I'm a Ford guy, but, I was there for an RV part as these guys do that thankfully. We were camped at Bighorn the first wknd in October/19 and the propane regulator packed it in the first night. That 5th wheel was like a fridge over night!! Travelled into Rocky to stop at the competitor RV place thinking they would solve the problem for sure... but they were only open weekdays at that time of year. Not Edward's. Not only were they open but they actually had that regulator hanging on their display shelf. Sold!! The guy at the counter was very helpful as well. Thanks guys!!

Amazing experience and service! We had a breakdown with our campervan while driving through Rockey mountain house. It was lucky that the garage was close by so we spent the night on the parking lot to let them have a look at it the next morning. We figured out that our transmission is burned ... Worst nightmare when living in a van. So we had to order a new one. They also tried everything to find the cheapest one possible for us. Sadly the shipping time turned out to be a week, so we asked the owner if we could sleep on the parking lot for this time (we couldn't move anyways) and he was super friendly, let us stay and use the waiting room + wifi and plugs ... He even said if they would have showers, we could have used them. After a few days of living on the parking lot all the staff knew us and was super friendly, on the weekend the owner itself came to the parking lot even though they were closed to take us for a ride in his car to show us what we could do in the town. And after a few days of waiting the service person who was responsible for us told us, that his friend wants to sell a van, same model as mine just a bit older for a price less then what the transmission would cost and that we should check it out ... So we ended up buying this van. They took the transmission out for us and put it in my van. Also they replaced a few rusty parts with better parts from the other van to safe time and keep the costs for the work low. The solution with the other van safed us much time and money and we were back on the road sooner then expected which made everything way more relaxed in the end. Overall the staff was super committed to our problems and they did everything to help us. It sounds strange but it was actually a great experience living on this parking lot and in the end we were even allowed to fill up our water containers???? Thank you for everything Edward's Garage :D

I recently purchased a used trailer from Edward's. After taking it out for a few weekends of camping , I noticed some damage. I called and spoke with Zach, he made arrangements to have the trailer fixed. I dropped it off on a Friday and Don and his team had the trailer repaired by the following Wednesday. I was very pleased with the turnaround time and their willingness to work with me on the cost of the repair. Thanks again for getting us back out camping.

*Buyer Beware* The Red 2014 Ram 1500 Sport currently on their site has major mechanical damage to the engine and transmission. Truck apparently had new cam and lifters put in but was still misfiring on 2 cylinders after. DO NOT buy without having a misfire scanner thrown on it before purchase. Hood also has a ton of rust bubbling throughout underneath that god awful bug deflector thrown on it. Steer clear of the truck at ALL COSTS

On Monday, June 21st, in the morning I rolled into Rocky Mountain House with trailer and toys in tow. While stopping to get fuel I noticed a rather large leak under my truck. Powersteering and brake fluid spraying all over the place. I limped over to Edwards garage and parked my 60' unit in their parking lot and went into reception. I explained my situation and without a bat of an eye I was told they would make arrangements to fit me in...They had no problem with me dropping my trailer in their "spaceous" parking lot(couldn't have done this in Edmonton-yes parking is a pet peave of mine) Being that this is a truck town there was no doubt in my mind that I would be taken care of that day...Yes! the part was local. It was a hot day and they asked me if I wanted to plug my trailer in while I waited...The a/c was a life saver. They made me feel welcome and were extremely accommodating...The Edward's crew gives me a refreshing perspective on Dealerships and their repair shops. I WILL REMEMBER

I bought a used 2013 Kia Sorento from Edwards from Northern Canada. My daughter drove it back from Edmonton to Yellowknife. It arrived with a cracked windshield. When I contacted dealer, they said they knew it was cracked but that the 'new windshield did not arrive before delivery time'. At no time was I informed of this! Then I discovered that the back passenger door would not open, that the front running light did not work, that one bolt to secure the license plate was snapped off, and that the back cargo door would not lock! Non of these issues was indicated on the mechanical inspection report. As I was covered under the 3-month used car warranty, the dealer arranged to have the back door repaired and the running light fixed. It took me 6 weeks to get these two simple problems fixed. I am still left with a cargo door that won't lock, and my license plate hanging down. As a dealer who claims to have been in business for over 90 years, I find it irresponsible of them that they let this vehicle off the lot without noticing and fixing these issues. What does this say about the mechanic they have doing inspections? I feel taken advantage of and learned my lesson about purchasing a vehicle from afar. The best and only part of this experience that was positive was the awesome service I received from the salesman.

UPDATE: New center cap was ordered and installed, big thank you to Edwards garage service staff for making things right Talked to service department and they are facillitating a center cap replacement. Responses to this review and the positive action of the service advisor in this matter are appreciated. I just spent an hour and 20 min. On the side of the highway looking for my center cap that was failed to be reinstalled correctly.

I just finalized my third vehicle purchase from Edwards in the last 4 years. My wife and I bought our son a pre-owned Chevy Cruze a couple years ago. My wife really liked the car and enjoyed the no pressure experience of dealing with Terry so much, that she decided to buy a new one for herself. Today I just picked up my new GMC Sierra. I have done a straight purchase, a vehicle trade in and now a holiday trailer trade in. All experiences have been fantastic. I received very fair value for the trade ins and great deals all around. The service we have received from all departments have been incredible! Top notch staff!!!! From Terry, my go to salesman, to Sandra our finance lady to dealing with Zach the sales manager, I could not ask for better. The service department and quick lube have also been impressive. If you want a great experience purchasing a vehicle definitely go to Edwards Garage! We shopped around a bit looking for a good used truck. Most dealers we're happy to show us all the features of a truck we liked but not Edwards, the first thing Terry did was show us a copy of the inspection report so we could make a decision based on facts. The honesty and desire to get us a fair deal was overwhelming. They weren't trying to sell us anything, they were all about assisting us in making a good choice. Sue made the paperwork easy and seamless. Thank you Terry and Sue, we are so happy with our "new to us" truck!!

If there was such a thing as a negative star, I would apply it!! Took a used truck in for an inspection and had my wallet stolen that had 400$ in it. Talked to management after. He explained to me where the truck had all been and who's care it was under at the time, and that was as far as they would help me. So let the lesson be learned. either take your vehicle to a different place, or make sure to take all your belongings out of It. P.s and in my opinion, their over priced when it comes to the repairing of vehicles, parts and labour..

We purchased a new ( demo ) truck in Dec 2020, Our sales consultant Stephen treated us with kindness and was very personable, he genuinely listened to what we were looking for and after some weeks of searching he was able to find the truck that was right for us, The overall experience was positive and we drove away feeling that we weren't just a sale or dollar sign. My salesman did an excellent job explaining all the features and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The business office acted in a very professional manner collecting my personal information and handling the financing of my vehicle. The service department have always been able to fix my vehicle right the first time and the courtesy shuttle the provide is extremely convenient.

Got a new water pump installation costed close too 1000$ wasn't even the issue with my truck, was still over heating another 150 they charged again for diagnostic wanted another 1400 for a new fan motor. But then we where told sorry we have closed are doors.so I made one call and was told to call Edwards . I have never ever had such a nice person talk to me on the phone like they did.I was not put on hold for an hr . They did say that they are really busy but I was on hold for4 min is all . I was put through to the service department and a really nice gentleman named Don helped me out . Now my RV is on its way to see Don tonight . I am not very impressed with the Quality of service. This was our first experience and not a good one. We had a recall done that consisted of a few things. One being a new catalytic converter and new exhaust pipes before and after. The mechanic hooked a brand new exhaust pipe to a muffler that wad split down the side releasing exhaust fumes and making a ton of noise. There was no mention of it, no call to see if I would like it changed and no mention of it on the work order. I completely understand that it would not have been included in the recall and would of cost me extra. I think that falls in to some sort of quality control problem. I am sure that after doing any type of exhaust work you are required to check for leaks. If he checked for leaks on the connection of the exhaust pipe to the muffler he would of gasped for air with the carbon monoxide that was coming out on to his face. The other concern I have is that I called to ask what happened and why I was not notified. I called and left a message after trying to reach someone 4 times. Finally I talked with the Service Manager to explain my frustration and he was automatically in defense mode explaining how it was not their fault and not a part of the recall. We chatted for a bit and I thought I finally got my point across. I thought he finally understood that it was their fault and it was negligent on the mechanics part not to notice this on his inspection of the work completed. We left the conversation with the service manager going to talk to his mechanic and see what happened. He assured me he would call back and let me know his findings. That was last Wednesday? I think that knowingly sending a vehicle out on to the road with an exhaust leak and not informing the customer would fall under some sort of violation under government restrictions? Needless to say I am not impressed with the service at Edwards Garage in Rocky Mountain House. No Response from anyone? Where is the amazing customer service that everyone is talking about?

Amazing customer service. I am from Calgary and work full-time, so the only day I could come in was a Saturday. I was originally given the number for Dale, and he gathered the paperwork for me to come see it. It turned out he was not on shift that Saturday, but he gave me a heads up and told me the name of the salesman who would be helping in his absence. Terry had the vehicle ready to go when we got there and was very professional and obviously very focused on customer service. He told us many times he wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He introduced us to Sue in finance, and she continued the same amazing customer service through the financing process. I was able to test drive, finance, and drive it off the lot same day, which is great because I live far away. Would recommend this dealership to anyone - outstanding experience.
