After months of attempting to sell my vehicle through kijiji and auto trader, dealing with scam attempts and low ballers offering half of my asking without even bothering to see the vehicle, I went to the guys at progressive leasing. It was a painless process. There is a small upfront charge for detailing and such and they are going to sell the vehicle for more than they give you, but in the end they are able to get a much bigger clientèle simply because they can offer financing. I consigned with progressive leasing and ended up selling my vehicle for 10% higher than my higher offer I've got from kijiji. Even in a sinking economy. All with in weeks of leaving my car with them.

Very happy to have found Progressive Leasing and auto sales. I shopped around at other dealerships for a truck I was frustrated with aggressive and pushy sales techniques. I found a truck I was interested in at Progressive and reached out. Quickly Glen got back to me and arranged to meet/test drive. Right off the bat he answered my questions and I felt he was selling me a truck and not a payment. The process was smooth and quick. Very friendly and a very enjoyable experience. I had one issue with a headlight, messaging Glen immediately for a resolution. He quickly got back to me and got me in touch with the shop foreman. I then found out it was not a issue at all after a few minutes on the phone I had my answer explained to me. It's now been a few weeks, I wanted to run the truck a bit before posting a review. I am happy and would recommend for anyone to go buy a vehicle there.

What an amazing place ! To begin with, they are open on Sundays ! They offer leasing amd financing which is so grest and their helpful and knowledgeable staff Jason will get you all set up ! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly smiles from Mark and Glen ! We were offered coffee and felt at home immediately, without that aweful nagging sales pressure ! Just honest, helpful and professional :) We were able to test drive the car we found in their website right away, and it was well looked after, including up to $1700 in maintenance and repairs to get it in top working order ! Very impressed akd would highly recommend their work ! We noticed a little ding on the side that was not noticed before purchase, and they honoured our purchase by promising to fix it to the best of their abilities :)

It's very strange for me to highly recommend a used car dealership but I have to with Progressive. This dealership is the only one good enough in my books for me to buy a car after I spent a year and a half looking. Mark Bishop was basically the best car salesman anybody could ask for. No games, no tricks, upfront about everything and he stayed true to his word when it came to the after sales. The car itself that I got was a great 2012 Kia Sorento. Been driving it awhile now and it feels in mint condition. I had it checked out and true enough there were no mechanical problems or issues to speak of. The price was great too. I even got to fully test the car in my own way without any pressure whatsoever, which I really appreciate. Try getting that anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back here to buy my future cars. If only because they're open on Sundays!

I waited 6 months before writing a review (to see how car worked out over a decent amount of time). Overall the buying experience was good. Glen was very friendly and professional, he even got us an expensive cargo privacy cover that my wife wanted. They wouldn't budge on price but I can't hold that against them. In hindsight I can see I over payed for the car but that's my fault (I see newer versions with more features and lower KM for less). The car has mainly been trouble-free (Honda Fit). The only issues are: the rear defrost button doesn't have a working light and one of parking lights at the front was burnt out - I didn't notice those until after purchasing. Since they didn't 100% thoroughly check the car or let me know about the issues I have to take a star off. Test all buttons and lights in your test drive people! Honestly, I would buy there again. The car was in overall great shape serves me well.

I saw the vehicle posted in Kijiji, I've had really bad experience from dealerships where the vehicle would seem immaculate on the posting but had a lot of defects. Progressive Leasing is the best dealership I've ever done business with! Glen was very professional, good to deal with, and low pressure. We bought a 2014 Honda CR-V for my wife and she loves it. Glen arranged to have a couple extra things dealt with at no extra charge, such as resurfacing/repainting the rims since they had some decent wear and tear on them. Anyways, I highly recommend them!

I had been looking for a car for nearly six months, not becuase i couldn't find cars i liked....but I am overly picky and wanted only the best car i could get and the best service...i had walked away from new car dealerships and used dealerships simply cause i did not like the sales team. Just bought my new Jeep Patriot from Progressive a couple days ago and love it. A couple minor issues, but they're taking care of it when I go in next so no complaints there. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere and would highly recommend them! The one minor criticism I have (and it is minor, so doesn't affect my star rating), is that there was only one key with the vehicle and I was told it would be cheap to get another one. $240 is not cheap (though it might be relative to other keys, I'm really not sure).

We were very impressed with the prompt response we got from Mark despite the dealership being closed for the holiday weekend when we inquired about a 2008 Ford Sport Trac we found online. After visiting various dealerships we arrived at Progressive and our experience with Glen and Jason has been great. Progressive showed us the evidence that they had already spent a fair sum of money on the car before selling it. It took some time to sit down and write this review since we have been busy in life. I am 59 years old and have spent my share of time dealing with car salesmen. Not all have done the industry a blessing say no more. Manny at progressive leasing auto sales is one of those sales people that brings a true blessing to the auto industry. We bought our Hyundai Veracruz from him on pictures and many questions asked and answered to the point i am sure he really thought we were wasting his time. He never once hinted or even sounded like we were a waste of his time. Any normal car salesman would have moved on and considered us too needy. We have seen it before and because of that have moved on ourselves. It is was a joy and restores confidence in us to the auto industry to find these days a company like Progressive Leasing Auto sales. They absolutely thought of everything. I have never bought a vehicle in my life where as I drove away from the dealership I was 100 percent satisfied. This was not an easy car sales. We live in Sechelt B.C. and the dealership is in Calgary Alberta. The pitfalls could be endless and most people would not even consider this type of purchase. I can honestly say that the plane flight and picking me up at the airport was perfect. This car was for my wife who barely survived cancer and she sends me texts out of the blue saying how she looks for oppourtunity to drive her car and tells me how much she likes it. The mechanic that did the out of province inspection could not believe the condition and actually went looking for one to buy for his family. ICBC valued it for almost twice what we paid for it and that was not so they could boost the insurance. It was that good of condition. I would say looking at the inventory when we pulled into the dealership from the airport that Progressive has a niche in that they only have top end conditioned vehicles with a great previously owned history. That way they only have high quality vehicles to sell. I could go on all day but in closing I will go no further when I need another vehicle than to give Manny a phone call and see what he has for me to buy. From the moment Mark approached us, no suit, just dressed for comfort, I knew something was different. He was friendly and chatted with us about cars and various other things. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He didn't try to make us go for a test drive, he didn't try to drag us into his office. He was 100% fine that we were just at the early stage of shopping. About 36 hours later we were back, picking up our new car and signing off on our finance which was at about half of the rate we had previously been paying. We've had the car for almost a week now and the whole family love it! We would have no hesitation in recommending Progressive Leasing and Auto Sales, and from my own experience, Mark in particular, although I am sure all of the guys are great too.

Worst place to buy anything. I purchased a 2011 audi a6 thy said it was no accidents. Payed 45,000 went back after 6 months thy offered my 13,000 .it was in accidents but wasn't on carfax. Promised me to fix it .never did spent 35,000 on repairs after thy said everything was 100%.if you are looking to purchase a vehicle i would go to the wrecker before I would go to progressive leasing.

I chose to sell my car through Progressive and it was very easy. They made an immediate agreement with me when I first arrived about how much they would sell the car for and what I would be given. Complete transparency regarding how much they were profiting so that I could be comfortable letting them do their thing. They cleaned up the car, did some minor repairs, took some great photos, and sold it in about 3 weeks. I would have given 5 stars but in the end they had to ask me to reduce my compensation in order to close a sale, and I wound up negotiating my selling price for a second time. The customer was asking for some addons and they wanted me to pay rather than taking it out of their end. In the end I only paid 25% of what the customer was asking and they covered 75%, but the fact that they tried to get me to cover the whole amount first and didn't honor the price I had initially agreed to on the sale contract cost them two stars.

It is very easy to be cynical about car dealerships these days, to assume that they're going to rip you off. Well not Progressive Leasing! In fact, they give so much! My husband and I went to see a car recently just on the off chance it was what we thought we wanted for our first car having seen it for sale online, which we ultimately ended up buying, not least because of Glen and the whole experience with Progressive. Glen was absolutely fantastic from the get go - no pressure at any point and nothing but honesty and professionalism throughout our whole experience. He went completely above and beyond what could be expected, knowing that he had completely listened to our needs, particularly budget wise. Honestly, if you want a used car, but are unsure about where to go/what to do, head over to these guys. They are regulated by AMVIC and so they are completely thorough with the paperwork too. Good value on cars and customer service was good. The only thing to keep in mind is that they charge to arrange financing ($600). We weren't aware of the charge until we came to pick up the car. If you have decent credit score, likely better off doing your own loan arrangement.

After about 35-40 days we came to fair agreement and they bought my truck directly from me so I could move onto other things.
