Chafic was very helpful and welcoming. Made me feel like i was at home throughout the whole process of purchasing my new vehicle. Awesome customer service!
Team was great to deal with up until I actually took possession of the trailer. They got me a wicked deal on the unit and extra warranty that I'm happy about. Not happy that I took it out to find out one propane tank was empty and the other only half full after they told me that they had filled them.
I had a great experience here even though I ended up purchasing from some other dealership. I would have bought my trailer here due to the non aggressive friendly service I received from a younger sales guy ( I can’t remember his name). The pricing was a little high but it’s a dealership and you come prepared to negotiate at these types of businesses obviously. They also had a great selection and followed Covid-19 protocols.
Go RV Edmonton is the epitome for professional & personalable customer experiences. Our sales person, JD, provides us with all the practical information & took a genuine interest with my family and I needs. He made sure we got exactly what we needed for a price we could afford comfortabley! I have already recommended this dealerships services to my extension of friends and family! Thank you so much JD & the Go RV Edmonton staff!
Treat someone well; they’ll tell someone else. Treat someone poorly; they’ll tell everyone else. That’s my review of this place. Save yourself some heartache and take your business elsewhere.
I highly recommend GoRV Edmonton for parts and service. Bonnie and the staff were so helpful in providing information and explaining service and parts in detail which I appreciate. They’re patient and helpful with everything. Highly recommended. 10/10
Came here with my kids ! To buy RV THE best The best customer service and I’ve ever had they were very friendly and kind to the children highly recommend will be back soon to buy a bigger RV!!
Based on my sister's experience with this company...I would never deal with this company. They are incredible to deal with when you are purchasing...but after the purchase has been made...a whole different ball game. Their trailer has been an absolute lemon and they want nothing to do with helping them to get the issues resolved. Please be sure to wait a few months before giving this company a review as their sales department is incredible....but their customer service is deplorable.
The service was excellent! Thanks to Marcus in finance for his outstanding job. Thanks to Eddie & Joe for their patience in helping us choose our camping trailer. Thanks to the service department with orientation and hooking up our new trailer, Conrad & Shanell. Thanks to the ladies in the service department as well.
If there was 1/2 star that is what we would have posted for GO RV Edmonton. First of all we were clearly shown a solar ready trailer which we purchased. So to be ready we also purchased the two batteries and a solar portable kit to accommodate the 12 V fridge. When we picked up it was not the solar ready trailer and the items we purchased had not been installed. We tried contacting sales manager and GM and they are not responsive to any emails or calls. Many other issues not mentioned with this dealership but buyer beware. We have filed complaint with AMVIC.
By far the best sales transaction I’ve experienced. The process was simple from start to finish and everyone was willing to help. Jadyn assisted us in the financing and did everything she could to make our experience that much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond and is very kind. Would highly recommend this for your first RV purchase!
We brought in our RV for service three weeks ago before a big trip, was told it would be done within a couple days. Days turned into weeks and still had no idea on the end date. We called the evening before we were to leave about just picking it up that morning and heading out from there. We were beyond frustrated and stressed out from not having our RV ready, we spoke with Bonnie and Shab to assist us in making this happen. I could give less than 5 stars, however, circumstances happen and unfortunately is was due to some miscommunication in the dept’s and change in staff. But I’m giving a full 5 star because of the these two. They went above and beyond, working late that night and coming in early to make sure our rv was ready to go first thing that morning. Mistakes happen, but it’s what is done to rectify an error that makes a great company. Thank you Bonnie and Shab and the folks that hustled to get us on the road that morning. We also appreciated the extra chemicals and toilet paper, and the flushed and filled tanks you provided. When our RV runs itself into the ground, you will be our first stop for our new one.
I went to get a new trailer, and when i got there the staff were amazing. they answered all my questions, and were very polite and professional. we were introduced to Prasanth and he was able to get a really good deal for going on our next trip. I highly recommend speaking to him if you do go in.
Proud to work with the new team here in the North. Amazing organized yard with a massive selection of New & Preowned. New store brimming with energy and excitement! Staff easy going and pleasant to work with that goes above and beyond. Have our kinks but as with anything new learning growing as we go!
Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend his practical, one stop shop convenience. He answered ALL our questions and helped us cover all our bases to prepare ourselves for potential winter trailer living. You don't mess around with that type of weather so we now feel confident that we've chosen the right product and have solidified a quality connection for solid Info and help if we need guidance in the future. I'll mention the one stop shop convenience once more too as a very valuable asset to this experience~ Being able to utilize the dealerships business partnerships to add in insulated skirting, a generator and complete hitch install will make this experience run much more efficiently. We always do our research beforehand and we're happy with the realistic pricing we've agreed upon. Definitely recommend!
The new management is doing an amazing job!!
I would recommend this place if you want to buy trailers with the best price. Found exactly what i was looking for, I had an amazing experience with the team. Thank you Prashant for helping me out.
Had a great experience here! Morgan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. An excellent RV shopping environment!
Was a great experience front to back. Dealt with Alex, Lee and Rob, very welcoming and done their best to make it a pleasant experience.
We recently stopped by Go RV and it was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. An employee named JD assisted me with every question and was incredibly diligent when it came to helping me and my family. Way to go JD! You rocked.
The people were nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics were off putting. They were back and forth, first it was going to be no problem for financing, then they weren’t sure, then they were again. We had told them what we’re expecting for a monthly payment and they came back with a heavily inflated number, mostly due to all the add-ons they did NOT even consult us about. When they started to discuss the add-ons they thought we “should” have, ie. extended warranty, GO RV card worth $3000 etc, it added up to almost $10k extra. No wonder the calculated monthly payment wasn’t within our previously discussed budget. Once we caught all the unnecessary add-ons and officially said no to them, we were well within our budget and it was no problem. Read your paperwork carefully!! It seemed like they tried to charge fees for everything. Example: they’ll help you hook up but they’ll charge you $100+ to do it.
Recently we visited GO RV to view some trailers that we had seen online. Once greeted by the salesman we found out there are "steps" you must go through before you are allowed to view any of their RV's. We spent an hour listening to chit chat and a sales pitch about getting a lifetime of toilet paper. Part of the process was agreeing to a credit check which was a first. None of the other dealers asked for this up front and we were allowed to access the trailers freely. Eventually finance came out to see us and wanted to go through yet another process. They were not transparent about their "steps". Had we known we would have to jump through these hoops just to see trailers we would have left sooner. Be prepared to wait to pass the "steps" and finance before be allowed to see anything.
Overall Great experience, very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable.
We’ve had a great experience with everyone we dealt with. From sales, to financing, to the service department. It was an all around great and positive experience. There was always time to answer questions, and getting a full orientation of the camper before we pulled off the lot was a great help!
i was in need of a truck and a trailer, having go rv and go outlet in the same building saved me alot of time and stress. i dealt with jason naicken, he made the whole process easy and stress free. if you ever need a trailer ask for jason!
Typical big dealer. Rather then doing a simple check on the item they want you to pack up the trailer bring it two hours away get to it when they can.
We had our fifth wheel broken into last winter and we brought it to gorv Edmonton to get the door fixed right before COVID, the receptionist were always amazing to speak with and I was very understanding about the fact all the parts needed to replace the door were delayed because they couldn't get shipping in from USA. After 4 months the door was replaced and we picked the trailer up, only to realize the door they installed doesn't even fit the hole and we can't keep our screen door shut because the latch isn't long enough. Super disappointing after paying over $2000 and waiting 4 months to have a faulty door.
This was quite an experience, George was amazing in sales and very forthcoming and honest. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with and they tried to make things as easy as possible with 2 small kids with us. When Taylor called to book the orientation she took the time to answer additional questions and was patient and friendly. The reason for my 3 stars in inconsistency between the two locations. We referred friends to buy a trailer and they received their $500 referral off they top of the price however when I noted that Yellowhead would only give it to us in a go card and would not budge. Also we started the process and when we went in for signing thought the appt was for the orientation for trailer as we had committed but we needed to wait another week after submitting all the paper work to secure a time to do Orientation and pickup due to backlog. Due to schedules that was very frustrating and we were very clear in the sales process our schedule and they assured us we could pick up in the evening however corporate is strict on making 5:30 appts with service. We may have gone elsewhere as what was communicated in sales vs the reality were very different. I would like to be clear everyone we dealt with was absolutely wonderful however be aware of poor communication between depts and locations which leads me to a 3 with my review as this needs to be more fluid in their process and more open communication between teams.
My husband and I went to go look at a few used trailers today and we were helped by Robbie , he was very friendly and kind , he let us know what our options are and made sure he showed us lots of good trailers to choice from. Highly recommend.
I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I had too. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the staff was very nice to deal with. The sales guy Eddie was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I didn’t purchase a trailer, when I am ready to purchase. I will be going to go rv Edmonton and deal with Eddie.
I was initially concerned about the prices and purchasing from this site, but I would not hesitate to purchase another one from this site. This is something I'm going to recommend to a lot of people. I adore it.
Huge thanks to Shab for making our first RV purchase experience a positive one. Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, he put zero pressure on us which was huge. And he was amazing with our little girls...kept them entertained while we dealt with Lee to make the sale. Thanks so much!
When we were buying the RV from Joe he was great .... never seen or heard from.him again after we did finance.... then my husband called him for a question and Joe was not very willing to help now.... no follow up call at all.... then called for a friend to buy a trailer and they said they were to busy to do a quote get back on Monday.... well it's been 2 Mondays... I guess we should of asked what year and month DONE WITH THIS PLACE
We recently purchased our first travel trailer from GO RV at one of the winter sales events. Our salesperson, Joe B, was more than helpful. He answered our questions, provided advice relevant to our needs and never made us to feel pressured. Financing was easy peasy thanks to Paul N. Purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Now we wait for delivery and the season to start!
This was a fantastic experience from the start with our salesperson Marius right to the time I picked it up from the service team who went through the trailer with me prior to leaving. Gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new holiday trailer.
All I can say is WOW.... the service is so POOR that I will never come here again. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it seems like everyone was busy in their own conversations to even acknowledge me (especially the super chatty girls at the desk). I went to the parts area to pick up some parts and a Mother’s Day gift but unfortunately the parts department was closed... on a Saturday afternoon? Then I had to hunt someone down to ask if possible I could just ring through a couple things as I know exactly what I needed and I was told no and to come back on Monday.. I guess making some money in parts is not important to them. SAVE YOUR TIME !
We wanted to thank you Lee (sales) & Britney (service) very very much. From getting us in so soon. Having the mouse droppings cleaned up and sterilized everything including the heat vents. Having the mouse deterrent applied. Installing the new screen. We are very happy and pleased with our new trailer. This GORV Edmonton outlet is 5 stars. Always taken care of us no matter the issue. Joe our salesman always helped us out even after the sale was completed. He is very knowledgeable and had great tips and advice for us. Big shout out to the entire team at GORV Edmonton for going over and above in making us feeling like number one. Always a great pleasure and experience when we drop in to pick up our weekly supplies. Darcy & Laura
Just a bad experience so far between warranty work done wrong or poorly to not being able to get the wood and otherthings due to there adventure club hours which was one of the reasons I chose go RV over there competitors just won't recommend them
I agree 100% with Michelle. Absolutely terrible dealership, all they care about is pushing a sale on you and not explaining what all the extra costs are. would have been nice to been told the correct information before getting into an expesive unit.
Awesome place! Alex helped me greatly and made me feel welcome in my new rv, without pressuring me. I will definitely be coming back to see him for my next RVs!!
My husband and I recently decided to upgrade from our tent trailer to a camper trailer and decided to stop by to ask questions and get a better idea of what we want. We weren't there to buy anything and we made that clear. The receptionist was EXEPTIONALLY friendly and understanding of our budget and didn't make me feel dumb for asking the questions I had. When we are ready to purchase a new rv, I will definitely keep this place in mind!
Just purchased a trailer and so far the experience has been great. Shab was our salesmen and Markus was our finance manager. Service team so far had been great to deal with also. No pressure, got the price we saw online, with no hidden fees.
Great service! Alex helped me a lot. Very happy with my purchase :)
Big and lots of options. The staff seem very friendly and helpful, especially the individuals we dealt with, very professional.
We dealt with many wonderful people, all were very helpful and informative Thank you Robert for showing us exactly what we were looking for. Your patience with us as we went back and forth looking 2 or 3 times at the same one was appreciated. Kyle thank you for taking the time to work with us giving us a price we could work with on the travel trailer that we Love. Thank you Stephen for going through all and I mean all options with protection, Insurance, paperwork, financing and so much more. Very personable. A long day but everyone made our day and we were very happy.????
Will never deal with any go group again. They waisted my time at team Ford and the latest at go rv Edmonton on yellow head. Showed up for an appointment and the salesperson (Wayne) diddnt even have the courtesy to tell me he was running late until an hour later. Drove across town to be dismissed.
Not much room to maneuver a RV in their lot. And you can't drive around the back of the building. Caters to vehicles more then RVs. Stopped to get propane with our RV hooked up as we were heading out of town. Don't live in the city to get propane before hand. While there noticed our fresh water tank was leaking. Wasn't when we left the house sn hour earlier. Asked if a service tech could take a quick look. Was abruptly told no and that we would have to leave it. Not sure what part of heading out of town she didn't understand. Very frustrating.
I had Lori from service helping me find a spare tire for our pioneer toy hauler. Lori did an exceptional job finding and getting back to me very quickly and courteously. Lori is very professional at what she does.
Dealt with Joe, Paul and Tina on my search for a new trailer. Joe was great to deal with to the point listened and found me exactly what I wanted. Paul worked his magic in the financing and included more than I even asked for and Tina from the service department made sure my trailer was ready for me with the right deadline I gave her !
I had some work done on my fifth wheel and the service department was extremely helpful. Working with Lori has been a real pleasure. She kept me up to date with the progress of all the servicing and followed up with any issues that had come up. I feel like a part of the family when coming into Go RV Edmonton, and the main reason is the people working there. Thanks Lori and the service team at Go RV. Looking forward to coming in again next season
Honestly, we can't say enough good things about the level of service we continue to receive here. They really go above and beyond. We initially met with Gorge Smith to check out a specific unit, but it had already sold. He took the time to show us trailers that met our specific needs but unfortunately they don't have any available. If you are planning to buy an RV go find Gorge. He help you with all his might.
Absolute disaster of a place. There is nothing good to say about it. One of the only places scammers can legally be employed
My daughter bought her first car here and they treated her and I like we were about to buy a fleet of vehicles! Highly recommend and ask for Ahmed.
Kevin was awesome to work with and so helpful. He really did everything he could to make things work for us. I would highly recommend Go RV and especially Kevin!
Wayne McNally was very knowledgeable on the features I was looking for and didn’t take long to approve the deal I was prepared to go forward with. It only took a few phone calls and 2 visits to get me in the right unit and to this day I still feel good about it. This is the first time I didn’t get buyer’s remorse because I didn’t compromise on anything and got more than what I expected. I recommend everyone to see Wayne. #keephammering
This is the best place I’ve ever worked! I just started working for Go RV and they have been nothing but helpful and encouraging. They have a great team of sharp professionals committed to finding the best fit possible for their customers. Very excited to be a part pf the team!
DROVE HERE WITH THE FAMILY FOR ABOUT 10-12 HOURS FROM VANCOUVER BC IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER WE LOVE OUR NEW RV ITS SO PREFECT FOR OUR FAMILY THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING! WE WILL KEEP DOING THAT DRIVE FOR UPGRADES!
Opportunistic, profiteering, Prices bloated to capitalize on the situation, when things get back to "normal" Dont bother saying you have a fixed budget, they don't care. I would secure your own financing as well your credit score isn't as good as they hoped! Find out your credit score before you go!
The service department is terrible, I think giving them one star is being overly generous. Overbooking appointments, not guaranteeing their work, making things difficult to get recall replacement completed, not returning phone calls, and the list goes on. I’d have nothing to do with them but I have a credit that needs to be used. I admit I lost my temper when I was in the store the last time. I called the service manager to apologize and to see if we could make things better but was told I wasn’t welcome back. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!! Once they get you to purchase a trailer then that’s when the value of customer service ends. I was called a consumer multiple times so their language even reflects the notion that you’re not of value.
My mom went to Go RV in Edmonton on Monday with 2 different trailer options to look at. We were introduced to Shab as our sales person. He asked for her financial information and then talked to her about what she was looking for. Showed him the 2 different options found online. He said he had a better unit in mind. After over an hour and still not seeing any trailers they said she wouldn't qualify without a co-signer. I said can we at least see the trailer to ensure we want to proceed. Finally were shown one trailer which mom loved. We left and talked about it. Tuesday I called Shab again for a co-signer. A few hours later he said good news mom is getting a trailer. He would need a deposit to put a sold sign on it. Said I would have my mom call him. She did right away but he texted her and said was too busy to talk. Tuesday ended with no call. She called again Wednesday and he said everything was good we just needed to come in Thursday to sign. I had a few questions so called Shab myself. He couldn't answer them but would find out and get back to me. When I spoke with him again yesterday he said he had good news and bad news. Good news was mom was going to get a better trailer...bad news was he quit and was no longer working at GO RV. Said it was okay someone would be in touch with me and to just deal with that person. This morning I called GO RV and asked to speak with a manager. Kyle was who I spoke with. He could not find any information on my dealings but said he'd get back to me. But the day is ending and I haven't heard from anyone! This trailer was for my mom to make lasting memories with her grandkids. So far the memories are turning into a nightmare. Nothing but the run around. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service.
Went to the RV show to check out travel trailers for work. Was extremely impressed with the service I received from the GoRV staff. Kyle was extremely knowledge and accommodating, going above and beyond to try to find me a trailer to suit my needs while staying within my budget. Stephen was also excellent, providing friendly service and answering all of my questions! Service exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back in the future!!
Came in hoping to look at a few RVs. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The sales lady (unfortunately do not remember her name) we had asked us what we were looking for. When we told her, she said they have none and got up to “double check”. She came back with who I assume is a sales manager, I don’t believe he even gave us his name or asked us for ours. He asked us what we were looking for so we told him. Before even telling us what they had in stock, he said “have you ever had a luxury loan before”? Not sure what that has to do with looking at units, but we responded “No.” he then proceeded to tell us that “if we can’t qualify for a hot tub we won’t qualify for a RV”. This is offensive as he doesn’t know our situation, doesn’t know how much we make, have saved or our credit scores (until we shared defensively). This is the only place out of 4 we went to that asked us this question. Sounds like they only want to prequalify people, not facilitate an enjoyable shopping experience. He reluctantly shared a few unit ages and pricing with us after we shared our annual income and credit scores. We specifically asked for Gas units and he tried to sway us into diesel. Comparatively, the pricing he shared is significantly inflated for used versus the pricing we were given on new units. Overall they were trying to prequalify us with their interrogation-style needs assessment because we look young and then met us with an argumentative and pretentious attitude. Don’t bother wasting your time here. There are plenty of RV stores in the city willing to demonstrate an enjoyable shopping experience.
If I can give less than 1 I would. Matthew in Finance was great, Rob the salesman was great. Service department is horrible!!!
Great service from Wayne and jadyn.the whole experience was exceptional. definitely recommend!
Bought a beautiful RV over the internet gave a deposit credit was approved then they phoned to say they sold my unit. classic bait and switch. bad ethics here or maybe all Go dealerships, not sure. but something to watch.
I bought a new trailer here back in September. There were a few issues with my trailer when I took delivery of it and although it took a bit longer to get them fixed and taken care or then I would prefer, being at the end of the year made it kind of a non issue though. Lori and Bonnie at the service desk helped me get the issues taken care of the way I wanted before I took it back home and they were always straight forward with me, giving me updates on the progress of my trailer until it was finished. Overall process there was a few hiccups but they made sure I went home happy.
Seems nice, the trailers on line don't match their stock. Called ahead but the sales team didn't pick up the transfer. Wasted time.
I went and pickup gorv adventure club kits for camping includes refill on my propane... staff are very accomodating.
Horrible customer service, if at all possible go to go RV in leduc. Went to pick up my adventure package and was told they only do it on Tuesday and Thursday and are open till 8 for it which was a lie. Went back on Tuesday and find out they lied to me and no one can help me, then get rude attitude when asking how anyone can get there at that time when most work is over after that time. I would rather drive farther to get the friendly service at the other location.
this place is vary good even though I could not get the trailer I wanted they got me in one that would fit my budget till next year when I build my cradit more which they figer by this time next year Shab was vary helpful and Honest was good to work with him and i will be back next year just because of him EDGE was vary good also the banks were being vary difficult and he made it work and told me how to make it work. The one thing I will suggest is better Communication need to work on some time was hard to find out what was going on but that should not stop no one best thing to do is hound them they don't mind it as sometimes stuff gets crazy and busy so hounding them will make them remaber and they will get the job done See you next year guys
Didn't really know much about RV's or what I was looking for when I came in to Go RV. I knew I needed something that would fit my family's needs for our long road trips out to the mountains. When I arrived I was kindly greeted by JD. His customer service was very thorough and informative! He helped me find the perfect RV for my family and I and we couldn't be happier with the choice. Thanks JD! Would recommend to anyone looking for and RV with great customer service!
Wonderful service and they went out of their way to help us to get us what we needed. I would recommend Go rv ! Thank you for all the wonderful staff to make this a good experience come true!
Great experience! Marius was helpful and answered all my questions. He understood my budget and showed me some great options for an RV. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Very knowledgable and friendly staff at this location with great prices!
Bonnie, Shabi, and the Go RV Edmonton staff have always gone above and beyond for us. We've taken our Coachmen trailer there twice for service, and they've always completed the repairs on budget and on schedule. We're happy that they treat us like family, and that we know we can always rely on them when we need to get our rig back on the road quickly. Quite simply, I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point to give us the service and quality that they provide us.
The start of the journey was a little rocky however I am now dealing with Marcus and things have improved. I look forward to updating this review at the end of the journey.
Very efficient team. I loved their enthusiasm. Bought my first RV from here and I know where to go when I want to buy another RV. Thank you
Do not buy from Go Auto RV. In January I bought a beautiful trailer. I have had nothing but problems with it (manufacturing problems, but problems none the less) Go Auto refuses to fix anything, even after I paid for extended 10 year warranty. My trailer has been in their shop for more than a month already this summer and I am not able to use it. Do not waste your time and money with this dealership We made an appointment to pick our trailer up after the first service. They spent 30 minutes looking for our trailer that was supposed to be ready for us. To learn, nothing was done to fix our fridge issue. $50,000 for a trailer and my fridge doesn’t even work
We recently purchased a trailer from Go RV and unfortunately this will be the last time we purchase from a Go RV. We purchased our trailer before this one at Go RV Red Deer and had a great experience. Go RV Edmonton was the complete opposite experience and the worst purchasing experience that I have ever had. We are about a 6 hour drive from Edmonton and purchased the Trailer on a Saturday. It was then arranged that we would travel back down to Edmonton on Wednesday for pick up at noon so we were able to get back home in one day. Both the salesman and management "guaranteed" it would be ready for pickup. On Tuesday the salesman tried to push the pick up date back first to Friday and then to Thursday until finally agreeing again that the trailer would be ready for Wednesday. I then get a call from their service department confirming I will be there to pick the trailer up at 4 on Wednesday? I talked to the salesman again about the later time who said he would look into it and see what was going on. That was the last I heard from him. I arrived at the dealership at noon on Wednesday, my salesman isn't working and surprise, surprise! I sat at the dealership for 4.5 hours until I was able to leave. I was given different excuses for why the trailer wasn't ready. Was also told multiple times that it was done and they would be pulling it up front so I could hook on and leave, that took an hour. What I was hoping would be an easy and enjoyable experience was anything but. I would not be able to recommend this dealer to friends or family
Dishonest Sales People and Management Decided to go window shopping for our recreational needs. Right from the start we had to provide information that was not necessary only to look around. Yes, we did find a unit that suited our needs, lead back into the office to be asked questions of what our needs and finances were. WE WERE TOLD RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING THAT THEY DO NOT GO THROUGH YOUR CREDIT HISTORY OR CHECK IT OUT. YET, THEY CHECKED AND DID THE INQUIRY. Worst experience ever (Salesman was great Earl, but management was terrible. Will never place foot in this place again. Very Dishonest employees!!!!!!!!!!
Great dealership, amazing place to work!
My family and I had such a great experience at this dealership! Our salesman’s name was JD, we had a great connection with him right off the bat. He was so patient and knowledgeable and was willing to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I’m so glad we bought from him, we would do it again in a heartbeat!
Absolutely great and friendly service! Worked for us quickly and efficiently! Showed us trailers we would like and showed us twice when we were unsure!
Well this was a pleasant experience. Great service dept.- all the parts you could ever want for an Rv and the purchase was as seamless as you would expect it to be! Well done
I just tried buying a rv with my wonderful boyfriend the experience day one was amazing :) we went In The midst of the pandemic to try and get the trailer we wanted. We were dealing with a sales representative ( shab great guy !! Super awesome ) who showed us 1 trailer cause he was certain we would qualify for it so we, didn’t even look at anything else. ( as he was sure mind you we did offer to look at other trailers ) That being said 2-3 days down the road we were told numerous times we would qualify for this trailer we were honest on both ends of the deal so I thought ...... to later find out it was solid no !! Before all this took place I warned the sales associates of my financial state and was dead honest through all of it they stated “ back up plans and that we would walk out with this trailer “. So short story, I was still sent with false aligations knowing what has happened I’m not thrilled after the whole experience .... if your sales associates can’t guarantee something they shouldn’t promise things upon arrival... very disappointed Update: after them realizing we were still interested in the trailer ( which I don’t know why they would think we weren’t as we never told them ) they sold the original one we were looking at under our feet and we had to go above budget to get a new one they wouldn’t go down anymore in price “ stating they were already under cost “ we did up getting a trailer that was brand new and had warranty so that was a plus! But in all honesty the real reason for only giving 3 stars was due to lack of communication between customer and staff. But all in all we got a trailer after a month of being passed off to several people (those staff members are as follows shab,Paul,Kyle, shfeek( sorry if spelling is wrong) lee, Marcus,Bianca 7 people all in all for a to try and make a sale
What an amazing sales experience! Especially to our salesman, Rob Marles who spent hours with us to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. There was never any pressure to rush the process and he had answers to all of our questions. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone who is in the market for an RV because of his knowledge, patience and the reassurance that he wanted what was best for us! Again, thank you, Rob and to all employees involved in our deal!
Whatch out guy's !!!! I found nice trailer on kijiji price was 9.999$ after when I ask price go up to 14.999$ for no reason. They see people ar intrested about something and rise the price. such a liers !!!!!!!!!!
If i could give zero stars id feel like they deserved it. One star is one more than they deserve. I went into this dealer and was approached by a staff member asking me how they could help me. I said i was interested in looking at some campers and before they'd even show me a single camper they asked about my income (What i cleared a month) and what i thought my credit score could be, they even gave a range like 5-600, 6-700 ect. Aparently you need wicked credit to even view there trailers. I asked why they would ask all these questions and the reply was "so would be customers who can't or might not be able to get credit for this non essential item as they called it don't waste there time". I drove to there dealership in my new 2020 Tacoma so im sure i didn't look like a bum. Id recommend my worst enemies before recommending this place. If you want to feel belittled than this is the place for you. Disgusting sales tactics are what they seem to specialize in.
I have been searching for a trailer for a year to purchase the right one. We went to an rv show and finally found one we really loved. We dealt with a salesman who was new and Lee. These two were so pleasant to deal with and would highly suggest these salesman. Here is the reason for awful review, at first I had to contact the service department to ask if our trailer was ready and set up an orientation. I was dealing with a very pleasant lady at that time. She ordered everything we needed. I then didn’t hear anything and called back at which time they set up an orientation. We then went for our orientation and that was even WORSE, they did not even have our package ready. Our trailer was not detailed, nothing installed that we ordered. Damage to the window, decals falling off, dents that were on the walls, the door frame to the master falling apart ( you could see the nails sticking out of the wall), counter top damaged, wall finishes not completed, mini fridge damaged, at orientation it looked like our trailer was a demo trailer they use for all clients, and the guy told me no this is our trailer, I thought my goodness we are getting a used trailer. I then called our sales guy which again was super helpful, in return service called me and said they were working on it. The excuse I keep getting is they are coming from the states damaged. A week later I then received my orientation package in the mail with my trailer keys in it and all my information. I then had enough and called the service department and asked for the manager. Again he stated it’s a house on wheels coming from the states and he’s seen worse, they all come like that. I am super disappointed how this has all unfolded and seems no one really has a care in the world about my legitimate concerns. I have got lots of things to be fixed in our trailer, I dropped it off to have two warranty things completed it was dropped off Thursday to Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and asked if my trailer was good to pick up at 430pm in which it was not they were just working on one of the warranty issues and the other had not been completed. I took it anyways as I was leaving the next day for vacation. Ive also had charges charged to my gorv card, they charged roof vent covers that were not suppose to be charged we asked before we purchased and while disputing it with the service guy about the charges he asks me why would I think it shouldn’t be charged. I have been dealing with this since just after orientation. If I knew they were going to charge $710.00 to the gorv card I would have never purchased them from there, I would have purchased after market vent covers. Our trailer DVD player was not connected to the tv, while speaking to the service guy he said well try to fix it. How is this my job should this not be a standard when picking up a trailer? The service ladies are very helpful with as much resources they have. I would purchase an rv again but not from gorv I will ensure no documents are signed until I have seen my trailer. My overall experience has been awful and BUYER BEWARE I am not the only person with types of issues from gorv.
This was the worst purchasing experience ever. My wife and I purchased a Montana 3760 in February 2020. At the time, the salesman said the trailer came with certain features ie the remote "incommand" system. The salesman told us it came with this feature while myself, my wife and my daughter and her boyfriend was present. During the walk around of the trailer I asked about the incommand system. At that time, the sales mgr installed the software on our phones and told us if there was any problems to just call them for assistance. Once we took the trailer and parked it, we found out that in fact, the incommand system was not even in the trailer. I called Thejus (VP Go RV) to ask about why it wasnt in the trailer. He told me that it wasnt part of the features of the trailer and no way did his salesman tell us it was. Remember, there was 4 people there when the salesman told us the in command was part of the pkg. At this point Thejus told me we were out of luck. I then sent an email to Brent Lydiatt and Phil Abram who are the Senior VP and President respectively to ask for assistance. They passed it back to Thejus who replied to me that I could either pay for the upgraded model or keep my trailer. This is a horrible reply to a customer As the correspondence was going back and forth, The COVID Pandemic settled in, so I figured I would let it lie until the pandemic settled down as I figured GO RV would other, more important issues to deal with. In May 2020, I sent an email to Jerrod Priestner, the owner of GO Auto, asking for assistance and have not rcvd a response to date. My household has bought 8 vehicles and 2 RV's from this outfit. GO RV lied/ misrepresented to us about our trailer and does not provide any support. This certainly is not the GO corporation I started dealing with, back when they cared about their customers. I would not recommend purchasing anything from GO RV
The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. What I love most is that they aren't pushy! I dealt with Eddie and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Such a genuine guy. I highly recommend this Go RV location if you are on the market for a new trailer.
Bought a brand new 2020 Open Range 18BHS trailer last spring end of season when we needed furnace for first time it wouldn't work. As an electrician that works on HVAC units I could tell instantly it was the sail switch. Brought it in for warranty work and they took 3 months to replace it. Brought it home in the snow missing end of season use and stored it on the back concrete pad till this year when we used it September long to go to jasper. Temps dropped so we turned furnace on and again it would take work...same issues. Sail switch...called and brought it in again warranty denied saying it has dust and debris on it. How is that possible when it hasn't been used since it was fixed last? Told it will cost me $510 to fix it even though it was just repaired and has not been used till now when it does not work again. So now I will miss end of season camping with it once again and will have to pay out of pocket because extended warranty is a joke and Go Autos lack of customer satisfaction to fix an issue they never fixed correctly is poor...beyond poor. When I tried to take a peek at furnace while troubleshooting I shook wires and furnace would kick in telling me it was jot a sail switch issue but a install issue causing a short in the butt splices. Go Auto refuses to step up and fix what they incorrectly installed and using excuses to cover their screw ups. Warranty is a joke if they claim dust and debris an issue. Really so I should pull apart all the equipment in a trailer that is unused to clean it just to use it once or twice a year? Come on now. Stop being ridiculous.
I went to 2 Rv places today for the first time. Woodys and Go RV. First I went woodys I was welcomed and helped as soon as I walked in. Someone was there to help me very quickly and I was in and out so fast I actually forgot to pick up one quart of sealant. On my way back into the city I thought Instead of turning around and going back to woodys to get the sealant Id stop by Go RV. Waste of my time! Zero help. When I found my sealant I took it to the counter. A lady said she would find the parts department lady and get her to ring me up. After waiting for 10 min for someone to arrive the part department lady finally did and she went on to have a 5 min conversation with someone else while I waited. Finally the lady that I initially spoke with said this guy is here wanting to buy something. The lady in the parts department directed her to try and ring me up but she continued to let her co worker struggle while she had her conversation with someone else. Finally about 20 min into all of this I paid and left only to dodge what looked like 2 salesmen horsing around at the front door. A simple in and out with no one in line turns into 25min of a circus. The girl who billed me out at least tryed to find someone and tryed to help me but she was obviously new and not well assisted/supervised by her superiors. Never going back and Id highly advice anyone looking for RV parts to look somewhere else
Although we do not live in Edmonton we have purchased vehicles through Go Auto. So when we decided it was time for a trailer we reached out to Thejus and his sales team and they were amazing helping us every step of the way. We changed our minds several times during the process on what we wanted/needed, but their expertise led us to the perfect unit(Going from a tent to a trailer is a big step). We're super happy with our Wolf Pup and the folks that helped us with our purchase. The day we picked up our trailer we really appreciated the patient walkthrough Conrad gave us, and the many questions we then had for Lavros who had many great tips for us, he went above and beyond in his dealing with us. These are two great guys who love their jobs and made our experience great. The whole team at Go Rv were awesome!!
I'm a new rv'er and had a few problems with my black tank. Came in and had wonderful service and learned so much I needed to know. Tank now empty completely and sensors working great. Bonnie was fantastic and spoke in language (campers lingo) that I could understand. At beginning it is so overwhelming and now I feel like a pro.
Dealing with Bonnie and Kyle at GoRv, both are amazing to deal with, but Bonnie is oustanding . She went above and beyond to a next level degree to make our damage repair process was far less painful that it would have otherwise been. Shes fantastic. You're in good hands with these guys. They have my full trust and confidence .
Worst experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT waste your time purchasing a new trailer from this location. My experience was deceitful, on sales side next to no customer service, finance takes days off during sale holding everything t stand still instead of passing sales off, be prepared to call your salesman and finance guy every day and harass then to make sure they continue working on your deal but be prepared for them to tell you that their “day got away from them “ then they will tell you it’ll be done. Really give two days per step. On pickup they may try selling a damaged trailer and calling it new saying it musta happened in transport yet the hardware used to repair issue gave it away. no communication whatsoever! Complete train wreck run the other way! Service on the other hand completely different experience ask for Scott service end was a delight to deal with. But I will never buy another trailer or vehicle service with go auto due to lack of customer service and I hop e no one else does either!
We had a great experience picking a trailer with Hayden. He included both of our kids and was very patient and open to finding exactly what we wanted. During finance he kept both kids busy with balloons and even learning about their dolls they had. Both of our kids still ask about him ???? We went through Jayden for finance and she was quick to find any answers we wanted and worked with us to get the paperwork done, saving me another 8 hour trip with two kids. She kept in contact through email and text, ensuring we were well taken care of. Hayden and Jayden are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the laughs and sense of humour as well as treating our kids so great and included in the process! Most kids would not ask to go back after a long day shopping! That's where my five star review stops....the rest of this journey to get our trailer and trade in is HORRIBLE. We currently have to call for any updates or information at the start they couldn't even find me, or either of our trailers. Currently we are paying for two insurances and two trailers and do not know what's happening. I gave the 5 star review to Jayden and Hayden other then them I would give a star ???? My husband had to hurry and make an extra trip to get the trade in and now.....my husband took a day off for pick up of the trailer (which they talked about last Friday at the drop off of the trade) and then they told me yesterday that wouldn't work so now he loses another day of pay and had to move his schedule again, we live 8 hours away, we would just like the plan to stay the same. My worry is he will get there and they will not know where it is or it will not be ready ????
We just bought a new trailer from Earl at Go RV Edmonton and are super happy with the sales process. We have yet to pick it up but so far everything has gone really smooth and Earl was a no nonsense straight shooter who tells it like it is. Lots of trailers on sale for end of season with perks so don't wait, go in and check them out!
We recently purchased an RV from the Edmonton location. The buying experience was, what i thought was good. However, after purchase, once we had a concern, i have not heard back from the dealership. While were in the purchasing stage, we asked to have it in ready for camping mode. Which means, de-winterized, cleaned etc. I was told numerous times, no problem! I did give the dealership what i thought was more than enough time, 10 days from purchase to pick up. When i arrived, i found out they were not ready and the until was not de-winterized. Service told me they had no idea. The RV shop had 1 other trailer in the other bays, not like they were swamped. We drop our new trailer on our lake lot. Once we were set up, we went inside and found lots of little tin pieces (from the venting) on the floors, which my kids were stepping on and when i say lots, we've vacuumed 3 times and still stepping on them, hurting their feet. I opened up all the vents and found 1 inch of sawdust in as deep as i could get the vacuum. We've cleaned them 3 times now and they it's still blowing out once the furnace kicks in. The light switch in the backroom came off the wall. Very poor workmanship. The list goes on. When i texted pictures to the salesman of my findings, he said that he would report this to the manager and get back to me asap, that was 6 days ago and nothing in return. Extremely disappointed in the service. I work in customer service industry for 20 years, isn't 3/4 of service when the customer needs support? I received zero support. I will never purchase anything from a "Go" chain. I would rather pay more and get the support. I would suggest everyone looking to purchase a RV, to look else where! I know a lot of people because of my career, i will insist they shop elsewhere!
This is a terrible branch with horrible customer service. Neil McInnes yelled at my father and told him he couldn't leave a bad review, so I will. They withheld paperwork from him and treated him like he was worthless. You can't even reach someone in the branch as their voicemail suspiciously doesn't work, even when you have an appointment they make you wait. I know for a fact that that other branches are much better than the Edmonton branch. Would not recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Go RV Edmonton. The showroom was stunning and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my questions and were super helpful in determining which models met my needs. I would recommend Go RV again and again!
I, Terry Rockwood , Highly recommend Lori Chomyk in the Service with Go RV. 13072 Yellowhead Trail , Edmonton. I brought my Open Range Fifth Wheel to the Service department which Lori Chomyk was my Service advisor , she did everything for us possible to please us in every way to get our fifth wheel repaired and back on the road for camping this summer. I personally thank you so much Lori for being very co- operative with us, Thank you again for all your help Lori. From very happy customers Terry & Jackie Rockwood, all the best to you at Go Rv Edmonton . Best Reguards
Bonnie in service was truly exceptional when it came to communication and execution during our insurance claim.. she went to bat for us and we totally appreciate everything you did for us!
My husband and I walked in about a week ago knowing nothing about trailers other than the fact we wanted to go camping. The sales team at GORV were very patient with us and helped us figure out what trailer would fit all of our needs. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO RV EDMONTON.
The team at Go RV is always ready to go above and beyond to make the customer experience amazing. Shab Abdi is one of the long time salesmen at this location, he is very personable and knowledgeable and always willing to answer any question or concern you may have. Go Rv Edmonton is the best place to shop for your new or used trailer!
Awesome experience. Kevin in sales was very informative and helpful. The finance process with Terence went extremely smoothly. Can't wait to get out camping in my new trailer. Thanks guys!
Wow. Absolutely amazing customer service. Couldn’t be more pleased with the staff, especially Jadyn!!! Can’t wait to travel across country in my new RV. Best service from beginning to end.
I come here to have a overview of a RV. I was visiting and asking questions as a first buyer. Earl mumford was xtremly patient with me. is smile, is help, the time he took for making sure I understand everything was amazing. I end up buying a RV. I am over exicted. I recommended every first buyer to come and have a visit to this place.
My family and I just went there to look a vehicle but when we got there we had to wait for 1 hour then the person who was helping us said the car was sold about an hour ago, Riley did not apologize for not contacting us and tell us that the car was sold therefore wasting our time. Work on your communication with your customers. 1/10.
Great customer service! I came in with 101 questions. Staff were extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling confident and well informed. Go RV Edmonton has an amazing feel-good family atmosphere will definitely recommend.
Great Experience! Alex and Shab - sales personal were awesome along with the finance staff.
Came in looking to upgrade my travel trailer for a newer one and one without bunks! Shab is my salesperson, very easy to talk and deal with. He took his time and showed me every rv I asked about and I never felt rushed. I would recommend going to see him for all your RV needs. Thank you Shab for all your help and getting me the best deal!
Such a great experience from beginning to end!!!! We were lucky to have Jadyn helping us out, she was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. 10/10 recommended!!!
After some initial stumbles with GO RV management, George Smith helped us to purchase our Motorhome. He is a very honest and straight forward salesman and communicated very well with me as I purchased the RV from Calgary and the unit is in Edmonton and we dealt a lot over text as I was swamped with work meetings. Thank George, I look forward to coming to pick up the unit with my kids.
I purchased my second trailer from joe and it was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. This trailer is much fancier then our last so I forgot how some things worked and we were able to call him on his personal phone and get our questions answered quickly. Highly recommend
Jadyn was very helpful she snag us from the moment we walked in Tried to figure out what we wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t really know what we wanted at the time, she helped us narrow down her options and once we looked at the inventory online it was an easy decision. After that the process was fairly seamless and her and her team hope to pick and choose the trailer that’s suited our needs would highly recommend her and her team it was a great experience overall. There was not one time where they were pressuring us to take any add-ons or anything like that and we were surprised at how much coverage a new trailer comes with to make your investment worth it if we’re buying more trailer so we would come back but we found the one that’s going to sue us for a long time and help our growing family I would just like to thank Jadyn And her team we’re so excited for next our adventure.
I was looking at getting a new trailer for me and the kids as we love to go out and be in the outdoors. I contacted GO RV and was passed to a wonderful sales representative by the name of Prashanth. When I explained I was looking for a small rv or camper for me and the kids he was happily able to assist me, he listened to everything I was looking for and found the best one at the best price available. He was very professional and did not try to oversell me anything I didn’t need. If you do contact GO RV Edmonton I highly recommend talking to Prashanth.
Decided to buy a trailer because of COVID, so glad I came to this place first. 10 out of 10 customer service. Best part is the were not pushy at all and everyone was super friendly.
We got amazing service from Shab. He has above and beyond to get us a great deal, and make sure that our buying experience was top shelf. I have been able to call him with any questions and concerns I have, and he always has an upbeat attitude and goes out of his way to look after us. If you're considering buying an RV, go see Shab!
I went to look for a used trailer and Wayne McNalley helped find the perfect trailer, went above and beyond my expectations. He was honest and upfront about everything and got me a great deal on my trailer. Would 10/10 recommend Wayne for positive experience. "Do the Deal!" - Wayne
My trailer was broken into in july and I took it to Go Rv for repair as it had to be a keystone dealer according to my adjuster. I just picked it up yesterday. November 14th. That's 4 months to repair it. That's ridiculous. There was apparently some issues with parts etc but 4 months is too long. When I arrived I saw a camper identical to mine in the load up area. I asked if it was mine and they said yes. I then find out they lost my camper keys. Which had padlock keys on it. The gave me a set of replacement keys but said they cant help with the padlock keys. So that made me angry. Then I noticed the trailer had no spare tire cover. They said the wind must have taken it and gave me a go rv one. I bought my trailer at guarantee rv in Calgary and want their name on my camper so was unhappy about that. As I'm hooking up the camper I realize that this camper is not mine. They said they saw a camper and assumed it was mine. I then waited and waited for them to go find mine. Once i got mine i looked from the side and saw a spare tire cover on and assumed that the original was on there and the mixup was because it was my camper. After an hour and a half i finally left. Only to get home and realize my guarantee rv spare cover had been swapped by a go rv one. That is unacceptable to me. I will never recommend go rv or go back there again. I will drive the extra time south and go to guarantee rv instead.
Everything went well up until the day of orientation session. We were sold a brand new trailer, that was never in a showroom... and maybe it wasn't. Upon delivery, screws were not holding, cabinets inside the trailer were chipping off as well as the trimming. Stickers were peeling off. On the awning, one of the speakers was missing and had a cover likely from another, as it is of a different shape and color, attached with tie wraps. This trailer was supposed to have undergone a pre delivery inspection... It should never have been delivered in this shape. There's a 1 year warranty on the trailer parts and 60 days for cosmetic warranty, however this all should've been fixed before the delivery. I would not recommend buying at this dealership.
I placed 1000 deposit on a Friday morning for a trailer - The document I signed did say non-refundable if approved for financing. They could not approve the financing that day, so I said I would come in on Tuesday. After the weekend I decided not to purchase the trailer and they refused to refund the deposit. Even though I did not sign a credit application. They’re saying the original document I signed is legal even without a signed credit application. They are saying the information I gave over the phone counts enough for the credit application even without a signature. Buyers beware. I would not recommend any business with any businesses affiliated with GO Auto. I have purchased three vehicles from them in the last three years and they are willing to throw away a relationship with a good customer over $1000 deposit. “Edge Shawar” The self stated manager of the whole facility told me they would not be refunding the money and there is nothing I can do about it. I’m fairly sure processing somebody’s credit application without a signature is illegal. I will be finding out. I guess this is $1000 well spent knowing what type of business practises this business uses. Save your money and go somewhere with a reputable reputation.
Go RV Edmonton is definitely the place to visit when you’re looking for a trailer. It’s a beautiful facility with welcoming staff, and the fact that they were wonderful with our kids was a real bonus, too! We were lucky to have Lee tour us around. He really got to know us and asked us great questions to help figure out exactly what we were looking for in an RV. We couldn’t be more grateful for Lee and the other staff at Go RV Edmonton for making our trailer shopping a smooth and stress-free experience. Thanks guys!
Not impressed. Went to see a specific trailer. Listed at about $28K; a special for about $20K... Took awhile as the staff had to locate it. Represented as a three year old trailer when it's date of manufacture is nearly four years ago. The sales rep kept babbling..., was annoying. Inside was the same as I saw from the photos, except for the mattress which had a stain in the centre which looked like someone had bled out. Stains along the edging which the rep also couldn't explain. Outside, amazingly she hadn't noticed the spot on the left hand wall where someone had torn out a piece of the siding (about 7' up and 2/3s to the rear); damage to the wood stud; open to infiltration of rain. And other minor surface damage. Eventually a conversation with the sales manager resulted in acknowledgement that no siding replacement would occur. Some sealant would be "slapped" over the 6"x8" area, and sold as is... $20K plus GST for a damaged trailer that may already have internal structural damage or water damage. Good luck to all who deal there....
We bought our 2020 cougar trailer from the Leduc branch at the RV show. After our deal was done. Things went sour. We haven't had the service we expected and the staff are not friendly at all. I wish we would have bought from the Edmonton branch. We went in to the yellow head branch just to get our wood, chemicles and toilette paper deal and asked Taylor a few question. I was so impressed how friendly she was. Then a week later we found some issues wrong with our trailer and asked Taylor if we could bring it to her to be fixed and she said abosolutly. We took it in today and Taylor was so very helpful. Super friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. I really want the service manager know what great customer service skills Taylor has. She needs to be complimented and recognized her the great person she is. It's easy to see customers come first at this location. Thank you Taylor for all your help.
I wasn't initially happy camper, a number of things were wrong with my new 2020 Cougar 5th wheel. Thankfully they have Brittany Bouchard as the service manager. She looked after me big time. Cudoos to her!
Originally gave GO RV a 5 star but recently we discovered that an axle was installed wrong, we have only used our trailer a total of eight times with approximately 5000kms one tire was worn down to the steel belt, we took it back hoping that the service department would be able to assist us because it was not installed correctly we were told we were stuck with the bill, extremely disappointed with the service department not with just this item but with other warranty items we were treated just as a number I would not return my business there or promote their business!
Bought a pull trailer from here and picked it up March 25th. Part of the sales agreement was that we would get a brand new battery for our unit. I believe they gave us the battery that was on the unit all winter. After less then a month …
Had my first good experience with GoRv credited to Bonnie Hillis this lady gave me excellent service and went above and beyond to expedite a part for my hot water tank. This is the type of service that will keep customers coming back, like I said this was the first rewarding experience I have had promote this lady to manager she is better than what you got now.
I bought a 2006 Jayco Talon F36V. I bought it for my wife, and she absolutely adores it. The price was fantastic. The purchasing process was quick and simple, and the employees were extremely pleasant. It was a pleasant experience. Yes, I would suggest it.
I will start off saying I am on my second trailer purchase here. We were on the fence about coming back as there were some discrepancies during our last purchase. Seems they have new management now and we were very impressed with how they rectified concerns from last purchase. They went above and beyond this time around and I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends and family now.
Got myself a new ride and can't contain how excited I am! Thanks Go RV Edmonton! Would recommend 10/10 times. One of my biggest purchases. Everyone there knew the product they were selling and managed to give me tips on what I should be looking out for as a first time buyer. I came back after looking around and was sold. Wish I didn't waste all that time. Thanks for the deal guys! Jason you're the best! Very informative Very down to earth Very happy
Great service. I was well looked after and they took care of everything
We recently bought a trailer from Go RV this last weekend, they were absolutely amazing!! Marius went above and beyond, as well as Faddi for explaining everything in the finance department. Will Definitely recommend to anyone looking!!!
Tried to trade in our 2014 Accent with extremely low Kms, which sells for about 8 or 9k on the market. The manager told his salesman to offer us 1500. It was a waste of our time, obviously trying to take advantage of young parents. Good way to ensure you never gain our business, I have been telling everyone I know go steer clear of Go Auto. Don't buy a car here unless you want to get ripped off.
I'm being very generous giving them 1 star. When we decided to buy the camper we put $500 deposit down with the agreement that we would get it back when we signed the paperwork. Well it took us 3 months and multiple calls to get it back. That was bad enough but then we got them to winterize it for us and they forgot to remove the hot water plug so the hot water heater froze and cracked now it has been there for over 3 weeks and still they have done nothing. Plus the fridge is fried i would never buy from them again customer service is a joke!
Most definitely do not buy anything from go RV. 24 hours after getting our brand new trailer we discovered some pretty major issues. They had our trailer for months, ruining the last of our camping season. They gave it back to us for the winter to store it. They took it back this spring telling us it would be fixed in a few days. It's now been 2 months and nothing has been done. They won't give us an answer as to when they will get it fixed. Meanwhile we are making payments, paying insurance and storage fees for a trailer that they are not fixing. They keep giving us the run around or just not answering when we try to call or email. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could go back, I would never have given them our business.
I was looking for a small cargo trailer last August and went in to Go RV in Edmonton and talked to Eddie and Joe. They told me they had taken one in trade that was in good condition. I liked the trailer and asked what I could get it for while waiting in the showroom Joe noticed me looking at a Triumph motorcycle. He suggested I should pick it up to and they gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I ended with a really great bike and a trailer. I left very happy with my experience at Go RV. Both Eddie and Joe were great to deal with.
I went recently. Now that it's under new management, I found that my experience was much better. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience.
The service at Go RV Edmonton was immaculate. They had the trailer we wanted to view ready for us to see. The sales rep, Dean, and the manager, Kyle, went above and beyond any normal customer service. They were very inviting and made you feel welcome without feeling any pressure. I highly recommend the first stop for any potential buyer of a RV to be Go RV Edmonton. M & D
Kevin is so extremely helpful he answered all of my questions and was super patient making sure we got exactly what we wanted, & Paul from Finance followed up with every detail arranged. I couldn't appreciate the service more!
Front staff was nice. Connected us to a person to look at an RV. Had a stock number ready and wanted to get it for next year's vacation. Was told that due to covid we can't look at it... pretty sure they are thoroughly cleaned and detailed before being sold? Hmm well there are more RV places out there.
Ethical business, highly recommended. I would like to add that I have known Allan Bellous for several years. Allan has unquestionable honesty and integrity and an incredible work ethic. I would highly recommend doing business with Allan.
Contacted Go Auto RV from out of town to look at financing a trailer. Let them know the specific timeline I had before I would be back at work for 3 months and would not need it if it didn’t go through. Weeks have gone by since asking for my $1,000 deposit back, with management, finance and my salesperson pressuring me to buy in September instead even after telling my salesperson multiple times I would not be moving forward. I live a few blocks away from this dealership and was looking forward to supporting someone in my neighborhood. Please note all this was fine over the phone, without ever setting foot in the dealership. I finally was able to speak to the manager Lee Papirny. The sales guy was Shawn and finance was Marcus. Lee still refuses to give the deposit, even though we have texts and a receipt of deposit showing nothing on it that it is non refundable. I asked Lee if we could get rid of the back and forth. I said, would you rather focus on customer service and helping people who actually want to buy vehicles from you? HE SAID NO. This man would rather waste everyone’s time on someone just wanting their $1,000 deposit back. This is very disappointing, especially reading all the awards Go Autohas gotten for trustworthy service. PLEASE DONT BUY HERE. THEY KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Our friend didn’t believe us, she is a client, called and talked to Lee and was so turned off by the entire situation. Safe to say that’s not a repeat customer,
Joe was awesome to deal with. We never felt pressured. He took his time to explain the features of the 5th wheel we purchased. Would highly recommend this dealership.
So far my dealings with the service department at Go RV Edmonton have been good. Have a few minor things to be fixed and both Bonnie and Lori have been very good to deal with.
Brought my trailer in for a new power jack. They caught a leak that I wasn’t aware of and saved me precious camping time. Can’t thank you enough
Awesome place! Very nice building, lots of selection and the staff is very professional. I’m currently in the market for an RV for me and my husband to take road trips, but didn’t know where to begin. I don’t have tons of knowledge on what’s out there and coming here was very helpful. A young man named Jason helped me and he was very patient in explaining all the different options and amenities to me. He also wasn’t just pushing me towards the most expensive option there which i appreciated. I’m sure all the gentlemen are great here but when I go back to make my selection I will be asking for Jason by name.
Robbie helped me out. Good experience so far.seems like a friendly place.
What business doesn't accept a no financing cash deal? This one right here! After wasting time with the sales associate the sales manager informed us they would not sell us a trailer as we were not financing it. Guess they get a kick back and our money isn't good enough for them. Good luck running a business like this.
It was a great easy experience to purchase a new Rv from go Rv edmonton, all departments manager to financing and service departments did bring my journey over there to a fun time and a perfect communication. Thank you all Special thanks to Fadi finance manager and Bonnie service repair manager to the great skills of communication and all your updates step by step Definitely I would recommend your place to my family n friends
My partner and I had one of the worst buying experiences possible when we purchased our RV here at the end of last season. Between the blatant disrespect for our time and the disorganization we were completely unsatisfied with the entire …
Purchasing our trailer this spring was great, the sales person and other staff were great to deal with, however the parts and service dept. are a different matter, I have called the parts department multiple times and left messages and no one answers or returns my calls, which is very frustrating. I called another RV dealership and had an answer to my question on the first call and purchased the parts we needed there instead of Go RV. It has been two weeks now and I still have not had my messages returned from the parts department at Go RV!
By far the worst experience ????, these people will not give me back my down payment of $1000 !! I changed my mind about purchasing a trailer because I felt that they took advantage as I am a first time buyer on a trailer , I cancelled my application with their bank finance it, they swore at me when I questioned the deal, now they are holding my down payment ransom , basically forcing me to purchase a trailer to get my money back. I do not want to purchase a trailer ever!!! This experience has been awful!! The people there were rude about the whole deal when I questioned them and even told me to F%*€ OFF ???????????????????????? this place does not deserve a star at all!! So very disappointed that I am out a thousand dollars !!!
Thanks to the speedy customer service at Go RV we were back camping in 3 days! Earl in sales is extremely knowledgeable and helped us find our forever RV. Edge and the guys in finance were also excellent in answering all our questions. Great job... thanks all!!
Best service and experience buying our first trailer!!! Jd was Very helpful and listened to our needs and wants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cant wait to take our trailer out and use with the family.!!
Jim and Carol- We were called by Prashanth and have dealt with Brittany for over 11 years and she has been excellent also the technicians at your go RV store in nisku have also been excellent . we couldn’t wish for a better service and great people to deal with. Our rating is 5+ out of five.
Had a great experience Edge took care us. Marius was easy to deal with. We purchased a family trailer excited to camp this spring!!!!
I've been working with Shab for a about a year now and he's always been professional and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for his customers! If you are looking to purchase an RV, make sure you ask for Shab, you won't regret it. You'll have so much fun dealing with him! TOP CLASS SERVICE, keep it up.
What an amazing new facility filled with top of the line Trailers and RV's !!! I was so impressed with all of the staff and how they handled themselves, I highly recommend going to Go RV Edmonton for all of your Trailer/RV needs! Edge will be sure to take care of you.
I went to browse at GO RV EDMONTON, and was met by a very good sales representative Prasanth. He showed me a few different trailers nd found a nice little one for me and my wife. If you do contact GO RV Edmonton I highly recommend talking to Prashanth.
I hate the fact we bought an RV here. Typical dealship jibberish during the sale and it did not improve from there. From the moment I picked up my NON-INSPECTED and NON-DETAILED trailer, it has been a headache. We just had to pay for a repair less than 90 days of owning it, a problem with the grey water pcvp that would have been found during inspection. Oh and I will add, while I write this review, we are currently charging the battery from our vehicle because they let the battery die during the repair and left it UNLOCKED waiting for us to pick it up from the parking lot. 0/10 would NOT buy from Go RV Edmonton ever again!!! Service department gets a lower rating than the sales!!!!
Buying something can be stressful, you’re always asking yourself “am I making the right decision?” But with the help of Chafic and his team I knew we had that all covered. Thanks for the help and the great deal on the trade in. Will definitely tell more people about you
Wow what a great place. My wife loved the 7 foot folding chair. Erick is a great technician. He was quick to analyze the problem. I feel very welcome and am treated like extended family. Front service staff are friendly and efficient. Bonnie, Cierra and Laurie are very helpful. Allan H.
Backed out of a trailer purchase because the dealership sold me a trailer my truck can’t even tow. Currently sitting in the waiting area, awaiting my deposit back from the trailer. It’s been almost 4 hours to get my deposit back ONLY. Absolute the worst buying experience of my life. I’ll update and edit this review with the full story later. Just trying to get some attention as they’ve seem to have forgotten about me.
Very high priced compared to exact same trailers at other dealerships. Buyers beware.
Purchased my trailer from Shab and Edge! Great guys super easy to deal with and felt like they cared about me from the second I walked in. Service was great Candie made sure my trailer was ready. Had an early start to camping!
Great buying experience from the sales staff. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and they were very patient and friendly. I strongly recommend!
We went there on Sunday to look at a trailer that we found on the go rv website. I was told that we had to wait until a sales adviser was available as we could not go by ourselves to look at the unit. When he came to the waiting room(he didn’t introduce himself so I do not know his name), he said we would have to fill out some paperwork before we could go look at the trailer. I asked what kind of paperwork do I need to fill out to look at it. I was told is was “pre approval for financing”. I said I just wanted to look at it and if I were to purchase it, I wouldn’t be financing it. I was told I couldn’t look at it until I answered a few questions. I was asked if I had a vehicle capable of towing, if I needed a trailer brake controller, and if I needed a trailer hitch. Once again, I was only there to look at the trailer, not get pre approval for who knows what and then have him push buying a new vehicle on me. After I answered the questions, he went to the finance desk with his paperwork. When he came back, I was told that the trailer had sold yesterday. He didn’t ask if I was interested in any other trailers or looking at their inventory. I thought it was suspicious that because I didn’t want to play into their financing game that the trailer had suddenly been sold yesterday and he no longer had any time for me. So yesterday, I once again looked on the Go RV website and Kijiji and the trailer is still there. So I went on the live chat on the Go RV website and was informed that it is still available. Today it is still online. I would give them 0 stars if I could because this is one greasy operation that they are running. You can only look at or purchase an RV if you are financing it through them.
Did not end up buying from Marius here. But he was a stand up guy very honest and tried his best. Thanks for all of your help if you are ever in speak with him !
Lee and Marius we very helpful and knowledgeable about the RVs on their lot, the sales process was smooth and easy as they kept me in the loop the whole way! Great job guys!!
I bought a car with Alex Batra. Very good service and he made everything extremely easy for us. Very polite and responsible.
I recently have dealt with Morgan and GO RV. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Went above and far beyond what I could have expected. Highly recommend others to enjoy the GO RV experience. WELL DONE!
I highly recommend the service department! Great service, wonderful staff, they treat you like family! Especially Taylor Henderson, she's always so caring and friendly!! 10/10 amazing place, I refuse to go anywhere else.
Big thank you to Thejus S., Bonnie H. and the Team at Go RV Edmonton. They all went over and above to get our family on the road for our camping trip after getting a flat tire on our trailer on the Anthony Henday. They drove me around to get the right tires and had them put back on the trailer within a couple of hours. Exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV or getting RV service.
Great place and friendly staff! We purchased our first trailer from their Nisku location and were happy to see some of the same friendly faces at the Edmonton store when we went in for an upgrade. I highly recommend Go RV Edmonton, definitely a standout of all the places we checked. The employees are knowledgeable and attentive, the location is convenient and the store is state of the art and downright amazing!
Words can't express the gratitude I feel towards Go Rv Edmonton. My husband and I went to the RV wars and Joe gave us exceptional service when we were dealing with our trade in and purchasing our new trailer. Jadyn handled our finance exceptional as well. They both showed kindness, support and professionalism. They answered all our questions and then some. Beyond the sale Jadyn has gone above and beyond her job, I can't express enough thank you's to her and all the people behind the scenes that she got involved. We needed to remove our old trailer out from our rv spot and the owner gave us quite a bit of trouble and refused to remove the snow for us unless we used his guy which costs way more and in the end we got kicked out of our Rv spot. Jadyn made everything go smoothly for us on their end and made the whole experience easier on us. Our first experience buying a trailer from coach works was horrible the two don't even compare. Honestly this was by far the best vehicle buying experience and when buying a trailer and trading in your old one it can be stressful and they made it quite the opposite even when there was a problem that was not their concern they helped us out. I highly recommend purchasing from them. Danielle and Ray Dalton
I usually go to the Leduc location to pick up my adventure club supplies never had a problem best service ever. This time I went to the Yellowhead location, the ladies there were rude. Its the perks of buying a trailer at GO RV and you shouldn’t be made to feel like your a hassle of a customer just because I was in picking up my free items only. They even went as far when I asked if they were open on Sunday cause they didn’t have all the adventure club supplies I came for to say “well we need one day off”. I went to the Leduc store this week to pick up supplies and they said it’s not the first time they’ve heard of this either.
So happy with my experience at Go RV Edmonton. From the selection of units they have to the incredible staff that are all very helpful from sales, service, finance, and everyone in between! thanks again for the great buying experience
Was a great experience! We dealt with Shab and Paul and they were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful with any questions we had! We found a camper we loved that was a bit out of our budget and they were fantastic with getting as close as they could. Definitely recommend buying here!
We bought a Open Range trailer in June from Go RV Edmonton. It by far has been the greatest customer service experience I think I have ever had. Bonnie in service has been extremely efficient beyond my expectations. She is personable and pleasant and has a wealth of knowledge regarding RV’s. She has gone beyond the call of duty to help me out. I Highly recommend GO RV Edmonton! Thanks Bonnie for all your help! Amy & Dale Lindgren
I’m writing this review to say I am thoroughly impressed with how I was treated by Chafic. Stand up guy who really knew his stuff. It’s nice to deal with someone who has answers for all my questions. Didn’t rush me at all and took the time to really understand what I’m looking for. Big 5 stars to you Chafic. Thanks.
Joe was very informative and knowledgeable! Direct about products and concerns. Would definitely recommend Joe to anyone!
I had a great experience with GO RV. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and nice. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything which which was very refreshing compared to other rv stores I went to. Morgan was the salesman who helped me find a trailer that completely met my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Money grab artists. Will sell a used trailer as parts but for customer use. Phone follow ups every 20mins. Listen too the reviews from google it says it all
Our family was looking for a nice Class C motorhome. It was hard to find one that suited our needs. We dealt with Allan B. and Edge over at at Go RV Edmonton on Yellowhead Trail. Allan took us to Nisku to look at the unit since it was physically there. We loved the unit and decided to trade in our trailer to get this motorhome. It was a great experience and we certainly recommend dealing with Allan and Go RV Edmonton.
My hubby Ryan and I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie the sales guy…he was absolutely great at getting us what we were looking for in a RV! If you are looking for a RV please go see Eddie! He was fantastic! Also Jayden was amazing as well! Thank you GoRv! We can’t wait to start our camping adventures!!!!
Had a great experience went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. They helped me find the trailer I wanted. Figured I’d leave a review as I never review anyone but they were great thought I’d start now. Thanks again. Wayne is new in sales department super relaxed guy to deal with
I've never had more of an amazing experience than i did at go auto rv!!! Jadyn treated my husband and I so kindly and graciously assisted us with all our questions and concerns! She truly made the experience for us 1 in a million. I highly recommend this go auto.
JD at this location is great! Honest young genuine professional gave us great advice and made us feel respected and his product knowledge was awesome. I would highly recommends dealing with him!
We’ve been shopping for years couldn’t decide on a trailer. Finally found the one!!!! Super patient and friendly service. We changed our minds 4 times if not more we lost count lol they were helpful every step of the way and made sure we were happy
Nadine was nice and pleasant to deal with. Kinda like a mother figure. Super great lady
Dylan thank you for everything you done for us we truly appreciate your patience, honesty and kindness. All the best to you sir
Thank you for the great experience. I bought a used pull behind trailer and was very happy with the salesman Joe. He spent the time asking questions about my needs and didn't try to pressure or upsell. He was knowledgeable. Pretty easy transaction. I also purchased a slingshot from Thejus Swamy, (vp of go rv); really great guy; very much a handshake deal kind of person. I would definitely do business with him again.
Terrible service worst experiences i ever have is from go auto. adventure club pretty big joke always out of supplies only open certin hours.can never get ahold of service department nothing but problems had my brand new trailer for 3 weeks this summer did not even fix the issues.
Great purchasing experience. We met with a fellow named Eddie at the RV show and couldn’t come to a decision. When we called Eddie he was so happy to hear from us and was so accommodating when we asked to come into the dealership to see a few other trailers. We luckily found our dream trailer and were given a really fair deal. Everyone was so professional and addressed all of our concerns. We had previously shopped a few other dealers and weren’t treated well at all! I would highly recommend GORV to anyone looking to find a great trailer, get good service and get all the added perks of buying with them. Thanks so much for the amazing experience, Eddie and team .
Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Was sold a used trailer with a pile of issues after fighting months on end finally got some things fixed, was sold a new generator that was faulty and still not fixed 2 months later . Been calling over and over to cancel a service and will not return phone calls. This place is a complete joke. Once they have your money they simply don’t care. Will never step foot in another go auto dealer
Why are GoRV staff leaving 5 star reviews for this horrible location? Don't buy from here. Really horrible service. I could write a thousand words regarding everything that was horrible but why bother. Back to my guestion though. Why are the Go Rv staff leaving 5 star reviews?
i had come into the dealership looking into getting a trailer i wasn't sure exactly what i was wanting the sales person Shab i was talking with help me out a lot by taking time to show me some units and help me narrow down exactly what i'm looking for once i come to my final decision i will be returning to this dealership to purchase. i had a wonderful experience and look forward to future dealings
Horrible customer service tried talking to them and dealing with them no one will reply back to my voicemails + emails from wanting more information and or leaving a complaint. Certain service work that we have asked for was not done when we have given them three weeks to do it. I wish I can feel good about my purchase but after dealing with them and has left a better taste in my mouth would not recommend go somewhere else. once purchase is made they don't care.
This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and was my worst experience ever. I trusted this dealership and even decided to pay cash in full for the vehicle, only to realize 2 months down the road it had many issues yet the dealership assured me that the vehicle was in good conditions. They use the poorest mechanics to fix the vehicles and charge way higher than other places. If you really value your money please don't ever buy anything used from this dealership. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.
Great place ! There sales associate Morgan was great to work and made the process easy. Listened to our wants, and delivered. Our family is very happy with our experience !
Bought a used Subaru Outback , was in decent condition. Ended up with a fair trade in for our old unit. Stuart did a great job ????
Great place. Love my new trailer!!
I posted a review after first buying my unit, it was positive and I believed I would be a valued client of GORV for many years. Once this place gets your money the service (or lack there) is horrible. Picked up our unit in March, brought it back in May as the hot water tank didn’t work (unit was brand new) got strung along for a year about when they could fix it and then wanted to charge me for it. As for the adventure club they advertise, good luck with that, every excuse in the book of why they can’t do it today I’ve never received a single thing from the adventure club and stopped in numerous times to take advantage of this apparent perk of buying here just to be told some non-sense excuse that is different from the last time. I wouldn’t send my enemies here for an RV
Today we picked up our new trailer and I can honestly say this was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had. We have been searching for the perfect trailer for our family for the last two months and this has been a lengthy process. This is our second trailer and we were certain of our must have requirements. We are located in Calgary and were willing to travel if the dealership could meet our needs. We were even considering travelling to Saskatchewan. My husband contacted GO RV in Edmonton and began dealing with Shab and Kyle. From the get go the service was amazing, we had a trade in and Kyle was very upfront, knowledgeable and accommodating. The negotiations took about a full week over the phone and sometimes conference calls. An agreement was reached and we put down a deposit. Today finally came and we drove up to Edmonton to bring in our trade in and get our beautiful new trailer. From the very beginning the service was impeccable. We were met by Tia and she guided us on the process and what to expect throughout the day. She was our go to girl and was so patient with us. Next we met with Marcus in finance, what a pleasure to deal with, he too was patient with us and thoroughly answered all our questions, even if it was for the third time. His exceptional service and knowledge of the products and features was greatly appreciated and he worked with us to get the best deal possible for our needs. Not once did we feel rushed. Thejus Swamy the VP also came and introduced himself to us (thank you for the water). Because we came from Calgary all the staff were aware that we needed to head back the same day and they did an amazing job making sure we were back on the road as soon as feasible. We next met with Conrad for our walk through. Conrad was very thorough and answered all our questions. Once our walk through was completed, the service department had to change over our hitch system and add the protection package. At this time we went for lunch. We came back about 2 hours later. Unfortunately they needed our truck to swap out the hitch system, this delayed us a bit, but we know they did all they could to get us on the road to Calgary as soon as possible. Shout out to the service department for all their hard work inspecting our trade in trailer and installing the additions to our new trailer. The culture in this dealership was absolutely amazing. Even staff we weren’t meeting with were super pleasant to us. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an rv trailer. Thank you Kyle, Marcus, Tia and Conrad, led by their exceptional VP Thejus Swamy! You are all amazing people and Go RV is very lucky to have each of you on their team! It was a pleasure meeting all of you! Shawn and Stacey Proud owners of a GO RV Trailer
Met luis at the expo center he was of great help when we were looking to replace our trailer that we have had for 10 years. Excited to get out camping
Do not ever deal with these crooks. They tell you one thing and do another. All they are after is your money and not about customer service. They can't even keep staff because people are realizing what kind of culture this "business" really is.
Great place Edge took care of us made us feel like we were at home. Took in our trade even though it was a billion years old. Service took care of us as well. Our furnace stopped working we brought it back and they fixed it for us right away no questions asked. Things are going to happen to your trailer these guys won't leave you hanging
I’d give a 5 star rating except for our initial experience with GoRV prior to Bonnie (service dept) coming to our rescue. Bonnie at GoRV Edmonton off Yellowhead was fantastic. We bought our new 2019 Toy hauler from GoRV in Red Deer. They told us it was ready to go and passed the pdi...so they transported it to Edmonton GoRV for us. When we did our walk through, we found a number of issues to be addressed. Initially GoRV in Edmonton did nothing (let it sit for a month) but then Bonnie came along. Bonnie communicated regularly with me (even when the service department manager never called me back) and ensured everything we had identified (plus a few things she found) was fixed. She walked me through everything as my husband was away. Bonnie has restored my faith in GoRV. I relied on her exclusively and she didn’t let me down! If you deal with the service department at Yellowhead GoRV, Bonnie is the one to ask for! UPDATE: June 2020: unfortunately things have really slid at GoRV Yellowhead It took 8 months of having our trailer in to have warranty work done and it still isn’t done. We have to bring it back in the Fall. Have been trying to reach out to a GM—/owner and no one is calling me back. Have left messages to no avail. Ruling re: days and times to pick up product (wood, chemical and TP) is unrealistic -& blames on COVID - for working families that can’t get insuring the hours allotted. Understand if it was for propane but no willingness to negotiate pick up of products is not customer service focused. So disappointing. These changes drop my rating for GoRV big time.
Worst service EVER. Blamed us for everything going wrong. Made us drive up twice 2 hours one way to tell us it’s not their problem. They said they did work that they didn’t do. They said 2 weeks to fix it and 6 months later the unit is …
Matthew in Finance was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. I definitely felt like he was looking out for my best interests. I left feeling like my investment was well protected which gave me peace of mind.
Ok when we got to trailer we could go on Saturday or Sunday to get the wood and other things that were free with the purchase of the trailer. Now we can only go Tuesday or Thursday and Friday because of covid-19 . Some of us are out of town and can not make it on the days they have. I call BS, it only takes one person to do the job
My husband is very happy with his purchase. Customer service was great. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist. We would definitely recommend this location.
Great sales experience was able to pick it up 6 days after purchase which was great! Other store I won’t name took 3 weeks they couldn’t get it ready so they refunded me. GORV got it done promptly thanks guys you know who you are. Buy from here if you want no gimmicks and just want to go camping
We had a fantastic experience with all the staff. Earl was our sales man and he was so friendly and answered all of our questions. We would recommend Earl and staff to everyone for a great experience. We bought the trailer of our dreams
Awesome experience from start to finish! Riley and Jordan were awesome to deal with! They made sure we got the best deal possible! And we did. I highly recommend go rv to anyone looking for a new or used RV! They will defiantly be getting my return business. Thanks again for everything! 5 STARS
The customer service that was provided to us by Anton was outstanding. Anton worked with us for a month while we were transitioning from Newfoundland to Alberta. He helped get us into a vehicle that was family friendly, insured and registered within a few short hours. Anton also paid for the gas we spent to pick up the car. He took all of our concerns to consideration and did what he could to ease the stress. We would 110% recommend working with him. The customer service couldn't have been better. Anton is a five star customer service representative. We will look forward to working with him again in the future.
Omg what an awesome experience I had at the GoRV new location stellar sales team one again a winning atmosphere with top notch product and the knowledge of the sales force blew me away Thanks for a great day and making it easy to get a trailer.
I bought brand new trailer i ask my sales guy if the trailer has 30 pound propane tank he said yes and before i take delivery I call to confirm the tank the service and part guys said yes its 30 pound propane tank but when I went to pick up my trailer I saw it was 20 pound I went to ask my sales guy he said take the trailer and when u come back to fix something we will change the tanks and now they said they made a mistake they can't change the tank so plzz careful they will rip u off don't trust them I made a mistake buying the trailer from them at first they will be really good to u buy ones u buy it they will change and won't listen u so plzz careful dot be ripped off
I was in on Sunday Nov 9 2019 to look at a new vehicle . I met sales person Mike Ford and he went over what I was looking for in a vehicle. Presented me with a few options and did test drives. No pressure at any moment of our interaction. I never considered jeep going in but after Mike took my concerns and asked my about my lifestyle, hobbys and suggested jeep. He could not have understood his customer any better, he nailed it !. When I was concerned about finance i was introduced to Alex ( another star at this location!) and he told me not to worry as well and had his team set up financing that I could afford. I never had such a positive experience as I did at this location or other dealers. I recomend this location !.
Dillan was nice and helpful at the rv wars. I would recommend him
Shaib is an excellent salesperson who provided all the appropriate information necessary for a first time buyer. He made this experience comfortable for our family especially our kids. The location is full of smiles and a warm welcoming feeling. Definitely recommend to all our family and friends. Excellent advises and awesome prices! GoRV!
Awesome customer service had a pleasure working with Earl he was very helpful and knowledgeable made our RV buying experience super easy when they can be the hardest thing to do definitely will be coming back to him and if you guys need a RV go see my boy earl you wont regret!
Jadyn is probably the nicest most genuine individual we have had the pleasure of dealing with in any purchase situation. She is personable, honest and we would not hesitate dealing with her again in the future.
Morgan was the one that helped me out. Very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a person that listens to exactly what you want and then helps you to find exactly that, definitely go to Go RV in Edmonton and ask for Morgan!! Over all great dealership and great experience!
We did not have a good experience with this business. Not long ago we purchased a brand new RV from them. Everyone there was super nice to us, constantly saying how they want to build a relationship with and how much they want our …
Great service and selections. They are a little newer in the business buying up older dealerships and upgrading their facilities. They seem to be dealing in pretty high bulk volume of popular models which allows them to price units competitively. Shopping experience was great. I have to mention though, buyers be aware that you will be offered to buy “extended warranties” and “protection” packages. Please do your homework prior to settlement on your purchase agreement. Happy camping out there!
We had a really good experience with GoRV Edmonton. The sales man Shab did a really great job taking care of us from day one. Got us our first tent trailer and getting us equipped with a hitch and all. I know that we were not the easiest family to deal with but He worked with us and in our budget. We felt like family here.5 stars for SHAB, keep up the good work Shab, everyone else needs to be more transparent and communicate better. I hope they can fix my lock as soon as possible so I don’t have to wait ages for a new replacement
The dealership and the staff were fantastic. They showed us multiple units and went through my family’s needs to identify what would world best. We found a trailer that will have us camping the rest of the summer. Thanks GO RV.
Worst shopping experience of my life. 5 days of them trying to find a trailer that was on their own lot. Signed an agreement and made a deposit subject to viewing. Once they finally located the trailer and had me come in for the 3rd time they showed me a trailer that was 8 years older than I was told and didnt have any of the features we were told it had. When we told them we agreed to a different trailer and gave them the stock number on our receipts they said they made a mistake and that would be another $5000. We delt with a salesman, a manager and the director of sales through this process just to be given the run around and a lot of stories. I would honestly not recommend anyone to go to this location. I know I'll never go back here again.
Great experience! I recommend dealing with Kevin from sales. He is very helpful and will match perfect RV for your wallet and your desires. Kids, dogs and my husband are very happy with the choice we made. Thank you Kevin for being so friendly and helpful!!
I contacted GO RV to trade in my old camper and was passed to a wonderful sales representative by the name of Prashanth. He was very professional, and patient with me as I do have a very busy life with my family. He gave me the best deal possible and was able to get a new camper right away, I highly recommend talking to Prashanth.
Dealt with the guys over at Go RV on a new fifth wheel. I had an idea of what I was looking for going into it, but Jeremy helped me find a unit that would suit my family better. Great service and excited to take it out next season.
I also lost my $1000.00 deposit as well. I contact Amvic. They said to contact VP Thejus . I called several time to speak with him, he is never available. …
Amazing customer service! Incredibly happy with my experience here. Robbie was knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly simple. Would recommend him and the whole team!
I dealt with Joe Byers to buy an RV. His knowledge of the units along with life experience made my visit extremely enjoyable. He is very up front and honest and I never felt like I was being pressured. I really felt like he went over and above to get me the best deal for the amount I wanted to pay.
Morgan McKay did an awesome job helping us find our perfect trailer for our big family. if you want a camper he is the one to go to thanks again Morgan.
We stopped by to look and talk to someone about a model of 5th wheel, we were looking to buy new in the next couple months, Initially the conversation was good, then he went and got his manager to see what they had in stock, and they both came back and had zero interest in talking with us or even showing us similar models in stock because we were not willing to purchase that day. We insisted to ask to see a model, and they said not much point unless we pulling the trigger. Anyways, we went down the road and purchased a new one 3 days later, and in the end it all worked out. My only suggestion only go there if your planning to purchase same day, if not you get treated terribly. And in this case they lost the sale.
Dealing with Fadi was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and shady. Had a lot of issues getting the vehicle registered due to having incomplete documents. He did not provide us with the NVIS for our fifth wheel, which we purchased in May 2019. Today, September 13, 2019, I still don't have the NVIS. We dealt with Terrence afterwards, one of the managers, who just mailed me a NVIS by Fedex this morning. Terrence worked very hard to get the proper documents sent to us ASAP. Funny how he can get us the documents so quickly, yet it took Fadi months.. If Fadi wasn't there, I would have maybe given them 5 stars. Took wayyyy too long to get me a needed document to register the fifth wheel. Oh and I liked Robert Marles as well ????
Don't step foot in this place if you want a RV right away. They have a long, drawn-out process you have to go through involving a lot of hours waiting around the dealership, a week or so for them to get the trailer ready, then you need to be able to take time off work on a weekday to attend an orientation appointment. They don't tell you about any of this until after you sign the papers. And they will try to add extra charges onto the original price . Watch carefully. We're happy with our trailer but I wouldn't recommend GoRV.
