I have been renting with this location for the past few months and have experience nothing but great and efficient customer service, and it's been a pleasure working with the team (Kam and Francisco who are always super helpful, as well as Shahid the branch manager who is always quick to respond to emails when needed) They go the extra mile to look out for the customer's best interest. Worst experience I’ve had renting a car. Stuff were «super nice» but then: - They tryied to convince us to prepay the full gas tank and when we said no, they charged us anyways ($86). We realized that when we give it back with full tank in another office. - They lied to us about the winter tires (all Hertz cars have basic winter tires that are law-compilant) forcing us to pay $375 to upgrade to a car we didn’t actually need. Avoid.

Booked a reservation. Showed up and they told me, even though the lot was full of vehicles, that there were no cars available, it was 4pm, and that there would be no cars available for the rest of the day, and did not care at all. Dont take reservations if you dont have vehicles available, and if by some miracle all your vehicles disappear, at least call your customers to tell them that their reservations are cancelled

They have no problem taking the reservation, they just can't keep the reservation. And the keeping is the most important part lol. booked and paid 3 days in advance, was informed 5 minutes before my pickup time that there wasn't a car available for me.

Never rent from here. I rented a truck a month ago and was told the day before that they have none available across the entire city. Completely screws your plans and unreliable. Jafar was exceptionally unhelpful. It appears they prioritize their corporate accounts and don't care about the average Joe. Could end up costing you thousands a massive headache.
