Under new management and it seems that they don't need to value their customers. Phoned three times to rent a car from this location and they put me off every time (never recieved a call back from Greg the manager). I have rented cars from Enterprise for 30 years both personally and through business and I have never receive such horrible service and disrespect as I have recently at this location. Do not use this location (Calgary Edmonton Trail NW). I phoned *National Car Rental* at the airport and they were more than happy to have my business.

Calgary Edmonton trail location Enterprise Rental manager and his staff went out of their way to help me and my family. They even called to check I made it safe in Fort McMurray. Best prices, customer driven, accomodating, well located. The north Calgary Enterprise dealership has the best rates in the area and are one of the closest off airport rentals; about 15 minutes away. The dealership is run by one of the friendliest, hardest working group of young men I've come across. Due to flight problems we arrived a day late, but they still gave us a free car upgrade to our missed reservation. The Chevy Cruze was fine on mountain roads and with strong A/C. You need to pay for your own taxi from the airport to their office but they gave us a credit towards our Lyft ride back to the airport as they were too busy to drop us off. There's a gas station right across the street if you choose the fill it up yourself option. I can't recommend them enough.

This was my first time renting a vehicle through Enterprise and will definitely not be the last time! I left some personal belongings in the rental car. When i called Enterprise, they said the vehicle was gone to another shop for detailing. A gentleman by the name of MOIZ went over and beyond to get me back my personal belongings. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to recieve my belongings back. MOIZ is truly a model employee, he was so dedicated to find my belongings, he saw the panic in my eyes. Employees are nice enough; so I almost feel bad saying this but I waited more than an hour for a car I had already booked and they tried to sell me on a smaller sized car in a way that was so "bait and switch" it seemed greasy. Honestly I won't be back; and I would take measures not to be back if I was somehow accidentally booked at this location.

Enterprise Calgary North Central was fantastic from start to finish. I rented a vehicle from them while mine was in the body shop. They were prompt with picking me up and dropping me off at my shop. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly and welcoming. When dropping my car off, they asked how my experience was and if there was anything they could do differently, which is great to see a company asking that in person before a client leaves. 5 starts all around. I would definitely rent from them again, and I live on the complete opposite side of the city.

Very poor customer service. Being 21 years old it was extremely obvious the staff were suspicious of my intentions to rent a vehicle. They didn't take my credit card for no valid reason. I ended up not seeing family because I planned on Enterprise. The company is a joke.

I was switched to this location after having a reservation at Royal oak because of the proximity to the body shop I was using. They said to come back the next week because of the availability of cars was limited and I was stuck with a vehicle that was totally different from what was originally set up on the phone. Came back the next week to switch cars and they still had nothing available. They said all this cars are damaged and could only offer similar sized cars.

Waiting for more than an hour to rent a vehicle that was booked for a friend. They are obviously short staffed and have to do the paperwork outside the office due to Covid. The vehicle is not clean and has just been taken for cleaning. I know the staff are trying to do their best. It would be useful to give customers who book vehicles a window of time to pick it up, rather than make them wait outside for more than an hour on a cold day.

Horrible customer service. Was in an accident recently, and shortly after picked up a car from Enterprise. Later that evening, a hit and run driver did damage to the renal car bumper. I had seen it and recorded the licence plate, called the Police to make a report, informed Enterprise of this the next morning, and given them the Police report, and the perpetrator's license plate, and insurance company. Since then, Enterprise staff have phone me twice while working, threatening me legally, I have received bills for the accident. As far as I know, they have made no effort to contact the guilty party, regardless my insurance will obviously cover it or go after the party responsible, yet Enterprise blames the customer. If you do happen to rent from this location, make sure to do a VERY THOROUGH inspection of the vehicle before renting it, as you may get dinged for previous damage. I have rented from numerous places in my life, and Enterprise is pretty much a last resort, as I always seem to have problems with them.

A truck was booked/reserved for me at this location through insurance. When I got there, they had given it to someone else and told me I had to wait 3 weeks till they can get me another truck. Then they told me I had to phone around the city and literally figure it out for myself. You guys needs to communicate with your clients before you make decisions on their behalf.

This shop understands service! I was greeted at the door, treated with not just courtesy but with respect and my questions were answered by someone who was a trainee but still had the answers. Special mentions to Jake, who checked me in and out, and Mohammed, who greeted everyone with a genuine smile. The tone of the office was professional and friendly, my vehicle was clean and exactly what I ordered and I would recommend this Enterprise shop to anyone who was looking. Seriously the worst experience, needed a car rental called and talked to customer service arranged the pick up. Specifically asked to be able to pay in full rental cost and deposit. Was told this is fine. Go to pick up the rental nope can't do that. So now I have no rental car. Good job, enterprise, good job. Called back customer service and guess what they said? You for sure can pay with your bank card not a problem.

I rented a 2020 F-150 from the enterprise at McKnight blvd and Edmonton trail, the car was remarkably clean inside and out. Picking up the truck, doing the walk through inspection and signing off from Ayo was extremely fast and easy took less than 10 minutes. Dropping it off with Harris was a breeze, took just 5 minutes and no hidden fees or charges and my security deposit got released almost immediately after i returned the car. It was an amazing experience as i usually don't get this kind of service at car rentals. Great Service! Super efficient!

We had a fantastic experience renting from this Enterprise location. We decided to save some money by renting here rather than from the airport. We were staying overnight at a hotel near the airport and a taxi from our hotel to the Enterprise on Edmonton Trail was about $15 I believe. When we arrived, we were greeted in a very friendly way, told that we had been upgraded to a premium car - a Nissan Maxima, and were even given a list of sights and attractions they recommended. We were also told that they didn't particularly care about minor damage like small scratches on the car, only larger damage. That was a relief since we have had a few bad experiences with other rental car agencies where we were charged for damage that wasn't our doing and we are therefore always a bit nervous with rental cars. On the way to pick up the car, we realized that we had left our GPS at home and were telling ourselves that we wouldn't really need it since we would mostly be driving on Hwy 1 but it turned out that the car had built in GPS! Yay! The car was very comfortable, had all the bells and whistles and was quite fuel efficient. We were very happy with it since we did a fair bit of driving over our holiday. When we returned the car, again the customer service was genuinely friendly and they offered to drive us to the airport to save us the cost of a taxi. This is honestly the best experience we have ever had with any rental car company. They really went above and beyond and I feel like we got amazing value a this Enterprise location. When we return to the area we will definitely be renting from them again.

Do not rent from this Enterprise. When we picked up our vehicle, the employee who went over the inspection with us asked a number of unusual questions about what insurance our credit card provides, the deductible, and how high the limit is. This seemed strange but we didn't think too much of it. That is, until we returned the vehicle. We returned the car in perfect condition with no damage, however the agency claimed over $800 in damages. So far they are persisting in this claim even though they have not been able to provide any time-stamped photos verifying the claimed damage. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE! Their attempt to commit insurance fraud is completely unacceptable. UPDATE: January 2020 As you can see, Enterprise responded to my review asking me to contact their customer service, which I did. Their response from Dec 1, 2019 is: "We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused and we will ensure to get this in the right direction for proper assistance. I have engaged the regional management team at Calgary and they will contact you as soon as they can." A month later and there's still no follow-up.

The staff was very nice and the pickup process was very quick. I did not return to this location so I did not have to deal with return. My only comments are that they really push you into purchasing the full coverage by telling half-truths. I mentioned I was going into Banff and they said that people have had their cars attached by animals or that it does hail a lot and what I would be responsible if I didn’t have in insurance. Shame on me for not researching but I am sure everything they said was true to a point. For the time period and locations I traveled the chances of either those were highly unlikely. I am usually very good at declining stuff I don’t need but I knew we were going hiking and wasn’t sure about the weather (hail) or chances of seeing animals. Please do your research on where you are traveling too. Besides that I thought the staff was nice and helpful.

We've rented cargo van's from this location to transport fresh flower for Events, apart from the first time picked up a van from this location, each experience has been a complete disappointment. As one could expect the type of vehicle we reserve is selected for it's size and ability to transport perishable large living floral installations, the pick-up day and time is very important as our delivery schedules are fast paced within strict timelines. Each time we reserved a van we did so several weeks in advance, we also called to confirm our reservation at time of reservation as well as a week prior to pick-up and even the day of. We described our reasoning for renting the van and were reassured it would be reserved for our event deliveries. Despite being reassured several times by the employee's that our cargo van would be there and be ready for pickup at our specified time, the last two times we arrived for pickup the Cargo Van was not only not on site, they had no idea where it was, the woman helping us even said " Does anyone know where the keys are?" The first time this happened we received the cargo van 4-5 hours later, they were kind enough to deliver it to our Studio, but unfortunately we lost 4 hours in our production and delivery schedule. Following this unfortunate experience we were reassured they would take good care of us for our next rental now that they had a clear understanding of our needs. Which leads us now to our third pick-up, confirmed twice via phone, including day-of for pick-up (we confirmed we would arrive early to collect the van, they said no problem it would be ready). When we arrived the van was not on site and nowhere to be found. This was so incredibly frustrating and confusing after speaking to them two hours prior to confirm it was there. In this instance the van was in Airdrie, and they asked if we would like to go collect it from there.... or wait 40 minutes (which was actually more than an hour) for them to bring it down to us at that location. Either way we again loose precious time and the stress added to our delivery schedule from this unexpected and seemingly very avoidable situation was infuriating. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location, nor enterprise at this point for renting vehicles of any kind, especially if you are under strict time constraints or require any level of professionalism or competency from the Staff.

This is my third time being in a car accident and using Enterprise thru Insurance for a rental car. All three times they were accommodating to my requests for vehicle (I'm probably too picky, but I enjoy driving so I'd like to be in a car I like!). Omar and the rest of the staff there are all great! I waited a few minutes in the waiting area for a car I wanted, and the overall atmosphere inside is great - every custom that walks in is welcomed very friendly and openly. A+, Would highly recommend! (Dodge Charger is my favorite ride to enjoy while my Subi WRX is in the shop!)

The guys at this location were super friendly and accommodating. I saw staff frequently sanitizing surfaces and their hands, I felt super safe conducting business in the store. The employee who did the inspection noted damage that I know other locations would have skipped. He noticed and pointed it out on his own. -had to call to remind them to pick me up at Varsity collision when I'd called the day before to confirm - waited 45 minutes for the promised shuttle 5 blocks away when I was on a tight timeline -vehicle interior was dirty and stunk like smoke -vehicle not warmed up - iced up from front to back at - 25. Scraped it myself. Vehicle scraper was broke and when I asked for another one was given a hand scraper - saying they had more on 'order' -they did make sure there was a 4wd vehicle similar to mine available, though it was mostly because I called the day before to remind them

I was supposed to pick up a car today for a family trip and I had booked and got a confirmation a week ago. Today I called in to pick the car and they tell me they cannot provide me a car as they are giving priority to people affected by the hail storm as asked by the insurance company. I am really disappointed that there has been no intimation of the change in policy till the time I called in. Also the policy change has affected our family plans which was made way in advance making the service really unreliable for customers who have been doing business with you for a long time. Really shocked and disappointed!

Had a reservation for December 26th at 1:45 pm. When we arrived at 2:05 pm due to poor weather conditions, there was a sign on the door that they closed at 2:00. There was another customer in the parking lot that stated that they had a reservation as well. When we contacted Enterprise they said they were sorry but there were no other vehicles available in Calgary for us that day. One of their competitors was able to help us out. Also, it looked like they did not have the vehicle in their parking lot that we had reserved (Rav4) and the only vehicles there were vans. It makes you wonder?

Hopefully I got the correct location. I made a reservation here and I believe a gentleman named Joshua called me and notified me that they might not have the car I reserved and suggested he could get me another class. However I do prefer Luxury vehicles and he found me one in another location and booked it for me. I thought this was amazing customer service. Instead of me just showing up and not receiving my luxury car and getting another class instead. I think he did a great job.

I don’t recommend this Location to anyone coz they messed up my reservation as i booked a car for Aug 5 and they called me on Aug 4 to confirm the booking, on Aug 5th i called them to ask some questions regarding my booking and they told me they don’t have the car available that i booked and offering me a small size van like really! We rented 2 vehicles in this month and both times the service quality was exceptional. The staff is courteous and they explain you in debt on what the rental services cover. Technically my autobody shop picked Enterprise on my behalf, but I'm glad they did. They swooped in and picked me up from the shop, and when I returned the car, they had me back over within minutes. Everyone was friendly, and checked up to see how the car was working for me. I phoned in to see if I'd need to gas up the car as I didn't have a full tank when I picked it up, and drove less than 60 KM. I was told not to worry. I was told that I would owe, but after I mentioned that I was told not worry, I no longer had worries. They cleared it up, and I appreciate their help because I've an autobody bill to cover. Thanks everyone!!

I would give no stars if i could but i had to pick one... I rented a vehicle here and returned the vehicle to the body shop where I was told I could on August 14th. My rental has not been closed yet! I call almost everyday, first they tried saying 3 times that the car wasn't returned until the body shop stated they have video of enterprise picking up the vehicle! Then they called me saying they couldn't locate the keys! This place is a nightmare and I do not recommend this location to anyone...Its September 1st and still my rental is not closed and they have had the vehicle in their possession for weeks now and my deposit on my credit card still hasn't been released...

CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY. WOULD NOT RENT FROM HERE AGAIN. Rented a car from here for a trip to the mountains. We noticed an issue with the car at the first stop less than 30 min after driving off the lot that was missed on the initial inspection. We immediately called the rental office to notify them the representative informed us this wasn't an issue, to not worry about it, and continue on with our trip. Dropped the vehicle off after hours using the key return. Then found my damage deposit had been taken out a few days later with no details and had to go through a lengthy insurance claim process.

My insurance rented a car for me after an accident and these guys upgraded me to a $50,000 car to use for the week. It was beautiful with leather trim and double sunroof. They were extremely polite and friendly. As well, they only charge .85 per litre if you pay for gas in advance so there was no need to fiddle with extra charges or gouging on gas. I would definitely recommend them. Flawless customer service!

Easy to book a car online through the website portal. They also answer the phone fairly fast, so that's convenient. I like that they bring the vehicle to you. Only issue I had was the gentlemen talking as I was initialing the agreement, as I wanted to make sure my rental agreement was correct.

The location on 26th in Sunridge did NOT honour ANYONE’s reservation last week after the storm. Then, the location on Edmonton Trail also did NOT honour anyone’s reservations. My husband and I got SEVERELY sunburnt after waiting for over 9hrs total between the two locations. The Sunridge location was the worst though for service as the manager told my husband “I don’t care” that we have a reservation, and told him to “go home” because “I have over 1,000 reservations today”. Why does their system not cap reservation numbers in relation to how many cars they have? We complained to their head office and we were told someone would contact us about the wasted cab fare for the UN-honoured reservation and then we had to taxi to a new location... no one followed up. False promise. We got to our first reservation 30 mins prior and then to get turned away is just bad business — and so rudely. My family has used the airport location numerous times without incident, so this was a massive shock. I can’t imagine treating my customers that way!!! Yes, the hail storm created a large demand, but treating your customers as disposable is wrong. There could of been many solutions — like sending customers to other locations, bringing more staff, better organization on the manager’s part to manage lines, polite customer service, etc. It wouldn’t of been as bad if the second store, Edmonton trail, was at least organized in their line. The manager gave cars to a few people out of the cue, so some people brought it up, and he literally told them “you’re lying” when they said he let people get cars who were only waiting a couple hours — behind us. We found this out from the angry group. We were trying to wait in the shade (the manager told everyone to wait — not in any line — in the parking lot and he would get us when it’s our turn). This revelation is why we had to wait in the burning sun. It’s been 7 days exactly and my back is STILL peeling. Couldn’t sleep for the first 3 days from the pain. It just added insult to injury. My back was way worse FYI. Blistered. Solarcain *on my back* literally BURNED because of the wounds. It was just a horrible experience. Im really disappointed because my parents have had nothing but good things to say previously.

If I could put a minus on here I would. They rented a car to my wife and ripped her off for $900.00 . They kept taking money from her credit card without authorization. I find it absolutely disgraceful that a business feels that it is ok to function this way. It is appalling while in this time of crises that they are taking advantage of and stealing from innocent people. They will be reported to the authorities, the better business bureau and the news. It will be an honor to make sure that people no longer feel safe to rent a car from them.

There was a discrepancy regarding the rental car charge and the woman who processed us said nothing could be done. I have rented from Enterprise multiple times in the past, but after that encounter I was angry and vowed never to use Enterprise again. However, Dylan, restored my faith. He was very helpful even though he was busy. He fixed the charge easily. He provided excellent customer service.

We rented a car for two weeks in Sept. 2016 at a far lower price than offered at the airport. We flew into the Calgary airport and took an inexpensive taxi ride just one exit south on Rt. 2 to this Enterprise outlet. All of the staff do an outstanding job in processing your rental and return and try to get you out the door as quickly as possible. They provide a free return trip to the airport. All smiles here!

Extremely long wait times. Definitely related to Covid - provincial regulation prevents the proper number of employees, and cars need to be properly cleaned, but we could have used an advanced warning on the 2.5 hour wait time.

The service here was amazing when I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was given a vehicle that was a dollar or two more than my insurance allowed per day. Because of this, I was overcharged at the branch I dropped the vehicle off at (Crowfoot). I was told I would be sent a cheque for the $60.00 I was owed. After not receiving it, I initially called this location and was told to call the other location. It's been months, multiple phone calls, and I've yet to receive the $60.00. This situation could have been easily avoided had I been given a car that matched my insurances allowance. I signed a form stating that had I dropped the vehicle off when I was supposed to, I would not be charged. Needless to say I will not be using Enterprise for rentals again.

** Problem was fixed fairly quick. It was a system issue. While still frustrating, I appreciate the efforts to fix it. I rented a car for 18 days , while the rental and customer service was great, they keep taking unauthorized payments off my visa after I returned the car. I returned the car 2 weeks ago and STILL having money taken off my VISA. I have called 3 times about this matter and every time it is " yup for sure well get it fixed!" - refunds me and charges me a few days later. This is ridiculous.

I am currently renting a vehicle from your location located on McKnight Blvd. and Edmonton Trail in Calgary AB. I will be returning there today to request yet another new vehicle (going on three now...) due to the completely unacceptable state of the vehicles that have been rented to me since Thursday, September 13. Crums in the vehicle, food stuck in the cupholders, french fries under the seats, cigarette ash in the door compartments, white spills all down the doors and all over the seats, in my opinion, are highly unacceptable. It is extremely obvious that both vehicles I have now had the misfortune of driving were not cleaned, or even looked at for cleanliness. I am shocked and appauled that a company as large as Enterprise would allow this type of behaviour to occur at one of their locations. The individuals at the McKnight Blvd. and Edmonton Trail location clearly are not performing their duties in terms of satisfying their customers.

It has been a pleasure dealing with the Country Hills NE. Calgary & Edmonton Trail NE. Calgary locations. Kevin, Riley and Sabrina between both locations were exceptionally helpful, patient and polite. I am a senior in my seventies and this type of service is very much appreciated and something I look to when dealing with people. Obviously, Sabrina, Riley and Kevin all understand very well the meaning of customer service and it's value in a company like Enterprise. Folks like these should be acknowledged and recognized for the value they bring to the organization in goodwill, as well as financial. It appears as though both locations are under the same management where the value put on customer service has a high priority. The training and service provided to and demonstrated by these folks, surely reflects very well on the management. Their courtesy, professionalism, patience and friendliness are exceptional. Most people may not realize all the cleaning and sanitization that goes on behind the scenes and should be appreciated by customers that may not be aware that between rentals, these young folks must do all that with a smile, before the car is rented out again. They didn’t have to accommodate my request for a change of vehicle while mine was in the repair facility (I didn’t like the vehicle I had and it was too low for me). Sabrina, Riley and Kevin, did everything that they could to find me another vehicle. Enterprise Management, Please convey my appreciation and thanks to these folks. Keep up the great job! Thank you for making my rental experience a very positive and pleasant one. UPDATE: At the end of my rental period, the service for checking the vehicle back in was as smooth, fast and as pleasant as it was at the beginning of the rental period. We planned a trip to the Rockies for 8 people and booked a Premium SUV well in advance hoping to have a single car to transport the group and all our stuff. We were a bit worried when we learned that this wasn't possible (in part because of limited inventory due to seasonal demand) but the staff were very understanding and accommodating of what we needed. We ended up renting 2 cars but were kindly offered a few concessions which helped keep costs down. Got a really good impression from the whole team and appreciated all their help. Thanks, guys!

they called me to arrange a pick-up. then they didn't show up. then they said it was because I never called after work, but they called me after work to arrange the pickup time. Why do I need to call if I already talked to an employee there ??? They also told me that i had to return the car on a certain day (insurance was only covering me for that period). The date they told me to return was wrong and then they said they never told me that date. the last thing is they did was tell me i was going to get my deposit after 2 business days. its been 2 weeks and im still waiting. very poor communication. they like to blame the customer for their mistakes. GO TO DISCOUNT, I got way better service over there

My rental car locked me out when I ran back to my house to grab something. My keys.. everything stuck inside the car. Called Enterprise and the guy took my number told me he'd figure something out. Never got a call back and then he left 30 mins later because they closed and left me hanging. It's -25 outside and my keys are stuck in my car. Been waiting over an hr for a call back and nothing. Thank you whomever you were that just clocked out and left someone waiting. I'll now have to pay for someone to come unlock for me after 2 hrs.

Terrible experience - after explaining my situation with another rental company they told me they had a vehicle that could accommodate me (needs being anything that would carry 5 people..(2 carseats) - not so difficult - anything with a 3rd row or any minivan would have worked....NOPE they had a Yukon XL for me!!!! I knew I could handle it as our other vehicle is a 2015 F150 but I was desperate as I had grandparents to pick up at the airport that afternoon! they ensured me that they would call me with another vehicle option in the next couple of days.....I only needed the rental for 4 days anyway and never received a call from them (Shocker!!) THEN it hit me - I had declined the extended coverage and they saw me coming a mile away!! They have since accused me of denting the vehicle....the dents (they are in fact there) were present when I picked the vehicle up...I commented as we did the walk around but the associate ensured me that they were within the 'circle' on his little magic measurer and to not worry about them! HA yea - whatever! Upon return this associate says I dented the vehicle and it was now not even able to be rented out and that I would have to pay for repairs! As a woman there with my toddler I felt defenseless as it was like talking to a brick wall! They knew they had me and that's all there was to it! I had no proof. I have pics of the dent....how small they were ....on a BLACK freshly washed vehicle in the glaring sun....as it was returned slightly dusty and in a more shaded area....boy did those show up....(the vehicle barely left our driveway in the 4 days!) Anyway....words of advice - NEVER let them downgrade ANY little scratch you see on a vehicle....especially if you deny their coverage! DON'T EVER rent from these guys .....especially if you are a lone woman and maybe with a kid or 2! I have never had an experience like this with a rental car company and I will never rent from this location AGAIN! Very disappointed!

Great Service!! Diego went out of his way to pick us up at the hotel by the airport in the pickup we were renting for the week. We had lots of ski equipment and luggage so very convenient. After looking and looking, I end up going to Enterprise all the time, so I've stopped comparing rental agencies and go directly to Enterprise. Beyond the rates and conditions, there is a service ethic and trying to help and give as much as they can give. The process is electronic and streamlined. When renting cars, there's bound to be problems from time to time, no matter what. The big question is how easy it is going to be to solve it, and how fair it is going to be for the customer, and this is one very important area Enterprise have proven themselves to me.

I remembered when I needed a rental in America when my car was being fixed that Enterprise picked me up and were terrific. We needed a car for two weeks on vacation and decided on Enterprise. Best choice we ever made! We will be using Enterprise in the future!!

Car has never been ready for pick up lately

I had my vehicle stolen and enterprise was the company my insurance company uses. The location was closed on the weekend it was stolen so i was unable to pickup a vehicle until monday. My vehicle stolen was an SUV and the insurancs company stated the rental would be the same type of vehicle. This locatipn on Edmonton trail only had 2 cars available and stated they would call me when an SUV arrived. That call never came. The car had no traction and it was the week it snowed a ton in Calgary so i got stuck everywhere. The satalitte radio workex for a few days then was turned off. I called and complained and they stated it would be removed from my contract. It was on my bill when i returned the vehicle. After the first week my insurance company sent me a settlement so i was to return the car or pay a low rate to extend the borrowing time. I asked to switch it to my name and they quoted me at $160 for the discounted weekly rate. They then went on to ask for another $350 for a deposit which i refused as i had already paid $150 for the first week and it should transfer over. When i returned the vehicle as requested at 630pm, the next day i found out they charged me an extra day and 1 month for satellite radio i had cancelled. My bill came to $450 when i was quoted at $160 total. Very dissatisfied and feel cheated especially after my vehicle was stolen and i had no choice but to get a rental.

The worst customer services, the manger cancelled my reservation and lied to us by saying they have a computer glitch. I called the customer and they said the manager lie and we have no glitch. Unprofessional manager and ignorant staff.

I used to rent vehicles here, when they had a good weekend $ rate. But, the Staff should take a more proactive marketing/sales approach. If they have vehicles on the lot, on Thursday, they should phone some past Renters, & encourage them to rent a vehicle that weekend. As I've gone by, I've seen vehicles sitting on their lot, all weekend, yet they would not offer a special weekend $ price.

Horrible service manager is the worst iv ever had to deal with. still waiting on my 200 dollars they owe me they said it would show up in the mail. Don’t bother reserving a car cause the manager will just give it away to his friends (I watched it happen infront of my eyes ) corrupted place I would stay away. Also take picture of the vehicle before you take it as they had tried to say It had hail damage made me wait a hour and a half for a secondary inspection witch turned out there was non. Good thing I had picture prof of when I originally took the car.

He helped myself and my wife with getting everything figured out when we first arrived. I really wish I got the fellas name that helped my wife out when she had to bring the vehicle back because of a minor issue. Dont change a thing. You all are doing an amazing job. My insurance company booked my rental through the wrong office and the manager simply started a new file made arrangements for a pick-up of a vehicle that met my requirements and made it happen. I have never rented from this location before and upon trying to contact and arrange a rental, I called 4 times with little to no contact with anybody working in this location, within an hour. One of the times before I even got connected to a customer service representative, I waited 5 minutes on hold, the next time almost 10 minutes. Once I finally got through to an agent, I asked her a couple questions, then she directed me to another person, where I was left on hold, then asked to complete a satisfaction survey which got a 1, and then the call ended. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I will NOT be renting from here. Get yourselves together, this is terrible.

So far not impressed. I called this morning at 730 to confirm they would pick my up at 9 at body shop, they confirmed, but no one showed up. A car came up to pick someone else up so I got a ride with them to Enterprise. When I asked why no one came to get me for my confirmed 9 am time, they told me to body shop needed to call them when I was there, which was 9 am which I had already confirmed at 730. My car is part of an insurance claim and I was told I would get a comparable car to my BMW and I was given 2 choices, the boat that I'm driving or something that looked like a sewing machine and probably handled like one. Not a happy camper, if it wasn't an insurance claim, I'd go elsewhere. Thanks for the email Chris, I've responded with all the details. I received an email from Dylan the other night saying that he would like to fix the error and provide a comparable car, and when I responded back, I never heard back from him again. I've let Enterprise Head office know of the situation as well as my insurance company.

Great customer service. Saved $$$ by taking a taxi from the airport to this location rather than renting at the airport. After returning the car, they gave me a ride back to the airport. Will be doing the same next time I'm in town.

After Canada day I could not make a reservation on their website. The website kept showing they are out of cars even at the airport branch. So I chose this site which is the closest from the airport because I had to drop oneway rental from fort mcmurray. They accepted my one way drop off without extra fee even though I suppose to drop it off at the airport. And they helped me find the gas saver car for another oneway to Manitoba. For work purposes, I rent from the Edmonton Trail NE location on a monthly basis. Initially I chose this site only because it was close to my home. Now though, I refuse to deal with any other location or rental company - either for work or personal rentals. Each person I have dealt with at Edmonton Trail has always been super friendly, efficient, and the epitome of professional. The staff are fantastic at getting me checked in and out the door as quickly as possible - even during their busy times! I'm thankful to have found such a solid, dependable, friendly, service-oriented team.

I rented minivan and when returned the vehicle I did not received the receipt in next 3 days. Staff pretend to be nice and ask for good customer feedback by putting their own words in your mouth. Enterprise is great car rental company but this particular location staff are horrible. I will not rent a car again from this location.

They're great! I'm a super paranoid (especially after watching all those documentaries on extra fees and ways they steal your money at car rental companies), but everything went as expected. I inspected and received the car and was ready to leave in under 10 min! It was cleaned and wiped and super stoked to take the Mazda6 for a weekend. And when I returned it, I was charged what they had promised in their quote - no extra fees or add-ons. Great stuff :)

I was double booked at a Calgary location and they only had the wrong size car immediately available.. To avoid holding me up, they set it up for me to drive that car to a Canmore location and pick up the correct size car 2 days later. Also, the car, a Chevy Malibu was great. Kudos to all.

I wish I could put 0 star... I called 2 hours before my pick up time to make sure that everything was fine and I was told that yes. When I arrived to the location, people were waiting for hours .. I’ve waited 3 hours before my turn arrived.. but to get the car they took me to another location which was 30 minutes away from where I was supposed to pick it up.. it wasted my day during my holidays vacation. Seriously guys, I was expecting more from a big company such as Enterprise. Very very disappointing! So for god sake... STOP OVERBOOKING CARS!!

The staff at the enterprise at McKnight blvd and Edmonton trail were outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate my mother , a senior, and make sure she was comfortable with the rental. They checked in. And followed up the concerns she voiced. They were flexible and very helpful and understanding with my anxious mother and helped make the whole process including the insurance coverage portion very smooth. It was a rental partly covered by insurance after an accident and they were great at helping her feel settled after the experience. We are very grateful for the wonderful customer service and positivity everyone there expresses in every interaction we had with them. Thank you

This was my third time renting a vehicle from this location. I got a compact vehicle with the understanding that it is a smaller vehicle that wouldn't have the capability of something larger. With that being said, I was still expecting to get a reliable vehicle that can stand albertas winter roads. The drive on these roads - both highway and residential streets was nothing less than horrid. The tires are not meant for winter driving, even though the manager says otherwise. On top of that the windshield washer fluid was not topped up and I ran out making visibility awful. When I returned the car, I spoke to the manager and expressed my concerns. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I had, he made excuses to defend him and Enterprise. He made it out to be my fault because I got a compact car. Even though they refunded me the cost of the rental, The customer service I received was awful and not even an apology was given. 2/3 times I have rented from this location there has been nothing but hassle and no sympathy from the staff themselves.
