Vaughn was fantastic to my family. We bought a $45,000 car and he treated us as though we were buying a $245,000 car. My wife felt valued and Vaughn listened to her. This was our first Mercedes and we will be buying more cars from Vaughn in the future.
Everyone we met here was nice and professional. They were very accommodating - we drove from Calgary and we also had a 3 year-old boy running around and everyone was so understanding! Definitely worth a trip from Calgary!!

This dealership is the worst one among all that i had encountered with. At first that I do not know who and why that the person talk to me on the phone hang up on me with no reason 3 times, which i found extremely rude. I brought a C300 at 2015, at the first the trimmer on the driver's side are falling off. Then, i the command center is black out constantly. And Finally, that command center stops working entirely AND which I have to leave it there and having a diagnoses done. After a full day of examination, they told me that i split coffee at the buttons located at the command center, they request us to pay 1800 to replace them, and, only then they can do further investigation. Which i found is not reasonable. They told me that the coffee may get into the wire which is more deeper, and, when i request them to check inside about the wires, they said they can only do that after we paid the replacement fee of those buttons. The person who helped us today name Gary Baril is extremely rude and not respecting customer at all. He was interrupting me all the time. He even said "You can do this conversation with us all the day, the results are not going to change." And I did a bit research online about why the screen blackout happening. some said it is possible that this situation is cuzing by the coffee which that the coffee damaged out the wire. But, i surprisingly found that the refused to do a further diagnose unless we paid the replacement fee first which possibly has nothing to do with the problem i am having now. One thing that more confusing me is that the command center should build as waterproof, and they are now criticizing us drinking in the vehicle. I will never refer a friend to buy any vehicle from this dealership. Oh, Tawnja Wynn she is the one hang up on me once to day, That is what she said "ok,, Bye." Before this time, there is a girl possibly from front desk, which I do not know who, hang up on my girlfriend twice without saying "BYE", like hang up just so suddenly........ Horrible people and horrible services. Never Again. They totally ruined this brand.

A Terrible experience, in regards to service, financial options, and the vehicle itself. In 2008 I bought a Smart fortwo here. Right off the bat, I was treated extremely poorly, I waited in the showroom for over 6 hours while their indifferent staff took every opportunity to talk to other shoppers who may be willing to buy a more expensive car instead of me, (being the guy only spending $25k on a vehicle, not potentially $80k). To make matters worse, the best lease rate they offered was 8%. However, my mind was made up, so I took the car anyway (bad move). Once Iactually drove the car, the problems were worse. In the first 2 years, I went through 6 batteries, and had the car towed more times than I can count due to a wide assortment of manufacturer issues. Only on two occasions was I ever offered a loaner car, and only then because I fought for it. When the time came to return the car at the end of my lease, I had the inspection done, the inspector noted a scratch on the roof, mentioned it to me, but said not to worry, the car is in great shape. I followed up with the link he gave me to his report online which had a paragraph generally detailing the car's condition, thats all. 4 months later, when I still hadn't received my deposit cheque back, I called Mercedes Canada, where they informed me that I owed $1700 to replace the roof of the car. They also told me that since I looked at the report, that counted as agreeing to the repair costs (despite the fact that there was no quote in the original report). My claim that after owning a care for 4 years, and returning it with literally 1 single scratch falls easily within normal wear and tear was dismissed, and as of now, no one will return my calls to dispute the charges. I will never shop with Mercedes again, and highly recommend you don't either.
Great experience! All staff were very friendly and polite. Dari Mahfouz was the person who helped me to purchase my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and patient. He followed up with me without making me feel pressured. I definitely recommend him to work with. Also, after a week I had some issues with my vehicle and I took the car back to the dealership. My service advisor was Mikayla. Mikayla and her manager Garry were awesome and helpful. They delivered the luxurious customer service that I was looking for. The only reason I am giving four star to my experience is because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Regarding my buying experience of my new 2018 GLE S AMG All the staff and especially Alex and Yoshi we instrumental in a great buying experience. Any information on the vehicle I was interested in came promptly and complete. The negotiations went very well and they keenly brought the deal to a close satisfactorily to me. Alex my salesman was especially receptive and always offered to go the extra whenever I requested...he even offered to deliver and pick up the vehicle to an independent vendor to have a remote starter installed...that I consider going above and beyond and expressed a true concern for customer care. Yoshi kindly called the day I took delivery to confirm everything went smoothly and offered his assistance for future needs..a class act all around and will certainly bring me back for future vehicle needs...5 stars all around !!
My husband and I have been BMW drivers for over a decade and I have to say we have never been treated so wonderful by a dealership. Very bad experience, took my car for service and because I decided not to change my tires with them, the clerk(mikayla) decided to give me an attitude. They didn't wash my car due and before I notice they didn't wash my car she told me she will send me a survey to do in my email and follow up in 3days. The minute I notice my car was not wash she has refuse to call me nor send me the survey because she knew I notice what she has done wrong. A terrible experience. I regret going in for the service would have save me the trip and my money.
tl;dr - Best dealership experience I've ever had. I bought a used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with David Kim who was very helpful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. During the purchase process i felt that i was in the heart of a well oiled machine. Every step was just so easy and effortless! Any questions i had were answered promptly. Finance? "sign here, here and here and off you go." "Oh and by the way we already sent someone to register your vehicle for you." Amazing! I've told everyone i know of my wonderful experience and now i'm telling you: If you are looking for a Mercedes-Benz (or a very nice used vehicle! When i was looking they had Lexus, Audi, Nissan, Toyota etc.) this is where you want to go. I know of no higher praise. Looking back after 4 years, I only wish I could add an extra star but Google is limited to 5 stars. Still the best 6 star experience I've had. Updated November 2020.

I just had our ML350 serviced at this dealership and was totally satisfied with the high level of customer care by all the service staff. In fact they exceeded my expectations. I really wasn't expecting to be walking out with the vehicle I did, and they made me an offer that is too good to refuse. Dharam made the whole process very seamless and I very appreciative of that. Worst customer service. Sales Manager is so arrogant and doesn't know anything about politeness. Not trustworthy! they gave us written offer for used ML and we signed everything. Insurance was done as well. When we were about to sign cheque, the sales people changed the offer to another 2700 more additional payment. Which was not acceptable. They said offer paper doesn't value to them. So never trust them till last. I will not go there back.

My wife and I purchased a used Volvo SUV from this dealership. It was easily our best experience at a car dealership. Our salesman Dari was very professional and easy to deal with. The whole transaction was seamless and the vehicle was inspected and in perfect shape just like they had advertised. It was even in doors and ready for us to test drive during a snowy morning. That was impressive because I thought it would be outside and covered in snow. Tiffanie in the service department is extremely helpful!! She is highly knowledgable about the cars . She always makes sure I leave happy and satisfied. First off, my sales guy Simon was awesome. Extremely nice, and helpful so nothing negative with him at all. Normally the experience here is great, which is why I always go to the West End, however. Replacing my 2013 ML I came in to look at a 2016 GLE350. It was hard to tell the condition fully of the vehicles exterior as it was pretty dirty and not yet detailed. However there was obvious spots of visible damage and lots of scratches from the prior owner. The damages were the front bumper had some chipping from hitting a curb, and then a couple larger scratches where the prior owner tried to fix on their own, so was raised and noticeable. I expressed my concern of the condition of the paint and worried about damages and said I did not want anything with damages or all scratched up. The manager Yoshi then came out to review my concerns. He advised to not worry, and that the vehicle will look way better once it is detailed. We pointed out the areas of damage and Yoshi agreed to have it fixed. He advised they would fill the front bumper to fix the chipping and the self fix marks. I pointed out all the other scratches all over the body. Yoshi advised in the end some of the light scratching could still be there in some spots due to it not being a brand new vehicle. However it’ll be way better then it looks currently as the detailing and polishing will take most of it out, and all the damages I mentioned (bumper/self fix marks) they’ll take care of. The next day I put the deposit on the vehicle to buy it. The following week I made an appointment to come in after work from out of town and sign for the vehicle. Upon my arrival I was told the finance guy was not ready however they started detailing the vehicle so come look at it. I went back and was told the front bumper damage had been filled and body polished already. The vehicle did look like it had been washed. However walking around the vehicle I could notice all my concerns looked pretty much the same. Seeing the vehicle clean I then noticed the rear bumper also had damage that was a vertical line from top to bottom with a small dent on the chrome. I pointed it out which the sales guy agreed it was not visible prior. I went around to the front to see the filled bumper and the bumper was the same still! Looking across the hood you could still see the scratches and even some smudges. It was obvious that either the vehicle had not been detailed yet, or it was poorly or a rushed job. I advised that the vehicle had obviously not been detailed yet as everything is still there. I was told they are only half done and not to worry. We went back in and I waited for finance. While waiting Simon advised he’ll take the another manager to quickly look at the vehicle. The other manager then came and said “yeah sorry, theres nothing we can do for the front and back bumper “. I asked him what he means as the agreement was already made that they’ll fix the bumper, and the rear bumper is either new or not visible prior as it was to dirty. I advised that I made it very clear from the very beginning as well throughout, that I don’t want any damage. Which the deal was based off that agreement of any damages would be fixed. I said I’m not taking it like that that’s not what was agreed too. Which he then repeated “yeah we won’t be able to do anything about the bumpers”. I told Simon I was not taking the vehicle then and to please return the deposit on it, as that’s not was agreed upon. 48 hrs later and the deposit is still not processed! Extremely unhappy with how it all played out. The first part of the transaction was great. But as soon as an issue arose on the companies side, Mercedes unfortunately took a less tasteful route by backing out of an agreement already made. Then to make matters worse, there wasn’t even a follow up after. Just a complete disrespect for the customer and their time.
From the time we entered the building, to driving off the lot and now experiencing the long term Mercedes family customer care... this dealership gave us the most incredible experience!! I am so impressed with Alex Quinn who treated us like family during our purchase and still checks in with me via text. The bottle of wine and the big red bow on the car were just cherries on top of our 5 star experience. I will be sending all of my friends to Mercedes-Benz West Edmonton!!!

We were visiting Edmonton for the weekend and on our drive I was checking out cars for fun. (we have been tossing around the idea of a summer car). I noticed that the dealer had my dream car and it was only a few years old and had great mileage for a used vehicle. We went in on Saturday morning with our 7 year old and 86 year old Grandpa in tow. Chris Phan treated us with respect at every turn and took us seriously. We walked out of the dealership to go to West Ed Mall (7 year old was antsy) and Chris completed the rest of the deal over the phone with me while I was in the mall. They completed the 3M Rock Guard that afternoon and had the car ready to go back to SK by 5:00pm on a Saturday. Overall, an excellent experience. We are young, so the fact that Chris took us seriously and made our dreams a reality so quickly makes this dealership a 5/5 in my mind! PS> we own 2 other MB vehicles, so have other MB dealerships to base this 5/5 rating on.

From Mark Gummer (my salesperson), to Derrick (Finance), to Minh-Thu (Finance), all were incredibly friendly and were able to work with me. They were also able to deliver the vehicle to me and there was a nice present in the passenger seat - a bottle of wine presented in a nice Mercedes Benz box. A nice touch and goes to show this dealership takes the extra step to make their clients happy. Will definitely be coming back to purchase my next Benz here and will be referring people here.

Unreal customer service! After the best test drive ever, our deal was promptly put together. The AMG specialist, Rollie, is meticulous. The GM for Sales, Brandan, was very fair and transparent with the entire transaction. Did not feel at all that we were getting anything but the best in terms of a price, service, or information. Will be returning in five years (maybe sooner!)
We bought a used car at full price and found it had been in an accident and not worth what we paid for it. Brought it to their attention and they claim it was carfax fault. I guess that’s how they deal with a situation like like. Costly mistake going to this place. No money was offered back to us either.. I somehow don’t think that’s fair....

I bought a 2013 Sprinter Van about 8 months ago. I have 25k on the van. During the first scheduled maintenance, they tried to up-sell me a top-up of the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Aqueous Urea Solution, also known as AdBlue). They wanted to charge me $185 dollars to top up the fluid; I got 20 liters of the stuff from Lordco for $5.85. That's criminal. They should be ashamed of themselves. Would *never* go here for anything except warranty-covered work.
I visited a showroom of the company. They have big variety of models to chose. Mercedes-Benz is a car of my dream. People in the company are very open and skilled! When I will be ready I will come back here! Hope soon))

It was an absolutely fantastic and smooth process of buying our E53 Cabriolet from West Edmonton Mercedes Benz. Our sales associate Dari went above and beyond our expectations. This dealership was phenomenal. Dari was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with in purchasing any vehicle. He treated my wife and I exceptionally. We went in to purchase one vehicle and ended up with a much better vehicle based on his excellent advice. I would recommend this dealership if you are going to buy a car at any budget. Visit them first. The service was exceptional from top to bottom. I cannot say enough good things about the staff from the manger to the sales team. Dari outdid the competition at all other dealerships and I spent time at them all. I can say without a shadow of a doubt this has been my best car buying experience to date.

My Experience at the Mercedes Preowned showroom was awesome actually. I met Chris and he showed me basically exactly what I was after. We went on a text drive and Chris told me about all the features and answered all my questions I had about the car. I told him I had to shop on 5 other cars and that I wanted to come back with my wife. Chris called me on my cell the following day to let me know what he had on his schedule so I could decide my time and get back with her when I wanted. I came back about 4 days later on the Saturday at about 430 pm with my wife and again were greeted by Chris. I got ample time to convince my wife that the C63 AMG was the correct car for us, me. I asked Chris for all the information I needed to make my decision and after an agreement was made we sat down with Sonny for the paper work, who was a delight to deal with and Faye who stayed well after close on a Sat for the financing of our new toy, just so we could take her home that night. Everyone involved in my experience was very educucated on their products and they all had a smile. My experience started out extremely well. I saw a vehicle on their website contacted the dealership and was very shortly taking a test drive. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We quickly came to an agreement on price and delivery which included replacement of the windshield. There was a hiccup with the windshield installation which caused a delay in the delivery of my vehicle and with my busy work schedule it would be 10 days before I could return for my vehicle. Chris supplied me with a loaner until I could pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was the same as mine and I was able to get used to my 'new' car before I picked it up. You might be thinking, 'Why five stars with a delay in delivery?'. My philosophy is that sometimes things go wrong and the true measure of a person (or company) is how they handle the issue. As such - Chris showed me that he and West End Mercedes-Benz are truly about making the whole experience an amazing one. My late work hours and changing schedule caused me to pick the vehicle up just before closing so the head of new vehicle sales and the manager were awesome in working with me, running paperwork over to me. This reinforced that they treat all customers equally - I was buying a used 'baby Benz' which is no where near the price of most of the Mercedes fleet and I got the feeling that did not matter - I was their customer. Great job all around.
We dealt with Dari when looking to replace my wife's vehicle. Very happy with the professional service and support received during the process. Best vehicle buying experience we have ever had! Also there were none of the high pressure sales tactics used to sell undercoat, paint film etc... that I have always encountered with other dealerships. We will definitely come back when shopping for another vehicle.
Our experience with Dari was top-notch. We bought a used sedan from a competor's brand. Nevertheless, he answered what questions he could and made sure we were satisfied with the answers he could provide us. We felt that he and the rest of the sales staff treated us the same as if we were buying a new car. Dari even came in to work to give us delivery of the car when he should've been home recuperating from injuries sustained just a few days prior.
From the moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with smiles. After a couple minutes of looking around Shelley approached and asked if we needed help with anything. She was very pleasant and at no point did we feel pressured to do anything. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicle. Once we made the deal we dealt with Jason in finance who was equally fantastic. They were able to have our car ready quickly and helped us expedite the process by taking care of transferring the registration. All this to say that this was by far the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership!
Recently called MB West Edmonton looking for some information on a 2016 GLE SUV (as an upgrade from our Jeep Wrangler). I spoke to a Sales Associate named Bryan McEvoy who was very informative and helpful on the phone. He asked about our family's needs in a new SUV and invited us down to the showroom to view some models that were in stock so we could assess first hand. Bryan took the time to send us some info about different packages available and about our favourite colour (Palladium Silver Metallic!). We have not had a chance to make it down yet (holidays are busy :P), but we intend to come take a look at several models with options that suit our lifestyle - so far it has been a very easy experience.

I contacted the west end Mercedes dealership specifically because they had more vehicles in stock for the model I was searching for. (south did not have very much to choose from, without having to wait months for) Through Mercedes Benz West website I got a prompt reply from Bryan McEvoy and in less then a day I Traded my current vehicle for the new one and picked it up the next day. The experience with Mercedes Benz West was excellent. As soon as I met Bryan I could tell he was different from most car salesmen. He was very professional very respectful with the time I needed to make proper decisions, not to mention got me lunch when I couldn't think on an empty stomach from their cute little eatery inside the dealership. When going to this dealership I recommend dealing with Bryan. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased and with the person who helped get it for me. :)
I purchased a car here having dealt with Dari Mahfouz both over email and text. He was both accommodating and friendly, and made sure to go above and beyond what was needed. overall a very nice dealership to deal with.
The manager Ron (or Rob) is the reason I decided to move my deal to the Heritage Valley location. He doesn’t make time for clients, he made me feel like a burden and that I was not worth his time. His staff is unsure how to approach him, which makes discussions awkward. That being said there are great sales representatives at this location but this manager is literally the reason I left my deal.... I recommend going to the Heritage Valley location before coming to this location. They located my dream car (Ron or Ron said there was none available in the country until March) and they made the experience fun and enjoyable! I was treated with respect and the deal was finished up nice and fast. I highly HIGHLY recommend going to the Heritage Valley location first.

I have been coming to this dealership for service for many many years. I have to say the excellent service I got from the service department each time I bring my car in, is enough for me to consider my next car another Mercedes. Everybody is very professional, and make me feel they care about my car. Each time, the service person would sit down with me and take time to explain everything they have done, and any extra problems that they found and their recommendations. All the service people are very knowledgeable, and are able to answer questions that I ask. Communications through text are professional. I feel my car is in good hands. They also do follow ups, to make sure things are fine after the service. Each time after the service, I left there feeling satisfied. In regards to my salesperson Rolli, he always provides excellent service to me, and my parents, and my brother. That's the reason we all keep going back! I have to say, not all luxury car dealership provides the same level of service. Many years ago, I bought a different European luxury brand vehicle, and their service was enough for me not to get another one of their vehicle! Service counts!
Ben Saleh helped me pick up my new to me BMW was a pretty great guy very friendly always helping our needs. for a Mercedes dealership he knew a lot about the BMW and helped me figure out everything that I love about the car. soon as we got there he did revved the engine to 5k rpm cold made me cringe but its whatever.
I went in not knowing what to expect from this dealership, but all I can say is wow! Great service from all the staff, but Roland Poon and Kathy Lam took it to the next level to make sure my needs were looked after. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years, but never have I had an experience like this. It was a great experience test driving the new GLE 2017. Shereen, my the sales lady had great customer service and a friendly swift approach. Also like the fact a woman is in a sales position in the car industry which should that this place is keen on diversity. Had paper work info ready on car as well on others and even though we went with another company, I would still recommend this Benz dealership and staff to any Benz loves or just looking for a new/used car. P.s still have my eyes on the coupes this October ????

Bryan McEvoy was thorough in all of his vehicle presentations at Mercedes YEG West as I was unsure which vehicle I wanted. At no point in time did I question his ability on product knowledge and he helped to answer some pretty important questions. He was dressed very professionally and carried himself in the same manner. When visiting MBEW you MUST request Bryan McEvoy as his low pressure, knowledgeable product advising will surely leave you very happy. We are still finagling details on my purchase and have yet to pickup but I have now found the vehicle I have always wanted.

What a pleasure purchasing my very first Mercedes Benz from Edmonton west! Mike Martin our sales specialist was very knowledgeable and professional, walking us through the whole process patiently. [TLDR; got upsold and delayed unnecessarily, after informing them they ended up giving me a discount - however I still haven't received what I paid for and the service lady has not replied to my emails or messages. Still hoping they can give me my replacement key that I paid for or refund me...] I am the type of person to go out of my way so I can put in a good word for you, and I really dislike tarnishing anyone's rep, but the service I received was simply very very bad. Hope they can improve this and are willing to rectify this issue at which point I will edit this review! I had locked my keys in the trunk of my S-class, and they said the only way to get into the trunk was to order another key for $560. Thinking it was the only option I agreed. What they didn't mention was that there was a second option to order just the physical key for $90 which would solve the same problem, I learned this from my friend and the parts department from MB Heritage Valley. After calling back and explaining how I was upset they did not let me know about this second option that was cheaper (and quicker as the physical key actually came in before the remote key), they mentioned there was no way to cancel the remote key which was $400+. I am very sad that they do not provide expert advice here and further, I am shocked they will not take responsibility for their mistake. It is an embarrassingly poor standard of business practice for such a luxurious brand. Currently, the best they are willing to offer me is a 15% discount, but are not willing to refund the remote key despite it being their mistake of not letting me know there was a cheaper and quicker way to solve my problem. This is an active issue as of June 13, 2020 so hopefully they will read this and address it - not just avoid it and reply to just the 5 star reviews. If they respect their reputation and reach out, I will gladly update this review. Edit: June 15, 2020 I spoke with the service manager and he helped sort this out quickly. He provided me with the option to purchase just the physical key or work out something on both. I have upgraded this rating from 1 to 3 stars as they were able to solve the problem, but it was still a headache and unnecessary stress. Edit: July 28, 2021 Changed rating back to 1. Have not received the keys yet Edit: August 4,2021 Service manager Trevor called me back shortly after changing my review to 1 star. He promptly cleared everything up and found me my key. Came in and dealt with Natasha R. and Trevor and was a good experience, they both deserve 5 stars. Changed rating back to 3 to reflect the history of issues.
Recently purchased a Mercedes AMG GTs from this dealership. Living in Ontario, and purchasing my first vehicle out of province, I was extremely nervous on how this would go. Dari Mahfouz at MB Edmonton West made this process extremely smooth and stress free. The vehicle came in the exact condition it was promised, and I couldnt be happier. I had left a review previously for a transaction that I WAS happy with at the time of purchase based on some after-sales promises that were made during the negotiation process. On our initial purchase two years ago, we were promised features and were shown internal documents by our salesman that we later found out we shouldn't have been shown during the negotiation stages. Those promises were made and then broken which left us less-than-satisfied. Not only that, but I originally wanted to purchase a cabriolet but our first salesman (no longer employed) swayed us into a coupe citing safety concerns as well as price point. Though we did feel we got a "good deal" on the initial purchase, the missing features and service issues we were having in relation to the promised but missing features was enough for me to throw in the towel. The process felt rushed, the delivery process and feature explanation was quick and there was next to no after-sales care. After having some service issues with the vehicle we initially purchased, I finally had enough. I walked back through the dealership doors feeling pretty defeated. Ben was there and he greeted me warmly. He took the time to listen to my concerns, apologized for the service we were previously provided and did everything in his power to make it right for us. Owning a Mercedes has been my car dream. I've had a newspaper cutout on my fridge for years and I had always thought it would be an unattainable dream, but here we are! Throughout the entire process, I truly felt like Ben went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. This time around, it felt like we were definitely buying a luxury vehicle. I'd also like to give Rob a special mention as well. He was the sales manager that helped us put a favourable deal together. He was set on ensuring we were happy with the purchase, was NOT pushy at all, gave us time to think about it and took the time to get to know us as PEOPLE not JUST people buying a car. Faye Tunke in the finance department helped us again with the paperwork and documents. The process felt very smooth and it was an extra treat to have them complete the registration on our behalf. Fast Forward a few months and I am having some issues with the ceramic coating on the vehicle. The Detail manager (so sorry, I forgot his name!) was happy to take a few minutes out of his day to explaining to me how to properly care for the paint on the vehicle moving forward. Ben remains responsive to inquires after the sale and I definitely do not feel like I have been left to fend for myself with questions or concerns. Thank you again Ben, Rob, Faye and all of those who have been involved in bringing my car dream to reality. I am forever grateful.

I have had terrible experience with Mercedes Benz Edmonton WEST. The vehicle still under new car warranty but Mercedes Benz Edmonton West cannot fix folding side-mirror fail. Their assistant service manager told me I should not use power mirror in winter because mirrors cannot withstand Edmonton cold weather. They cannot do anything to fix the problem. They do not honor warranty claim, they just ignore customer concern everyone beware ...... BTW they are really good at washing my car, they just cannot do the repair. Thanks Christian for your response. After I am humiliated by your assistant service manager, I decided to give Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley a try, they found the issue right away. They found condensed water inside the side mirror and also they found software update for the side mirror from Mercedes bulletin. They had applied the software update for me. It is hard to believe your well trained staff told me nothing they can do to fix the problem.

I bought 2 Mercedes from these guys in January 2016. They had the best prices here in the city. No need to visit the other place! My transactions were handled by Chris P. He is a really nice guy! He was engaged, paid attention to my questions, and was quite knowledgeable about cars and Mercedes. He addressed my concerns, and delivered my cars as promised down to the last details. He returned calls on time, and above all, not pushy like your typical salesman. He was almost on call 24/7! His sales buddies were good too (Sonny and his Korean friend), but I would highly recommend going to him and M-B Edmonton West! Very good buying experience!

I have been so thrilled with my new C300. Florin Oancia was a delight to deal with. He took his time with me, I never once felt pressure to buy,he was patient with all my questions and really knows his stuff. I was then introduced to Faye Tunke and again what a great experience...she took me through my Lease process and she explained everything to me so I had a very clear picture of the leasing process...she was lovely to deal with. When I came to pick up my car I was introduced to Kali...WOW!! she explained all the technology (which scares me a bit lol) in detail and she told me to come back if I ever need any questions about the car answered in the future! Don't bother with this dealership to buy a new vehicle. Service has been improving quite a bit, hence my 2 stars, Victoria really makes the extra effort to make sure everything in your Mercedes is working the way you expect it to, but I was in there two weeks ago looking at upgrading to a newer Mercedes, and the sales staff treated me like I am not worth their time. They wouldn't even look at my existing Mercedes, and told me that someone that is a regular at the dealership just put a deposit on the car I was interested in so I can't look at it. I still see the car being advertised on the website right now at a clearance reduced price, $9000 less than when I looked at it. Do yourself the favor and go down the road to Lexus of Edmonton and see how they treat you as apposed to Mercedes Benz Edmonton West, that's what I ended up doing. I will only use the service department until I end up selling my Mercedes, but will never even bother looking at another Mercedes after the way I was treated

I bought a pre-owned Mercedes and traded in my car last week at Mercedes west Edmonton. The overal experience was very positive. Manni was extremely helpful, very patient and respectful. I did have a choice, but in the end I decided to buy the car at this dealership because the way Manni and the manager Yochi treated me. There was zero pressure, Manni gave me all the time I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt very confortable dealing with them. If you want to buy a Mercedes I recommend to go and see them. Also their pre-owned car goes through a very detailed inspection with a lot of warranty options, which I find very important and gives me a peace of mind.

I have had nothing but issues with this dealership with respect to servicing our 2015 Sprinter Van. I have left messages and spoke to the service people as well as the service manager and it is clear they cannot tell the difference between rust spots and rock chips. ( have no desire to back their warranty) I even sent them a second opinion from Cougar Collision who confirmed no doubt its a rust issue above the windshield area, not rock chips. No response back, hence this poor review.
Great experience overall, sales and service department. Traded in my car recently and the sale experience was very smooth and efficient. Ben found the right car for me and went through all the details of the car and sale. Followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and answered all the questions I had. I have been a customer of Mercedes Edmonton West for just about 5 years now, and there hasn't been a time where I wasn't provided absolutely exceptional service. From having Rollie Poon introduce me to the Mercedes and AMG lineup with a no pressure sales method to having Skylar Vincent reassure me that all of my concerns will be taken care off, really made me trust them both. My calls and meetings with Rollie where all about education and what I wanted out of a vehicle, etc. Even after I payed off my first Mercedes, he said "Go travel, buy a house, enjoy your life, and when you are ready and can afford it comfortably, start thinking of an AMG. I am not selling you one right now". You will never meet a more sincere Sales Specialist. On top of that, my service experience has been absolutely impeccable with Skylar Vincent. Skylar always goes above and beyond at absolutely every aspect, if it be from giving me the right information, educating me in regards to service or issue, or just getting the right people to look into my problem. I always know that no matter what issue I have, I can drop the car of with Skylar, and I will get the car back in tip top shape with absolutely every detail explained. Unbelievable, I can't say enough good things ! I was in the market for a used vehicle and found one that was not a Mercedes and under $20,000. I felt out of place pulling up to the beautiful dealership to buy an off brand worth 10x less than most vehicles on their lot. I was treated fantastic and not pressured into anything. Mr. Gummer went above and beyond texting me to answer any questions I had and Faye in financing was kind and helpful, also keeping me posted via text. After the deal went through, they noticed the side mirror was broken, and still went above and beyond to have a new one ordered and put on for me.Kevin in service was super helpful letting me know I could call if I had any more questions. The manager came to the truck as my son and I were leaving to make sure I had a pleasant experience and to check if I needed anything else. I had never had an experience like that in my life. What an awesome dealership. I started with an on line search and inquiry regarding a specific AMG Model. In minutes I received a call from Dari who answered my multiple questions and made arrangements for me to come and test drive the vehicle. Dari was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The negotiations were easy. I was offered a fair price for my trade in and at no point did they pressure me to buy extra stuff - but pointed out what I might like to consider given my personal driving needs. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’ve purchased a lot of cars and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Clients test drive cars all the time alone and when I called to make this request at the west edmonton location the first team member I spoke with said he needed to speak to a manager and call me back. When I received a call back the team member said that absolutely I could do this however the dealership didn’t have a plate to put on the car (I’ve never heard that one before) and I would need to come in tomorrow...I said I couldn’t come in tomorrow so would call back at a later time. My schedule cleared up and I could accommodate 10AM the following day, so I called the sales team back and spoke to a new team member who said that was great news and clients take cars out alone all the time (usually for an hour) to get a feel for the car after a photocopy of licence is taken and credit card hold. After this was said and done I received a call from the first team member I spoke with-he left a voice mail saying he spoke to the manager again who says I wasn’t able to test drive a car by myself?????? I won’t be going to the west location now.

Got an invitation for one of there sales events. Did standing around with nobody helping us out. Finally a young gentleman (with eyeliner!!) said somebody would take care of us right away. We left after another wasted 45 minutes without someone even talking to us. Not a place to hoping to get some information or service in my opinion. Maybe a place for Snopes? I still give 2 stars because of the nice German cars.

I would never recommend leasing a Mercedes. Getting charged for a bumper my insurance will pay to fix. So imagine you are on your way to return your leased car and someone else smashes into you. Apparently YOU are on the hook for the damages, according to Mercedes-Benz Canada. You're welcome for returning a car with 40% less kms than allotted. Enjoy reselling my beautiful car for a fortune. NEVER AGAIN. Glad I switched to Lexus.
Just bought a 2021 Mercedes GLE from Dari at Mercedes-Benz West Edmonton and the process was very transparent and smooth from start to finish. Dari was extremely patient with answering the numerous questions we had and was being very up front and transparent with pricing. When I arrived to pick up my SUV the contract was just as discussed and the whole process, whether it was setting up of app or explaining the controls of the vehicle was almost effortless. I have never bought a new car or used car from this dealership. I have, however, spent countless hours with the parts department over emails, phone calls, and visits for my various vintage models. Regardless of euro-spec or north-american spec, over the past 8 years no matter how small or expensive the parts, I receive the same great service that keeps me coming back. I have moved and even after moving over 6 hours from the dealership. I now have 2 dealers closer but neither dealer can compare to the personable experience I've had working with David Morris. If I one day am in a position to purchase a new Mercedes product, David Morris would be my first choice.

At a young age I always dreamt of owning my own Mercedes,walking into this dealership I had high hopes of receiving superb service and was left extremely disappointed. For starters, they had told me the car was cleared and had no issues but within having the car for 2 days I was left on the side of the highway with a car that wouldn't start. After waiting nearly 3 hours a service tow truck finally came to assist. Upon dropping my vehicle off the sales manager asked me to speak to the service manager Gary who would be escalating the issue who by the way is probably one of THE worst managers I've ever encountered as he handed me off to another representative while he sat at his desk. I was told I was going to be updated along the way and never was so I was always calling for info. After all the repairs, I came to pick up my car to find out that someone had gone through my things and stolen some items and all Gary had to say was that he didn't know what to say. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, your better off going to the other location where they know how to treat their customers.

We had previously purchased another Mercedes there from Dharam Taylor, and so decided to meet with him again. For the second transaction he was as thorough, hardworking and professional as we remembered from our initial visit. Having a good relationship with an honest salesperson makes all the difference when you are buying a vehicle. My brother was in the market looking for a new vehicle. I had suggested Mercedes to him, reason being it's a well-built vehicle and Superior Quality. My brother agreed as well so we went car shopping. We went first ended up at the Southside dealership which was a terrible experience! The staff was rude and we're not helpful at all. I was automatically turned off from Mercedes. I had told my brother that maybe Mercedes will not be a good fit but then we decided to try the West End dealership. Right away we were greeted like real customers by a young man named Dari. We had told him what vehicle we were looking for, the features the color, everything, he had the vehicle ready in 3 minutes standing at the front for us to look at. Now that's What I call service! I further told him the down payment and the payments we were looking for and he worked all that out as well. The whole car shopping experience was all wrapped up in 15 minutes paper signed everything! Now that's called taking care of business! I don't have time to sit around twiddling my thumbs going back and forth on prices or the salesman not knowing their inventory. This was not the case Dari new what was on the lot had it already ready to go! They asked us when we wanted the vehicle I said can we get it today they had it ready. Hands down this is by far the best service I've ever had at a dealership. Dari is a great salesman who I could see being top salesman very fast! You want good service and reliable service go see Dari I believe this young man is an asset to Mercedes West dealership and I will be going to him to go by my Mercedes as well. We previously dealt with a different dealership, and contacted this dealership since it is located closer to out home. Jason and Simon provided the best vehicle purchase experience I/we have ever had - and there have been many. My wife and I arranged an appointment and visited the dealership with a plan in mind about the vehicle we wanted and the desired financing arrangement. After listening to our complicated requirements, further discussion and two test drives, they provided us with several options - including scenarios that we didn't previously consider. In the end, they provided us with the best solution for us. We messaged Mercedes on an autotrader ad for C300, Manny the online manager , sales rep messaged us back and promptly got some vehicles ready cleaned and put into a warm bay for us to view. After looking at those, we decided to take a look at a few other models and had a ton of back and forth questions for Manny which he did a great job of answering. He was skill full, and extremely honest with us. He also had a ton of patience as we started to look at vehicles from other dealers. We super appreciated his low pressure support. We decided to purchase a c43 instead, for the superior styling and power, and when it came time for us to negotiate. He really went out of his way, getting Yoshi his manager on board with us. He even went up to his GM Brandon, to really nail the deal home for us. Brandon was super kind. We were super stoked with what they were able to offer us, and we are happy to say we are now part of the AMG family ! Way to go Manny. From the start of my initial appointment, to my last visit getting maintenance work done, they have done an amazing job. When maintenance work was required, I received another Mercedes to use for all my daily travel. He even brought my vehicle back to me afterwards! We bought an SUV here strictly because of the great service. They gave us a great deal and we negotiated very aggressively without them pushing us out the door. Sure, if we began to negotiate more and bounce between dealers, we’d save another $250 but we appreciated the customer service and patience. One individual went above and beyond to get the deal done. I came in to this dealership to see a SLC 43 AMG that I had booked a test drive for. Only to be told that I'm not allowed to test drive the vehicle by myself unless I put a $1000 deposit on it first. The managers reason for this was there was another person coming to see the vehicle 7 hours after me and they didn't want to put extra km's on the car. If I'm going to spend $62,880 on a car I would at least expect to be able to take it for a drive solo so I can really see how the car is in day to day life. My sales representative was nice and professional, but the manager was something else, not to mention the manager didn't even bother to talk to me personally. Overall garbage dealership and I would never go back.

Very dissatisfied with this dealership. I have owned two Mercedes SUV's in the last 10 years and provided this dealership with 16 years of customer loyalty by getting my service and maintenance work done here. I purchased my first Mercedes SUV from David Morris fine cars (thats quite the name live up to now isn't it?) While shopping for my next new vehicle I decided to give this dealership my return business. I made an offer to the original salesman that I dealt with the first time around and he brought it to his manager. The offer was turned down without even a counter offer or alternative price, so much for customer loyalty I suppose. I then bought a new 55000 dollar vehicle from Weber motors which gave me a great deal and provided a easy going experience. I continued to get my service work done at David Morris fine cars/Mercedes Benz West-End due to convenience. I recently brought in my SUV for a service and was told that my SUV needed a new transmission at 10800 km as well as needed to get both front wheel bearings replaced (I guess they don't make em like they used to?) I had to wait to see if Mercedes Canada would cover the cost of a new transmission which they eventually did so I approved the work to be done. I was then told days later by this dealership that I would have to pay 25 % of the cost for the transmission repair (Did I have any choice at this point?) I was without a vehicle for over two weeks and was never provided a loaner vehicle. Some man from the dealership then called me at 4 pm on the last day of the work week before a long weekend and tells me that my vehicle is ready in case I want it for the weekend I can pick it up before they close at 5 pm. (1 hour notice). I called Mercedes Benz West-End and spoke to a Jack Goodman who is a manager at the dealership and he listened to my ordeal and his only response was thank you for letting me know. I asked for a quote on what my vehicle is worth for a trade in and have yet to hear from anyone. I just picked up my SUV today and I paid $6500 to this dealership. 6500 dollars in service costs for a 5 year old vehicle that has 108000 highway kilometres. Brand loyalty means nothing at this dealership and in this case a Mercedes doesn't seem to be worth the price charged. I highly suggest the nearest BMW dealership since the first four years of services are included with the vehicle purchase and they seem to be a higher quality of product.
I recently came here with my Dad to look for his next vehicle. We started our search here and had no plans to buy the first day out, we met with Minh-Tu Lam, who was awesome!! She gave us all the info we needed about the model he was interested in and we never felt any pressure to sit down and make a deal that day. She gladly sent us on our way and followed up as we had discussed. When we came back to take a second look and test drive the car, we still felt no pressure to make a decision, and the vehicle sold itself. Purchased our 2017 E400 online with Manny's professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. We are very pleased with the vehicle. it exceeds our expectations. It had been well detailed and prepared for delivery. Hence the 5 rating. Well done Manny Service could be improved by the "business" department which seemed to be unable to explain questions pertaining to the extended warranty and simplify some of the jargon. They explained that I had to contact the service department to get an explanation and I should do a side by side comparison. Better service would have been for them to invite the service representative into the discussion. So I contacted the dealership in Calgary which is close to where I live. They answered all my questions in a friendly and kind way. I would have rated this area a 3.

Poor helpless service. The tire pressure light came on my car, and I was told by the serviceman the car has to be left for the day (to adjust tire pressure!). No loaner car available and no shuttle to take me back at the time. I did not want to mess with warranty, or I would have taken it just to Canadian Tire. So I tried Weber MB next day, and it took Weber hardly 10 min to do the job. So I did not need to scramble someone to cover my absence at work, and lose a work day for David Morris tire pressure adjustment!!! In another occasion the car broke down and they had to replace a part. Again I was left without a loaner car for 1 week until the part arrived. Fortunately a friend had an old spare car to lend me so I could go to work. Otherwise, I have to go to multiple hospitals daily for work, and run to hospitals at nights when on-call, so the cab bills for a week of these multiple daily work trips would have been outrageous. If you are unemployed so you can check in at David Morris car service between 9-4 weekdays, and don't need a loaner car to run your job/life, or don't mind the cab bills, then David Morris will be just fine for you.

Bought a used 2010 GLK 350 from this dealership a few years ago. within three months the transmission failed. they replaced it under warranty. Drove another 80,000 kms on vehicle and transmission went again. Googled this vehicle and realized this transmission is faulty and a lot of people are having the same trouble. I was three months past the warranty on the second transmission and Mercedes refused to cover the cost on a known problem. Although they came down on the original quote to repair the vehicle I was left paying thousands of dollars to fix this car and knowing that between 75000 to 80000 kms from now i will be replacing the transmission again. Mercedes does not stand behind their product. I also witnessed the service on my vehicle through the window and watched them blow out my air filter and put it back in instead of replacing, $800 bucks for an oil change. I'm done with this car and Mercedes period.

I have been a customer for last 3 years and I must say every time I have walked into the dealership, I just don't wanna leave. Just bought an E-class and both Darham Taylor and Shelley went above and beyond. Found me the vehicle I wanted within two days, the whole process just took two hours. I was busy at work and got to the dealership late but they all were there waiting. Darham, especially stayed until I was able to get the car. Detailing folks had left for the day and I insisted to get the car since wanted to surprise the wife. Darham himself detailed the car and got it ready for me. He was very helpful in all aspects and went above & beyond in helping me eventually purchase the Range Rover Sport SVR that the dealership had! Bear in mind we spent almost a week only speaking on the phone but once I visited the dealership he was a pleasure to deal with! A few days after I bought the RR he again went over and this time as there was a set of winter tires that went with the vehicke(he was unaware that they existed) but arranged to have them shipped to me in Calgary……….at no cost to me!!! We only been to Mercedes back and forth 3 times! And the third time we were there to pick up our new vehicle! This is how smooth the whole transaction was!! Great experience! Purchased my first AMG here (wagon!) and the process was pretty painless. Rollie's customer service is phenomenal, and he was able to answer any questions that I had (he really knows his products!). Very easy to deal with as well. Being a Lexus and Porsche customer, I can easily say that the sales side with Edmonton Mercedes West, at least with AMG, is definitely on par with my experiences with Lexus and Porsche. If I get another AMG in the future, I know where I'll be going!

Well where do I even begin with my experience here. First of all, my wife was online and she found THE car (2015 white GLK) she wanted, in West Edmonton at Mercedes. It was a fair price so we decided to inquire about it. We were dealing with Brian during the sales talks and while he started off well enough he got quite pushy and started pressuring us after ensuring once we had placed the deposit we could take our time. But this was THE car she wanted so we carried on, despite my gut instincts that this guy wasn't the guy we wanted to deal with. (Brian did pick me up at the airport so I will give him credit for that!) Next we dealt with Sheldon in finance, who was a nice helpful guy. I did the rest of my dealings through him, finalizing the sale. I flew to Edmonton from Regina at the end of November to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly at this visit, obviously I was purchasing a car! I drove the car back to Regina and on the way I noticed the brakes were squealing, concerning for a car with 25000 km on it. I called Mercedes West Edmonton to express my concerns about this. I spoke to Craig about this. Craig assured me the car brakes would be taken care of when we were in Edmonton over the Christmas break. So I booked the car in on December 27th. Now at this point (end of November) the brakes were soooooo squealing it was like I was driving an old cab. It was embarrassing to say the least, but I trusted in Craig's word that he would make sure that service would take care of me and my wife's car. Fast forward to December 27th and us taking the car in. While the lady in service we were dealing with, Tawnja, was great, everything fell apart. I went for a drive with the shop foreman (whose name I forget) and the excuses began for reasons why the brakes were squealing when stopping, mostly pointing to operator error. I put my foot on the brake and expect the car to stop silently, seems like a simple concept. Apparently not. At this point he also told me that he had NEVER heard of Mercedes doing anything for squealing brakes, as it is not a ware issue..say what? I am expected to roll around in a Benz with squealing brakes? Come on now..but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them I didn't want a bandaid fix but that they could try the brake clean route first. After a 20 minute drive..guess what?? The brakes were squealing!! So back the car went. My wife had a conversation on the phone with Craig and he had more excuses, not to mention a sh** attitude. She told him to get it fixed or keep it. He listened but had no real solution for us so she called Tawnja and TAWNJA went to bat for us. Her manager, Christian Ellison called Mercedes Canada (FINALLY) and they said replace the brakes. Imagine that? But the brakes were a special order (US BRAKES ONLY-the paperwork said) so we had to delay our trip back to SK by a day. My wife had a meeting with Christian to discuss our shock and dissatisfaction with the goings on around these brakes. She was shocked that excuses continued. An apology and a 'let us take care of you' is all we wanted and no one apologized, not even once. Even after Mercedes Canada agreed to fix it, the excuses continued! SHOCKED is an understatement for how we feel. Bottom line the dealer did not want to cover the cost of replacing the pads and rotors, even though they were faulty when they sold the car. Used or not, a car coming from a dealer that has been certified preowned needed to be in top shape. This car wasn't and I'll be damned if I was about to let a dealership get off the hook for that. In the end we did get the brakes fixed thanks to @mercedescanada, and as for Mercedes West Edmonton, they won't see us again. Christian assured me the President, Scott Held, knew all about the goings on around this car and any company that makes the customer feel as we did, won't be getting another penny from us. Shame on you Mercedes West Edmonton.
I have recently bought a new AMG GTS from these guys, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Wayne had some "deal-breakers' like the Run-Flat tires which simply would not have worked for us in the NWT and Dari worked hard to ensure they would be exchanged for what we need. If you are thinking of buying a Mercedes in Edmonton, then MB West is the place to go. I have been in the market for a new luxury car for a while and have gone to most car dealerships in Edmonton. I have been to both MB dealerships in town (West and South) and the difference in costumer care is substantial, to say the least. At West location, i felt more welcomed. I mostly interacted with Shelley who is superb at what she does and clearly knows what she talks about. She went far and beyond what most sales people do. I never felt pressured. From the moment my wife and I were greeted and taken for a test drive in a GLE350d by Chris Phan, then our time negotiating the trade in and purchase price with Craig Royer, following up with Kathy Lam in finance to final delivery and vehicle training conducted by Kali Dedels we were treated exceptionally well. Our shopping experience was pressure and hassle free and the professional team that we worked with went above and beyond any previous car purchase experience I'd ever had. I bought a wee smart car here yesterday and from the second I walked in the door, I was delighted with the level of service I received. I certainly wasn't buying the most expensive or flashiest car, but Shan greeted me with enthusiasm and was attentive and considerate the entire time. Jason in financing went above and beyond to make sure I could get the car I wanted. He stayed late and was very patient with my lack of preparation. While I waited for paperwork to go through, I enjoyed water and offers of snacks from other folks on the floor. After a bit, I was offered another car to take a drive and go pick up some lunch while financing was completing my sale. What a treat to drive around in a comfortable luxury vehicle to pass some time! I went to return the plate they let me use for the night while I got my car registered and when I popped back in, Shan mentioned that he was aware that I left the lot the night before without a full tank of gas and insisted he get it topped up for me. He zipped out for a minute and sent me on my way in my rad new car with a full tank of gas on them! That kind of customer service is one of the little details that can make an experience remarkable. Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West was my first stop in my car shopping, and I didn't need to make another.

DO NOT GO FOR SERVICE without comparing quotes. Quotes $450-500 for minor 75k service on Sprinter for MB dealership on south side and $850 by pretentious and arrogant fellow at West end. When I confirmed the differnce in quotes, he came back and said ok he would match. Well, try to rip off the customer and if caught back down strategy fit with the feel of the place. By the way, can get same service for $300-400 at a few of the independent MB authorized dealers in Edmonton (eg Pug Automotive).

Shout out to Ben Saleh and Rollie Poon from the Sales Department! My friend had dropped my apartment keys in the front grill my 2009 B200 while I was at work, thinking they could easily be fished out by popping the hood at the end of the day. Not the case! I drove to the dealership and arrived just after the Service department closed on a Saturday for the rest of the weekend. Ben and Rollie fished it out in the parking lot with a magnetic rod. We had an excellent experience purchasing our sprinter van from Craig Royer. We live 1000km away and initially did all the business by phone or email then face to face at the dealership. Craig made sure we ordered the correct options for a future conversion. The van arrived better than I expected. Some items I would have regretted not having the factory install however, Craig pointed us in the right direction. At the dealership, Craig went over all the functions and safety items on the van. I drove away with confidence. I would definitely by another vehicle from Craig again. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly. Thanks!

While looking online I saw a used vehicle I was interested in, I ended up making an appt to see the vehicle and that's where I met Ben, I ended up looking at the vehicle and we went over financing options etc., upon thinking about it we decided to go another route, Ben and his team at Mercedes West were so professional and courteous they tried there best to get me and my young family into this vehicle and completely understood why it wouldn't work. A friend of mine has just gone through hell and back to get her deposit refunded on a vehicle which this dealership had in progress of arrival. She had placed a deposit down on a new vehicle which ALMOST met their needs (it was Silver and not Black which was what they wanted). David Morris had told them that no Black models were unavailable. So, off they went. After being quoted horrific amounts of money for a set of winter wheels and tires ($7K+) they decided to get their own through a reputable tire franchise. David Morris then told them that they would not install the winter wheels and tires which they had purchased on their own because the wheels were aftermarket (confirmed fitment) and the tires were not "Mercedes Approved". Let me back up, one of the options that David Morris had quoted them on for winter tires, were also NOT Mercedes approved. So, they were willing to sell and install "non approved" winter tires but would not install non-approved tires which she had bought on her own. This dealership was willing to let my friend take delivery of a high performance vehicle, with full on summer tires as they refused to install the winter tires that she had purchased on her own. That is hands down, the absolute worst thing I've seen or heard of a dealership doing to a customer. The fact that it is WINTER right now and they were OK with them driving off the lot on summer tires, is just beyond comprehension. To put someone else's safety on the line just because they didn't want to spend 3 times the amount of money for tires from the dealership is inexcusable. The pressure David Morris put on her to try to scare her into buying wheels and tires from them was absurd and uncalled for. Once they decided not to proceed with the vehicle because they had found EXACTLY the model that they were looking for at another dealership, they proceeded to try and get their deposit refunded. David Morris told them that there were NO other Black models available yet a simple visit to another dealership proved that wrong. All deposits are refundable and especially in this case for the above mentioned reasons. After speaking with multiple "associates" and "managers" no one would get back to her. Finally they spoke with the "GM" of the dealership (which they had to drive to the dealership just to get a hold of anyone) at which point he did not want to give them their money back and literally laughed in their faces. Is all this worth $5000? To have treated 2 people so poorly and let them walk away without their deposit and willing to take their own action? No! Luckily he did give them their money back but not without a huge fight. Moral of the story is, this dealership is the worst I've ever heard of and has put me off even looking at the brand let alone going to their dealership. They do not convey the type of character for the level of vehicle that they are trying to sell. I had plans to check it out but not anymore. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this dealership and check out the others in town.
I just purchased a brand new 2019 GLE400 from this dealer. My salesman was Ben. I have never had such a favorable dealer experience. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past, dealt with the likes of Chevrolet, Dodge, Lexus, BMW. None have lived up to the customer experience I received from Mercedes Edmonton West. Every time I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by whoever happened to be nearby, and offered refreshments. My delivery was far more in depth than I wanted or needed being that I am a car guy and am well familiar with all the basic vehicle options. But I appreciate the effort to go the extra mile and ensure I knew everything there was to know about my new purchase. Also, Ben was very well informed on the brand and had obviously received brand specific training on their whole line up. In my experience, salesman are generally clueless about vehicles in general, let alone the specific vehicles they are attempting to represent. SO this was an appreciated aspect of dealing with Mercedes.

I recently worked with Marty Reimer on the purchase of my GLC43 AMG. It was the first time we met and my first time to buy through MB Edmonton West. Throughout the experience, Marty was pleasant, patient (and I did put him to the test), professional, and is an obvious AMG expert. He anticipated some of my questions and requests and that helped make the experience hassle-free. Marty obviously has a good working relationship with management and other departments as there was no hesitation in quickly addressing a few follow-up items on the vehicle. The environment at the dealership has been engineered to be inviting and everyone was a pleasure to deal with as I moved from stopping in for ‘just a look’ to closing the purchase. But it was Marty who applied the finishing touches to the deal. His sales experience showed; he instilled complete confidence in me and I would be happy to make a referral or to approach him again for future purchases. As a bonus, it was a fun experience and Marty did his best to ensure I got a fair deal. It might sound like a cliché, but I feel like a valued customer so am very happy I stopped in for 'just a look'. And, most importantly, I LOVE my new SUV!!

Ok, you NEED to deal with a young man at this dealership named DARI (Pronounced Dairy) ????. The kicker of this review is that I didn't even end up buying a car from him BUT...I still bought a Mercedes ???????? (I'm from Saskatoon and was looking in the Prairie Provinces for a GLE450; there wasn't one available in Saskatoon at the start of my quest). Dari had a 2022 GLE350 I was going to purchase instead. He went above and beyond getting me a super sweet deal for my trade, a phenomenal price for the GLE I was going to purchase and was even willing to meet me in Lloydminster to swap vehicles. (I ended up buying a 2021 GLE450 that became available in Saskatoon) When I told Dari of my final choice, he was soooo supportive of my choice and still asked if there's anything he could do to win my business, he congratulated me on my purchase and asked for pictures of the GLE450 once I take possession. He is THE BEST sales guy I've ever dealt with. (I change vehicles every 3 years, so I've dealt with a lot of sales guys). ????

Mercedes West where to begin. Honestly our very first experience was awful and very memorable and not in a good way and that was roughly 4 years ago. However we recently went back about 2 months ago and WOW. We were pleasantly greeted outside by Ben Saleh sales guy extraodinaire. Honestly Ben is a true professional and at the end of the day someone we would call a friend. Nothing is too much trouble, and Ben has been there to help with absolutely everything. We had a tire that was soft on the weekend and were unsure how to reset the warning in the computer after reinflating the tire, we sent Ben a text and within a few minutes he was on the phone explaining to us how to reset the computer problem solved. We also had the opportunity to meet the general manager Brandan while we were shopping for a new vehicle explained our previous views on the past management and sales staff and was pleasantly surprised in how Brandan dealt with our comments in regards to that. Jason who is one of the sales managers was also very helpful in getting us good value for our trade in and the final price for the vehicle that we bought. Kevin was our finance guy that we dealt with and again another exceptional part of the team at Mercedes West. Made all the paperwork and signing as painless as paperwork can be. Back to Ben, i know i'm repeating myself here but Ben is an amazing person and yes he is a salesperson but he is definitely a person long before he is a sales guy. He genuinely cares about the individual first and the sale as a secondary part of getting to know you the person and not how can I sell these people a car and just move onto the next sale. We were recently in at the dealership and he went over a few details in regards to the car again with us and then toured us through some areas of the dealership that we had never seen and that was really appreciated. The sales representative Dharam Taylor was very professional and he treated an over-the-phone deal as if I had an appointment with him at the dealership itself which is where my fifth star comes from as I know casual inquiries are not taken seriously by many dealerships. My car purchase experience at this dealership was really frustrating with respect to delivery of purchased vehicle. I made a deposit for a vehicle I was told will be at the dealership within 2 to 4 weeks -that is the vehicle is on its way from the manufacturer location in US. The vehicle never arrived or delivered at the dealership close to 3 months after I made the deposit payment. The Sale Consultant /Sales Manager were coming up with various reasons why the car has not arrived such as delay issues with Transport Canada (repeated excuse whenever I request for update on the car), cannot provide ETA on the car because of transport canada, transport route issues ,changing dates, unavailability of parts by the manufacturer etc. I collected refund of my deposit (close to 3 months after deposit payment) when I felt I was being taken for a ride (latched on) by this dealership representatives. In addition, I considered the actions of this dealership reps not transparent , not upfront and unethical.
Absolutely fantastic customer service, I was quite undecided with what vehicle I wanted so we decided to visit Mercedes Benz West, Prab and Dharam always had a smile on their face and Prab ensured we were comfortable as he explained different types of vehicles to us. Ehab (Sales Manager) came to greet us with a smile and walked us through our options and went above and beyond what our expectations were, to this day I am so impressed with the “no pressure take your time and choose what works for you” approach. I respected the way it felt like we were part of the family and the team ensuring that we were taken care of, Ehab and Prab were definitely part of the reason we got a vehicle with the dealership. I cannot say enough good about Ehab and wanted to let the GM know what an asset Ehab is but he was done for the day so I figured might as well leave a review. Do not purchase a so called "certified vehicle" from these clowns. It is highly likely that what you will be getting into a lemon. They will treat you well until you sign the papers and then you will be left alone dealing with a mess. Not worth the headache, there are better dealers out there. Edited to respond the owner rep: I had the vehicle for 4 months, it sat in the shop for over a month during that period of time. Because they did not have loaners all the time, i ended up renting a vehicle 3 times. I have over 50 pages of service records I collected over that period of time. You are claiming that you throughly inspected the vehicle but the MB dealership in Calgary has confirmed that you guys possibly did not look at this vehicle at all. Swapped the breaks, put new tires on and put it up for sale. Within the first month of ownership, i realized that the rear shocks were done, noises were coming from both front axles, the steering wheel was not heating and the tail lights were filling up with water after every single rain. 4 months after the purchase, it turns out that i possibly have a blown engine, the MB dealer in Calgary strongly recommended me to return the vehicle back to you. If this is your typical "certified" vehicle, good luck to all your "preowned" customers, i am sure they will be coming back, not to thank you, but to return their vehicles. You have not returned the GST, that is correct and i think that is simply a "crime". I don't have the time to take you guys to court, i am sure you know all the loop holes anyways and i am familiar with the legal system, pointless. All i can say is that hope you guys go belly up as soon as possible. Your dealership is a disgrace to this brand. Period.
Manny was our sales guy and right off the bat, he was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He was able to get us the car we wanted and fought to get us a fair price on the car. Because we were coming in from out of town, he made sure to have everything done and ready for us before our appointment. The staff at Mercedes West were all so nice to work with and left us with a great impression, from the initial point of contact with Manny, to signing off on the paperwork with Minh-Thu. Very straight forward dealership. Typical back and forth on the deal but much faster than other places. Asked for all in price and there was no add-ons or surprises. Delivery paperwork was super efficient and some nice touches like picking up the registration and offering lunch while I waited.
I live in Victoria, BC and purchased a 2014 GLK250 from MB Edmonton West. The deal was completed over the phone and I flew into Edmonton to pick up the vehicle. Initial impressions of the dealership were very good. The facility is bright and clean and the staff were very welcoming. Our salesperson, Bryan, took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and Jason Hill in the business office was fantastic at making sure the terms of the deal were set up properly. Jason was very personable and I would be more than willing, and would feel very comfortable, dealing with him again. The amenities of the dealership (bistro, coffee, etc) were top notch. I've never dealt with a dealership which made such effort so their customers would be comfortable. The breakfast sandwich we ordered was excellent and very welcome as we started out on our 11 hour drive back to Victoria. The vehicle was FANTASTIC. However, as we drove home it became apparent that the vehicle's alignment or wheel balance was not spot on. When I called the next day I spoke to Jordan Clarke, General Sales Manager, and he was also unbelievably helpful. Jordan advised that I should take the vehicle to the local MB dealer and MB Edmonton West would pick up the tab needed to make the GLK perfect. I've never owned a high end vehicle before, but my initial impression is that you get a lot of service and quality in purchasing a Mercedes Benz. Without reservation I would recommend Mercedes Benz Edmonton West as an excellent choice to deal with in the purchase of these incredible vehicles.

Figuring out how to word this review was not easy. Everyone will say well of course you received great service you were looking at a $75,000 car. Well I can still honestly say that this dealership went above and beyond compared to my experiences at other brands of this caliber. I dealt mostly with Manny and Faye and I can say they were outstanding. Manny, the excellent salesperson who helped me chose the right car listened to me, like I was the one calling the shots. Without trying to upsell me or change my mind he found me what I was looking for. He listened when I said if this car is going to be X amount per month then I won’t waste your time or mine and I will leave now. When he put the first quote down it was better than I had imagined. I was waiting to see a huge payment and walk out the door. Well the payment on an AMG came in quite low with the discount Manny put on it, combined with the good resale value of the car and the decent lease rates offered by Mercedes. Similar priced cars of other makes were coming in hundreds of dollars higher per month and these other brands basically told me the price is the price, the rate is the rate and that is it. At that point I said if you will include this one other thing you have a deal. He went to the manager and came back accepting my offer. From there everything went to Faye who was amazing. She dealt with Mercedes financing and I. Somehow through our dealings she managed to get us a deal on the road hazard package and somehow managed to get the dealership to take an additional amount off the car. Faye really made this deal happen for us and made sure the payments stayed at a level I was happy with while keeping our car protected. Up to this point everything went smoother than anyone could ever hope for. I will tell you that had everything ended here this would have been the quintessentially perfect car buying experience; it is when something doesn’t go exactly as planned that people and companies are given their greatest opportunities to shine. That is exactly what this dealership did when during the delivery presentation the car had a very small issue and we were unable to take it with us. We were well taken care of and were not without an equally amazing car for the weekend, as well as many other things. Most importantly the situation was handled by a very sincerely apologetic group of staff members who truly cared. If you are in the market for Audis or BMWs do yourself a favor and come, check out a Mercedes at the Edmonton West location; where you get the luxury and style to back up the performance and a world class sales and support experience. Through our experience we were able to meet many genuine people who were doing everything they could to make our experience the best it could be. Even when I used to live on the other side of the city and 2 min from the other dealership, I always went out of my way to come to Mercedes Edmonton West. I would definitely recommend everyone at the dealership but mainly my go to guy Rollie Poon the Presidents Circle AMG Expert. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable able but he makes the whole purchasing experience is effortless. Imre & Angie - 2021 GLC43 AMG I thought I would share our most pleasant experience with our new vehicle acquisition. We had the pleases of working with Mark Gummer over the past several months as we finalized our selection for a new vehicle. Mark was extremely patient and supportive throughout the complete process as we compared BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes brands. I truly believe Mark’s professionalism and his desire to ensure our purchase experience was the best went a long way in our final selection in utilizing Mercedes Benz Edmonton West. My wife and I visited the dealership on a number of occasion to get the sense of how the dealership would react to our visits. I must admit that Mark was always attentive and very quick to address any questions we presented. I found that even after hours Mark always took the time to respond to our inquiries, not something I’ve experienced at our dealerships. I sense that Mark is quite an asset to the dealership as he understands how best to effectively communicate with buyers without having to employee high pressured sales tactics used by what I refer to as unprofessional car sales people. I have little to no time in dealing with sales professional who only see the sale and not the individual make the purchase.

Annual vehicle service was once again a very poor experience. Timelines were missed as it took several hours longer than it should have, vehicle left dirty inside and out. We declined the offered carwash as it was several hours late already but since when is the carwash even an option after servicing? Only positive was the service advisor spotted an incorrect charge of an additional $150 on the bill before I paid. If there was a zero stars, this place deserves it. Worst Service Experience EVER!! Took my vehicle in while still under warranty. Issue being the vehicle felt bouncy and unstable during the winter months. PAID for a wheel alignment that would “fix the problem”. Didn’t! 5 times later, problem still exists. This is also after fixing the rear shocks only. Car would sit at the dealership for days before hearing back from them (yes after phoning to ask about it numerous times). Zero feedback calls or care. Terrible service, won’t be getting any business from us ever!
This was my husband's and my first experience purchasing a luxury vehicle and we had the most wonderful experience with Manny at this dealership. He was a part of our journey from first inquiry to finally taking our new SUV home and went above and beyond to take care of us. Not only did he meet our needs and answer all our questions, he offered to stay beyond his working hours to accommodate our difficult schedules so we could visit the vehicle again. He's very approachable, kind, respectful, knowledgable and very quick to respond to our messages. He kept us well informed throughout the entire experience and continues to be of assistance to us (with any additional questions) after we've purchased the vehicle. I own an S Class. Less bad than Weber Mercedes (neither can be called good) but still bad service. They overcharge for service B (still less than Weber) & then try to rob you by claiming oil filters and air filters aren't included. Check your owner's manual it is! What did they think they were charging me $750 for? Service B is a full $100-150 cheaper in Calgary & Toronto and the service there is MUCH better. Definitely go to Calgary for your service B. Reward good honest service and treat yourself to a day trip it'll almost pay for itself with the savings. After arguing with them I got store credit. I tried to use the store credit to buy batteries for my keys. They claimed you can't use store credit on parts despite the fact I had it due to overcharging for parts! They tried playing the waiting game to make me go away. What a bunch of cheapskates, further aggregating a customer to save on a part that costs them next to nothing with money that they stole from me in the first place. An excellent salesman Evan saw that I was still waiting and helped me resolve my issue. If you have to do business with an Edmonton Mercedes dealership deal with him. We deserve better in this city & until people realize how crooked both Benz dealerships here are we won't get it.
I went in expecting to purchase 2018 vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a 2019 vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Dharam taylor took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car 2019that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and got everything that we were looking for our new car. Customer service given by Dharam Taylor and Minh-Thu was beyond our expectations and was exceptional too. Thankyou Mercedes Benz and Dharam and Minh????????
I have been looking for a CLK 63 for a couple of years and found one at this wonderful dealership. From the minute you enter the dealership you are surrounded by professionalism and caring people. Shelley Biermanski was incredible to deal with - she kept me informed along the way as there was another deal on the car which didn't go through and called me when the car was available again. Mike Martin and Minh-Thu Lam were very helpful as well during the sales process. There was one issue that happened with the car after the sale and the dealership dealt with it in a very professional manner. Victoria Fata in the service department has been great to deal with as well.
The service here is the best. Mark Gummer, Minh-Thu Lam and the rest of the team really looked after us and made our car shopping far more pleasant than any other dealer I've ever been to. Nothing but class and professionalism from start to finish!

Dharam was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town and provided outstanding service throughout the process. Today I went in to the Mercedes Benz dealership and wanted to check out the GLS SUV. You would probably expect a 5 stars customer services from the sales associate right? Think again... Our sales representative Ben was very unfriendly and rude to us... At first he greeted us and showed us around, explained the functions of the SUV and addressed all my concerns... He offered me a coffee then when we were instructed to sit down by his table for the pricing. He asked us cash or finance right away...I asked nicely we would like to know the price of the SUV before we make any decisions, and is there any room for negotiation... He laughed at me and stated "there will be absolutely no discount as everyone wants it... the suv sell his own.." then his attitude completely change to the worst... raised his voice at us " Are you here to buy or just shop around?" We were completely shocked by his tone... my partner and i were staring at each other. wondering what is going on here? Ben continued " there will be 5000 dollars deposit just in case you want to export the car" We were confused what is the 5000 dollars deposit? export??? what export? We told him this is for our personal usage, could you please price it out. He left his desk and ignored us for like 10 to 15 mins. Finally he came back with the pricing paper, THROW it across the desk to us (not joking), didn't bother to explain the pricing at all. My partner asked what is the secure package for 799 dollars, he simply opened a drawer, grabbed a piece of paper, THROW it across the desk again. He did not bother to explain anything ( not exaggerating), ignored us and playing with his cellphone. While we were looking at the price sheet, Ben suddenly asked me how long have i stay in Canada? I was surprised by his question, thinking how is this relevant for me buying a SUV, but I do not want to cause a scene in public, so I still replied him nicely. He continuously asked me where i come from. At this point, we knew he did not ask those questions out of being friendly as his tone was obviously not nice. are you being racist? Because i am chinese immigrate? We decided to take my business else where as we were not being treated fairly. Ben did not stand up to see us go, did not say goodbye or offer any handshakes, did not give us his name card. We end up going to Lexus instead, and actually put down a deposit as well... so glad to be treated with respect... people there knows how to deal with customers. I suggest you do the same. Updated : talked to Sales manager Andrew and General Manager Brandan seperately. They both were very apologetic for what happened to us. I appreciated their call and tried to offer a solution to make me feel better.
I purchased a 2015 ML350 from Dari back in October 2018. Dari's honest, no pressure sales approach was very refreshing. He was also extremely helpful in contacting me for months after the purchase to ensure our expectations of the vehicle were met. I met with Tony Pullishy (internet sales) about trading in my car for a new benz, and this guy was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about what I had and what I could get. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured into making a decision! Evan was very courteous and helpful while we were looking/test driving, followed-up and we've stayed in touch. I would say that we developed a relationship more than conducted business. Had a horrible experience deal with Sales Manager Jason. We are going to purchase a GLS and dealt with Sales Simon at beginning which was pretty helpful showed me the car and working on the quote. After get the quote went back home talked with wife and we would like to looking for room to knock down some of extra charges which we don't need. The quote we got from the dealership has a mandatory protection package for $ 4,698 and a winter tire package for $ 7,999. I thought as customer we have the right to choose which package suitable for family, but with this case is not. Jason told me they are the mandatory packages have to be with the vehicle which make No Sense at all. Anyway, I asked Simon sales, I was looking for 6K price get knock down with all the mandatory package. Simon told me he would talk with management team that possible to get 2K down. A few minutes later, Simon texted me that he would get 2K down on final price, thats it. I started to see dealership willing to move toward to get a deal done which only have 4K gap way from my target. I talked with my sales Simon that I am going to see him discuss more on person. After I arrived to the dealership, here is all the fun starts. Simon said, he is no longer able to get 2K drop done, only able to drop 1k down. Wow, drama begins. Then, i asked whether we could switch the the $ 7,999 Winter tire package to a cheap package. Simon came back with $ 6,999 PPM (Prepaid Maintenance package. Funny part is the final price is only 1K less than the original one. its that should be a 2K drop anyway with 1k down from earlier plus another 1k from the cheaper package. I ask Simon why our commitment of 2K less gone with my time from home to the dealership, Simon answered he talked with Sales Manager Jason, Jason didn't approve it. Wow,, then i asked to talk to Jason, Jason gave the impression and pressure, there is no such 2K, its a poplar model, here is the final deal, sign it or walk away, we have a lot customers interested in this vehicle, if you don't want it, walk away from it . such so unprofessional Sales. Never had that type of customer experience in Canada, I am the one to spend 140k on a car, feel like i have to buy right now with his attitude. I told Jason that I am interested to purchase this vehicle just need work on the numbers a bit more. Then, I asked Jason why our commitment of 2K less gone again, Jason answered me with it is how it is, dealership has the right to set standard and keep the standard they want. Does the Owner know how his sales manager performs represent the owner doing his business? Hopefully, owner didn't aware how Jason preformed so poorly with Benz customers on his behalf. That could hurt your Benz fans a lot. Jason offered me 142,986 and I counter offered him 141, he stayed his offer asked to sign or walk way. I make a final offer of 142K at the end, he said I am waste his time, with only 1K gap way from the final deal. I am sure with all the mandatory charges and 14K dealer option charge along with $ 9,999 PDI charge, dealer makes multiple 1K. I was so impressed with his attitude and walked away. I just wanna share my experience with every other Benz fans, stay away from this guy or this Dealership if Jason still works there.
Hands down the best car purchasing experience I've had. Mark Ammar was extremely patient (as I was so indecisive), professional, and accommodating. I was on a tight schedule and had to leave mid-way through my appointment however, Mark ensured everything was taken care of while I left to attend another appointment and within hours, my car was ready! If you are ever car shopping @ Mercedes Benz Edmonton West, I highly recommend Mark as your guy, he will definitely cater to all of your needs :)
The best part of dropping your vehicle off to be serviced is being welcomed and assisted by Victoria. She has always made my experience a pleasant one. She is very quick to accommodate any of my needs whilst upholding great customer service. She truly tries her best to make you happy and comfortable by interacting with you throughout the day making sure to answer all of your questions. She is extremely polite, professional, and her attitude towards work is a winner’s one. She is very knowledgeable in her department so your time spent waiting there is never long. I will be a life long customer because of her. The entire service department is so kind and hard working. I also dealt with Jay Reyes who is the detail supervisor. He also has amazing customer service. He is prompt when answering emails and was extremely friendly and outgoing over the phone. I had rock chips and scratches on my GLE that I wanted fixed before winter and when I picked up my vehicle today I couldn’t believe how fantastic and brand new everything looked. I had no regrets. The only word that I can think of that would fully explain the level of expertise, engagement, communication, honesty, integrity, classy service, welcoming atmosphere would be “AMAZING” I was a domestic car consumer for many years and after receiving the VIP treatment the Mercedes Benz provides to all it’s possible clients and long term clients-I was sold and was instantly convinced I was in good hands. I am surprised that I have to change me review about this dealership in couple months. They does not stay on there words . I have problem with my new GLC 300 I bought couple months ago and now the dealership is saying this is Mercedes canada 's problem and you can contact them on 1-800 number .I did not buy the vehicle from Mercedes canada I bought from this location . If you are thinking to buys new GLC 300 do not buy with the intelligent cruise control technology , that is totally fraud it does not work at all . I think they should stop selling any Mercedes vehicle with this technology until they find the solution for this problem .

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz c400 private and took it to Edmonton West for a pre-purchase inspection which was around $420. I clearly explained to Mikayla the rep to make sure everything is checked shocks, suspension, brakes etc. the previous seller had done service A at Heritage Benz few months prior and they said brakes are 6mm on front and 4mm in rear. He was ready to discount me the cost of new brakes before even taking it to inspection. But he said lets wait and see what Edmonton West says so I agreed. Edmonton West did the inspection and mentioned 8mm front and 6mm rear and doesn't need to be changed. There story was different than Heritage Mercedes. anyways so we believed these guys and there mechanics and the seller did not budget on the reimbursement of the brakes as they didn't need to be changed. I talked to Mikayla the after they performed the inspection and she said EVERYTHING looks perfect (shocks, suspension, brakes, etc) so I buy the vehicle..drove it down to Calgary and when I got home I noticed the rear side was sagging, I didn't make of it and said ill check the next day and sure enough it was still sagging. Long story short I had to take it in the Mercedes in Calgary and they found the rear strut was gone and needed to be replaced, the gas cover motor needed changing, the trunk button would not work on the car.( whole bunch of software needed updating) When I called and complained to Mercedes Edmonton West, that HOW can there mechanic pass all the inspections and yet miss something so big like a AIR SHOCK going bad? there answer to me was "well sir the car is still under warranty, so you can take it to any Benz in Calgary and they will fix it". OK I understand that but what if I didn't have any warranty left on my car and I had to pay out of my pocket for a new air strut and few other things they missed? that is easy over $2000 repairs. I am also not convinced they were accurate on the brake measure either, I had a terrible experience with Mercedes Benz Edmonton West. $420 of inspection and I was left to take time off work in Calgary and go take it in the dealerships multiple times to fix issues that THEY should have figured out! Bruce the service manager brushed me off and they did not take any responsibility that there technician messed up and he would not refund back the $420 for a terrible inspection job. I am not sure how good there sales side is but I would not recommend service of this dealership to anyone as once they get your money, they don't care about you anymore!
Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West is an incredible dealership. I have purchased three cars there, one certified pre-owned and two new AMG C43s (got the wagon recently, sedan previously), and the experience has been first class each time. I purchased my first vehicle from Minh-Thu Lam, and she found the perfect vehicle for my taste and budget. The vehicle operated by and large without any issues, but where I had issues, the service department was top notch and made sure they took care of things under warranty at lightning speeds. They recommended optional repairs and maintenance and never proceeded without my go ahead. Considering the quality of the work the service department does here, I would say the price charged measures as fair. When I was in a position to move up to a new vehicle, Ben Saleh, a salesperson at the dealer, called me personally and asked if we could chat in order to get me a vehicle under warranty, given the age and mileage I had put on my used vehicle. He and his sales manager gave me a very fair value for my trade in used vehicle and facilitated my comfortable and seamless transition to my new vehicle. All of this occurred when I had zero intentions of buying a new vehicle, which is impressive as I never reached out for a purchase. The dealership reached out, found me a beautiful car, and then immediately crunched 4 payment plans to try and make the purchase work for my personal financial position. They were willing to wait for me to decide and even responded to an email I sent from work late at night to confirm my purchase. The experience carried over into my most recent vehicle purchase, where I was treated very attentively despite the dealership being very busy with customers during a sales event. The service and rental department are exceptional as well. Specifically, I found Mikayla, Austin and Kien to be extremely professional and very attentive, making sure that I was comfortable with all elements of the servicing experience and kept in the loop on the progress of my vehicles service at all times. All in all, I would give this dealership a five star rating because they are not just exceptional: they are friendly, cordial, available and truly do an honourable service to the Mercedes-Benz buying experience that you should expect from a luxury car dealer. Do yourself a favour and shop here if you are serious about buying a car. You might be surprised what you can manage to get into. The best or nothing indeed. Excellent work!
Just wanted to leave a quick review about how wonderful my experience was with Mercedes Edmonton West! Being 6 hours away the team was able to have the deal done before I even hit the road to drive to Edmonton. They were so accommodating and Rèal made sure to be ready and waiting for my Dad who was checking the vehicle out on my behalf. Once arriving I was offered refreshments and had the pleasure of waiting in their comfortable lounge area while Faye finished up with her previous client. Rèal had a huge bow on the Range Rover waiting for me which made me feel like a million bucks. I felt SO special, first class service all the way with these guys! Huge thanks to the staff there for helping me get into my dream "mom mobile". Rèal and his team made it happen quick and were great to deal with. Wow. What an experience. Not like any other dealer experience I have had. Start to finish I was welcomed and felt like I was dealing with friends of years! Nothing close to a sales scenario. Vaughn in sales engaged with conversation regarding my daily life and my needs in a vehicle as well as asked questions about myself. You could tel it was genuine and not a gimmick. The GSM Brandan was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect from parts and service to warantee and vehicle specs. They helped me get my dream car for the price I wanted and made it effortless. My friend and I went into West end Mercedes Benz the other day and spoke to Tony. Although my friend didn't end up purchasing just yet we left with a ton of knowledge about all suvs that Mercedes offers as well as unbiased competition comparison facts. Tony took us on a few test drives with the M and G class suv's. Overall a great experience and the next time in the market I will definitely be going to see Tony.
I wish to share my great experience purchasing a vehicle from Darham Taylor and staff at Mercedes-Benz West in Edmonton. I had the opportunity about two years ago to rent a GLA-250 for about a month while my Boxter was in for repairs. I really enjoyed the experience of driving this great little crossover — I loved its handling, great looks and fuel economy. It was always in my mind that I would like to check one out to purchase when the time was right. Subsequently, I visited Darham at the dealership several times and he showed me many models. He was very patient and followed up on each visit. I found the rest of the staff very friendly, always being greeted with a smile and offer of coffee. When it came time to get more serious, Darham took the time to find me just the right car. Negotiations on the selling price was handled very professionally, I never felt pressured and we struck a deal I was very happy with. Faye in the finance department was very helpful and efficient with the paperwork and registration. In the end, I drove off as a pleased owner of a beautiful read GLA 250 and have been very happy with it. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz West dealership in Edmonton. very terrible customer service. I made payment for preorder. After three month when car arrived , they forced me buy three years regular service package with car, otherwise they refuse sell to me. finally they returned my deposit. I still keep the preorder deposit paperwork when I made $ 5000 CAD deposit. I think they sold the car to other customer before I pick up . it is shame.
I tried to buy a Mercedes Benz gle and my salesman draham really worked hard to get the sale done but unfortunately. We were to far a part. He was very honest and worked really hard to get a deal. I would have loved to buy the gle but such as life. Draham was great. He made the experience great. Best of luck in the new yr.
I contacted Mercedes Benz West yesterday to schedule an appointment for an A service and was quoted a price of $625+ for the service. Needless to say I was shocked at the price as I have never paid more than ~$300 for an A service at other dealerships. When I questioned the high price, I was told the service included a 2 1/2 hour 'mechanical inspection'. According to the Mercedes Benz website and my service manual, an A service consists of the following: 1. Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement 2. Oil Filter Replacement 3. Fluid Level Checks & Corrections 4. Tire Inflation Check & Correction 5. Brake Component Inspection 6. Reset Maintenance Counter No mention of any 2 1/2 hour mechanical inspection. It appears to me that Mercedes Benz West is trying to gouge customers by performing an unnecessary 'inspection' as part an A service. Terrible way to treat MB customers! If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I was there at the dealership a couple of times recently to test drive and finalize the deal. The sales person, Andy Sun, was very helpful and professional, however the manager was very rude and condescending when discussing the pricing. The negotiation is always part of a vehicle purchase process, I would assume a car sales person to appreciate the purpose of the process, especially it is widely practice. it is ok if you let your customer know the deal is final, however it is NOT ok to be rude and aggresive to your customers. The manager, Yoshi, was very loud and his body language was intimidating. I am very certain many people saw and heard him raising his voice, pointing his finger at me while leaning forward. The action was threatening and bullying. If it is not because someone stop him, he would become louder and more aggresive in his tones and gestures. If a car sales manager could not handle a simple negotiation professionally, he is not fit for the job. Needless to say we are taking our purchase somewhere else.
My family and I have taken our cars here for service over the past couple years with service advisor Austin and we have been met with excellent service each and every time. The communication from drop off to pickup is superb. Any issues or needs that arose with our cars were always explained in a simple and thorough manner. The cars were always returned in perfect condition.

The whole team jumped on getting me what I needed and did it efficiently. From the first point of communication to the closing of the deal. Dari made sure to walk me through my new purchase to make sure I understood all the new gadgets as I just made a pretty big upgrade and was past closing to do so and not once did I feel rushed. 2019-10 I saw the vehicle I was interested in on line and as a result I telephoned Mercedes Benz Edmonton West and asked to speak with a Manager. I was transferred to Rob LAM (Sales Manager) and in every aspect of my interaction from that point on was treated in a respectful and honest manner by Alex QUINN (Sales) and Faye TUNKE (Financial Services Manager). Rob is a total professional, articulate and fair in all his dealings with me. I can honestly say that my overall past impressions of many in the motor vehicle industry has been sometimes less than stellar but Rob has restored my faith in the fact that you should not judge everybody by the same standards. He met the high bar of exceptional in every respect. After we made a deal on the phone Rob had Alex interact with me in all other aspects of my purchase of a very nice 2014 MB ES350 Cabriolet which I flew out to drive back to my home. Alex was exceptional in that he looked after every minute detail that I could possibly have asked for from the time he picked my up at the airport to drive back to the dealership to a follow up call he made to me a week after I got home. Well done Alex. Part of the interaction at the dealership involved the customary visit to the Finance Dept for payment and explanation of options regarding warranty/service etc. Faye was also very professional and fully explained important options to me which I truly appreciated. Thanks Faye. I would be totally remiss if I did not give a very positive 5 star shout out to the dealership detailing area for the excellent, professional job they did on the entire vehicle. It looked as brand new as a 2014 model with 19,000 plus km on it possibly could. Great job by all involved. I am hopeful that if I experience any difficulty going forward with this vehicle which I intend to summer drive only that MB Edmonton West will treat me in the manner to which I am now accustomed. I went to this mercedes with the intention to gather some more info with a friend who was thinking of trading in his mercedes. After waiting 20+ mins to get attended to we were passed off to an " Internet sales manager" Real, which then continued to waste our time and did not provide any relevant info for the trade. Please avoid Real and this dealership if your wishing to receive proper service. As a Lexus owner I might be biased but Lexus is 100x better in every way from the moment you step in the door.
The staff was absolutely amazing the sale stuff for the vehicle side of things greeted me with Friendly Smiles and handshakes I was there for service work he went beyond expectations that got from other dealerships I can't say enough good things regarding the service staff and young lady at AMG I will recommend highly to anybody that ask me questions regarding it. I wondered in the day before without an appointment and they accommodated me the next day. My service work done on my Sprinter van and I was on my way absolutely wonderful.

A month or so ago we went looking at a new model we were very interested in purchasing and after 15-ish miutes on the lot, an Asian sales with last name Ma or Mah or something similar approached us. He said hi and ask what are we were up to (looking at vehicles obviously?). After we explained we are interested in this new model and we took our X (car model) to service around here, so we came have a look. He then suddenly (and weirdly) starting to, and repeatedly, suggest us that used vehicle is over that side and we should take a look there even after we repeatedly mentioning we are interested in this new model. And the last straw was when he questioned us in a very weird tone asking "Then, why are you here?" The whole conversation took less than 10 minutes and we felt very uncomfortable and left. We then gone to buy the vehicle at Heritage Valley Mercedes (we received very very exceptional experience there) that very afternoon instead.
Thank you very much Mercedes-Benz, let me get the car that suits me. GLC300 This car is very comfortable to drive and has my favorite Chinese system. Thank you, intimate butler Mr.Sun And your service.

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. Not once since buying my car have I had one good service appointment. They lied to me about the tires on my car, refused to replace them after lying, forgot to book my service appointment, and TWICE forgot to book me a loaner car. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. I'm done with Mercedes. I will buy my next 130k car from Audi or bmw where they treat their customers with DIGNITY AND RESPECT. David Morris is a complete disgrace to the Mercedes brand. I have contacted the BBB, AMVIC, and Mercedes Canada head offices about this.

I purchased my SVU from these guys two years ago. I traded my old SVU in and bought it right out. I later found out that the sales guy that sold me that SVU lied straight to my face about my trade in. I recently had an issue with my SUV, not only did the service department FAIL to meet my expectations, I have zero interest in addressing this further. As I seen there were no other options, I went some where else and got it fixed at a reputable place that was honest and for half the cost. By the way, I noticed that all your 1 star ratings and complaints circle around your service department and ridiculous shop charges. Am I the only one that noticed this trend. Shame on you Mercedes-Benz West. Also noticed that the response from owner is mainly towards the positive customer feedback and little to no response to customer complaints or criticism...just pointing out the facts. We bought a 2017 Mercedes Glc 43 AMG back in May for 67,800 $$ and it’s Fun suv to drive but due to changes at work we decided to sell it, Then we brought it here to Mercedes Benz Edmonton west to get an appraisal for how much we can get for Glc then the sales manager Ehab or ihab came to talk to us and rudely offered us to buy it for 48,000!!! Wow that’s a big time ripoff and not just that he was trying so hard to stop us from leaving saying that’s the best price we gonna find anywhere in the city then after leaving with disappointment for how much these cars depreciation is bad Not knowing at the time that we where getting ripped off but shortly after we went to south side Mercedes at heritage valley for second appraisal, only to find out the complete opposite experience , they came back with price of 60,000 !!!!!! dollars and they Bought it from us thank god we walked away from the so calls him self sales manager at and there scam at the west Mercedes. SHAME ON YOU Trust me people take your hard working money to a better place like the south side Mercedes Sunny is the guy to see
Best experience I have had buying a car. We drove up to Edmonton from Calgary to purchase our gla 250 from this dealership. Prior to our visit, Dari has been communicating with us and getting us posted about the car. When we got to the dealership, our car was already outside waiting for us- all fresh! Dari is the best person that we have dealt with ever. Unfortunately I can only give them a 5stat rating it would definitely be a 10 out of 5. Just a great feel from the entire dealership. Would definitely recommend to buy from these guys.
John I am normally asked to write a review for a company or an individual that provides a service. This time, I am initiating one, because the experience was outstanding. On Christmas Eve, at 3:55 pm. I decided to drop into Mercedes Benz Edmonton West for a quick look at some vehicles. My wife and I were thinking of buying a new car and I was just driving by and saw the lights still on. Everyone was happy and joyful because they were going home for a break and to celebrating Christmas) at that time, I didn’t know the closing time was 4:00 pm, of course, it was Christmas Eve. I’m sure the last thing they wanted to see was another customer. However, some of them gave me that look but were afraid to approach me. I totally understand because I would have wanted to go home too. Well, except for one fellow, who came across the showroom and kindly approached me and said, “How can I help you”. I apologized for my timing and told him I just wanted to take a quick look, but he said he was fine staying with me. The car salesman, (Manny Martinez) made me feel so comfortable that I returned with my wife the next opening day after Christmas and bought a new Mercedes. Manny was extremely polite, answered all of the questions, patiently and made us feel trustworthy towards him, that we were getting a good car with excellent service and care. All the individuals with whom we interacted with Minh Thu (financial advisor), Tech Instructor, the Service Manager and Part’s Manager (my apologies I’ve forgotten their names) were extremely helpful. RE: Service Department. I was hesitant about going through the dealership to perform a last minute tire swap thinking they were going to over charge and take a long time but I was wrong. Took my CLA 45 in today around lunch time and they were able to get it done promptly within a couple of hours. Although they were busy and had a large volume of cars to service, they did not neglect the service aspect and even washed my car. Due to the good customer service I will be back in the future if I ever need any quick work done on the car.

This is the worst service experience ever coming from a Mercedes dealership and my family has dealt with most of the luxury car brands for almost two decades! We booked a service appointment about 3 weeks ago, requested and was promised a loaner vehicle. When we got there we were told by the service advisor that there was never a request for a loaner thus none available. He wasn't apologetic and kind of implied that we forgot to book one. He didn't even try to find a solution other than offering a one way shuttle to work. He said there was no one available to pick us up after 5 to retrieve our car and we'd have to find our own transportation there. I have unfortunately encountered similar problems before with other dealers but they all tried hard to offer satisfactory solutions and appeared to care for their customers. We are totally disappointed! All the excellent work of your sales team is for nothing if after sales service is terrible
Great people. I especially like Brandon the sales manager and Vaughn one of the sales associates. My vehicle was factory ordered and it arrived long before the ETA and it had all the special touches I asked for. Always very responsive to emails, texts, etc. They made me feel very special. Great job guys! I look forward to having the same experience with the service department.

We traded in my wife's B200 for a newer B250 at this dealership recently. Our old B200 had been outfitted with a remote starter system and it was equally important to us that the new B250 be capable of having an after-market remote starter system added. At the time of the purchase, we clearly stated that we need to be able to add a remote starter to this vehicle and this was confirmed by the sales person, Shan, and by others we spoke to at the dealership. We were even advised where to take the vehicle to have the system installed and the actual person to talk to at the installer. As we purchased the vehicle in the summer, we did not take the vehicle in to have the remote starter installed until early winter but where then shocked to find out that the installer recommended by the dealership cannot actually install a system on a B250. We then spent a long period searching first throughout Canada and then later throughout the U.S. trying to find a remote starter system that would work on this vehicle. When we had no success, we went back to our salesperson who offered to look into the situation but later advised that their technicians and advisors actually don't even recommend installing a remote system on this vehicle. We would never have purchased this vehicle in the first place had we known that it was not possible to install a remote starter system on later model B series cars. The primary reason why we did proceed with the purchase was because we were clearly led to believe by the dealership that this would not be a problem. Even more frustrating from a purchaser's point of view is the fact that our salesperson now appears to be actively avoiding us and will not respond to us. Obviously there is very little interest in maintaining us as a customer of this dealership?
Don't we purchase high end vehicles and take them to the dealership so we get exceptional customer service? This experience makes me wonder why i would ever own two. Went in to simply get another key for my one of my cars and it turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had. First of all it took 15 minutes of service people looking at me and not helping me and then I had to ask someone to help me. The they had no idea about my appointment which I had booked 2 weeks prior. Next the girl said my key fab re-configuration would take then entire day. No idea why this was, but I accepted it. When I sent my granddaughter to pick up my car they would not give it to her. She had to wait 15 minutes for help, then they guy helping her forgot about her and she had to go and ask someone else for the car. She proceed to wait another 20 minutes for them to come back to her to tell her they would not release my car to her. I had sent her with my credit card to pay for it. The service guy said he wouldn't give it to her because the registration is under my companies name, even though my own personal name was on the appointment for the car. So after another 15 mins I had to speak to the guy on the phone and he wanted me to provide proof that I owned my company! Needless to say i wan not happy at all at this point. So an hour later my grand daughter pays for the service and was given the car with the old key. They would not give her the new key and said I had to come pick up the new key. So ho w does this make sense; she pays for the service with my credit card and then they wont give her the key but give her the vehicle worth thousands of dollars??? Now I have to take time out of my regular 6 day / week work week to go and get the new key for a vehicle which will be in my driveway.
I bought E53 convertible Great dealership! And I don't say that lightly, I know most have a bad reputation. These guys are fantastic, are always willing to help, and keep the expenses to a minimum. From sales to service, all the reps are top-notch...but a special shout out to Ehab, he's never let me down!

I just bought a 2017 C300 4matic from MB Edmonton West. I have been coming here for parts many as of previous Mercedes I owned. Andrew in parts is a great and same with the rest of the parts staff. I have called many times pricing out parts. The service department is great too. I will be honest here with older models that don't have warranty. I understand that dealer is the last place you'd want to go. But sometimes you just gotta. Then you know the job was done right. This was my first time dealing with the sales staff. As I had a 09 C300 4matic bought elsewhere that broke down. So MB Edmonton west it went. I was asked if I wanted to trade in. I said no the first time but had a look at what was on the lot. I called up Ben to come see the car. My experience was great. Ben was a joy to deal with same with Kevin and Faye. They only asked and the car sold itself. That's what the best of the best does.
I have to say Dharam made my first buying experience for a Mercedes Benz really awesome.... I had a few disappointing experiences in the beginning but Dharam took over and went above and beyond for me.... Since my Glc 300 coupe wasn’t available off the lot I had to order it and through out the waiting time for arrival from the factory he would check in with me letting me know when it was on it way.... he’s really personable and knowledgeable and had a comfortable personality I enjoyed the experience I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. They have the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I leased a brand new car back in November, which had problems with the heating system from the get go. I returned it to them and they kept it for 2 months (throughout the cold weather) not knowing what the problem was. After that they returned it to me and said there was nothing wrong with the car (at this time the weather got better). I asked for a new car, since the heating problem persisted, but the service manger insisted that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle (even though the sales manger agreed with me and also thought that I should get a new car). After complaining to Mercedes Canada, who said they have no control over the dealership and can’t help me whatsoever, I got a call from the manager who told me that he’d email me options for buy out the next day. A month and a half later, I still didn’t hear from him, so I called him and realized that he had completely forgotten about my case when he gave me a bogus excuse and informed me that it would be very hard to swap out of my car and that it would be very costly to get the same car as I have. All in all, I can definitely say that they have the worst service ever. I don’t recommend any one who lives in Edmonton to buy the A class, as you will freeze to death in our cold winter. Also, don’t buy from this dealership as they have terrible service.

This particular dealership has a very friendly and positive environment, which made purchasing my car from them stress free and enjoyable. I lucked out by getting the opportunity to do business with an amazing salesman named Dharam. He was extremely pleasant to talk to, not at all pushy, and best of all he seemed to care about his clients. Dharam is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, and he went above and beyond in order to get me exactly what I requested. Words cannot explain Manny’s customer service, this guy actually works for the customer than Mercedes; Manny is very professional, humble and above all does all he can to meet the customers objectives something that is often lacking in other sales professionals, he is honest in his dialogue and approach, never kept you hanging. Just bought a used vehicle from the dealership. Extremely happy with the customer service and professionalism from Chris and Kathy Lam. They always followed up when I have had questions for them. Not happy with the person who did the paint touch up though as he or she did a poor/sloppy job with it. Had a couple scratches from the front and back bumper and it did not look good after the touch up. Not sure it was even the same paint.
First time in Mercedes-Benz, and the experience was top-notch. Manny was just awesome, making sure the used C43 looked brand new. Kevin in finance drove to my work to deliver some documents that needed to be edited and resigned! When the car was ready they picked me up. Everyone else at the dealership made sure I was taken care of. And these guys & gals know their cars. I've been at several dealerships where I knew more about the lineup than they did - not here, these guys aren't sales guys, I'd call them Benz aficionados! Again, fantastic service from start to finish.
Easily the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle! From the onset, Dari was accommodating, professional, courteous and went out of his way to provide exceptional service. I recently bought my second vehicle, a new GL 350 Bluetec, from Rollie Poon. My first experience with Rollie was 3 years ago, when I bought a used E 350. I found Rollie to be extremely knowlegable, and has an obvious passion for Mercedes. Rollie's professionalism and love for the Mercedes product is what brought me back to Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West, for my new car. Rollie and Dawn Johnston (Service Advisor) went out of their way to make sure that all of my questions were answered, and that every small issue that came up during the "adjustment period", with my new car was taken care of. I had a small air bubble under my 3M coating, I mentioned it to Dawn, and between her and Rollie, it was fixed within a few hours! My Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West experience would not be complete without Joe, at the Silver Arrow Café. Joe makes THE BEST soup in Edmonton, many times I'll plan my trips around Edmonton, so I can have lunch at the Silver Arrow Café.
Well, I must agree that Dari is a great guy. I, too, knew what I wanted and even though it was not the most expensive car on the lot, I was treated with respect and dignity - I am an older lady and sometimes we get the short end of the stick! Purchase was amazingly quick and I was most pleased that they arranged the registration for me and initiated the call to my insurance company. Today I met with Brendan Hebert about a little problem I was having with my iPod and he was most gracious and helpful. Yeah Mercedes West Edmonton and all the lovely people there!
Everybody should come here to purchase their Mercedes from Dharam and Faye! Both of them are really knowledgeable, friendly and we were welcomed with open arms into the Benz family. We are super happy with our purchase and we are going to recommend everybody to see Dharam for their first luxury car. I actually went in a number of weeks ago to upgrade my current Mercedes to a newer model. DARI MAHFOUZ offered to assist us that day. I shared what I was looking for, test drove two vehicles and fell in love with the GLC 300 but unfortunately they did not have any that worked for me. Weeks later Dari called me and said that he had found the "PERFECT" GLC 300 for me. We went to see it and this vehicle was absolutely beautiful and loaded beyond expectations. We took it for a test drive, went with Dari to test out the numerous options and returned to purchase the car that day. There were a few things I had asked for during the negotiation and Dari came through on all counts. A week later I came to pick up my 2019 GLC 300 and it was wrapped in a big red bow and ready to go! The car was sparkling and not only did they have it ready on time and to my standards but they also ordered the pink slip and a new plate for me so I would not have to make a special trip. Since then I have called Dari numerous times with questions as there were things I did not understand about the sale of my old Mercedes as well as the options in my new Mercedes and he was attentive and patient with me through it all. Dari went above and beyond and was thoughtful, professional, fun, supportive and helpful throughout the entire process When buying a luxury vehicle I was also provided WHITE GLOVE LUXURY SERVICE and you just do not get that at many places anymore. . The way in which they handled and resolved our issues is what one would expect from this superior Mercedes brand; that stands by their products and their promises of service delivery. like many of the other posts here the pressure buying here was a turn off but the wife had her heart set on this ml350 so went ahead and made the deal. then went back for the first service at 20k. coolent level light kept coming on and the key fods kept on saying battery low. the lady charges us for replacing the batteries in the keys.then the low coolent light comes back on when we are driving home. so I phone the service dept when the wife brings it home they tell me the key batteries are not covered and they toped off the coolent. You didn't check for leaks I asked??? and the key batteries should not need replacing in less than a year. That's was the first service. So the second service (ya I know should have known better). Phone make the appointment the service guys takes all my information like when was the last service what are the kms and so on. get to the dealership pull in lady goes out to the car comes back in says we have a slight problem. your car is not due to have a service for 100kms and we wont pay for it till it is due ( I bought the prepaid service contract). I sais are you f@#$#@ kidding me you wont service my car because iam 100 kms from a service. Maybe I should time out of my day and drive to Sherwoodpark and back then it would be ready for a service. a complete JOKE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE SMART!!!! Oh ya I forgot to tell you guys they did call back after I made a big seen before I left. the service manager tried to get me to bring it back and they would do the service. but he made it sound like this was a big favor he was doing me and they would do it This time only. What no iam sorry no we made a mistake. no we will do what ever it takes to erne your business back. Nope none of that at this dealership.

I should have written this review 4 months ago after purchasing my wife a ML400. What a fantastic experience I had! I bought the car from a salesman named Rollie - I left feeling like I've known him for years. I'm sure all salespeople are taught to sell but I believe there are certain personality traits that just can't be taught. Rollie was genuine, extremely knowledgeable (literally down to the nuts and bolts of several cars we discussed and drove) and was very helpful after closing the deal and I went to Calgary. I phoned him out of the blue and asked an obscure question and he not only knew the answer but knew how to explain the answer to me in such an empathetic way that many others wouldn't, or couldn't, have considered. The devil is in the details and Rollie left nothing to chance - what a great help and a great experience for me that has continued post-purchase. Next step... a car for me!! There's no question I'll call Rollie when it's time.

Just wanted to thank all staff especially kanwal Gill he really helped me get the right vehicle for me. Kanwal made us feel welcome all the time, always squeezing me in his really busy sched because I live 4 hours away from Edmonton. He would send me all info of my options, he made sure that there’s no rush and we take our time and after almost a month of debating which vehicle I’m getting we decided to go on gla 45 AMG. Kanwal made me feel especial in some of type of way I have been to a lot of dealership they treat me like a waste of time it made me feel real sad, it’s almost two weeks of having the vehicle kanwal still texts me and make sure everything is okay, I would ask him questions and get a reply right away unlike most dealer after the purchase they just ghost you but kanwal is built different lol he the man! Great frickin service me and the wife including my dad and bro who was there with me to pick up my vehicle loved him. 11/10.

Just received 2021 GLC 300 from MB Edmonton West. Prab Lotey was extremely patient and responsive to answer all the questions that I had. Purchased my first Benz and I felt very well taken care of. We called ahead of time to test drive the C300 and it was waiting for us out front as soon as we arrived. Dharam was personable, attentive and thorough throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend family and friends to work with him and Mercedes Benz again! Update on Feb 28: We noticed a slight scuff along the frame of the moon roof a couple days after bringing the vehicle home. Likely occurred during vehicle assembly. Benz were responsive in identifying the issue and correcting it for us promptly. Very appreciative of their service!
I couldn't be more impressed with Jun Ma or Mercedes Benz Edmonton West. I had initially gone to Mercedes South and was completely dismissed after my inquiry. I went to Edmonton West a few weeks later and was greeted by friendly staff and a smiling helpful Jun. I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership and I can honestly say I've never been treated better during what is usually a painful experience. Chris Phan went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was brought in and reconditioned to their high standards in a timely fashion. He was straightforward and easy to work with. Had a really bad experience tride getting my car fixed after they said they fixed it and the issues still remaining after the service so i tried calling twice the service department left my info they said they will get back to me and they never did .. I dont recommend Mercedes benz west to anyone do not waste your time and money ..
I just purchased my 4th Mercedes, my second one from Edmonton West. My purchasing experience, as with my previous vehicle, was extremely pleasant and satisfying. My salesman Rollie is a brilliant, efficient, and honest man. I’ve known him for 15 years and I have to recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle safe in the knowledge that you’re not going to be pressured into something you don’t want. Rollie takes care of his customers. He has been in this industry for many years and strives to make all his customers feel like family. Faye is another very bright and kind person in the finance department who doesn’t pressure you but provides all the information you need to know about your car and financing options etc. She has helped me with my precious vehicle as well. Alexander is another excellent salesman that I have recently gotten to know. He’s a very bright young man and takes care to make sure his customers are happy with their purchases. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the service department as well. They do their best to go the extra mile for their customers and insure that all work is carried out as efficiently as possible. I think it’s a real testament to the dealership that they have very little turn around of staff. Everyone values their positions and their devotion to customer service.

When shopping for a vehicle from out of province it takes a lot of patience from the sales team as many questions ensue. From the initial inquiry Dari exceeded my expectations. My preferred communication was via email or text and Dari was thorough in answering all my questions and even made a video to help me visualize. While we never met in person, I felt comfortable making the purchase based on the information I was provided. Since receiving delivery of my vehicle I have had to reach out for support and Dari was true to his word about caring for me even after the sale was made .

The service team is absolutely awesome! Gary and Dawn are very helpful and they communicate very well with me every time I need to have a service on my B200T. The car is always ready and washed after each service. I was even able to speak with one of the mechanics when my car experienced some electronic problems.
