Prepaid for the "Manager's Special" hoping it would be something a bit better than the normal Compact Category. Unbeknownst to me, the car I was rented was a VW Jetta with a broken external door handle, many scratches and dings. The worst part was that the doors did not lock, so I had to haul around my briefcase and my suitcase to each business meeting and event I had planned for my three days in Edmonton. The batteries must have been dead in both of the two keys FOBs that they gave to me as neither worked. Not only was this hauling around of luggage embarrassing but also put my luggage at risk when I had to leave it to use the washrooms at events. If anyone else receives a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta (White) VIN:3VWC57BU4KM185013 , make sure to do your due diligence and ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and the key FOBs allow you to lock the vehicle.

Very nice location, have ample parking and also staff working there are true professionals and very accommodating. Jithu and Kaz helped us with all our car rental needs.

Super helpful! Went to these guys for a vehicle to use while my car is waiting for a back ordered part at Alberta Honda. Was potentially going to have to pay extra fees out of pocket due to an administrative snag, but they were super friendly and got it all figured out for me and saved me some extra bus trips. Very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely would bring my business here if I ever find myself temporarily without a vehicle again.

Very helpful! I had an incident where there was pet hair left in the car and they were very accommodating in letting me rectify the situation so I didn’t get charged a huge cleaning fee. Would recommend!

Called ahead to confirm vehicles available, unable to rent vehicle due to a supposed system glitch which, according to the service rep, happens from time to time. Much better off with Enterprise.

If I could give This unprofessional place a negative 5 I would! Arrogant, Ill mannered people work here. They aren’t willing to even keep a reservation that was booked! They had no car when I got there after waiting 45 min for someone to just show up to the front desk. 3 guys came out of a rental at once and had little to no care that I was frustrated to wait and denied a car since they didn’t even have one there for me! DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!!!!!
