This is the main distribution center for the Calgary area and all rental car washing, maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, happens here. From my phone conversation in April, the staff were very friendly, informative and shared knowledge about Dollar car rental as a wholly owned susubsidiary. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hertz Calgary again and my concern was, when I rent an Alberta registered car in B.C., why is the B.C. division taking short cuts with maintenance.....
