Picked up car on a Saturday at 4 pm, was scheduled to pick up Sunday morning, asked if I could pick it up little early without being charged extra day, said that was okay but was charged anyway when took car back. Charged almost $500 for one day use.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service, they put you on hold for 20 minutes and say they will call you back and never do. Well I had the rental they would charge my credit card for in real charges, and when I complained they would make up excuses and then put it back on my card. I dropped off the rental car three months ago, and I have proof my insurance covers the rental and they charged my credit card the other day for the full amount. Trying to get a hold of this location and get any help took a whole day with no answers. And there customer service is a joke as you never get through. I have been trying to get ahold of them for two days now and I can’t get any response. I strongly advise never give these people your credit card and don’t rent from them. Horrible and shady business.

The worst place I ever rented from...stupid charges...charged me for a broken windshield & a dirty cab...there was no walk through or check list showing me anything with the truck...charged me for cleaning dog hair & I don’t even own a dog....manager Chris hung up on me...unprofessional business...I’m wondering how many more people they rip off...

If I could give them MORE stars I would! The cars are clean and fresh smelling. The staff is wonderful and have the time to chat.(they should give other businesses lessons on customer service1) I have booked from them 2 times in the last month. Hertz here in Airdrie is a hidden gem!
