be rude and difficult. Enjoy your trip, Avoid these people, rent anywhere else.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LONG ROAD TRIPS. Make sure you read the terms and conditions of their agreement before you finalize your booking. The bigger guys offer true unlimited mileage whereas these guys say "it's unlimited" but the terms and conditions (fine print) cap you at 2500 kms. Otherwise they seem friendly.

I do not recommend NU Car Rentals. My wife recently rented from NU Car rental at the Ottawa airport and found out on arrival that this site is off airport–she had to phone them on arrival and it's about 10 minutes away. After getting the car she inquired about getting a ride back to the airport the following week, for her 7 AM flight. She was told that this was after hours (they open at 8AM) and there would be an additional charge. When she asked how much, unbelievably she was told $50 for somebody to come in early to take her to the airport! The original charge was $207–final charge $251.03. NU Car Rentals mis-represented themselves when they called themselves a car rental company–the extra charge is just a scam to get extra money out of you!

Pretty annoyed that you advertise that your rental company is at the Ottawa airport when it clearly is not. I was left to travel in the pouring rain on my own with my 5yr old daughter back and forth from the airport to the rental section of the airport looking very confused and soaking wet! After calling for a pick up, I was greeted by a very rude driver who expected me to load my own luggage into the shuttle. This company is falsely advertising that they are at the airport. THEY ARE NOT! If I could leave less than 1 star I would!

Routes charged my credit card without notice for a rental that was being dealt with through insurance. When I contacted them they stated that insurance hadn't paid so they charged my card. When I contacted insurance they stated that they only received an invoice from this company five minutes prior (when I would have been on the phone with them) and that it was paid. I received confirmation from Routes that it was paid by the insurance company and that I would be refunded. Forward to three months later and I still haven't received a refund despite calling every week to follow up. The manager always seems to be out of the office and never willing to get back to me when they are. At this point I am down over $900 and can't even get a phone number for head office or a reply from their customer care email. I am extremely frustrated to say the least. I will never be using this service again.

The location was advertised as part of the airport but it was a good 10-15 drive from the airport. In addition, not sure if this applies to everyone, but they asked me to hold $1500 on my card. I found this strange as I usually rent with Enterprise or Hertz ( both were fully booked) as they hold the amount you want to rent for plus $300. I hope this was not a targeted charge just for me. The. After my rental, it took them 1 week and me calling multiple times to release the hold on my card. The whole experience was not pleasant. They also adverted as EuroCar and I found that it’s Routes. The two start us because I was given a free upgrade, but the upgrade itself was a Kia shortage that looked like it has been through a rough patch.

I was picked up at Pearson airport fairly quickly and the employees were nice and courteous. I needed to take the car from Toronto and drop it off in Ottawa and they were definitely a lot less expensive than any other traditional car rental company. The office in Toronto really needs some tender loving care. The carpets were filthy, stained and ripped. The office looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. I was asked for proof of insurance when I declined to take their insurance. A friend of mine warned me that to make things go smoothly I should bring a copy of my policy to make things go easier so I did. Not sure why I needed to show her my policy because I’ve never had to do that at any other traditional car rental companies. On the Expedia website it showed that they were unlimited kilometres but at the office they mentioned that I had a total of 1400 km which I told him was completely unacceptable even though I didn’t need to travel further than that it’s just principal. The gas tank was a little less than half full even though on Expedia‘s website it said from full to full. It’s quite a pain in the butt when you’re travelling on the 401 and having to stop for gas and trying to make sure you don’t put too much so that when you return it you give them more than you started with. They asked me for a deposit of $1500 which I completely couldn’t understand. Every car company I’ve dealt with has never taken a deposit more than $300 but unfortunately I had no choice but to do so because I had just returned from Europe and needed to get back home to Ottawa. Not only did they not block the $1500 they actually took it as a purchase. So I’m still waiting for my refund witch I’m guessing will take 3-5 business days. All in all if you’re interested in price and price only and don’t mind the aggravation than I believe you’ll be OK with using routes. In my case I’m probably never going to use them again and pay the extra few dollars to use traditional car rental company.

I rented a car from their Surrey location. Even though the booking specified unlimited mileage once I arrived at the site they told me that that wasn't the case and I'd have to pay some excess mileage if I went over their allowance. As we were getting ready to leave on a trip I didn't have time to book another car. The car given was a new vehicle however it was dirty inside and the windshield had several stickers on it which slightly obstructed one's view. Rental was for a week and on the third day the vehicle's navigation and entertainment system malfunctioned and we did not have music or navigation the rest of the trip. I called and told them about the malfunction. Nothing could be done. Once we returned the manager was upset at me for the vehicles malfunction and accused me of perhaps doing something I shouldn't have done! They completely refused to compensate me for the malfunctioning Navi system and the stereo! And proceeded to charge my credit card approx $100 for additional mileage. More than a month later I found out that they had charged my card an additional $170 without informing me. They said this was for a photo radar. The fact that this was done without giving me an opportunity to dispute the ticket was pretty disgusting. All in all if you can find another source do not rent a vehicle from these guys! They are rude and have horrible customer service skills! Stay away!

All I can say is far stay away! These are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. I was making an on-line reservation through Kayak, it said unlimited free mileage. I called there directly to make sure it was really unlimited km. Priya confirmed that we qualified for unlimited & encouraged me to book with her instead, so I did. She said she would match the pricing and terms on Kayak and that Kayak was the best for pricing. She also stated that "we are not strict with the mileage" and that we "qualified for unlimited mileage as we are traveling to Toronto and Niagara" even though we were not landing at YOW from out of town. She sent me my reservation via email and I noticed my reservation confirmation showed mileage at $0.20 per km. I emailed her back right away and got no response. I emailed her again the following day as I did not hear from her and again today. She finally responded by saying "I never said that, please call". Luckily I have an app on my phone that automatically records each call I make. Now she denying everything she said so I cancelled the reservation. If I didn’t catch this I would have had over $250 of extra charges on my card! BEWARE!

The owner is very gracious and ensures you are getting the best deal and does not try to sell you "extra" stuff. Honest, and good service. The vehicles are clean and ready on time. Worst Car rental service in the area. We had an issue with Credit Card in driver's name (they would not accept a photo of the credit card from the driver - although you can type in the numbers on the machine from the picture provided to take the deposit). Thankfully a friend could help us out to solve the issue. However little did we know they actually took two deposits on my card and my friend's card of 500CAD without telling us anything. They just mentioned that they needed to add an additionnal insurance coverage amount (even though we had already paid for the full coverage online) and at the same time they took the additionnal deposit of 500CAD, which is completely illegal. Do not go there, the lady was rude towards us and did not care if we took the car or not, she kept walking away from us and we had to run around to manage to talk to her.

If I were you I would stick with a rental company you’ve heard of, not this place. The facility is a decent distance from the airport and the shuttle feels like it’s barely roadworthy. When you arrive, you are greeted by the driver who likely won’t say a word to you and won’t think about helping you load your bags. He will however help you with your door to get out because it’s broken from the inside. The office reminds me of an abandoned shed you would see on the side of a rural highway and likely smells worse. The one star is for the fact that the car we requested was there and it worked...that’s it.

We got picked up from the airport quickly, however we got picked up in a dirty SUV. Our driver was rude, was answering his cellphone while driving and driving way over the speed limit. Once we arrived we were greeted and although the reservation was for 4:00 we waited over an hour for the car as they had to wash it? While completing paper work the front desk person was answering the phone, looking at his cell phone and just overall not friendly. We finally got it car. The outside was clean, the inside mediocre. When we returned it we drove back to the airport in a van with a broken window, stained interior and sticky doors. Anyways, not a good professional experience whatsoever. Do not recommend.

Do not be swayed by the cheaper price! Routes double charged us and will not refund the overcharged amount. They also have not removed the $1500 hold on our credit card (pretty large amount, compared to other rentals) and it's been about a week. Overcharged me initially before renting me a vehicle, but I didn't have the computer copy of my booking request at this point to show the price indicated by their site. Once I brought in the former for the correct price, they stated I had brought back the vehicle late, when in fact I brought the car back early. And did not refund me the overcharge, the staff were also very rude and condescending. The site also indicated unlimited km, but they only cover 300km a day.

Absolute scam company. They did the inspection without my father present and upon telling him to sign for the damages, he did because he had no idea what else to do. The scratches could have easily been done by the employee there. I asked them if they take pictures of their vehicles before and after each customer and they said no! They have NO PROOF it was him and now they are charging him over $500 to repair the car. Of course I'm sure they're in cahoots with the auto body shop they use. Surely the estimate is jacked up so both companies can get more out of it. Their manager is extremely useless without any customer service skills. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. It's not worth their "cheap" prices. They get your money in the end through shady business.

Booked a car online for what I thought was a good deal, but ended up paying almost double than what was advertised. Did not realize until I got to the office that car insurance is not included and is mandatory to purchase. When I got my bill, more hidden fees were added. On top of that, I booked a standard-sized car, to which they didn't have and I ended up with an SUV that had no gas in it. I did not get charged more, but had to spend significantly more on gas. Did not get a discount for this. Online they make it look like they are on airport grounds, but they are not which made it inconvenient. Will stick to known car rental companies next time. Overall neutral experience in my case, zero stars due to a different contract - NO unlimited mileage. It is a smaller outfit about 10 minutes drive from the airport. It's not signposted at the airport and you have to go to the information desk to request a shuttle. Take this into consideration especially when returning the car, depending on their shuttle availability, you need to add considerable time to get to the terminal. I arrived a few hours early due to a canceled flight and after some supervisor talk, I did receive the weekend day rate (which I would have considered standard industry practice from the start). Keep in mind as the others have posted, they only seem to have large minivans and big Jeeps, so if driving more than a couple hundred miles, the few dollars you've saved by not using the on on-airport brand name economy car with 40 mpg, you'll have spent (and much more) in fuel costs by driving a 20 mpg Jeep. Why I rated the zero stars: you get a contract to sign and the terms differ from what you reserved: I reserved unlimited mileage. I only found out long into my trip that I actually signed a contract which limited me to less than 200 miles a day. The staff know this and I wasn't advised on this. THIS CLEARLY IS AN UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICE, BORDERING ON OUTRIGHT FRAUD. Yes, you should read what you are signing and you can probably get the reservation canceled if you notice on the spot, but that simply isn't good enough. Reading the reviews, the company has known about this problem for some time, and so the excuse "we're working to fix it" isn't good enough. If priceline/hotwire/expedia et al. require unlimited mileage, either adjust the pricing or don't sell your products through them. Compared to this, the on a $68.40 base rate, $4.60 air conditioning tax, $4.60 Ontario Environment Fee, as well as $11.59 preferred location surcharge (for an off-airport location) is just a pet peeve, but it should be mentioned here as a drip pricing tactic, obviously excessive.

Staff was nice but they didn’t have the van we had reserved. We ended up by having to go to the airport to rent a van at a much higher cost. This was for hockey so we are now out $200. Also the site said unlimited mileage but when we got there the staff said it was 200 kms only. Once I showed my contract they increased it to 1000 but they could not do unlimited. Another renter was there at the same time and she was exchanging the vehicle because it smelled of marijuana very strongly. When you first rent you think it will be cheaper but it ends up costing you more. Don’t rent here.

Routes gave us nothing but a run around and they definitely aren’t clear on the $500 deposit. I even asked the manager to show me where it states they charge that much of a deposit and they couldn’t even show me. I ended up going through budget .. hassle free and friendly staff there. Routes was nothing but a headache and very unproffesional. Spend a few extra dollars somewhere else to avoid the stress from Routes. Take my advice.

Very bad experience, where the there were a lot of hidden charges and they insisted on having a G license not a G2 where it doesn't say that on the reservation terms, I also reserved on price line where it says unlimited milage and guess what they limited the milage to 300kms a day. In addition to surprising me with a $1500 deposit against speeding tickets which I didn't account for with my credit card limit. Two weeks Later, I find them charging me extra $160 and they had no explanation to this charge and they said they should reverse it, I send them emails and kept calling to reverse the charge and they weren't cooperative, so I had to dispute their payment at the bank to get my money back. PS. They don't even have a zero deductable insurance policy only a standard one with $2500/$3500 deductable. Horrible experience, I'll never use them again

Worst place to get a car the employees are rude and very snobby there is this one lady with one red hair who was no help what's so ever she told me that we don't have your reservation even though I had my reservation. I took a screen shot of my reservation just in case this happened and she still said we don't have one. On top of that they called me in the morning and told me that the car I had booked was just being cleaned and its ready to go. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had and it's all thanks to the lady with red hair.

Rented a care right around the holiday time with online reservation. This was my first time to rent from Routes and I was amazed at professional and courteous service provided. First the online process was very simple, I got the car booked easily. Arriving at Routes the whole process was quite a breeze and very speedy. I rented a 7 seater minivan, the front desk offered to upgrade me to 8 seater if I wanted to have more seats. Walkthrough was quick and the car was sparking clean with no smells, no dirt as if it just came out of dealership For the price I paid I got real good value and amazing service. The car was nearly new, and a fantastic drive and if I would have rented that from Avis or Hertz it would have costed me lot more. I highly recommend Routes if you want a good clean car to rent at good prices with and speedy service. The return process took 5 minutes. The manager Priya personal came to say hello and ask if we enjoyed the car and if we had good Service.. I will definitely look up for cars at Routes Ottawa next time I need a rental.

We rented an SUV through rental cars.ca. We selected Routes car rental because of the price. We went to the airport thinking that the rental was based at the airport. We found out that the rental company was not located at the airport but rather close to 10kms from the airport. We rented a Nissan Pathfinder /Red color, well kept and with close to 42000km. We got a good price and we rented it for five days. Service was very good. The Manager was very professional and patient. The young assistant was also very professional. We decided to extend an extra 10 days ..we got an excellent deal. Highly recommend this car rental.

Horrible customer service. I was told on the phone they had no vehicles and I immediately went online and booked one anyway and got it same day. I filled up extra gas didn't get no money back for that. Also I left a pair of sunglasses in the glasses compartment. I called 3 days after I noticed I left them and was told he will look into it. Also told me that customer is renting the vehicle he will get back to me on March 27th 2020 and still nothing. This was by far the worst service. I rent cars as often as 5 to 10 times a year. The guy at the front desk seems annoyed on the phone and in person. The car and the price are cheap yes but I lost 300 dollar glasses and no fs given. I will never rent from them again!!!

Having often rented cars from other places I was expecting a similar experience but was blown away with my recent rental experience from this location through Mandeep. Not only did he arrange so that I could pick up earlier than what I booked for, his calm and pleasant demeanour definitely made it a comfortable pick-up. I got a new 2020 model car with all the bells and whistles. But to top this already great experience, after dropping off the car I realized I didn’t have my phone on me. I called and Mandeep immediately recognized me and asked if I’m looking for my phone. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. Worst customer experience i have ever experienced, intended to rent a car for a trip for a week from the surrey Routes location. I was unaware at the time that the company would be closing at 6pm on a Saturday when the car pick-up was at 5pm. Did not have any communication beforehand with routes surrey about picking up the vehicle, nor did they call me when i had missed my 5pm pick-up appointment. I was maybe 10-15 min late to picking up the vehicle and the establishment was closed. Called multiple times and left my number with a voicemail. And even if i wanted to pick the vehicle the next day i could not and wouldn't been able to until Tuesday, so had to cancel the booking. Just be aware that this place will not call you or offer you a great customer experience and its been over a few months and i havent heard anything back still. I ended up renting from Routes Vancouver and had a great customer experience and they were a lot more understanding, would recommended taking your business anywhere but at this location.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They charged my credit card 800$ 1 YEAR LATER after renting a car from them. Obviously I was confused as I have not rented a car from them since my car accident 1 year ago. I looked at my credit statement and they took 800$ from my account without giving me any call or email about the transaction. I called them and the man on the phone said there office was doing an “audit” and that people are being charged now for unpaid rentals. I told him my car insurance covered the rental and he should not be charging me. He then told me that my insurance company declined them because rentals are not covered for me..THIS WAS A LIE. I called my insurance company and they told me 1 year ago they tried to get in contact with them. They also told me this rental company did not make an attempt to contact them either. Thankfully my insurance company refunded me the 800$ immediately over the phone. Had this been 1 week later, my insurance claim would have been officially closed (expires after 1 year) and they would have not been able to refund me the 800$…. Garbage rental company.

Priya always take care of me and ensures I get the best prices, even with a friend who has an employee discount for friends at a popular rental company -- still cannot compete with prices here. DO NOT Rent from here. Service was terrible. Lady at front desk did not know what she was doing. I had a reservation online and when I called upon arrival to the Ottawa Airport for my shuttle the lady could not find my reservation. They said I did not have a reservation even though I had my confirmation email with me. They rented me a different vehicle that they just happened to have laying around. One month and 2 months following the return of the rental I had unauthorized charges on my credit card from Routes. The least expensive car rental agency around. Here are some things to note -You only get 200 km’s a day -Fuel is not full. They get you to return it at around the same level -They don’t have many vehicles, so you won’t get to choose from amongst a bunch of options. The car they have for you is the one your gonna get -They do a full vehicle inspection using an IPad to take pictures, and then send you a copy. So no need to worry about them scamming you with pre-existing damage to the vehicle They also have lots of policies that are there when your picking up the car, but are not posted on the website. I’ve included some pictures. -As far as having additional ID, they didn’t ask me for any. Just drivers license and CC. -I returned the car in reasonable condition (just needed to be vacuumed and dusted) so there was no concern about the “cleaning fee”. That probably applies if the vehicle is very dirty, but there’s no way to know for sure -On the rental agreement, I declined the additional insurance. My CC has rental car insurance, so there was no problem there. But it was the first time I had to sign an additional form that stated I was declining their insurance. Worst car rental ever! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Pay the extra 10 dollars and rent from Avis or Enterprise or somewhere else. I rented a car from here and renewed online as I needed it longer. I paid upfront online and when I went to the location they told me they made a new policy that they do not rent to local drivers anymore. I went online and there was nothing said about this "policy". I asked the worker I was dealing with (Harp) if I could use the car for one more day longer as I needed it to get to work and was refused. I asked to speak to her manager (Miranda) and was told the same thing that no they would not rent to me as I am a local BC driver. This makes no sense to me as there is a pandemic going on and there is no travel either but who am I to question this companies policies. So the manager told me they would drop me off to another rental company as I did not have a vehicle and I agreed with this. As I was getting all my groceries out of my car, I looked online for another availablities for rentals and there was nothing available as it snowed yesterday and all rentals in the area were taken. The only other location that had rental vehicles was in Langley. When I asked the worker Harp if they would drive me there they refused. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. As I was taking all my stuff and my groceries out of the car, the employee Harp kept locking the car so the alarm would go off. They did not stick to their word and I ended up missing work because of them and was unable to find another vehicle as it snowed and they were all booked. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Please be cautious dealing with these people as they are crooks. They still managed to charge me $504.02 to my credit card and have not refunded me yet. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

I had rented from this location recently for the first time. I had great experience. The manager had served me. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I came way earlier than my reservation and she accommodated me. I was in and out within less than 15 minutes. The car was clean and the price is fair. The service is great and for sure I will be renting from this location again.

By far my worst experience with a car rental company. The lady at the counter was so rude, unprofessional and careless to the clients. Routes tried to charge me kilometres even though on their website they advertise the cars with unlimited kilometres, and I had to pay $1500 deposit compare to other rental places with only $300 deposit. I am writing today to say a huge thank-you for the service that I had encountered with the company on June 8th 2021. The staff were very approachable and answered all my questions. I had needed to rent a vehicle for just a few hours to do some running around before I checked into a 2-week isolation hotel with my 3 year old child. Mandatory to fly into Nunavut. The staff were knowledgeable of the living conditions in the north and the lack of services up there - they realized why I needed to get items shipped up there. They gave me a larger vehicle due to the fact that I would be shopping to ship items up North which made the experience that much easier for me. Once I returned the vehicle I was cutting short on check-in time to the hotel (they had a strict 4pm cut off time). The staff was so kind that they drove me and my daughter to the hotel in the vehicle that I had. This saved me time waiting for a cab, the hassle of dealing with new car-seat installation and making sure the cab had a car-seat. It also allowed me to arrive at my destination on time. The best service I have had by far from any rental company and I want to thank the staff that helped me during this day - it did not go unnoticed and I will definitely be booking with you in the future for car rental services when I am in the area again. They definitely went above and beyond to help me out during such a stressful - time crunch period that I had to get all of this done.

Do not rent here if you want any semblance of professionalism, courtesy or plan to make your flight! We dropped the car off and the entire place was locked up and closed even though we had spoken with them earlier in the day and they told us the drop off time would be okay. There was no one answering the phone and no explanation. We then didn’t have a shuttle to the airport and were stranded and ended up missing our flight as a cab took forever to get there. Check out the photos below - we were far from the only ones. Go with Prius and her team if you have an afternoon to p*ss away figuring out the check in process and want a dirty car. Absolute BS service and won’t so much as consider a rental from this place again. GREAT SERVICE ROUTES!

Buyer beware!!! Off the beaten path. Far from the airport. Grungy looking garage. Two guys over the counter talking to each other in their own language. One signalling the other with a head shaking response. The other is whispering while talking, credit card on hang, head shake again. yes? no? what? And then Voila!!! I rented a car last week through carrentals.com and was charged through that site and again from this rental place. I called Routes asking why I have been charged twice and their rep said its because the carrentals.com did not pay them. I am like why wouldn't you call them for your money instead of NOT informing me before just charging me. Nor did they send me any invoice or notice that they would charge me! They received my pre-booking through this third party vendor so should also follow up with them about payment. They said if we dont get paid by the third party we rented our car so we charge you. I am very disappointed! This is a clear customer service issue and if you are allowing a third party handle bookings for your company you should deal with them directly for payment and not have the customer run around for being charged twice!

UPDATE: while the return was no fuss and quick, it was not clear and again a bit of detective work. I added one star. While I can't really recommend it, it may be your only option. Short story: They communicate incorrect and partial information. Long pickup time. It's inconvenient, expensive, unprofessional. Full Review: I received a confirmation email that said that the counter is at the terminal, in reality it's a shuttle. You need to head to pickup spot 15 for a shuttle. The office has 1 attendant only, she does EVERYTHING, check-in people, check the cars, enter new cars in the system, answer the phone (she is very nice). Estimated time between your arrival and picking-up your car is 1-hr. On top of that, the rental cost is a premium above other markets. The lack of professionalism is shouting instructions to employees while parking the shuttle. I also got a much larger car then I wanted, parking downtown in a giant SUV was not fun! And where do you drop-off the car? I hope you leave extra time to figure that out because that's not indicated anywhere either. In Summary, go to Routes if you are willing to gamble with your time and live to fuss around finding out all the info on your own.

Inconvenient. The rental agency is NOT at the airport, and requires a shuttle. The deposit is very high, and held for a very long time. The car was provided with only 3/4 gas tank. Giving it back at 3/4 tank was not good. Routes didn't even provide a snow brush. In Canada, in the middle of winter. Read the fine print for their warranty. Definitely not the same as Hertz or Enterprise. Car was provided to us dirty. Took almost an hour once the shuttle drops you off to collect the car. Many many emoyees just standing around joking. They could have done SOMETHING... Maybe cleaning the car. I will not be renting from Routes again, and would advise others to stick with the big brands in Canada. This location is not well run by management.

I originally decided to rent from Routes as opposed to a more well known company because of the price difference. After booking, I received a confirmation email for a small compact car. To my surprise, when I arrived to pick up my rental, Routes informed me that they only had large SUVs left (which, as someone trying to keep costs down, would be horrible on gas) AND that I had to pay a $1,500 deposit. I am used to rentals taking a deposit of around $300. This outrageous deposit was never brought to my attention until I was standing in the Routes office. Having a credit card limit of $1,000, I was forced to leave and rent from a car service at the nearby airport, setting me back nearly two hours from my planned trip out of town. Yes, Routes is cheaper than the bigger companies, but WARNING to anyone thinking of renting here of the $1,500 deposit.

Avoid at all costs! First and last time dealing with this company. Would give negative stars if I could. Booked prepaid through Expedia with a pick up time of 6pm. Have booked other similar rentals with other companies with no issue in the past at same airport. Plane was late landing and pick up location was a long way from the gate we landed at. Although we had left a 40 min window to arrive at scheduled pickup time we were a few mins past 6pm when we got to pickup location. Again we've never had an issue being a few mins late picking up a rental in an airport with other rental companies. When we arrived at the pickup location they were closed. They closed at 6pm. No recourse to get a vehicle. We were forced to rent from another company and pay another $650 as our destination was a 2.5 hr drive from the airport. A month later and we are still arguing with expedia for our money back from Routes. Why would Expedia or Routes allow a booking at the the exact time the company closes? They have kept our funds despite us not having been given the service that we paid for!

Very good! Service was exactly as I was expecting. I called when my suitcases had arrived. I was told to be at post 15 and the driver would arrive in less than 15 minutes. Steve arrived in about 10 minutes. Very pleasant, we spoke of sorts of things in the 10 minutes it took for us to get to their office. I was then introduced to Shan who very professionally look after getting the paperwork done. I was given a brand new car, about 350km on it only... Bonus!!! I rented a minivan for 12 days from Routes. This being a less known car rental company I was not sure if I would get a reasonably good car or service. I checked in on labour day and Paul was the only person attending to many customers. However he did our paper work quickly and explained the main features of the agreement professionally. They gave me a brand new Kia Carnival which I enjoyed driving. On the day of returning the vehicle I showed up there around 5pm, at which time too they were busy and had few customers waiting in line. But this girl Palak who was going to sign off her shift came forward to help me. After doing the needful she asked me if we needed to be dropped at the airport. Since we were to take skytrain we asked her if she could arrange for our ride upto Bridgport station instead. But she politely explained that the shuttle service is only for the airport and that they can not make a stop in between. While she felt sorry for not been able to give this service, she offered us a ride in her personal car as she was off duty then. As we got into the car for train station, she asked as to what our destination was. When told that we were to go to Surrey, she smilingly said that she would be happy to drive us upto our destination in Surrey as it was on her route. This was something that we would have never expected from an employee. However, we happily accepted her offer and not only that we got a comfortable ride but also made it within 30 minutes which would have otherwise taken about two hours. Now this is real customer service. I will definitely recommended Routes to my friends, more so because of Palak. However a couple of suggestions regarding company policy. Firstly, they should not take a hefty amount as deposit, because a tourist relies on his credit card balance, and if $1500 are taken away as deposit then there is less available for other expenses. Secondly, they should consider pickup and drop from nearest skytrain station as well, which is less than two minutes drive from this company's location. All tourists do not always arrive by plane.

This insurance was paid for upon booking a rental. Upon arriving to pick the car. We were told that the insurance we purchased was only for foreign drivers. There was no indication of this anywhere on the website at all. They blatantly mislead people into paying for extra services that do apply to Canadian citizens. We have called and emailed several times; only to get a response saying “No refunds” They have taken zero responsibility for their mistake and charged us anyway. Absolutely terrible company! Best rates and great service! I lost my phone in the rental and Mandeep Ghuman was very helpful in getting the phone back. He stayed late after the store closed to make sure I got my phone that day. I returned the rental a little late after the time on the contract and he was still very friendly and professional during drop off. I paid $300 for my SUV rental, the next best rate was $400 from a competitor. So Routes had the best rate by 25%. The SUV I rented was clean and ran smoothly. Routes will be my first choice during my next car rental because of the good service and price.

Had a terrible experience and not recommended at all. Was not given a vehicle citing my foreign license even though i am allowed to rent a car for 3 months on that license. Bigger surprise was when i was charged a 'No Show' fee as well even though i visited the office and was denied a rental by the company itself. Its been 3 days i am chasing up for refund without any luck.

The five star reviews are FAKE. Do not rent here, unless of course you enjoy hidden fees. I don't expect they will be in business much longer anyway, so I'm guessing they're trying to leach off of as many suckers as they can before they go under.

The website says unlimited mileage, but when picking up the car I'm told you dont get unlimited mileage as noted in the fine print. I booked through Expedia and have to cancel a confirmed reservation because routes doesn't have unlimited mileage and they wouldnt makes changes to accommodate.

Thought I was saving money by renting from this company and going through the extra hassle of taking a shuttle offsite to pick up the car....turns out, I ended up paying a $50 "toll administration charge" for the $6.35 of tolls I accumulated while having the car. Customer service wasn't good and it was really tough figuring out where to go from the Toronto airport. Although I did initial on the contract where they told me to (tired after a long flight), I wasn't told about the fee up front. Should have read the fine print in the first place, my bad, but BUYER BEWARE. If I had known that, I would have paid extra for the convenience of a mainstream car rental agency located right at the airport.

I used to go to hertz for icbc claims and leisure rentals but decided to take my last claim to Routes on king George after hertz made me wait an hour and gave me a dirty corolla. I'll never go anywhere else again. Routes had a great variety of cars and the manager gave me a complimentary upgrade to an SUV. The truck was pretty much brand new and in mint condition. The whole process was very quick and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend for icbc claims and rentals for vacations, weddings etc.

I normally rent from avis or hertz but the body shop I was dealing with reserved a car for me at routes. I was very pleased with the level of their customer service. Manager went out of his way to help us out, he corrected the mistake bodyshop made in reserving the right vehicle for me. Really enjoyed the brand new grand cherokee I rented here. Would definately go back there and recommend it to others.

Terrible customer service. They just wasted my time for nothing when they could've helped me instead. I gave my turn to 3 customers who were waiting behind me while I was struggling to reserve a car online and it was a technical issue they have on their website. They care about how many customers they take an hours but not if the customer leaves satisfied.
