The price was in line with private sellers and smaller resellers, the pre-inspections Porsche does is second to none, the condition analysis was completely accurate. When I arrived the car was better than I expected even with all of the information and videos sent. The process was made easy, really well handled on their end, and high quality service from beginning to end, including a ride from the airport. Purchased a used truck from their dealership, March 5-2019. Recently was laid off from a job in Calgary so moved to Penticton BC. Switching my registration and insurance over I had to get an out of province inspection. I didn't think it would be a problem only owning the truck for less them 2 months and supposedly saftey inspected... but $2100 later 4- tires, 2 ball joints, breaks (less then 3mm,) battery and rear wheel stud it passed. I called Porsche and one of their managers told me I was abusing it and BC has different inspection rules, therefore not covered. The vehicle was NEVER saftey inspected even know I signed an inspection form that it passed with flying colors. I thought buying a vehicle from a reputable dealership would of saved me all this expense but was I wrong. I wouldn't recomend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of honest dealerships in the area do not deal with this one!!! I had 2 inspections done cause I couldn't believe the price on the first one. Penticton Toyota Penticton Nissan. Do your research and get second opinions, I really hope this saves someone the expense and headache this cause me. Cheers and good luck Paul

Staff are super friendly, the vehicles are beautiful and the establishment is very clean. That being said don't trust the 3M jobs being done. They are done in house by Go-Auto, yes this is a Go-Auto dealership, and it is the worst 3M I have seen. I spent over $200,000 on a 911 and asked for the 3M to be fixed before I even picked it up. Upon picking it up the 3M was worse than when I first saw it. Dozens of pieces of dust under the 3M along with a piece of hair even. Under the hood is rippled, not completed and will go bad given enough time. I tried going the route of having it done by an independent shop that I know does great job and I was met with "Let us try to correct it" It's been done twice and it's still bad. I don't see them correcting it a third time. Their in house 3M installer obviously either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care. I reached out to Porsche themselves and was met with resistance and no resolution. Enclosed are the emails as well as pictures within them showing all the spots where dust was under the 3M. Watch the 3M before you purchase here as they will not be able to correct it in house with the level of workmanship they put out. Ensure that you incorporate a new 3M job into the total when you purchase.

Called Mike today to book a test drive for the Taycan or a 911 Turbo to see what all the talk is about since I've never driven a Porsche. I did tell him that both the cars were a little out of my price range, so instantly he lost all interest and said the Taycan was taken, which is understandable, and then said he had no 911 Turbos in their inventory which is a complete lie because there are two on the website. So instead of even trying and luring me in with the Cayman S worth $50000 or even a Panamera, the Porsche dealership has lost a future costumer, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Since I can't test drive my dream car and tell everyone how amazing it is, instead I will now tell people to stay away from the dealership for the poor service. Did not expect that from such an esteemed name in the car industry.

When we first met Phil, he was courteous and friendly, while not being pushy at all about the vehicle. He gave us ample time to look at and test drive other vehicles, and his passion for the product started to spark our interest in the vehicle. When he walked us through the car, any reluctance I had in the purchase went away, because he was so passionate about the quality of product that he had sold us, and he was open to any questions that we had. Even though the store hours were closed, he did not worry about time and stayed with us until we had everything answered that we wanted to know, without making us feel the least bit rushed. This was an amazing experience and Phil went beyond our expectations.

This is a note about the Camp Lessard Ice Driving event. It was an absolute blast! The Porsche Centre Edmonton staff did a stellar job of organizing this event and making sure everyone had a great time. The cars were (of course) fantastic, and there was a wide variety of driving experiences in many different Porsche cars. I feel that my comfort level of driving (somewhat spirited), on icy surfaces has increased several levels. The instructors were all great, with clear instructions while keeping it fun and playful. An excellent lunch and snacks were included. All staff was helpful and cheerful and I would like to thank the team for making it happen in such spectacular fashion. I will, hopefully, be back.

Con men! I don’t use this term lightly but I have the proof and will happily share it with any prospective client of Porsche Centre Edmonton or any GO Auto Group dealership. If anyone is considering litigation or in the process, please have your counsel contact me and I’ll provide another example of this company’s deceitful practices. I’m also willing to provide an affidavit. In good faith, I made a deal for a used vehicle from Mike Tennese at Porsche Centre Edmonton. The negotiation was fairly painless. We negotiated on price and after sharing with me the AMVIC Mechanical Fitness Assessment, I put a condition on the contract for an independent inspection of the vehicle. I was assured the vehicle was given a “clean bill of health”. There was some effort to have me take the vehicle to somewhere they chose however I insisted on a dealership I was confident GO Auto Group didn’t have interest in. The vehicle was taken to the Mercedes dealership of my choice and I was provided with an estimate of $10,000 worth of needed repairs. I emailed the salesman at Porsche Centre Edmonton, included the inspection report, and asked him to escalate the situation to his manager. “Good afternoon Mike, Please see attached the inspection report from Mercedes. Almost $10,000 in repairs on a used vehicle would have been a very big mistake had I not had this vehicle inspected independently. I have a hard time believing your shop's inspection didn’t see at least the codes or the leaking oil when they performed their inspection and gave it a “clean bill of health”. I’m disappointed in Porsche Edmonton and needless to say I will not be continuing with the purchase. I remove all authorization to charge my credit card with immediate effect and any charges already initiated are to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I request you speak to your manager and arrange to have me reimbursed for the Mercedes inspection, a total of $367.50, invoice attached. Kind regards” I received a call from another “Mike” he stated he was the sales manager. He was unprofessional, dismissive and argumentative. He thought he could intimidate me and once he realized that tactic wouldn’t work he became agitated and argumentative. He told me he wouldn’t be paying for my inspection cost and said that’s the risk you take buying a used vehicle. All this experience done was reinforce this industry is very under-regulated and after some light research, this is all common practice in Alberta, even from large dealerships. I have since filed a claim with AMVIC, hopefully, to alert the watchdog of these practices. Further, I have forwarded a copy of this review to Porsche corporate. I hope by sharing this experience it warns others before their dealings with Porsche Centre Edmonton and any GO Auto Group company.

we bought a used Cadillac Escalade from them at the end of January, originally I was really impressed and I left a nice review, but I shouldn't have because these guys are very dishonest, I was leaving for 2 weeks but they wanted us to take it before the month ended so we did it sat at our house and when I got back the battery was dead not an issue I assume it was my fault for not using it for 2 weeks. I put a new battery in it, drove it for about 3 weeks one morning it stopped 3 houses from my house I had to get it towed as it turned out it was the TPS and there is a recall on it so GM change it, they should have checked for recalls but they didn't. I thought I could hear the suspension compressor on all the time I took the back wheels off and you know it both rear shocks are leaking, I have the AMVIC of the mechanical inspection they gave and everything was excellent. it cost me $2,497 for the 2 rear shocks. I contacted the sales manager he told me that the mechanic told them "they were leaking a bit" well you can clearly see that's not the case so the inspection form is not worth the paper it's written on. and this spring when I tried to use the A/C yes you know it it didn't work and the system was empty to make a long story short the hose was leaking, again the A/C was working according to the inspection form. we tried many email they told us they wouldn't do anything. thank you Porsche for being so dishonest.

My first interaction with Mike Tennesse, was to request information on the car that is now sitting in my driveway. Not only was his response quick, thorough and professional, it left the door open for any follow up questions or clarifications. A few short days later there was another vehicle that diverted my focus. Not too long thereafter, Mike followed up with me to gauge my interest in the vehicle, and I shared that I was no longer interested and following up on another vehicle. He wished me luck and stated that he remained available to help should the need arise. This response influenced my decision to reach out again after the other vehicle quickly became unavailable, and I am glad that I did. Troy worked very hard ( called me way past office hours) and took special effort and helped me to complete the transaction and delivered the car to Vancouver BC. The car did suffer a minor damage ( the bottom shield cover was damaged during unloading) during delivery and both gentlemen helped me to resolve the issue with the delivery/insurance quickly. My pickup is getting long in the tooth and my wifes' Yukon Denali is a little hard to wheel around the city and we travel a lot, so we decided to get something super safe with all wheel drive that we can go anywhere in Edmonton and lug around the entire family. We looked at many different vehicles before locking our sites onto a Porsche Cayenne fits all our needs. I have never dealt with Porsche before, did not know what to expect. Lets just say I was blown away by the service that started with emails and texts, to phone calls and finally to a meeting face to face. Josh Couch was with us from start to finish. A genetleman who made everything go smooth. When we weren't sure if the Cayenne was for us, he let us take it home for the weekend. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. He spent a lot of time showing us every aspect of the vehicle making sure we were absolutely satisfied, we have nothing but good things to say about Josh Couch and Porsche. We were also pleasantly pleased to learn about two services that helped seal the deal. Firstly, if you drop your vehicle off for a service, they give you a Porsche to drive until your vehicle is ready, no more taking the shuttle to and from work. The second very very unique thing is that if you need a truck for a day in the greater Edmonton area, drop off your Porsche and they will let you take a pickup for the day, for no charge. I do wish Josh & Preet all the best and look forward to dealing with both of them for years to come.

Great experience at Edmonton Porsche with Christian Gersdorff. Late a Saturday afternoon, my wife and I visited Porsche, were greeted by Christian who was very courteous, knowledgeable and obviously loved the products he was promoting, quite a refreshing change from our experience at other"luxury" dealerships where we were either ignored or pressured. My wife who was NOT looking for a vehicle walked out having put down a deposit. Christian stayed well past closing time to answer all our questions.Upon taking delivery of her vehicle Christian went through the trouble of coming to our house to help her with some issues she was having. I purchased a "certified" used Porsche Cayenne turbo from them a couple years ago...I also purchased third party extended warranty from the dealership (which the dealership endorsed $4000). We took the vehicle home and the battery kept cratering and all the rims were bent and loosing air (air sensor kept going off). Fair enough(used car problems) so we replaced the battery and rims etc...Flash forward to my most recent customer service experience with them (Nick)... I'm in shock that an establishment such as "Porsche" would treat a paying customer the way we were treated. I was quoted for a number of serious repairs. However, when I told them about my warranty (purchased through them) the customer service rep told me that the warranty company would not cover any of the repairs ....(speaking with the warranty company directly..there was coverage available for a portion of the repairs). When I contacted the dealership for further follow up and to do the large repairs the customer service rep (Nick) wouldn't get back to me and never returned my phone calls. Buyers beware!!! My new Porsche will be purchased in a different city/province. Porsche is a great product but watch out for poor customer service and attitudes here.

I called to book a test drive for my mom about 1.5 months ago, and told the sales person which exact vehicle she was interested in based off their inventory on the website. He talked down to me as if I was completely incompetent and that the vehicle did not exist. Maybe he didn’t take me seriously cause of being a young women even though that vehicle was listed on the site…? He was also very awkward, instead of saying he was confused he sat there in silence for a few minutes expecting me to say more while I thought he was looking on his computer. If the vehicle isn’t available then delete the post?? Anyways, I felt very disrespected so I ended up cancelling. A few weeks later we were looking at multiple dealerships and decided to drop in and get a test drive. We walked around the lot and looked in the showroom, where a man who worked in the office walked into me and acted as if it was my fault. About 6 sales people were sitting around chatting while we stood there waiting to be acknowledged. We shouldn’t have to beg someone to want to make money on a sale. My mom was very seriously interested in buying a vehicle but instead we are buying from another dealership. I’m not too sure why the people at this dealership act so entitled as if they are the ones paying us. I would give -5 stars if I could.
