Really great place, with excellent customer service and reps. We needed a ride to their location after dropping our car off and they arrived shortly after, maybe 10 minutes after we called which wasn't bad. The rep/driver was very nice and friendly. He told us about the car he was driving since it was available for rental, and then he helped us once we got back to the location to actually rent the same car we rode in. It was a quick and timely service and we were out in roughly 10-15 minutes. No issues, no hassles. Would definitely recommend and go back again if needed.

I got a car through bmw. Enterprise charged me 2 more days that I actually used the rent. Called to rep, they promised to return the money, but didnt. Check your final bill, you can be surprised.

I had a rough year with my car and service. This location goes above and beyond to help their customers out. They service mostly auto-body and service shop customers in the area - there are a ton around there. When I've had my car in for a week getting stuff done (which happened a few times in the last year), they've always been good to me with rates. This location also does (or at least did) provide BMW loaners for BMW owners getting work done in the area. Really helpful and friendly staff.

I love this place, quick and easy to get into a car when you need it - they understand when your limited on time and trying to get to a meeting. They are very serious about high customer service and if there is any issues they will bend over backwards to help out. One time I happen to mention I was having issues with a setting up a car rental for my vacation in Europe and the guy at the front desk a few days later called me to say he contacted the location in Croatia and got it all resolved for me - I didn't expect that, but they are very interested to help you....

I did not actually rent a vehicle, I work at a tire shop. One of their customers came in with a wrecked tire, we had a take off to put on it, same tire, however the people at enterprise insisted we install a new tire. So we performed the work and got their VIP customer on the way. Come payment time nobody wants to help. Between Ken Baker, Ashook(who conveniently no longer is employed there), Kumar and Sarab not one of them can pay their bill. There is no dispute about them having to pay it, they acknowledge it is their bill and they authorized the work. I have been phoning for almost 3 months to have this resolved. Tried calling their head office, who also agree it is completely unacceptable. However, they will not help by paying the bill. So just a heads up, these people do NOT pay their bills. Update, William finally got involved and took care of the bill promptly(being as he was new to the scene I will say promptly). Thank you to whomever made this happen. I am very grateful.

Rented a car using the weekend promotion rate. I was very happy, was able to run all my errands that required a car and went to Banff to snowboard. They even switched me to a smaller car because I'm used to driving tiny hatchbacks ????

Check in and check out were both easy. They didn’t have the car we booked (due to a global car shortage - understandable) so they upgraded our vehicle for the same original price, honoring our unlimited mileage booking and making sure we still got our money’s worth! The car was well maintained and clean, no complaints at all. The only downside is their office’s hours. They are closed on the weekend so we had to rush to get the car back on Friday even though our trip wasn’t over yet. But they do seem to have the best cars in town!
