Right now this firm has a rating of 4.2 stars over 5 and the score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an feddbacks average is really high, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we can be pretty sure that the rating is quite reliable. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Rent Cars is included in the category of BMW dealer.
My friend bought a used 4 series from one of the new salesman a few weeks ago. With the pleasant experience we had, I will be taking my business to them in the future.
I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received at Edmonton BMW. Peter Carroll was so helpful and patient with me. I took my time deciding what vehicle to get and Peter was always willing to answer any questions I had. I love my new X3. Thanks Peter!!
We got a very good service with Bo Feng and Terry to get our new bmw 3 series
I would like thank Chad, Jan, and Richard at edmonton BMW. They are amazing and took care or everything i needed. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from edmonton bmw/ MINI
If you're looking to purchase a BMW Connor in sales is your guy! Class act, friendly, super knowledgable and wasn't pushy at all! 10/10 would reccomend Connor and Edmonton BMW.
If you're ever in a situation where you need great customer service and are on a tight timeline the people that work here go above and beyond. Arve and Tage worked extremely hard and sacrificed some of their own personal time to get my vehicle out as quick as possible as we needed it for a church youth group trip. I highly recommend the service department at Edmonton BMW.
Took my bmw to these guys (the service center) and they quoted me 12k to get my car fixed and charged me $170 to run a diagnosis. Took it to my local mechanic and got it fixed for 2k. Unless you have warranty on your vehicle don't bother wasting your time going to these people...you've lost my trust BMW Edmonton!
Thanks to Tony for helping me find sporty car of my dreams! And Chad for teaching me all about it. Great experience top to bottom
We just purchased a beautiful 2016 M4 convertible. Sales team and finance team are awesome. Anyone looking to purchase a new BMW talk to Connor. Awesome guy Thanks again for the awesome experience Edmonton BMW
Absolutely terrible experience and service - charged me without giving notice and failed to provide me enough knowledge given knowing it was my first experience. Mechanist does not know what they are doing and the reasons they gave to refuse to proceed the check were not convincing and did not make sense. Kept suggesting fixes that I am aware of and mentioned ahead of the service. Not returning to customer calls. Does not respect customers and did not treat customer with fairness. Lastly, if I was told "possible labour charge could occur" at any point of the service, I won't be complaining here. Beyond disappointed.
We went in for a recall for our airbags for our 2012 X1 and went home two days later driving our new 2018 X1!!! We got invited by Sanyda from sales for the clearance event, the day we went in for the recall, she and Brianna from finance walked us through the whole process of trading in our car and lowered our interest rate for more than half for the new one. Everybody was very accommodating and helpful specially Sanyda! We were treated like a VIP and not any less than the other customers! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top of the line car and exceptional customer service! More power to you guys!
Im back with a BMW after losing my 2010 - 328 in accident. I now have a 2014 bmw, that i enjoy but i missed 3 features that i thought were standard on bmw. However, Jerald the salesman did his best to find me a 2014.. Plus excellent support from Chad and Tin.
Very Sad place to shop was at dealership for at least 15 mins and noone even asked if they could help . Definitely won't be buying a BMW from here . Remember people people better start caring about every customer that comes in to their dealership . No customers no Jobs . Customers need to buy something for everyone to have a job and to exist.
I service my vehicle with Edmonton BMW. I recently needed a water pump replacement for my BMW X5 and I was quoted a price that in my opinion was extremely high. I called other BMW shops and received quotes for the water pump replacement roughly 300.00 less then Edmonton BMW quoted. I let the dealership know this. They called me back and mentioned that they over quoted me on the water pump. They said that they quoted me the over the counter price for the water pump. In the end they matched the price I was quoted at another BMW shop. Word of advice, question their service quotes if you feel it's too much.
Angelo is super helpful smily like serving people and help out. I know from our conversation that he will have an amazing and bright futur in front of him. He deserve a raise too.
Fantastic people to deal with from sales, management, finance and service. I would highly recommend this dealership
I just want to share my experience with BMW Edmonton. We have an excellent and wonderful time with them, in general, up to the time of the turn over of my X1. I believe that we got a good deAl with our money. Also, Thank you for the free t-shirt and cleaning materials. The only issue that really make us uncomfortable was the time that we were asked about our occupation. As per sales rep, BMW are giving extra incentives if the client is a professional (doctor, engineer, etc.). I found the "question" system offensive and discriminatory because I believe that no business should see their clients base on status in life. 8/10 rate! Thanks
Third time having my vehicle in for service (warranty) work and I must say the customer service has been great. I work at a dealer and was nervous about buying a BMW as many are with luxury cars. But with a team like this behind you, it really eliminates the worry and allows you to just enjoy the car as you know they will have your back if anything goes wrong! Ill be a life long customer here. Mark is the man helping me out, and he has called every day with updates and even got my work done earlier than planned.
I have been a client with BMW for many years and would never go anywhere else. The sales and service staff are unfailingly polite and helpful and anticipate needs and provide solutions in a very professional and friendly way. The small but significant touches in their customer service really changes the way I view car dealerships and I love dealing with them!
All Right services but they tend to egnore asking for services not buying cars.
Recently dealt with Fred Bailey ( Internet Sales Manager). I was looking at X5 and I sent request for quote. Even on his day off he called and asked me what kind of options I mean looking for. Within in 5 min he called me back with his best price without any hassle. He was not like other sale consultant if you need best price give your credit card. I highly recommend Fred.
What a breeze! We went in very anxious with the hopes of going home with a Mini Countryman! Lucky for us, Sam Chehade made the whole process go very smoothly. At no point in time did we feel pressured or that we weren't getting a great deal and a great vehicle! I am so excited to take my Mini home in a few days!!!
Purchased an X5 diesel for my wife, Had the best service ever. I purchased a few vehicles before but never had an experience like this one. Our sales rep Conner was the best! He wasn't pushy or annoying very helpful to meet our needs. The sales mangers Richard and Fred were just as good never felt like they just wanted to make a sale, they got me the best deal ever took care of us like celebrities. If your looking for a BMW go see these guys you won't go wrong!!!
What a great experience , I had a water leak on my BMW x6 and my brother recommended this place .the service is a cloud 9 service, the best service experience I have ever seen . Eduardo the service manager is down to earth gentleman, he explain everything that need to be done on my car and they fixed a hall lot of stuff which needed to be changed. When I picked up my car it was good as brand new car .thank you Eduardo and everyone who works at Edmonton bmw.
Parts department is extremely rude and unfriendly. When a customer asks a question and there answer is "what do you think" that's nor acceptable
I am very disappointed with Edmonton BMW. I went there because water started coming through my sun roof of my 2007 BMWLi. I was very surprised to see irresponsible and unprofessional people working there. In addition to this bad service, they never fixed the water coming through my sun roof. Simply I cannot believe how disappointing this experience was. i have NEVER been treated soo poorly in my life.
Great customer service and very polite when welcoming guests, I loved it.
From the General Manager Ryan, Sales Manager Terry, Sam, Richard Parts department Manager, and counter staff, to the service Manager Eduardo and service Adviser Dave to some of the mechanics at Edmonton Bmw i want to say a big thank you for treating people with the respect that they deserve and i want to say a big thank you to all off you. I had the worst day with my 2011 Bmw X5 in till i came to see the Parts Manager and all that changed , like i said and mentioned all the people above toady went beyond and above to help me with my X5 Issues and i could not be happier with all of you guys. Again a big thank you to the service manager, parts manager and the rest of the crew in the service department and parts department. Not sure how people can give you guys a bad review when i was treated like a movie start today but some people you can never please no matter what you guys do. Keep up the good work and see you in about 2000 Kms for my next service appointment for my X5 Cheers
Set up an appointment for my first oil service: Wednesday 7:30 drop off. Receive a voice mail that my appointment is on Thursday! txt my sales person and confirmed that it’s on Wednesday. Drop off the car and the service bay full of cars and 4 cars outside at the door. The key drop slot is not secure and the key land on the floor. I tried to call to get some idea about the service “answering machine” At 8:05 checked in person with service reception “not a pleasant lady” and my car still outside. She called a service advisor and told me it’s 1 1/2 hr wait. Came back at 10:05 and checked with reception that tried to find my advisor. I hav been asked to wait until they locate him. 10:30 the service adviser told me it’s almost done. 10:55 the car is ready. Washed but not rinsed properly “soap residue” The issue is I did organize my time based on the information that I received, but unfortunately it took more time to do the service. It would be more efficient if they told me that they need more time so I can do something else than waiting.
Upon entering the Edmonton BMW dealership for our very first time we were greeted by a very polite young man named Christian. We had come to Edmonton looking for a new vehicle. We knew what we wanted and Christian and Richard listened very closely to what we were looking for in a vehicle and suggested we test drive the BMWX5. We really had no immediate intentions on buying a vehicle at this price range but we thought we would start at one area of the city and make our way to the other dealerships. What can I say!! We were so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the BMWX5 and the professionalism and knowledge that Christian and Richard offered us that after spending a couple days in the city looking at numerous other vehicles we decided nothing compared to the BMWX5 for what we were looking for personally. They didn’t have one on the lot exactly what we were looking for but searched and found one coming in a few weeks. They offered us a loaner to use until ours arrived. We were very impressed with that and even though it took a little longer to arrive Christian and Richard always kept in touch and generously compensated us for any inconvenience. These two young men make a dynamic duo and I have highly recommended them to others that I have showed off our vehicle to. We love our new BMWX5 and are very proud to say where and who we purchased it from. Thank you so much Christian and Richard for making our experience a truly memorable one. You made us feel very special and we feel blessed to have met you both.
If you're going to buy a BMW in Edmonton, this is the best choice. Be sure to ask for Connor. He's friendly, knowledgeable about the cars and will treat you like gold!
Amazing experience!! I got my first Mini Countryman from this place. really great service from Bo, Chad as well as the sales manager Steve, finance manager Brianna. They are super helpful. will definitely come back next time :)
I had my vehicle serviced at Edmonton BMW and the service was excellent. The staff was very professional. I would highly recommend.
AMAZING service provided by Romina Erba. She was one stop shop for me. She provided all the info I needed. Info was complete and precise. She had smile on her face all the time. I was provided right advise by her and Shiraz-tech guy. Chad-Manager was also helpful and accommodating. BMW Edmonton will be my preferred dealership. Romina, your performance was 10 out of 10. Thanks for everything......
We've had our Mini serviced here for the last few years. It's always been pleasant and friendly.
Terrible experience! The sales was decent, however the sales manager was so rude! I was there today to buy a new X5. The sales told me there is a high demand for export of X5 so I have to pay extra $5000 as the retainer. I’m okay with that. Then when I asked for a better deal, the sales manager, T, came with arrogant attitude and disdainful look. He said I’m a fishy, Chinese and he knows it will be export to China. I was not happy and told him to be careful of what he said. Then he was pretending there is nothing wrong with his attitude and he was just trying to make the deal, the reason I was unhappy just because he pointed out I want to buy it to export, even if I already agree to pay the $5000 retainer. The sales manager T is very unprofessional. When you are there, void to deal with him. Otherwise your happy mood to buy the nice car will be ruined.
Worst dealer ever!!! You would be a complete SUCKER if you bought a car here or came here for service. These people have NO clue what they are doing in every aspect of the business.
Initially they almost bent over backwards to get my business which isn't unusual. What has continued to surprise me is the pre and post purchase customer experience. When the GM states "you're welcome to get your vehicle services elsewhere", then I'll happily take my business and my money elsewhere. I've relayed my concerns to BMW Canada but truly don't expect anything to change. Never been so disappointed with a luxury vehicle purchase.
5 star service from Eduardo, service manager who helped me get my X5 back on the road minutes before closure!!
I have had fantastic service at Edmonton BMW, at the service department. Selena was terrific!
Great Service Department, they will never let you down!
Bjorn and Selena are absolutely amazing. I had multiple issues with my car since I bought it at Bavaria BMW and I had taken my car multiple times there to get the issues fixed but they were never able to fix the problem. Decided to go to Edmonton bmw this time instead and it was by far the best experience ever. They fixed whatever was wrong with my car and kept me in the loop throughout the process. 10/10 any day.
Went to the dealership today and had a great experience! Purchased my first BMW and I couldn't be happier with the experience!
It was December 2021 when the first wave of the arctic cold hit Edmonton 8 days before Christmas. My BMW 2014 328i was parked outside the parking lot of my apartment building in -27 C. The battery decided to die on that very day. I called the service department, explained my situation and was forwarded to the Service Manager, Eduardo Heuzo. To avoid excessive expenses in hiring a flatbed to bring the car in to the service departments, Eduardo suggested that he would loan me a portable battery jump starter. I could pick it, take it home and the following morning, I could jump start the car and bring it in to their service department. When I arrived at the service department at 9:00 AM with the car, Eduardo came down from his office and immediately took charge. I didn’t even have an appointment, but he personally took care of everything. In less than two hours my car was ready and in top shape once again. Eduardo showed sincere concern regarding my situation, he was very professional and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Dealt with service and eduardo was fantatic. Peter definitelty helped me out. Im in the market for a bmw in the next 3 months will definitely come to this dealership.
I have been coming to this location since 2011. I have bought 5 different cars from them since. Always had a good experience in the process from test drive to service they are great. I would recommend Richard their sales manager as he will do what he can for you. Absolutely awesome.
We went in for an SUV and Jerrald was friendly and professional. Jerrald listened to what I wanted and found me the best vehicle with every option I was looking for in a vehicle. I’m so happy with my experience from the test drive, sales and finance department. Thank you BMW. Every detail was taken care of seamlessly. What a nice shopping experience for a vehicle. Stress free. My BMW X3 is a dream to drive. Thank you Jerrald.
Got my 328 from here. Very professional and great customer service. I had a great experience with their salesman Jason Mah.
Shawn Goodwin is a great addition to the team! He always takes excellent care of me and my Mini! I am very happy with the service here.
Fantastic service all the time. Very accommodating, caring, and thoughtful. I look forward to purchasing my new vehicle with them.
SORT BY WRITE A REVIEW May 06, 2017 "AAA customer service when buying my first BMW. " - Boss428 I purchased my first ever BMW at edmonton BMW. I was in the market for a previously owned 4 series. I had been studying prices on this specific cars for a few months before I decided to walk into any dealership. I reviewed a few cars on the Edmonton BMW site and the auto trader site. When I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by staff with friendly hellos. I was introduced to terry shortly after. Terry had asked how my day was and introduced me to my salesman Connor. From the beginning, Connor was professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I was always greeted with refreshments and prompt service. The car was washed and ready to go for a test drive. I didn't have time to test drive that night but Connor quickly went over the features and I confrmed I was ok with the color, as my options were limited. The next day the test drive was spot on, and negotiations began. I had let them know they had two diff sale prices on two different websites. Sam and Connor were upfront and honest and started negotiating with me at the lower price That was advertised. From there I told them what I was after for a payment and $5000 down and we went from there. Sam and Connor knew I was a serious buyer and they respected my counter offers and the sale was great for both sides. They made there profit as they should and I received a great car with low mileage and my specs I was looking for. When we began to finalize everything Connor had gone around the car with me to inspect for damages dings and scratches or blemishes. He made note of everything that I had pointed out. EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER. The detail shop did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the prompt service and call backs from Connor. My service reports from the car were presented to me and my Sirius xm radio was extended at no charge from the guys at Edmonton BMW. Connor is a hard worker who wants to meet all your needs when purchasing your BMW. When I got to finance to finalize payments, Brianna was no different than the others when I met her. Her friendly smile and service was second to none and the transition was seamless to wrap the deal up. The plate was taken care of along with my registration. Her professional attitude did not go unnoticed. Everything was explained to me before signing all documents.
Edmonton BMW must be the most successful car dealership in Alberta. Not just because of their state of art building and vehicles but the respectful sales staff is awesome. The employees are extremely knowledgeable regarding their product. Their guidance was appreciated with out any pressure to close the sale. I will definitely be coming back.
OMG I love my car and I love this dealership. I've always hated buying cars since I purchased a car from southside mitsubishi years ago (seriously, worst day of my life)... So I was really nervous about buying again. I was expecting to feel pressure, to feel rushed and to feel cheated afterwards but that is the opposite of what I got at Edmonton bmw, My salesman Peter made me feel so comfortable with my decision and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a car (and an awesome deal!!!). He always made sure I understood everything and followed up to make sure everything was going well afterwards. The finance manager made everything go quickly and smoothly (I feared this part the most!). Peter also introduced me to staff and managers in other departments so that when I go back for oil changes there are already familiar faces and I don't need to feel lost and awkward. Buy a car from Peter Carol! LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!!
See Richard Neeves, he genuinely makes car buying fun.
I was recently at Edmonton BMW and had a great experience.. I was approached by Steve Abela, a manager at the dealership. He was helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I had with the M6 and X5 M. His product knowledge and suggestions for arranging financing made me feel comfortable in possibly purchasing a BMW for my next vehicle. I would highly recommend a BMW enthusiast to visit this dealership.
I went for a recall. The registration processes was amazing. Very friendly people etc. When I picked up my car, i found a screw in my cup holder (that they probably forgot to put back) and also a dirty blanket on the passenger’s white seat. When they email me how was my experience and If i had any complaint before they send me a survey to answer, I mentioned all the above and I never got a reply nor a survey to complete.
Staff was super friendly. Let me test drive an M6 even though I was clear I was not interested in buying.
Sales staff are so so on product knowledge and will pressure you into talking numbers before you test drive for sales close pitch. Also tack on at least $5000.00 to the on line prices you see on the USED cars. Dealership will add on items like taxes, security car tagging, warranty, tire insurance, sales fees, ect. ect. Some can be taken off other can't. I wouldn't say I was excited or displeased with the experience. I'll just say "meh" I went into Southgate VW to test drive a car. Even though I didn't buy a VW the sales staff were much easier to deal with. I told him I want to test drive a car and he tossed me the keys and told me to take it for a good spin to see how I like it. The BMW dealership wanted an agreement on a sale number if I wanted an extended test drive -and this was on a used X5!
Edmonton BMW was the best experience I've gone through when purchasing a car. The staff there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, true professionals at what they do! I had the pleasure to deal with Chad and Kyle who helped answer all my questions and was very thorough when showing me all the features I needed to understand. Truly a 5 Star dealership! Highly recommended!
Jerald, Sam, and Chad were really great. Everything was quick and efficient and I was well taken care of.
I am very impressed with the service for my MINI at BMW Edmonton. Romina helped us the last 2 times and was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, and informative. I was also impressed with the work done, and ability to get us booked in asap after the long weekend.
I would avoid them until the pandemic is over. Very few, if any of the staff were wearing masks (including the two receptionists in the service area who are right next to each other). I mentioned it to them they should be wearing a mask and one said it was a good point. Makes me wonder if they are not allowed. Talked to the manager. Was left with the impression he didn’t think it was important and they wouldn’t be doing so until the bylaw comes into effect (why wait for a bylaw to do the right thing?) Manager also came within 6 feet of me without wearing a mask. Only one pen for customers to use at the service desk (not clear how often it is cleaned). I have no idea if they sanitized the inside of my vehicle after driving it. All in all, just not acceptable for the current situation we face. I left angry and feeling they just don’t care enough about my health or the health of their staff. Be careful because they always try to up sell people and their prices are on the higher end. Shop around - there are BMW authorized garages that have more competitive prices.
First class dealership. Staff is very professional and they immediately make you feel welcome.
I bought my white BMW here Bro! My boyfriend love white BMW's!
I bought a 2020 330i from BMW Edmonton about 3 months ago. I live in Calgary and my sale’s dealer was Bo Feng. He is the best dealer i have dealt with. I definitely recommend him and his co-workers. Bo always did his best to provide high quality customer services. Also, i really appreciate Eduardo who is a service manager at this dealership. He provided me amazing customer cares as i had an issue on my vehicle. I am willing to do another business with them in the future for my next vehicle. Thank you guys. I wish i can give you more than 5 stars.
Couldn't have been happier with how Harp looked after us when purchasing our X5. He treated us so well, Sam was really friendly and Tin got us a great rate on our financing. They were all extremely efficient and I look forward to dealing with them again.
I bought a used car from them, when it had problems right after purchase, they took care of me. What more could you want?
Big shout out to Chris Brown at Edmonton BMW. Very professional and made my purchase quick and easy. Highly recommend Edm BMW
I have done four deals with Bavaria BMW in Edmonton: 2 deals for myself and 2 my my relatives within 2 years. I recently changed the dealer because Bavaria offer me a very low price on my trade in car. I bought an X3 from Edmonton BMW. On the delivery day, the front bumper got bubble on the paint. They ordered another vehicle and agreed to change the bumper for me. Couple days after driving my car, the hood paint got peeled off. I came back and talked to them. The outcome was that it was my fault because I opened the hood and turn on the wiper at the same time?!!! They won't replace the hood nor repair the paint. They will do an estimate but I have to pay for my repair. I am not happy with the outcome but I don't want to say anything at the same time. I'll let the judgement up to you. I just don't want to describe any more about how bad the service at this dealer. I had 4 deals with Bavaria BMW, I was happy with their service and courtesy. First deal with Edmonton BMW, they gave me full of stress. To save you time and troubles like I have, make a good decision between Bavaria BMW and Edmonton BMW.
This is my go to place for servicing my beamer. Shawn the service advisor is just so amazing. I feel comfortable knowing he's doing whatever he can to get honest service for my vehicle. I really trust him which is why I go here over any dealership. Also, I like how it's on Roper Road and its new.
Despite receiving a warm welcome, I was not able to view the 2 cars of my desire... Reason given 1. Sorry car has been taken to the auction 2. Car keys can not be located. Got disappointed despite travelling all the way from the North. Maybe there's reason behind this action
The parts guys and lead mechanics have always been very helpful and professional. Thanks for all the tips and advice ???????????? E36 328i 98
Just bought our first BMW and the service through the whole process with Bo and everyone at Edmonton BMW was so awesome. Bo was so knowledgeable and by the end we really felt like there was no other choice to make!
thanks to Connor Schwindt and sam for making my first BMW purchase smooth and easy. got enough explanations about features and other options, felt little pushy though. still its better service.
Worst Place to buy a BMW. Even if they give you the car for free stay away from this place. So many issues with my order. Messed up my ED delivery. Car came to Canada. My loan was approved from BMW FS and the finance MGR ended up applying for another loan via credit union with out my consent. When I called the finance MGR on this excuse after excuse. GM promised to correct the issue and ask me to take delivery of it and after I took delivery GM is silent and finance MGR says she can't do any thing. Any one who needs more info let me know I will share my stories and also I can point to a different dealer ship where you will get a better treatment.
It's not the good place to buy BMW CARS OR SUV'S. They are not very helpful with our SUV shopping , Including Manager Mr.Sam Hade as well. I had pretty bad experience in this location. I would like to recommend not to do shopping in this location. They don't know how to treat potential buyers. I felt like manager was not good in doing customer service. He should learn first how to talk with customers. They disappointed me with SUV BMW new car buying enquiry.
Excellent experience they had great customer service , was very satisfied with my purchase ! Still have not had any issues with my vehicle to date!
I had been a Bavaria customer for many years until I have recently visited Edmonton BMW for the first time. Their service was far more superior. The staff could have not been more accommodating. I definitely recommend Edmonton BMW over Bavaria BMW.
I went I there with my 07 328XI for wiring harness and blower motor recall. The staff was friendly and nice. However, as soon as I started to drive it home, the blower fan started squeaking again (I had a final exam that day so didn't bother going back). I dropped my car for 2 days I think and they still didn't do the repair or inserted a defective piece again. I am not sure but this is really disappointing. I am sure if I go back they might look into it but it's a huge convenience considering that I'll need to drop my car there again in my crazy busy schedule. I appreciate the shuttle service but it was an absolute mess. To few people running around the town and causing delays. I hope you guys see this Edmonton BMW!
Interior light bulb was burned, a reception lady told me the warranty is not covering the parts(bulb). She ask me to buy a bulb from Parts department then come back to book a appointment to install. I bought the bulb, and the parts department said its non-refundable for the bulb. I came back to the service reception and other lady told me that my car's warranty will cover all the parts and labour. Then I talk to service manager about this, he was very unpatient and he did not give me direct answer if I can get my refund back. Then I ask them when was my car did oil change, they told me that it was 1 and half year ago! the car suppose to do the oil change every 1 year or 15,000 Kms whichever comes first. Then I ask for the.oil change. they try to play game with me:my car may did oilbchange in other dealership. here is some fact, bmw database can show all the service your bmw have been done. there is no oil change have been done to my car obviously. Finally they havr admitted that the technician may reset my service time when my car got factory recalls! the service from bmw edmonton south is really unprofessional and the.advisors are try to rip you off. when you try to fix problems of your bmw they are trying hard to push back to you or the advisor will make up some stories to persuade you that the problem is "normal". BMW is great car manufacture.but avoid this dealership
Bought an X5 5.0 with around 93,000km. Whoever traded it in obviously wanted to just dump their problems onto someone else, and the mechanics that day likely forgot to check over the X5 before buying it from the previous owner. Spoke with management and the shop completely looked over everything and fixed the X5 free of charge. Didn’t expect that at all as most dealers would not stand behind their vehicles one bit after it rolls off the lot! As for the X5’s history: First day driving it off the lot, engine kept going into limp mode. Turns out the spark plugs and ignition coils were no good. Then within 2,000km the oil pan was leaking and A/C system was no good. Luckily dealership fixed those issues free of charge; turned out whoever traded it in was just looking to quickly dump it and its problems onto someone else. They did say service comes with a car wash but I got the bmw back still dirty. Though good on them for straightening it out. My BMW purchased from Bavaria BMW also had issues- the hardtop stopped working within a couple months, but the management never responded, so definitely won’t buy anything from there again. Sales people are pretty straightforward and knowledgeable. Not pushy and answer your questions.
Great experience purchasing an M340i in the Fall of 2019 at Edmonton BMW. Jerrald in sales was extremely helpful and really appreciate the ongoing support Chad has provided with the in car technology. Also thanks to David and Carmen in service for always making things right! Thanks Edmonton BMW!
Fred Bailey the Internet Manager made my experience at BMW very enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mr. Bailey. :)
The staff is friendly enough, and make a good go at living up to the BMW promise.
Everyone was extremely helpful with the service of my vehicle, especially Carmen! Terry and Jerrald were extremely helpful in their reasonable recommendations for purchasing a new vehicle! Even when I had an issue with my license plate cover, the entire Parts Department took very good care of my needs and they provided practical solutions to even the smallest and most specific of requirements ???? Edmonton BMW is my dealership of choice and I have never had questions or issues unresolved by this team of friendly and reasonable people.
Huge thanks to Edmonton BMW for being absolutely an incredible dealership in Edmonton and having very helpful staff especially Hesham Moukhaiber for being absolutely an amazing salesman. If you’re looking for a brand new or used car this is the place to go to, they have plenty of newer bmw M cars that will take your breath away.
The slick and dishonest sales tactics at other dealerships make me sick, but not these guys...they're top notch! Considering the purchase of a vehicle is one of the most stressful purchases of your life, trust plays an enormous role. I trust Edmonton BMW to do right by me because they understand it's a relationship, not a transaction. The entire team works hard to treat you right and it shows. Peter, Rich, Briana, Kathleen, and Sam all went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks for being awesome!
Service so good they make you plan on buying your next car there, even though my current one is completely fine. I drive a Mini Cooper, and am writing this having mostly only dealt with that side of the dealership. But even though I didn't buy the car there, everyone was super welcoming, answered all my questions, and I truly feel like everyone goes above and beyond to help. A lot of dealerships get a bad reputation, and can scare people away from even going inside. I look forward to seeing the people here, browsing the beautiful cars, and enjoying a coffee while I am there. Thanks to everyone that has helped me so far, you're creating a long time customer!
Michael Schroeter in parts & Jeffrey in sales are fabulous to deal with.
First time buying car BO FENG take a lot of patience to explain every detail for me ????
This dealership is TERRIBLE! I've had every type of stereotypical experience a dealership could offer. From dishonest salesmen, to shotty work to terrible customer service. From the very beginning they told me I was going to be having 0.9% interest, which I'm actually sitting at 5.5%. I got my brand new 2013 3 series and they had scratched the rear bumper and did a terrible job filling it in. I told Richard (The salesmen that sold me the car) about it then they said they would fix it. I took it back to the dealership and they got it fixed by one of their body shops. The work looked good, so I took it back home, had it for a week. Washed it for the first time, dried it with a microfiber towel and the PAINT WAS CHIPPING. I was pissed. A brand new car and the paint was peeling. So I called Richard back (who was very rude about the whole thing) and told him that it was unacceptable and that I did not want them to touch the car again because obviously if they couldn't do it right the first time they will probably do it wrong again. So I got them to pay for the work to get done in a body shop of my choosing and for them to pay for my rental. I had more bad experience after another, like trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the dealership. No one would pick up there phones, you leave a voicemail and they won't return your call. Bad shuttle services, I've had multiple occasions where it took them forever to pick me up from where they drop me off. I finally got so fed up with this dealership that I went to Bavaria BMW. Had nothing but good experiences there. I needed to get some check ups done on my car as the car is almost 4 years old now. I called both dealerships and Edmonton BMW could get me in for the date that I requested. So I figured I give them another shot after a year or 2 of not being there. So I went back there on May 6th to get my car service. Dropped it off, and got shuttle'd to West Edmonton Mall. I watched a movie to past some time until my car was done. They called me at 12:20 saying it was done and that the shuttle will call me to get picked up. I still had 30 minutes left on my movie but figured I should make my way back to where the guy dropped me off. So I grabbed a coffee and went to the exact location where the guy dropped me off and where he told me he was going to pick me up. An hour went by and I wondered where the hell this guy was. I called the dealership several times and no one in the service department would pick up. Left a voicemail, but didn't get a call back. Finally I called back again and spoke to the service department receptionist. Told her that I was still waiting, and she sent a different driver than who dropped me off. This guy didn't know where I was. He finally found me and by the time I was back to the dealership it had been over 2 hours. It took them 2 fricken hours to get me back from when the car was done. I was furious, I spoke to Carmen (my service advisor) about how pissed I was she kind of just shrugged me off and just basically told me that she did what she could with the circumstances. I told her I didn't know what to do, if I should walk out of there and never come back, or if I should speak to her manager. She told me her supervisor would call me on Monday. In writing this review it is now Wednesday, the supervisor was supposed to call me 2 days ago. I even emailed the supervisor with the whole situation that had happened and I haven't received a phone call or an email back. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an unprofessional place of business. With a name like BMW you would expect amazing customer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, I would tell them to run away from this place and go to ANYWHERE ELSE!
very straight forward sales staff on the mini side, no bullshit, gave me an outrageously good deal, that i had to turn down unfortunately. But these guys know what they're doing, I can't wait to get my next vehicle from them in a few years
I suppose just the lack of organization was the key issue today. Told the oil change would take up to 3 hours to complete and at 4 hours they hadn't even started it plus an additional 2 hours to finish the service. Everyone was apologiac that it had taken so long, but sitting in the waiting room of a dealership waiting for something so basic to complete is unacceptable by any standards in automotive customer service.
Excellent service and a great team to deal with when purchasing a new vehicle. Highly recommended! Thanks Tony and Briana
Great dealership just in the process of buying a M235i xdrive. Very helpful sales and mangers top notch. I love the fact the owner or someone is replying to these reviews. Highly recommended! Update: We bought a M235i M performance edition 1 of 50 in Canada! Big thanks to Jason Mah for selling us this great car. Service update: Took my car in for the yearly maintenance got some great service wanted to give a big thanks to Selena and Tin they went well above my expectations, even bought me lunch... who does that?? These guys do ????????
Mr Bo Feng provided me a spectacular purchasing experience. High responsibility and Great attitude!
Always very well treated whenever I need OEM parts for my car. Haven’t experienced their other departments but I’m well pleased with their parts department. Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes it easy to find what you need.
Bought a slightly used X5 and selected Edmonton BMW to service it. I am used to outstanding service from Lexus and did not expect BMW to be close to it. Well I was wrong. Absolutely love the personalized service, the dedicated maintenance rep (Dave) and that they clean the SUV even for a regular oil change. I would absolutely recommend Edmonton BMW.
Bought my MINI Cooper in Ontario and always liked the quality of service at MINI Downtown (Toronto). Since moving to Edmonton, I have had nothing but problems with Edmonton BMW's service team. I'll break it down by visit. I've had to bring it in 3 times in 2 months and there are only 17,000 km on my MINI. 1) Brought my MINI in for an oil change and to put on my summer tires. After taking it home, I noticed scratches on my rear bumper, which seems to be common after reading other reviews. The sunroof was also not working as smoothly as before I brought it in. 2) Had to bring it back in to have the scratches and sunroof fixed. Not to mention the check engine light came on shortly after my first visit. They buffed out the scratches but probably should have replaced the bumper since the polish would inevitably wear off. Not even an apology for the initial scratching. Diagnostics identified engine misfires and no other issues. 3) A couple weeks later engine light came back on again after doing the same hard left turn that caused it to come on the first time. I called in and let them know that I had discovered some online information about hard left turns causing the CEL to come on. The service "advisor" condescendingly told me not to believe what I find online. I asked to come in as soon as possible as I had the week off. They said the earliest I could come in would be two weeks so I reiterated this week would work better and magically a spot opened. (always ask twice about dates, don't believe the initial timelines they give you). Should also mention I was on hold for 10 minutes going back and forth between the service advisor and the scheduling person. They are severely short staffed and incompetent. Really wish there was a closer MINI dealership but for the next couple years will have to put up with them. For the BMW/MINI brand, their quality of service is well below par. For those not bound by free scheduled maintenance and warranties, I hear good things about Pug City for MINI/BMW servicing. Yet to check them out though.
Great customer service and friendly staff. I love my 3 series!!! I would recommend any BMW buyers to stop at Edmonton BMW before make any decision. Best BMW dealership in Canada.
Awesome service. Ed and Selena are super nice. Way better than Bavaria.
We were not planning on buying another BMW, but the team at Edmonton made the experience very pleasant. Sanyda was a pleasure to deal with. She let me test-drive everything I wanted, and I never felt pressured to buy... which is a very different experience from all the other dealerships we went to. Great overall experience.
This is a very relaxing environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Steve was great to work with. I would recommend you make a stop here when looking for a BMW.
Excellent service. Friendly helpful. Awesome new facility. Clean and easy to navigate. Answered any questions we had.
Our experience at this dealership was mixed, Peter and Terry were very friendly and kind enough to accommodate us, we requested a quote for a vehicle which we test rode, up to date we have never received any such quote and the price has increased by $3,000 on their website, is that standard practice after a customer has expressed interest......
This dealership is horrific. The parts department will try to sell you bullshit. I went in to ask for a price for a replacement HID bulb. they were quote me over $400 for a light bulb....WTF, it sells for less them $80.
Trung was super helpful in getting my wife an X5. Experience couldn't have been any easier without the BS. Thanks for all your help bud!
Needed a part, called and when I got there they had it on the counter waiting for me. Super friendly and efficient.
Edmonton BMW saved the day and restored my faith in the BMW "M" series of cars. I'll make this as short as possible. I purchased my 2nd BMW X5M from Bavaria BMW. I've owned the car since late June of 2019. I've only had the car in my possession for 2 full months out of four months due to many brake/suspension related issues that Bavaria BMW attempted to fix. While my purchase experience at Bavaria (Chris and Mike were good) was good, the service experience (Jaqueline did her best but was handcuffed due to management) of the car was beyond horrible especially considering the price you pay for these cars. The communication, even worse. If you have time and money to waste, this is your service department. I explained the serious braking issues to the service adviser, mechanic, and service manager. After many trips to the dealership for constant diagnosis their response was to "replace the brakes" at my cost ($2900). I have to pay for brakes?... I just bought the car. There's warranty until 2023. The brakes were brand new. They had 4000kms on them, And I have to pay for new brakes? Bavaria decided to "resurface" the rotors to try and rectify the issue. (FYI, a dealership should never resurface rotors on a BMW) One month later, same issue. They again stated I needed to replace the brakes...again at my cost. I told them it couldn't possibly be a just a brake rotor issue and that the problem is most likely suspension which caused the subsequent brake issues. Bavaria was impossible to deal with after the sale, they didn't want to spend the time fixing an issue that they didn't have the ability to track down. Enter Edmonton BMW. And especially Mark in Service. Feeling like I just wasted a giant pile of money on a X5M I called Edmonton BMW Service extremely frustrated however, I calmly explained my story to Mark and his crew. They sent me out with their shop foreman for a test drive and he instantly felt the issue I was experiencing. After much diagnosis they traced the issue to a...wait for it...a suspension issue. Huh, go figure. All replaced under warranty including my brake rotors that Bavaria "resurfaced". They took their time to properly diagnose a potential dangerous safety concern as well as standard performance issue that no "M" car should ever have. Their communication and attention to my concerns were excellent throughout the entire process. Very respectful and very detailed. So, to all those considering a new or pre-owned BMW, you really need to think about the eventuality of service, especially the proper/correct service of your BMW. I'm buying my next car in 2020 from Edmonton BMW as their level of commitment to the product and to people who aren't even their own customers is at a level you'd expect from a premium product. Thank you to Mark and all the service staff at Edmonton BMW for restoring my faith in the "M" series of BMW's. I'll be making this dealership my new home.
Bought some parts here, wonderful parts department and clean dealership. Overall a very friendly atmosphere! Especially when the salesman are willing to help you knowing that you will not be purchasing a car
Wow what can I say! I came from Calgary to purchase a gently used M550i from Edmonton BMW. Both Tin and Chris made the buying experience extremely smooth. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion and negotiating the purchase was great. I’ve purchased many BMWs over years and I wish I had stepped outside of the Calgary market sooner. Do yourself a favour and give Edmonton BMW as shout, you won’t regret it!
Let me start off by saying I have high expectations and am very picky. It's easy for a company to have great service when everything goes right, but what separates the good and the great is when something goes wrong but they go out of their way to ensure everything gets addressed properly. Edmonton BMW has done everything they possibly can to ensure I drive away very satisfied. Kudos to Jan Park, the GM, for ensuring taking ownership of the issues and maintaining the reputable world class service offered by BMW. Much better than what Bavaria BMW has to offer. Keep up the great work!
So far so good, both BMW and Mini sales guys had good service.
Thanks to Geoff, Tin, and Sam for great service recently and in years past. This latest vehicle is an absolute dream - very, VERY happy!
Always enjoy my experience here at Edmonton BMW. Great coffee and environment to enjoy while checking out some AMAZING vehicles.
My sunroof broke shortly after I purchased my BMW here and, of course, just out of warranty. When I brought it to the attention of Kathleen ( the customer service manager ) and Eduardo ( the service manager ) They both went way beyond the call of duty and got the entire $8000 dollar repair bill taken care of by the dealership. Kathleen is so empathetic and welcoming and Eduardo is extremely service focused and fun to deal with. Selena ( I really enjoyed working with her, she is fun and super informative ) helped me out in service and everything came back perfect. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle with these wonderful people.
Bought my Second BMW from Edmonton BMW and could not be happier!! (Definitely will not be my last!!) From start to finish the process was effortless! I dealt with BO, Brianna and Terry exclusively and hands down they have to be 3 of the most amazing, sincere and genuine people I have ever met. Together they made this experience a lasting and memorable one. And because of them I will highly recommend my friends to come here! Working with these professionals with you it's not hard to see why Edmonton BMW comes so highly recommended. Thank you guys for everything! I truly appreciate it and I will see you on the next one!!
Want to thank the staff especially Mike (parts manager), chad and service manager for an Excellent first time experience. Everyone at the dealership i came in contact was professional, Pleasant, friendly and helpful. Mike answered all my questions. The closest dealership i have is in Edmonton that is 7 hours away from my town. They squeezed me in for the day that worked for me. Definitely will recommend them to everyone.
I had a really great experience here - everyone was very nice, and Kathleen Kelly went above and beyond to solve my problem! I highly recommend this location.
We are rating it one and a half stars. We went in to go for a test drive, and almost purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman, however when we got home we noticed the dealers "sale" price was $6000.00 over the advertised price on their own website, and on the Auto Trader website for the exact vehicle they were trying to sell us. We brought it to their attention, and they would not budge on the over inflated markup! We were going in to negotiate the price, and give them the paperwork they requested when we arrived to do so one of the finance managers told us" That we have an alternate buyer from the Yukon to purchase the same vehicle" that we had put a deposit on. We were appalled at this information as the finance manager had a smirk on his face when divulged this information to us. We had dropped off our paperwork and left. However when all was said and done we were extremely dissatisfied with the rude service we had received and called them two days later stating that we were not interested in their vehicle anymore. About a month later we made it down to pick up our deposit, and we received it without question. I was prepared to come in and buy a new car cash sale, however I decided with the poor service we have received, we decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Lastly the only good service we received was the return of our money. I can't fault the salesman in this matter, it was the finance department that dropped the ball on this sale, and lost not just one sale, they lost two sales!
Worst experience ever! I brought them my 2004 M-3 convertible with 92000km to get an out of province inspection done. ( I bought and drove the car back from Vancouver Island) They told me it need brakes and a few other things. I spent about $4800. Then about a few months later my car got stuck in neutral at a set of lights. I turned it off hoping it would re set it self, unfortunately it went completely dead. I had the car towed to Edmonton BMW. About 1 week later they gave me 2 options 1-they could run a wire through the dash (this would be 8 hours labour or option 2- The could just run a wire a different route, this was 2-hours labour. I told them to go with option 2. About a week later I called to see if I could pick me car up? They said I could get it Friday. I called Friday and said let us call you back later. They called later and said the guys all went home and it will have to be Monday. Tuesday came so I called to see if I could pick it up? Then they told me that they couldn't figure out the problem and they were dealing with BMW head quarters to try figuring it out? I went in a few days later to find out what was going on? They told me that they needed a part from Germany that would take a month to get. So I was not happy but they assured me this would fix the problem. 5 weeks later I got a call my car was ready for pick up. It cost me about $800. The second time I drove the car since I got it back and the same problem happened! (broke down at a set of lights) So I then went to BMW very disappointed. The mechanic then told me that they could try replacing the SMG pump now? (this would cost $8000) So I asked if this would fix the problem? He told me their was a 90% chance it would fix the problem. I left shaking my head, thinking what a joke BMW is! The manager Mario called me the next day asking me to tow the car to them. So I asked him if they could fix it? He told me their was a 90% chance if I replaced the SMG pump (for $8000) that it would be fixed. So I explained to him why I brought it to Edmonton BMW, to try getting it fixed right the first time, but they didn't have a clue how to fix it. He told me that obviously I don't understand BMW's. I replied, your right but either do you guys! This experience has made me never what to buy an other BMW ever again. They had my car for 2-months and couldn't fix it! Maybe think twice before buying or servicing a BMW from Edmonton BMW!
Worst customer service. (Taylor) is THE worst salesman I have ever tried to work a deal out with Other bmw dealership is better in Edmonton, Update I was 19 years old when he laughed at me thinking I won’t buy m performance and didn’t let me test drive it, I bought c450 amg the next day from Toyota on the trail
Brooke is the best personality at this place she looks into my concern closely reach out to me and took care of it..! Thank you so much for every effort you did to resolve the issue:)
Arranged everything online and Bigg thanks yous go out to Fred, Trong, Tin and Chad! Team effort by all - best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.
Chris & Tim were both amazing. Knowledgable and so easy to work with. Love my new car, and would definately come back!
I typically do not complain. If it rains a whole week on holidays I will say it was a great vacation, I can still watch every Oilers game with optimism. But I have to give a review on Edmonton BMW-MINI Edmonton /ZP Holdings Inc. for fair warning. Being employed in the service industry I know there are going to be customers who have been treated unfairly, those customers we spend time mending the issue even if it means a loss in profit to ensure they will return or at least recommend us especially in a time of economic downturn. That is our companies core value. I know three people with bad experiences here, and I am unfortunately one of them and apparently 9 out of 10 of the reviews on Yelp can't be wrong and prove your best course of action would be to tread carefully with these guys. Not sure how BMW-MINI Canada and/or ZP Holdings Inc allow the management team to run the company the way they do. I would assume they do not know, which may in fact be the root of the problem. Anyways... We bought an Audi- I highly recommend the team at Southgate Audi, they actually care.
Great experience with Bo at Edmonton BMW!! Amazing service!
I was dealing with Peter for my used car purchase a few weeks ago. Great buying experience and he is a great guy. This review is getting 3 stars because I believe the finance team needs a bit of work:) I my self am a salesman and that’s now how you approach things! I ended up buying elsewhere because of this but I am servicing here and it has been a good experience in that department as well!
I was a bit nervous going into the dealership, I just moved to the city and don't know much about cars. Given we are going into the Edmonton winters the sales manager Steve Abela helped me pick not only the best and safest car for me but he anticipated my questions and answered them before I even asked. It really helped working with someone that is so knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience from the dealership to the staff was fantastic! Looking forward to driving my car this winter.
Got new X4 from Sales Bo Feng, Sales manager Trung, and Finance Tin. Fast response, quick search and match. Detailed work though, great time to do this Second deal and will still stay with them for next.
The service is great, and the staff is friendly. I just had an issue when I came in this week. I had curbed my car and I simply wanted an alignment to the vehicle. I had personally checked for other mechanical problems. Now because of a miscommunication, I ended up paying for a wheel alignment as well as an in detail inspection that I did not ask for. I came here for loyalty reasons. I could have easily gone anywhere else and paid a quarter of the $500 sum that my final bill came out to be for a simple alignment. Basically I came into Edmonton BMW for loyalty purposes and ended up paying 4x the amount I would have paid anywhere else and I am not content with my service this visit. On a normal visit, I still am satisfied. Servicing is usual well and I enjoy my visits. They are reliable and are very friendly. Regardless of my incident, I will be returning for post concerns.
Tyler, Richard, Terry, Tin, Briana and Chad! You all Rock! Thank you for treating us like friends and not just customers!! We have been searching for vehicles for a year and have been through many dealerships with mostly mixed and tragic results...and that all stopped last Saturday when I came in to look at mini for Krysta. Tyler was immediately responsive and understood what we needed and not only did he get us into a new mini clubman, he got us into a new BMW as well! Stellar week we had visiting the dealership almost every day, everyone remembered our names and continued to ensure we were always being looked after. The piece de resistance though must go to Chad! His delivery experience on both cars put smiles on our faces that have yet to disappear. Truest form of understanding the customer experience! Edmonton BMW - we are customers for life!
I've had multiple vehicles from this dealership and the sales department and service department always take care of me. 5 stars for sure.
I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and patient when answering questions. I have dealt with Steve Abela and will always go back because what you see is what you get. He has a very high level of professionalism and accountability. In an industry where service and trust can be hard to find Steve and his team really stood out in all aspects of the purchase. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends.
Thank you Edmonton BMW for making this my best vehicle (trade) experience yet! Shout outs: Kingsley - my salesperson. He was helpful and informative every step of the process. Bonus that he is very personable and not at all pushy. I appreciated all the video updates. Richard - sales manager. Got us the trade in value I wanted for my X5 and sealed the deal with the winters. Tin in finance & Chad on delivery - so helpful! I picked up my X4 on one of the coldest days this month with my 2 young kids and they took care of what felt like everything (got my registration switched, transferred car seats and set up to have my summers delivered to my home) EDM BMW takes great care of their customers, I highly recommend them.
Originally stopped by to look at MINI. I was originally dead set against purchasing a BMW, so I came in with a healthy level of cynicism towards the dealership. Tony helped us out. He was great to deal with - met us on our level, budget/needs-wise, and gave a genuine and honest opinion to any questions we had. He was transparent and responsive. We discovered a small issue after picking up the car but he went above and beyond to make sure I had a solution that worked, and he very quickly took accountability for it - making it easy for us to work together to resolve it. Briana was a delight to deal with as well on the finance side of things, and made sure we were taken care of on that front (not to mention she keeps a drawer full of dog treats, which our pups loved). I also felt respected in spite of my gender - the first question was not a shallow, “What color would you like?” and I did not experience any covert sexism such as suggesting I check with my husband for approval on my decisions (all things I have experienced at other dealerships). Absolutely love my new ride and had a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work!
Edmonton BMW has a meaningfully better customer experience than Bavaria because of the friendly and helpful staff. The advisors are far more kind and the shuttles are befitting. My best to Mark in service and Alexander the driver.
My wife and I had a bad experience with the other BMW dealer in Edmonton a few years back and we were turned off from the entire BMW brand for a while. However we decided to give them another look, and we are very pleased that we did. Edmonton BMW was an awesome place to buy our first BMW from. Our salesman Connor was great. He went out of his way to answer questions and even made a short video for us. (We live out of town) Connor was very knowledgeable and not just another b.s. salesman that would say anything to make a sale. When we started talking numbers with Richard the sales manger he was an easy personality to deal with compared to past experiences with sales manager's. (Other dealers) Which was a refreshing change. We also met Sam while taking delivery who seemed very nice aswell. We had a small issue with our new vehicle on the way home in the way of a flat tire. Which is just bad luck. However Kathleen from customer service was exceptional in getting us back up and on the road as quick as she could. We are extremely pleased to have this kind of customer service right from the beginning. I would absolutely recommend this dealer over the other guys in town who unfortunately didn't seem to have the time for us.
The guys at Edmonton BMW did a great job helping me with my car. They got me the deal I needed and sorted out any hick-ups along the way. Everyone is super friendly. Thanks Connor, Terry, Eduardo, and the rest of the crew!
Great friendly service. Goes the extra mile when you book for service and didn't get any pressure from the sales team when I test drive a newer PreOwned 5 series. Will be back!
The last couple times I've been there, the service has not been great. Waited almost two hours for a shuttle to drop me off somewhere when I was told it would be ~20 minutes. Had to ask multiple times. No point in ever asking for a loaner because there is never one available even if you book months out. Honestly, coming to this dealership, I'm starting to get the feeling that I'M inconveniencing the staff so much by bringing my car there for service. Maybe if I drove something nicer or looked more important? I think I'll just find a different dealership instead.
Save yourself some time and money and refrain from going to this dealership for your services or maintenance. This is actually my second review after I was contact by their service department about a previous issue. Long story short, after my 90K service, the service reminder light was not set correctly, I went back, they told me they had fixed it, but when I get home, it's still set improperly and I was told I had to pay for an inspection to set it correctly. I was furious and posted a comment on here, then I was made offers (a light bulb change, detail, 1yr roadside assistance and inspection) to take the review down, so I did. When I brought my car in, they told me there's also a recall on the fuel pump so they did the recall. Then I went back home, and realized the service reminder is STILL set improperly. What's EVEN WORSE is that the fuel pump was not installed correctly, causing my car to be not drivable at all. Wonderfully, this happened right before Canada day long weekend and right before I was to attend a close friend's funeral. I rushed to the dealership and ended up with a Mini car loaner from the sales manager "as a favour". I ended up missing half of my friend's funeral. I wasn't going to write this review because I've had enough with this dealership. A simple service has led me to go back and forth from that place FIVE times. However, today, I just noticed the light bulb that they replaced doesn't light up... I personally will not go back to this dealership for any services/maintenance anymore because at this point, it's a viscous cycle of old problems and the new.
Absolutely love my new BMW! Fantastic experience right from the sales team through to delivery and now service. Steve, one of the new car Sales Manager's, was especially helpful and courteous. All of my questions and concerns were handled with exceptional professionalism. Great job Steve and your team!
Great dealership and friendly staff and amazing service
Recently purchased an X5 and am very pleased with the service from Internet sales Sam and Terry. They have been very accommodating the entire purchasing process and ensured I was getting the best deal that I could. Very satisfied and would recommend to others!
Just bought a car from these guys and it was an awesome experience! No high pressure sales tactics like "the car is gonna be gone tomorrow if you don't buy it today!" Everybody is super friendly and seem genuinely interested in making sure that you are buying the car you want! Special mention to Jan Parks,Steve,Brianna from finance and Julio. Julio helped me from the day I walked into the dealership until I picked up my car very efficiently! The other sales associates are super nice too, always asking if they could do anything for you! Five Star Service All The Way! Keep up the good work!! Will be definitely recommending Edmonton BMW to friends and colleagues! Thanks again! Update: Julio from Edmonton BMW did a follow up call after 6 months to check if everything was OK. Impressive! These guys definitely know how to maintain relationships and are a pleasure to deal with!
Very helpful They answered all our questions and gave us free licence plate screws that we needed
We were very satisfied dealing with Edmonton BMW. Before buying a new X3, we had done our research and knew what we wanted. Most important was a competitive price and a painless purchase experience. Chris Brown and Edmonton BMW came through on both counts. Chris responded to our initial request through the “unhaggle” service with a competitive quote. He was professional and very responsive to our follow-up queries. After we agreed to terms and were providing deposit information by phone, Chris was able to *further* reduce the agreed-upon price by $1,000. The pick-up process was quick and handled professionally. I would highly recommend Edmonton BMW and Chris Brown to anyone interested in purchasing a new BMW.
parts department has been very helpful to me with my old BMW 5 series, always has gone to lengths to attain replacement parts that fit pefect and at a quick turn around too. I'll be in for that new 760Li when I hit the jackpot!
Had my teenage son’s 2010 BMW X5 towed in after it was stalling out to the point it was not drivable, thought we were going to have to get rid of it... spoke to Lacey and Eduardo originally and then was assigned Selena as our service advisor....Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Luckily, it was just the fuel pump as it could have been a lot worse... Car was fixed very quickly and I have confidence that the issue was solved as my husband was able to drive it home with no issues... My son is excited to have his X5 back and I am glad I didn’t have to buy a new car. Thought the service department was excellent.
I recently bought a used vehicle from Edmonton BMW. The service here was top notch. Was greeted by a couple of staff members the moment I walked in. The salesman was polite and acted very professional as well personable. Played no gimmicks with us and gave us lots of valuable information. Recently learned that he just got promoted to the manager of the dealership, so just wanted to say "Thank You" Sam Chehade for an outstanding job and the vehicle that we wanted.
We had a fantastic experience here when purchasing my first BMW. Connor and the rest of the team were very accommodating and willing to work with us to find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Check it out!
Service Advisor Lisa McPolin was extremely helpful in resolving a warranty issue that saved us $1000 in charges. Her determination to see that we were looked after and treated well was sincerely appreciated. We are truly grateful for her knowledgeable assistance.
Thank you Edmonton BMW for the exceptional service. I will be back and will refer all of my family and friends! ????????
These people try to serve quite well. That being said, it is a car dealership and they’re there to sell you cars, so obvious things to expect. I’ve had quite a few issues with the two cars that I’ve gotten from this dealership but the attempts at service have always been pretty good.
Being an incredibly busy and quite anxious person, i cannot put more emphasis and praise on the service I get each and every time from Selena Barabe! Simply put, she is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to ensure that i am always at my most relaxed and comfortable state of mind coming in for service to leaving after my service is finished. She always looks after me at every appointment and ensures I am aware of everything going on, and gets things done in a timely manner! It is incredibly hard to find genuine good service these days; a service provider that cares ,and understands the underlying situation and client at hand. But Selena most certainly fulfills these aspects in the service sector, and most certainly is a cut above the rest!! I cannot wait to see her for my next appointment! :)
Best BMW Parts Department in the city. Prompt service and super helpful!
Exceptional customer service from the manager Terry and all the sales associates. They are well educated on BMW products and aren’t forceful in making purchases. I would recommend this dealership over others if interested in a BMW
Really hard to get into due to road construction. They are getting an lrt right in front of their showroom. Edit: I did get in and they were very helpful even though I was just looking.
Had some recalls done at this location. Service was prompt and professional and streamlined. Perhaps one day I will be able to review their sales department but for now I can only speak to their service and reception staff.
As a new BMW owner, I have been blown away by the exceptional customer service from Chris Brown. I'm also very pleased with my X5 (having previously driven the Porsche Macan and Audi Q5). Based on the quality of the customer service, I will be sticking with BMW going forward!
This is our second vehicle from Edmonton BMW and I've always been impressed with their service. Chris Brown in sales is super responsive, professional and knows the product well. Selena in service is knowledgeable, courteous and super easy to deal with. Tin in finance made the purchasing process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend.
It was my first time to take my BMW 323i to the dealership because it had some recall and also i had a problem with the heater ; i told them to fix the recall and install my termostat which they did , but after a day i picked up my vehicle the coolant was empty , i had to stop on a highway for the mistake they did, i called them back and they told me to bring it back and they charged me for diagnosing which i was totally okay with, but what made me mad was that they tried to blame for the mistake they did and they end up charging me way too much. And the adviser told me there was a problem with the water pump which i did not trust her at all, she told me that my car wasn't safe to drive and now its been over a month my car is still good, this was a good experience for me i had an idea how they rip off people's money. It was my first and last to go to that place.
My mother just purchased an X3 which we picked up yesterday. I must say that BMW has the best customer service and staff of any dealership that my family has done business with. Very friendly, helpful, professional and courteous staff who went above and beyond to give us a great deal and make us happy with our very first BMW purchase. A very special thank you to our wonderful, kind, and very patient salesman Basem who answered all of my countless questions in great detail and ensured that we understood all the important features of the vehicle. You are the best Basem! Also thanks to Richard and Tin for their excellent customer service, friendliness, warmth, and professionalism. You guys all made our first experience with your dealership very enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to buying a new BMW for myself in the next few years and will be sure to give my business to your wonderful dealership and to you Basem! Thanks again for our great experience- my family will be your loyal customers for years to come...
Craig at Edmonton BMW was phenomenal! Excellent customer service, makes you feel top class with a luxury purchase! Can’t say enough good words, highly recommend. Ask for Craig!
This rating is for our advisor- Selena Barabe. we have had our vehicle for 5 years and we have been dealing with Selena for over 2 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She goes above and beyond what is required. She shows iconic service. I have had dealings with other advisers, but I always request to see her. So when you go to BMW- on Roper road, request Selena- you will not be disappointed. She is a role model for the staff at BMW- the owners should be proud of her as she is representing you.
What an unbelievable experience! I came to the dealership about a week ago with my family and I could not begin to explain how well and flawless my time visiting was. Coming to the dealership is a fun experience hence I always enjoy myself while I am able to both view and sit in all of the luxurious vehicles. I would like to specifically point out Steve Abela, who is one of the sales managers woking there. His outstanding and superior service is what keeps my family coming back to purchase cars. We have a long history with this dealership, and the only reason that motivates both my family and me to return is the unexplainable service, and quality, as I have stated. I have never been to a dealership which has matched the high grade standards of this dealership. I highly recommend visiting and meeting the exceptional staff inside who will always provide you with a car at the best price and quality. The BMW team at this specific Dealership has established a great atmosphere hence, it always bring us back. Thank you so much!
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Edmonton BMW and could not be more satisfied with the process. Geoff was the most helpful and accommodating salesman. I am from Calgary and wasn't able to view the vehicle in person prior to delivery day. Geoff patiently answered all of my questions and even came in on his day off to ensure the delivery went smoothly. Although I didn't think this was necessary, the level of service that was provided by him made me grateful that he was there. Loving my new ride, thanks Edmonton BMW!
Thank you to Hesham and Richard and Tin for the great experience. The experience was seamless and prompt. We were Mercedes clients and have transitioned over to BMW. We definitely recommend Edmonton BMW and look forward to another purchase.
I was on my way to BC from Ontario when I got a nail in my tire on my X5. I made it into Edmonton and stopped by this dealership to get my tire repaired. They graciously squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I didn't know that you can't fix this type of tire and that it would need to be replaced, and was worried about the expense, but Carmen found out that I had a warranty on my tires and got the tire covered!! I really appreciated her taking the extra steps to find this out for me and save me several hundred bucks in the middle of my road trip. It took a couple of hours to get the tire in, but I just did some work in their upstairs lounge area, and they kept bringing me bottles of water and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. In the end, I was in and out within a few hours and they saved me a ton of money. I wish my dealership back home was this good! Thank you, Carmen!!
I just bought a new vehicle from Edmonton BMW. The experience was exceptional! A special shout out to Bo, Briana and Terry for making an out of town purchase during COVID a seamless experience.
Steer clear of this dealership. I bought a used 3 series here and right from the start they were dishonest and incredibly unprofessional. When I inspected the car I noticed multiple scrapes and dents in the body, during negotiations the salesman confirmed they would be repaired before I got the car, when we had settled on a price and a few upgrades we both signed a piece of paper with the terms of our agreement on it. The next day I received a call from a manager at the dealership informing me they could not keep their end of the bargain. He kept repeating that they were losing money on the car and they would not be able to perform the repairs. I should also mention the salesman had told me the car was accident free and only registered in Alberta, car report confirmed both those statements to be lies. I stupidly went forward with the transaction anyways. When we finalized the purchase of the car I also got the SAL extended warranty. Total rip off. Within 20,000km a fuel injector went and I was told that all 6 needed to be replaced because the new one would not be compatible with the old ones, then I was told the warranty would only cover the one, and I would be on the hook for the other 5. Cost me over 2K for something that should have been covered by warranty. Next the console for iPod USB hookup did not work, not covered by warranty. I have never written a review before, I just want to warn people before they spend their hard earned money somewhere that does not deserve it
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the service manager, Eduardo Huezo, who was not only helpful but very accommodating. These days the people can make or break a business. My experiences with both service and parts have always been exemplary at this Dealership. Keep up the great service!
Had an unreal time dealing with SAM and angelo with a new car purchase nothing but helpful and honest. Will continue to deal with Edmonton BMW for many years.
Great experience in dealing with entire team at Edmonton BMW. Management all the way to detailing crew were exceptional. I will definitely return for future purchases.
Since buying my first BMW a couple of years ago, I have come to South Side BMW for service and parts. They are good listeners, skilled automotive technicians and earnestly want you to leave happy and satisfied. What else could you want in a dealership?! Today Jenny in Parts helped me out with a new battery for my 2004 E46 Cabriolet. She quickly found what I needed on the computer, confirmed that one was in stock, informed me of the super-good customer discount today, and transported my new battery out to my other car. Its staff like Jenny that make you feel welcome here, and a part of the big BMW family! Thank you!
My latest visit to the service center was not at the level of service that I have come to know and expect. I had over $1800 worth of work done, of which $145 was to diagnose a coolant leak, $1300 was to fix the leak, and $35 was for filling the cooling system and performing venting/bleeding procedure to complete the repair. I was thus very surprised when I returned home, checked the coolant level and found it to be below the MIN level by about ½ an inch. I spoke to my service consultant (who was a gem to deal with and very professional and accommodating) who explained that it likely was due to an air pocket that had previously been trapped and asked if I was able to bring the vehicle back in the next day to have it topped off. I requested a credit / charge reversal for the coolant portion of the work only as the trip to and back from the dealership would mean over an hour of commute time and I had coolant at home I could top up with. He suggested a $50 credit which would cover the $35 coolant charge and $15 to cover the labor portion that was charged. I felt that this was fair and requested that instead of a credit, I receive a charge reversal to my credit card. I was told that this would require the customer relationship manager to get in touch with me for credit card details but that he should be reaching out to me sometime the next day. A few days later, I still had not heard from anyone at BMW and followed up with my service consultant again. I was later contacted by the Service Manager – Eduardo - to discuss the issue. The conversation began pleasantly and he explained again that it could have been an air pocket that was trapped and released once the vehicle was driven. I indicated that I understood but was still looking for the $50 credit/charge reversal that I had been promised. After all, the invoices stated that a roadtest had been completed – thus, any air pocket should have worked it’s way to the system and had the coolant level been checked, it would have been evident it required topping up. At this, his tone changed abruptly from being pleasant to being somewhat aggressive and hostile. He stated that the $50 credit was “absolutely ridiculous” and “how can we make a living giving credits like that” and that I was “already driving around with the coolant in my car”. He stated that his team had “put in the standard amount of coolant and the shortage was not purposeful”. In short, he made it seem like I was at fault and should feel guilty for requesting a credit for work that was not completed to my expectation and to what the description in my invoice was. Using this tone and making these statements to a customer is unacceptable and unprofessional. The appropriate course of action was to acknowledge the credit, ensure the customer that it would be taken care of and then having an internal discussion if he disagreed with what was promised. He should then work with his service team to understand why this happened in the first place and make it part of standard procedure to double check that everything is within standard prior to the vehicle being handed back to a customer. If it is known that air pockets occur frequently after a radiator repair, that should be part of the checks and verification that is done after the vehicle roadtest. I shouldn’t have to check that the work was carried out in accordance to the invoice description. This is not a third rate home garage or even an authorized BMW garage. It’s a premium dealership that charges premium rates and should be providing premium service and customer care. As of the posting of this review, I still have not received a call from customer relations to discuss and process my charge reversal despite following up with the service consultant 3 times in the past week.
Christian and Richard went out of their way to make this experience nothing but amazing and very smooth. I went to check BMW X6 for my husband’s birthday present. My husband has a very busy schedule and he can’t go to the dealership during their business hours. Christian was able to arrange everything for me same day. They gave me the car to drive it to my husband’s clinic so he can test drive it between his appointments. When my husband wanted to check another model. Christian, Richard and Tin from finance stayed longer than their business hours to accommodate my husband’s schedule and make sure he walk out with the car he loves. Deal was done smoothly and got the car we wanted. It Was very refreshing experience.
I brought my 3 series in for a recall on the battery cable. Left the car there in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Without driving the vehicle off the lot - I noticed damage to the front bumper. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist (only person available at time), she took a photo on her cell phone and said someone would get back to us. Nobody got back to us on this matter for 1 week. Called service manager - he pointed out that the damage was there on the vehicle when I brought it in and subsequently showed me a note scribbled by a technician on the service order. I asked for a time stamp or somthing to verify that the note was made after the damage was done - of course there was none. Service manager then proceeded to tell me he personally inspected the vehicle when it arrived and noted the damage - interesting that they are available to do all these jobs, but never available when you need to meet them face to face!. I was told there was photo or video footage of the car, then I was told that the camera was broken and that they did not have the footage. Service manager said the best they could do was pay for 1/2 of the repair, then recanted on this and referred me to his general manager. It has now been over a month and I have still to speak to the general manager, but I hold no hope for this poor service and lack of accountability. All I want is my car back to the same condition it was in prior to me taking it in for the recall order. I love my BMW and will buy another again. I will not be buying at Edmonton BMW and will continue to tell all my friends not to go to Edmonton BMW. I have never written a complaint like this before, but feel compelled to do so for being so poorly treated and after reading the other postings on this site. I do hope this organization finds its way - possibly new leadership is needed !!
We have leased or purchased several vehicles from Edmonton BMW over the years, and we just picked up a large family vehicle from the dealership this week. The staff are always incredibly helpful and professional, whether we are just browsing, changing vehicles, or coming in for service. Thank you to Bo, Briana, Chad and Richard in particular for making our most recent purchase such a smooth and pleasant experience. And thank you to Carmen for always making our service appointments as hassle-free as possible.
Very good customer service, Fred Bailey helped me out tremendously. I was trying to buy a M2 with hard to find specs. Other dealership told me the car didn’t exist and were trying to sell ones they had in stock... Fred actually looked and found me the car I wanted. Premium A++
A positive experience I would like to share: I made a trip to Edmonton BMW today to pick up some parts (Daniel and Harvey were very quick and helpful). Then I walked to the far end of the dealership where I found Shawn in the service department and I felt like I should post about my experience. I’m a machinist and I’ve always been very mechanically inclined so you generally won’t see me around service departments very often. This was in fact the first time I visited the Mini Service Department at Edmonton BMW. I just wanted to ask about a problem I’ve been having with winter/cold temperature starts. Not only did Shawn put his hot lunch on hold to talk to me but he did this with what appeared to be pleasure. He seems very knowledgeable with Minis and was very helpful. Shawn also did a FREE key read for me while I was there (I didn’t know they could read codes and problems off the key). This is a fantastic free service provided by Edmonton BMW/Mini. I will be taking my car there to have it’s problem looked at soon. Thanks to Daniel, Harvey and Shawn for a great experience today at Edmonton BMW. ???? #yegBMW
Dealing with the parts department lately and they have been top notch, big shout out to Sarron, thanks for your knowledge and customer service. oh and the gasket on the oil filter housing you suggested to change, Yea that was definitely the problem. You saved me a headache and a bunch of cash.
I had to go to the parts department, I am very impressed with the amazing customer service! Definitely coming back here for all of my BMW parts/service needs.
Traded in my X5 for a X5M . Received a fair offer and excellent customer service. Strongly recommended.
It was worth the trip to Edmonton BMW from Calgary to purchase my second new BMW this year. If you have grown frustrated with the sales department at the Calgary BMW dealers, I strongly recommend checking out Edmonton BMW. Chris the Internet Sales Director was superb, professional, and prompt. Tin in finance went the extra mile, and exceeded my expectations. Chad in deliveries ensured I left with my new BMW confident and delighted. Edmonton BMW's customer centric approach validated I made the right decision. If you are looking for a superb client experience, transparent and honest transaction, I strongly encourage you to contact Edmonton BMW. I know where I am buying my next BMW from, Edmonton BMW!
Elaine was helpfull and efficient. Great experience.
I've been shopping for a new car for well over a year. I visited BMW, Mini, Subaru, VW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Audi, Nissan, ... in Calgary as the cars that stirred me were 135i, 128i, 235i, Mini Cooper, GTI, BRZ, WRX, WRX STi, Camaro V8, Mustang GT, Civic Si, A3, A4, 370Z... A visit to a dealership is a pain, as I noticed, as I could not really evaluate a car on my own, but was "subtly" bombarded with facts I knew all about, and was not basically let explore whether a car suits me or not. I tested a Mustang although the dealer really annoyed me. I also tested a WRX, another annoying dealer. Then I passed testing altogether as my patience was up. Terry Mah is in league on his own. I tested a 128i and 135i and the guy just let me did it on my own terms. I bought a 128i, and I do dare to admit, after a serious conversation with him. Take notice, he did not try to sell a more expensive car, but just wanted me get a car that is best fit at this moment. So if everything is all right, this is the place I will come again. First thing you notice, he knows about that BMW at least as much as you do, and then some small intricate things. That is a big plus. No silly talks about cup holders, etc. No pressure. But I bought a BMW although I had such a big feeling not to buy one. Nothing wrong with BMW, but those are flashy cars, so I was really surprised I actually bought one -because the sound of I-6 and road manners are just too seductive. And Terry let me explore those fantastic traits on my own pace. He is not the only great guy over there. Tin Nguyen is also a funny guy in the best sense. I mean, he is not "funny" in terms of trying to get you ripped off. He tells you all the facts, but does not mind sharing a good laugh. Really smart and classy, both him and Terry. The icing on the cake was finalizing terms with Briana, another RNR persona. Quick, expedient, lovely, funny- but also honest. As all of them. Really outstanding dealership. Top manager must be some genius. I highly recommend dealing with those people. If too many people in dealerships remind you of characters from "Fargo", try this dealership, really. I waited patiently for a few days to write this review as I did not want to mix my review with my car (very pleasant) experience.
By far the best customer service we have ever received!!!!!!!! Selena in service was amazing, she made it so easy for us and went above and beyond to make us happy. The service team hit a home run!!!!! If I could I would give this dealership 10 stars.
I dropped off our MINI for service today and had arranged to be picked up, but when my ride arrived, that car had a severely flat tire. Carmen at BMW Service was very helpful and had the spare wheel mounted for us very promptly - and that car isn't a BMW product, but was just my ride home. Thanks for everything!
Had my mini countryman, thanks Bo for an amazing and excellent service, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable answering my questions. Bo and Terry Mah are super responsive and friendly, definitely will recommend Edmonton BMW to my friends.
Came from Lamont to get parts, i was ASSURED they had plenty CCV kits in stock and one would be set aside for me. So i got off work early to drive an hour and a half to BMW to hear "Yeah man, I hate to say it but we sold our last one today". That's complete BS, maybe tell me you have no stock before i go through all that trouble. ????
Probably the worst car dealership I’ve ever had to deal with the sales team when I first bought my car was amazing but after I got my car in the sun and found all the mess the deatliers left inside and after the first car wash all the crappy paint pen fixes they made all blew off. Service team could care less about actually fixing issues
Came to the dealership and was looking for a pre owned bmw. They had the perfect vehicle for me and gave me a fantastic deal!!!
I was in the market for an X5 for a while but never really moved on it due to not wanting to deal with the car buying games or pushy sales reps. I was in one day to pick up parts for my Mini but got chatting with Chris about the X5. Being a technical person I asked a lot of questions about the engine (the B58 straight6 is sweet), suspension, and their new mild hybrid system. Since I do my own servicing and plan to keep the car until the wheels fall off, maintainability is a buying factor for me. Chris was able to answer all my questions and he tossed me the keys to test drive their demo X5. I was sold when during the test drive I parked the X5 in a foot of snow on a hill and the awd just powered through it while with all seasons tires. Got back and I just continued to chat with Chris for the next hour or so about the car and options. There was no pushiness or pressure from Chris nor the Finance Manager so the whole buying process was enjoyable. Needless to say, now a proud owner of an 2022 X5 40i.
WORST!!!DO NOT BUY CAR THERE!!!They took my deposit for 2500! They said the deposit are totally refundable, but when i want to cancel the order, they said they won't give my money back!!! WORST sales man( Bruce) and the worst manager!!! The manager even yelled at me!!! BE CAREFUL HE MAY BITE YOU!!!
Bought a 4 year old used vehicle there two weeks ago. I went in with low expectations, based on it being a dealership, me looking at a relatively low value used car, and the reviews found here. I was shocked at how good the service was, and how well I was treated not only before I bought the car, but after as well. Terry was great to deal with, and when I can afford to upgrade to a new BMW, I have no doubt this is where I will be going. I appreciate the fact that everyone's experience is different, but I would like people to know that despite some of the scathing reviews here, I would certainly recommend you give them a chance.
Top notch sales and service all the way around if your looking for a BMW this is the place to buy and service! Ryan and team will look after you go check them out!!
I bought a brand new 2019 X5 from Jerrald and he gave me the best service. I will buy all my cars from him.
My wife and I were not pleased at all with our 2018 kia sedona. We tried three dealerships and one Hyundai dealership for service. We either ran into attitude or the feeling that they will rip you off if given the opportunity, so we went shopping to trade our van and say goodbye to Kia. We went to a south west Toyota dealership and they tried lots if tricks to confuse us into paying them full price for their Toyota and provided an insulting offer for our van with 18,490 klms. Basically they wanted all the profit. A lot of Edmonton dealers seem to be greedy like that and really need to change. We were pretty frustrated so decided to negotiate with Chris brown at Edmonton bmw for a 2017 340 I xdrive. Over the internet. I think we had a deal within 30 minutes emailing each other. Chris brown got us what we wanted for our trade and negotiated a good price for our BMW. We found him to be honest and straight forward Chris brown and Edmonton BMW treated us with respect and outstanding service during the entire buying process. Chris brown and Edmonton BMW is a great place to purchase from. Thank you Chris again for such a smooth and stress free buying experience.
I would advise customer to do their due diligence before buying a vehicle from this BMW, especially the first time customers. I bought a brand new BMW X5 from these guys in 2014 for which the lease is over in July 2017. I put a new X5 on hold which was being built already. When the vehicle arrived we did not like the vehicle. I asked the sales manager to order another Color. The sales manager tells me rudely that they will factory order it and if I don't like he will keep the deposit. I did not appreciate the way he talked to us rudely. I ended up buying a new Audi Q7. Now I have been calling them for the last month to get my deposit back, have left few messages with reception and also left a message on general managers voice mail towards march end. No one has gotten back me. It is same situation that has happen to another customer whose review I saw yesterday. This is what you get for owning a vehicle from them. This is how they treat their former clients. Harpreet Khinda
Thank you Richard for the phenomenal customer service and making sure my needs were met. You literally made my day and I cant thank you enough!!!
I purchased my 435 from this dealership, traded it in for an M4 and now they are replacing my M4 for me at no cost. How can I say anything bad about this dealership? Best experience I have ever had.
this dealership is the most poorly run dealership I have ever dealt with. Just be aware of the service department, our experience was something we wouldn't expect at a dodge dealership let alone a BMW one. We booked our car to come in for a recall and while in there we asked them to check a tire issue we were having. They called us later in the day to tell us they never even had the part in stock for the recall and that the car needed an alignment and balancing for $500!! then they forgot to pick my wife up from work, so she had to grab a cab to make it before they closed. They offered us a $20 credit?? Then I spoke to the assistant manager and he agreed that they messed up and wanted to earn our trust back so he offered to do the alignment and balancing for free. so we again booked it up with the recall that still needing completing. We receive a call later in the day saying the tires need changing if they were going to complete the alignment? I asked the Service Manager Edwardo, if the tires had wire showing through how this was not reported to us 2 weeks ago when you were willing to take my $500 to do the alignment or was it more about not wanting to honor the alignment they offered for free. Not to mention the HUGE safety issue if there was in fact tires on our car that were not safe but never telling us about it in the report? oh did I mention that the car was also brought in about 1 month prior for a complete check over and everything came back as good? to top it off, they never got back to us with tire prices and when we called the dealership to see what was going on they all had no idea cause the manager left?? be aware of a dealership that cant tell you the same story 2 times only 2 weeks apart, especially when it comes to your safety!
I went in for a part for my BMW, and spent almost an hour while the parts guy tried to find it, and they said "they would call me in a day or 2 when they found it" yet I still haven't received a call. I went to the West Edmonton "Bavaria BMW" dealership, less than 10 minutes and the part was on its way from Toronto. They have no idea what they're doing here, which is unnaceptable when dealing with complex machines like Bavarian Motor Works.
THE BEST ONE I FOUND FOR A LUXURY BRAND! In the car business there are all kinds of dealerships and all kinds of experiences. I spent over 3 weeks researching luxury vehicles but was unsure of which one to buy. I already had a BMW and thought about changing to a different brand so I started looking. My experience with the other brands was horrible so it’s safe to say they pushed me back into another BMW. My experience from the time I walked into Edmonton BMW until the time I left with my new car was amazing. The best customer service and experience I’ve ever had in buying a car. Fred Bailey, my salesman, treated us like family. Not the in-laws you don’t like, but the cousins you do like. He is very knowledgeable about the car business and he makes you feel happy and excited about buying a new car. That’s what the experience is supposed to be like. He listened to what we wanted and / or needed and met the expectation. If you need a luxury car and need a truly fantastic experience then this is your friend in the car business! Tin was our finance manager and again no bs. He also made the experience happy and exciting. He wanted us to be truly happy about buying a new car. I know that’s their job to hype it up but think about it for a sec., it is supposed to be a happy time. Terry was our sales manager and again no bs. We had a bit of negotiating but that’s the nature of the business. He has to keep some profit for the dealership, that’s how the business stays alive. But unlike the other brands I shopped this sales manager was great to deal with. Last but not least is Chad, the delivery specialist. A great delivery from a great, knowledgeable professional. He went over all the options and took his time because he could see we were getting a bit confused with so many options. He let us ask questions and answered them all. I want to give Edmonton BMW a huge THANK YOU for having great staff and for making customers feel happy and excited with their purchase of a new car!
Great team at Edmonton BMW. Service second to none. Thanks again.
They don’t respect their word They gave my sister a price cheaper than what was posted for a car over the phone and when we went there they said we didn’t say that and we can’t give it for this price and we can go only as per listed price And when I asked to talk to the manager he said that our sales man is not laying And we’re going all the way from Grande prairie to Edmonton for nothing, just because they are not respecting their words
considering this is suppose to be a premium auto retailer the service they provide is terrible. My car broke down and was towed there. I called the dealer repeatedly and left voicemails. No one ever calls back and when you call them you get transferred around the phone loop endlessly. I am more than willing to pay to have my vehicle fixed but they can't even get back to a customer with info regarding any repairs required. If you own a MINI or BMW, for the love of God take it anywhere but this place.
My BMW experience was phenomenal . I looked around for months and then went to see Hesham Moukhaiber at BMW. My search was over!!! Hesham found what i needed , a reliable ride for my busy life that fit my budget and hockey bags ! We are so happy with our X6. I recommend Hesham at BMW south side. He will find what you want and need.
I traded my vehicle in for new X3 M40i. My sales person – Chris Brown was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and quickly answered any questions I had. I was under no pressure to take any additional add-ons that I did not want and felt comfortable choosing the ones I did because I had the right information to make an informed decision. The vehicle was delivered exactly as agreed. I would recommend Chris and the team at Edmonton BMW.
I am currently an owner of a Mercedes SUV and have been looking to upgrade my vehicle to a newer model. Although I am happy with my current vehicle and dealership, I decided to check out Edmonton BMW on a recommendation from a friend who had recently purchased her vehicle there. I am thrilled with the service I received at Edmonton BMW!! The dealership Sales Manager, Steve Abela went out of his way to ensure I was looked after and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. In fact the level of attention my family and I received was top notch and definitely enough for me to make the switch from being a Mercedes owner to a proud BMW owner. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you go to Edmonton BMW and ask for Steve Abela as he will surpass your expectations and ensure you are looked after!!
We bought a used BMW from Chris and the service by everyone we dealt with was fantastic. It was the level of service I would envision if I was buying a new $80,000 car. Great service and so far love the car.
I was with my kids last week shopping for a new BMW. Sam Chehade was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was so patient and very knowledgeable. And my kids loved him and they don't like just anybody!!
I purchased my BMW from Edmonton BMW several years ago and have been taking my car there for service ever since. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I wanted to say a special thank you to Steve Abela for providing exceptional service and support. I will continue to goto Edmonton BMW as long as they continue to have exceptional staff and service.
Bought my first BMW at Edmonton BMW. The sales staff was friendly and best of all I got a fantastic deal. Highly recommended, thank you!
Picked up my factory ordered 340 xDrive on Friday and want to publicly thank my Sales Rep, Conner, for making the purchase process enjoyable. Connor knows cars and speaks knowledgeably and respectfully. I was cross shopping a few brands and at no time did he say anything about the competition that could be construed as negative. He's a good listener, good thinker, and I felt enabled to make an informed choice. Zero pressure, which a refreshing thing when you're making a large purchase. Price negotiation was a transparent process and I feel fairly treated. The finance office is not always the best part of a car purchase, but Briana struck a perfect balance between making sure I knew what ad-on's I could buy, what they would cost and letting me decide without feeling pressured. She was super-helpful with an out of the ordinary request and represents the dealership very well. Review of the final invoice was missing one part of the deal we'd negotiated. Briana understood what I was expecting, checked with sales for confirmation, and was back promptly with the missing piece. This review would not be complete without mentioning I've had my challenges with Edmonton BMW service in the past. A few years ago they hired Kathleen as their customer relations manager and one of her first jobs was to listen to my concerns. She listened to me and undoubtedly others. The dealership responded by making some positive changes and, as a result, have retained me as a customer.
I have a had multiple vehicles from here 328, 535, x6, m3 and I have never had such a great experience. The staff and management here are top notch. I will continue to drive a BMW and I will continue to five this dealership my business.
I really like the cars. Also do you have the bmw i8? If not then what is the fastest car in the dealership?
Great service with a friendly atmosphere, all around professional space! Edit: the past 2 years management has changed, and not for the better.
I got a 2019 X5 from Jerrald. He is a nice guy, really helpful. I love the car, I love the experience in Edmonton BMW. If I am going to buy another car, I will contact Jerrald in Edmonton BMW for sure
If you like getting misquoted prices and being screwed around by the General and Service manager this is your stop! From not caring they treated your car like a trash bin, to lying about fixing problems for you it’s a one stop shop. If you are reading BMWs comment they forgot to say that their service Manager Eduardo said he would “take care” of my issue I wasn’t expecting anything for free.
Have been with this dealership since 2011. Nothing but the best. Thanks Hesham, Richard, and Terry!
Great service, Selena was so helpful and accommodating and got my vehicle fix. The Manager from Service is also amazing, he deal with my husband a few months ago and it was such a good experience that we won’t go anywhere else to service my vehicle.
I bought my BMW from this dealership, and BMW isn't the only vehicle I have, I bought my brand new Range Rover from the Land Rover Edmonton dealership and my other Lexus from Edmonton, when comparing knowledge of the sales people in this dealership to Range Rover or Lexus, I think majority of the people in this BMW dealership are not very professional or knowledgeable about what they are selling. For instance I realized the BMW did not have an eye glass holder, when I asked if can I buy one and they install it, they told me the roof liner was too shallow for the models that have panoramic roof, reason no sunglass holder was installed by the manufacturer, and they don't even sell it in their dealership, however, that was absolutely incorrect, while in the US for holiday, I check a BMW dealership for my same BMW with the panoramic roof, it had a sun glass holder installed from the factory. I also had issues with my electric head restrain disintegrating, I contacted the dealership to get it done as its covered under manufacture warrantee, and in the terms and condition, when bringing in a vehicle for warrantee repairs, you are given a loaner/courtesy vehicle while repairs are being done, only for the BMW dealership to tell me I have to provide my own vehicle. This has never happened in Land Rover or Lexus dealership, worse case with the Lexus or Range Rover dealership, if they done have enough loaners vehicles, they would schedule you for a day that they can provide a loaner or get you a vehicle from a rental, thats what is called a luxury dealership, not BMW Edmonton. Another issue was when I was building my vehicle, I expected the dealership to have a better inhouse computer system that shows clean clear pictorial images of how every detail I was building was coming together and showing for instance, if you select a different tire/wheel, what fender flares would be added to the vehicle, rather, they rely on the same public accessible online photos on the BMW website. Now during the process I was building my vehicle, while waiting in the lobby, I also made an observation, a troubling one I must emphasize. This may be a serious problem slowly creeping into this dealership, but my advise for them is to turn the tables round quickly because Edmonton, Canada is a multicultural city. When I walked into the dealership, the welcome I got at the door was very friendly and prestigious, however, I wouldn't say the same with some other customers of other ethnic origin, I observed that they treated those that where not like me a caucasian very poorly, some of those people that walked into the dealership, no one of the sales people even said hello to them not until few minutes seeing the people walking around the dealership unattended to, its either the sales personnel are assuming (or stereotyping) that those clients that are not caucasians (or white as people erroneously say) are not there to buy a vehicle or are there to just come look at the beauty of the BMW show room. Over the cause of hours and several other days I spent in the dealership,I actually had noticed that this dealership was also receiving lots of clients from several ethnic race, then I wonder, are the people in this dealership serious or they are unknowingly trying to wreck the image of their dealership, also going through other reviews below, make my observations right. I think the management of this dealership should take early step to improve relations between clients and the dealership, either by undertaking regular professional behavioural training with not just sales team but with service team. I own a very successful business and I know what I am talking about, unprofessionalism and unsatisfactory client eventually brings down a business, it may not happen in 2 years but over the cause of 10 years, our city is changing and eventually there would be more BMW dealership in Edmonton, your old returning clients and new clients may skip your dealership in future, and there may not be a future for this dealership if it continues on this part.
I recently bought a new vehicle from Edmonton BMW,The salesmen Talay Kurtulusthe is the reason i choose to buy in that store. After i told him i don't have a car yet, he come to pick me up right away, and he shows me a lot of information and details of the car.He is very knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. And he offered me a really good deal.It was excellent service.I already recommend my friends to visit Edmonton BMW, and my friends also had a amazing sales experience with him. Thank you Talay.
Had my first purchase from Edmonton BMW today after making several purchases elsewhere in the past. I was quite impressed with the relaxed shopping atmosphere and the very helpful staff. My salesrep Jerrald was intrumental in my decision to buy here and the managers in sales and finance were equally facilitating. They gave me options, without making me feel pressured. Highly recommended .
I ordered a 4 series in Edmonton BMW in August. There was no detail of trim on the contract. Couple days later, I called my salesman, Terry, I want brushed aluminum trim with highlight gloss black accent. To ensure that he won't make a mistake, i called him twice to confirm it. I am pretty sure I called him before the car in production. i checked online bmw decoder and foound out the trim was wrong. I told him the problem. He suggested we can discuss the problem with manager after the car arrived in Edmonton. When I went Edmonton BMW, he began to flatter. I didn't accepted it without sincere apology. I said he should give some discount. Then, he went upstair asked their top manager and brought back the discount (quater retailer price of the trim). Then, he began to shirk the responsiblity. That's not his fault. I felt he was impolite and umprofessional. Later, we met the manager, he claimed we were lucky because he was there and could give the discount off. He said he wasn't afraid I don't want the car because the car is popular. I was too angry to say a word and accepted 500 discount off. I won't buy a car in Edmonton bmw any more.
Great staff in every department, they helped me find a brand new vehicle with the best deal possible. Jan, the general manager was personally involved in finding me a new vehicle and going over the finances with me personally. Everyone is very friendly and puts in a lot of effort to make you happy.
I don't know if it's BMW or just this dealership, but it is incredibly difficult to get pricing information. When I talked to the GM to inquire about lease cost, the answer I got was "you should do more research first" (?!). Yes, they refused to tell a potential customer how much the car is going to cost. This dealership is definitely class of its own.
Great service, friendly and helpful people. I delt with Arve in parts who was such a great help on finding all the parts I needed for my car.
I took my mini cooper to these guys to replace a side window to replace they got resin on the side of the car plus they put a scratch on the car the guy told me to wet sand why would I do that when they did it so now it will take 2 hrs for them just to get the resin off so this window cost me almost a thousand poor customer service after this I will never take my car back to this place
I would highly recommend dealing with Fred at this dealership. I would give the man 6 stars if I could. He was helpful, informative, down to earth and very friendly. Definitely the go to man at this establishment .
Selena in service is by far the best advisor I've ever dealt with. Very helpful and professional.
Connor at Edmonton BMW did a fantastic job in helping us find the right vehicle (a 2017 X3). We had several test drives, learned a lot about features and got a very good price too. Connor made sure the car is exactly what we wanted, down to the smallest detail. We were not sure at first (there are a lot of good choices in this category), so Connor and his manager Sam offered to hold the vehicle for us and Connor came in on his day off to show us the car one more time after we had a chance to think about it. Brianna in finance was very helpful as well.
The best service I have gotten from a dealership period. All I can say is wow, Edmonton BMW’s service team and service manager Eduardo Huezo have gone above and beyond for me. So I had got a flat tire came in at 5:05 I filled out the paper work needed and after I was finished I didn’t have a ride home. So Eduardo assured me that I was going to be taken care of and told me everything will be finished by tomorrow (as it was late and they close at 6), he then proceeded to offer me a ride home! The service manager! Ive gone to Barvia BMW and their service is terrible in my opinion, even to buy a part I need for my wheel they gave a lot of attitude and it felt like they didn’t want your business. At Edmonton BMW specifically the service side I have been taken care of so well. Everyone is smiling and happy to help I matter the problem. So if you are looking to buy or service your car or literally anything go to Edmonton BMW it is far better then Barvia BMW.
Went in because I was called saying that there was a promo. At first I talked to Peter which was a very nice sales person, then i had the misfortune of getting the "gm of sales" come and negotiate with me. Terry Mah very arrogant and loud not looking to sell a car but more wanting to get into a bar fight. He even followed me out stating he can yell and scream because " this is my dealership". I would strongly advise owners or the gm of edmonton bmw to re-evaluate this guy's position and send him to some classes of basic communication. I would also like to be clear that this 1 star is only for this incompetent individual, bmw edmonton does have great staff like Rich, Chad and Peter.
The best dealership in the city. Treated me. Queen. This is why I am buying a BMW.
Excellent service, excellent selection! NO problems with the sales team, and no issues bringing in my X3 to the service department for my regular warranty servicing. Best BMW dealer in town
Mechanics are terrible would not recommend this garage
Buying a car is not just about selecting a car, it is about selecting a dealer. You want a dealership that is personable, professional and driven by integrity. Living in Vancouver we started our search there. Choosing the car, easy my wife’s dream car a BMW X3. Visited a number of dealerships in Vancouver. Hard to get sales attention, low offers on our trade that would change dramatically when we said no, sales people answering their phones while talking to us and a general lack of interest in customer service. While in Edmonton visiting family I needed a break so on a rainy day in shorts, sandals and a t-shirt I visited Edmonton BMW. What a difference. Tony, one of the sales team came over drawing attention to the weather offered a coffee and asked if there was anything else he could help with. I told him I was from Vancouver on vacation and was thinking about a new X3. I shared I like an easy buying experience fair for all involved. Wow, now a purchase experience began that was like doing business with family. Options found Tony went out to my car and came back with an extremely fair price. No telling me all the reasons my trade had minimal value. Tony new and more importantly, I knew he was being more than fair. Trust was established. Tony presented a couple of options in writing. One for a demo and one for a new car. No extras all of a sudden appearing. Everything as discussed with the savings on the demo being clear and transparent. No reason to get into any negotiations. Upfront my request for an easy transparent respectful process happened. A very fair price for the new car being purchased and a very fair offer for our trade. Hmm, which car though. My wife had’t seen the demo colour and we have not had a demo before. Time to think. I told Tony I would let him know the next day. No pressure for a deposit, just thank you and looking forward to chatting tomorrow. We choose the grey with chocolate interior demo. Yikes, now time for the Business Manager. Deep breathe, I will have to say no to 100 packages and protections! But wait, I am at Edmonton BMW, perhaps this will be a different experience. It was. I was introduced to Briana Miller. Briana was so personable and professional. I advised of our needs and how I would like the loan structured. Our questions answered and a $200 deposit paid we were quickly on our way with Briana promising she would call the next day. As promised we heard the next day with an approved loan at .99%. Briana thank you, you put this together exactly as we asked. You exceeded our expectations. Picking up the car was also perfect. With a big red bow on the car the X3 was introduced to my wife with Chad saying he will spend as much time with her as she wants. She enjoyed the delivery While my wife was learning about her new car I met with Briana and completed the paperwork. Everything ready and clearly explained before signing. Easy, professional, personable . We were quickly on our way to Vancouver with a full tank of gas being wished well by everybody. Back safety in Vancouver we have already received a follow up call from Chad to see all is ok and find out if there were more questions. It was clear from everyone we met at Edmonton BMW that this dealership is not about a transaction, it is about a relationship built on listening, trust, care, respect and integrity. We could not have been more satisfied with Tony, Briana, Chad and those behind the scene at Edmonton BMW. If you are thinking about buying a BMW even if you are from out of town I strongly recommend Edmonton BMW. You will have an amazing and easy purchase experience where you will feel you really do matter. Even living over 1,000 KM away our next car will be from Edmonton BMW.
Purchased a beautiful 2020 330i with the assistance of Bo Feng. Wonderful experience, made easy by Bo’s knowledgeable and thoughtful attention to every detail of the process. Highly recommended.
I've never had a bad experience with Edmonton BMW. I've been a loyal customer for the past 4 years and will not bring my X3 anywhere else. They go above and beyond every time.
Last November, I went to the south side branch of BMW in Edmonton to shop for a car. The salesman sold me a used 2016 X3 by providing misleading information. He showed me the original retail price to prove how expensive the car was by adding some extra charges. I felt pressured and rushed into signing the purchasing agreement. Upon signing the contract, I was asked to make a $2K down payment. The salesman failed to disclose and explain the special clauses in the contract including the non-refundable deposit. After I did some research and found out that the vehicle I purchased was overpriced, I went back to BMW the next day to discuss the unfair price and I ask them if they can refund my deposit. Well let me tell you – I’ve never felt so poorly mistreated. Not what you would expect from a luxurious brand. The customer service was absolutely terrible from the salesman to the sales manager. After I confronted the salesman about the misrepresented information and the unfair price, he completely refused to discuss. He had no obligation of helping me whatsoever because “the deal was done”. His unwillingness to help or discuss the situation was very upsetting. Not to mention the lack of professionalism. His attitude was absolutely horrible. The sales manager was not willing to help us either. When I complained to GM, he called me a liar. In this store, no one seems to care about a customer who will give you $60K business. The whole experience was frustrated and extremely unpleasant. Shouldn’t the customer experience be reflective of the quality of the brand? I really wish I could of given them a ZERO star but the lowest is one on Google review….I WOULD NEVER recommend this dealership.
Service Department is very disorganized and poorly managed. I purchased the Appearance Package on my new 535ix which covers windshield and door dings. Brought the car in for first service and fix a door ding and they said it could not be repaired at that time. Brought the car in for second service and again they said they couldn't fix as they didn't have the proper tools to repair. Service manager said that I should get it repaired in Red Deer where I live and send them the invoice for payment. Car is repaired and looks great however now the run around for over 6 months and still no reimbursement and also sounds like I might not get anything. I won't be dealing or servicing there again! To tell me now the appearance package only covers certain things is simply ridiculous. I was told to get the car repaired in Red Deer and they would cover it!!! I was definitely misled.
Went in to look at a Genesis Coupe and was handled very nicely by Connor. He knows his stuff, and doesn't come off as trying to shove the car down your throat. He's really easy going and doesn't make you feel as if he's the salesperson; more of a chilled out car guy who explains it all to you. Great Service at BMW.
We were in a tight situation where our X6 was too sick to drive anymore and it was on the cusp of winter where we did not have another vehicle to drive in our winter conditions. To add a little bitterness to the situation, we were heading on holidays in 5 days. Steve was so amazing that he assisted us in the newest and sleekest options for a new vehicle. The knowledge and determination that Steve gave to us to get us safely back onto our terrible Edmonton roads was outstanding! We were proud to add our 435 ix M Performance Grande Coupe to our family. Thank you Steve she's wonderful.
Great friendly service! Geoffrey was super. Knowledgeable, patient & relaxed (no pressure). We would definitely recommend this dealership. Couldn’t have been a better experience! Thank you, Brenda & Ernie
Had my '03 Mini Cooper S in to fix an issue with the power steering. Had done some troubleshooting before bringing it in, and ruled out the pump or pump cooling fan. Spoke directly with the service manager and told him some other things I found. He says, "That's almost certainly the U-joint, that's a pretty quick repair... I'll tell the service tech to look at that first". I get a call later that afternoon from the service tech asking my permission to change out the power steering pump! Would have been $1200 parts and labour! Said he also tried flushing the power steering fluid but it didn't seem to help (this was completely unnecessary and I refused to pay for it). I asked if he checked the U-joint, he said no. I'm a mediocre back yard mechanic following a service manual and I figured out it wasn't the pump. These guys are supposed to be professionals? So in spite of being told I'd have my car by the end of the day, I didn't get it back until the following day and they wouldn't even give me a loaner. On top of all of this, they wanted to charge the full "electrical diagnosis" fee instead of the "mechanical diagnosis" fee in spite of the fact that the service manager and I had established it was mechanical, and we correctly diagnosed the problem then and there in 2 minutes. I can't imagine how badly I'd have been fleeced by these hacks if I didn't have some mechanical knowledge already. They said they'll detail my car for me next time I'm in. This is something I will never take them up on.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Once you pay them your deposit the customer service is out the window. They purchase low quality auction vehicles and sell them as CPO’s when they really aren’t. Vehicle broke down on me too many times after short period of ownership. Stay away.
I'll be honest, I was not looking forward to going through the experience of buying a new vehicle. The back and forth, typical sales pitch, time commitment etc. Well let me tell you, Chris Brown and the rest of the BMW team on the south side of Edmonton certainly changed my perspective and set the bar for future experiences. Chris, even though he was technically in to catch up on paperwork that Sunday, came out to help as to not keep me waiting. He was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and charismatic. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for, to inform me and match me to the best option. I felt that he used my time effectively and not only did I love the car (M340i) but was motivated to want to give Chris the sale. The rest of the experience was just as flawless. Everyone made me feel so welcomed into the BMW family. It was so special to see the unveiling of the car. Tin in finance was extremely expedient, effective and just a pleasure to deal with. I had an absolute great time going through the car with Chad. Very patient, proficient and he had such a fantastic sense of humor. Never made me feel rushed and certainly gave me the impression that I could truly reach out to him at any time if I had questions or concerns as did Chris. The car of course is amazing and I couldn't be happier. For a girl who this time around didn't know what she wanted and had never even been in a BMW previous, I just feel so fortunate and am most definitely a proud new owner! There has been no lack of gushing about my experience and I really appreciate all of the efforts from the "A" team. Raylene Cantwell
Yea these guys have no idea what they are doing. All I wanted was to sit in the drivers seat of a 5 series to see if I liked the interior of the car before talking numbers. Instead I was sat at a desk as soon as I walked in and pressured to chose a car from a computer screen....Then when we did finally go out, instead of showing us a vehicle, the salesman shook my hand and the door and told me to come back on Saturday. I'm definitely not coming back on Saturday.
Thiers two things I hate shopping for, a house and a car. I got in an accident and needed to find a new car. Not looking forward to car shopping because every sales person you speak to wants to convince you all car out their are not as good as the one they are selling, along with using their annoying sales techniques to try to get you to buy the car the first time you visit the dealership. I visited 4 dealerships Lexus, Land Rover, Mercies and BMW. Who ever tells you the sale persons doesn't matter when buying a new vehicle or anything for that matter is a liar. After test driving the Lexus which I enjoyed and was seriously considering buying I was so annoyed by the saleswoman explaining to me how to put the car in Drive, how to use the power windows and locks and taking about 30 minutes of my day explaining the most basics things you learn before you are even allowed to drive I decided not to purchase a Lexus. My experience or lack of it at Range Rover wasn't the greatest the sales people did seem to interested to speak to a young guy in his 20's looking at a Range Rover so I didn't see the reason to purchase a vehicle a place that judges you on age and appearance. I ended up stopping by the BMW on roper road as I heard the new series of X5 were something worth while. I was approached by a salesman names Salem Chehade he started off by asking me if I had any questions or if I needed any help. He was very professional and not pushy in any way at all. He explained the new features of the vehicle and showed me how the different options work NOT HOW TO PUT THE CAR IN DRIVE UNLOCK THE DOORS OR PUT DOWN THE WIDNOWS LIKE LEXUS. After giving me and my wife our space and allowing us to take the vehicle for a test drive with him quietly in the back letting me actually drive the vehicle I knew I had found someone who was professional and wasn't desperate for a sale. He provided me with all the costs associated with the vehicle and no hidden fees were brought up at signing. I ended up going back a few days after and purchased my new 2016 BMW x5i35. The car is awesome, but had a got a salesperson like I did at Lexus I assure you I wouldn't of been driving a BMW right now. I would recommend Salem to anyone interested in buying a new car as I'm sure you will be treated the same way I was. Very professional and not aggressive in any way. nice to know that their are a few salespeople out their that aren't all over you the minute you walk in the dealership.
Dealing will Bo Feng From BMW has been great. He is very responsive, helpful, and found me the best deals on my vehicle. I realize helpful employees and great companies are hard to come by, so I made it a priority to make sure I write a good review for Bo! Thank you for your help and I would recommend this to all my friends and family.
This was our second purchase there, dealt with Sham who was a true professional, never once felt pressured by him, and he worked extremely hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. I would recommend Sham to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Erick Vela
Wish I could give even less stars. Please please please no one buy a BMW here. Once you’ve purchased your vehicle they don’t care about you even in the slightest. I understand that may be a dealership thing but this it is so outrageous how slimy and greasy these people are. Disappointing really.
I only received good service when I was buying my car other than that they treat the customer like garbage. I have called the dealership 12 times in the last three days, left messages 9 times on a machine and 3 times with a person and still no one has returned my calls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR OR GET SERVICING DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE.
My esteemed salesman was Jerrald Chang; he treated me like a king! Right from the time I entered the Edmonton BMW showroom until I left, I sensed the comfort of someone who matters. This made me feel I needed to stay on and check on the BMW cars and SUVs. It didn't take Jerrald and myself long before we connected and found what I was looking for - a nice BMW X5. I must say that Jerrald and the entire Financial (Brianna) & the General/Sale Managers' team helped me so easily to settle for what I wanted and made sure I got it -my new BMW; They made it look so easy, yet this was something I thought wouldn't happen in a lifetime. Thank you so much for making buying a BMW so exceptional - keep doing what you're doing and keep it up!!
I sent my X5 in for some small issues and diagnostics.. WOW talk about customer service! I was able to leave my vehicle for the few days the repairs took, my service advisor Selena was in constant contact with updates and work approvals keeping me in the loop the whole time. Not only did they repair all issues, they completely detailed my very well lived in car to showroom perfection. I do not live in Edmonton, I actually live out of province but I will continue to bring my X5 here for all work. Outstanding! Thanks team :) My passion runs like MY dream!
Called about a replacement phone dock for my 650I, guy on the phone said they didn't exist for Samsung until I told him I saw them on BMW'S website, then he wanted me to find a part number for him. Not the level of customer service I expect from BMW
Great customer service. Bjorn, the service specialist goes above and beyond to help out as much as possible. Definitely recommend
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen Abela at Edmonton BMW on several occasions. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event particularly in the luxury car market. Stephen has a way about him that immediately puts you at ease. He is extremely attentive and helps answer any questions when needed but will also give you your space as you contemplate your choices. Knowing this perfect balance is what makes Stephen a professional and competent salesman. On three separate occasions I have recommended family and friends to Stephen at Edmonton BMW, each have had similar experiences. This is especially gratifying knowing that there is consistency in how he deals with customers. I have also had two minor visits to the service department. Both issues were dealt with quickly and the advisors were very accommodating to my busy schedule. Highly recommend.
charged 4300$ to fix oil leaks supposedly, then all the sudden engine oil starts leaking into my spark plugs, and the only thing Eduardo from service could offer me Was a lesson about “Ethics”
I had an exceptional experience with Edmonton BMW, I dealt with Harp 5 months ago he is a fantastic sales rep at Edmonton BMW, every time I have a question or concern I’d call him and he always answers and gives my great experience.
I have only had to go to BMW once for a problem with my Mini Cooper. The coolant and oil were mixing because of a leak under the hood somewhere. The staff in the service department were amazing!! They were friendly and knowledgable
Went in for a 55 point inspection. The advisor over the phone told me it would take 2 hours or so. ALTHOUGH it’s a quick inspection because it’s a 55 point, they took my car for an entire day and had no loner vehicle. Advisors attitude was trash! Would highly recommend to take your car to the other BMW dealership.
I live in Calgary but purchased a car from Edmonton. Edmonton BMW had the car I wanted and offered me a fair trade on mine. The deal started on line and was actually completed over the phone although both cars were not seen by the other party. Everyone was great to deal with right from beginning to end that included Geoff (Sales Representative), Sam (Sales Manager), and Tin (Financial Rep). Can't remember the name of the person that reviewed the new vehicle with me but he was very good as well. I would recommend Edmonton BMW to anyone as the personnel are very professional.
Initially my son had very poor customer service at the Southside dealership. But after BMW recognized the problem, they took care of the situation. They were respectful, kind, more accommodating, and made matters much better. Thank you for knowing better and as a result doing better.
Edmonton BMW provided an excellent and efficient service. The Sales Associates Sham, Christian, his father, Richard; the Sales Manager were wonderful and provided a very friendly experience. Breanna from the finance department was also an expert in her field and made everything a smooth exchange. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to find their BMW dealership of choice.
Peter at Edmonton BMW was very professional and quick and understood our needs. Got a new Mini Cooper for a great price. Me and my family spent quite some there the staff was friendly and courteous. We are happy with our experience. We highly recommend this place.
I recently brought in my 328 for warranty work. I found there customer service to be excellent and there staff from the service manager to the service representative to be courteous and very professional.
See Salina in service. Bought from Bavaria but service here. Always keeps me happy.
I have had nothing but fantastic service while I had my car dropped in to get repairs! I have been to many dealerships and shops and received from terrible to mediocre service up until now. This is by far the best dealership I've been to! Shawn Goodwin and the mechanic he worked with, ensured my car was in the greatest care and made sure it was in amazing condition at the end. In addition to this, he made sure to communicate with me regarding any issues and updated me regularly to put my mind at ease. I look forward to coming to this location if I ever have any issues regarding my vehicle! Thank you guys so much!
Every now and then a customer service experience takes your breath away.... We purchased a new BMW from Edmonton BMW and could not be more satisfied. From the purchase to the pickup of the car - it was a seamless, extremely well-coordinated happy experience. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was wonderful. Huge thanks to Peter for making sure we had everything we needed; Much appreciation for Tin and the time he took explaining details; and so much gratitude for Chad, who gave us the most detailed and informative tutorial on our BMW - never once making me feel inept with the technology. These people clearly love what they do and take pride in their work and it shows. My husband purchased the car Friday and we took delivery on Saturday - less than 24 hours after he walked in to the dealership to look at options for a new car for me. Pickup was an amazing experience - we loved the big red bow and enjoyed the unveiling!! I think what truly made the difference for us - was how much everyone at Edmonton BMW wanted us to understand that this was a relationship we were building and they would all be there for us whenever we needed assistance or had questions. Unfortunately a few months ago we purchased a new Jeep Compass for our daughter from another dealership. There is no comparison between the two customer service experiences. We will never recommend or go back to the dodge dealership. However the people at Edmonton BMW have ensured we never go anywhere else and will highly recommend the dealership to our friends! We are now wishing we had purchased our daughter’s car from Edmonton BMW. If you’re thinking about buying a car - please go to Edmonton BMW and see what customer service should be. If your experience is half of what ours was - you will be elated. We were/are!! Thank you everyone at Edmonton BMW!! Rating?? - 11/10 !!!!!
GM, Jan doesn't honour his commitments. BMW corporate doesn't stand behind their product, and the service Manager while he tries hard, doesn't have a leader in his GM (Jan) nor the team or corporate support to get the job done. If they can't solve your problem, expect to be "ghosted", or told "That's how it is" AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP
Huge shout out to Dave. Gave exceptional customer service. Have always had nice experience with this dealership. Don't mind paying more as long as customer service is beyond expectations. Thanks for always taking care of my X3 Dave.
My experience with Bo at Edmonton BMW Mini was the best car buying experience I have had! Bo was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. If you need a new vehicle, see Bo! He will help you find exactly what you want. Thank you Bo! I love my new car!
Thank you Ralph for the great service! I look forward to coming back and seeing you!
Sam at Edmonton BMW has sold us 3 incredible bmw's over the past few years and we applaud his service. He does everything in his power to assist us and we love having this company as our preferred dealership.
most pathetic experience ever! The so called "sales manager" tears the quote right on my face, just because he is frustrated about me asking questions about the quote! You just want me to sign the deal if I like the car, no matter whatever you put on the quote??? Ridiculous............
Thanks Bo for great experience with Edmonton BMW. Very sufficient service, I really appreciate the effort and suggestions. I am very happy with my new car.
Jeez... what a brutal experience I had with Edmonton BMW. I had a punctured tire and it was a Saturday. I had to be back in Calgary by 2PM on Monday which was clear from the beginning. They advised me to drive the vehicle down to them as soon as possible and that they would order a tire with the sizing I have them and have it waiting for me for when I arrived. Great! Luckily, I’m in the industry and know people trying to help me out. My tire was not a run flat so it was not safe to drive to the dealership. When I told the girl who booked my appointment in, she said it was fine and to drive down anyway and if I the tire needed to be replaced, it was there otherwise they would repair it. It was a sidewall puncture that couldn’t be repaired, they had the wrong tire for me at the dealership, and if I drove on my tire I would’ve damaged my rim. I got my vehicle towed and was told it would be ready Monday by 11AM. This would give them to process my tire warranty claim and it would give me enough time to get home. No problem, I was still happy! Fast forward to Monday. A different service advisor called me asking for my warranty paperwork after I had sent over all the info I had on Saturday. She told me that the office was closed and wouldn’t open until 9AM. Incorrect. It opened at 8AM and it clearly stated that on the paperwork that was sent on Saturday. There was delay in my claim being processed because of that to start off with. Now, realizing that the information I provided on Saturday hadn’t been relayed, I called and told the service advisor again that my tire was not a run flat. Having to go home ASAP, I showed up at 11:30 assuming my car wouldn’t be much longer. Nope. I was at the dealership until 4PM because they had to reorder the tire TWICE. All of which could’ve been avoided if they had: a) listened to me on Saturday when I told them it wasn’t a run flat, b) checked the tire when the car arrived on Saturday to ensure the one they ordered was accurate, c) checked the tire that needed to be replaced on Monday when whoever the new service advisor was took over. Apart from that, pieces of the trunk were removed and not put back in place, my back seat was pushed down while there and still laying flat. There were dirty hand prints all over my driver side door. My car was not this way before I left it, and if it was the tow truck driver that did it, I would think BMW would put everything back in place as it was related to the repair. I still can’t manage to get the pieces to fit as they did before. All in all, I wish I could’ve give 0 zero stars. Edmonton BMW needs better processes in place with their service department so that they’re team communicates better and has the knowledge needed to do their jobs properly. Not only that, but I haven’t received a survey from BMW that their customers are supposed to get.. except I guess the ones with horrible experiences. I’ll remember to go back to Bavaria BMW where I purchased my car from originally. Never had an issue there and when I called there that day, the service advisor knew right off the bat that my tire could be a run flat or not a run flat. Too bad the tow truck couldn’t take me there.
Purchased my 5 series and my X6 from terry. He was great and always looks out for me. Family atmosphere at this dealership for sure. I Highly recommend this dealership.
Great customer service. I like how the manager came out to meet me. Terry treated me with the utmost respect and took care of me. We found the perfect vehicle and he gave me a great deal. Ill only buy my bmw's from here.
I recently had my vehicle repaired through BMW. Carmen was amazing and lead me through the entire process. Terry also helped me look at my options with new vehicles. They were the best!
This is mostly a review on the service department. We bought our first car from Edmonton BMW in Feb 2014 It was a fun little 1 series and this dealership was the only one that would let us test drive it in the winter. I wasn't impressed with our sales person..but we were impressed with the car. We ended up having a bunch of problems with the car but the BMW warranty covered it all (best warranty around). But every time we took it in for service, they would forget to do something...or not fix it correctly. It was extremely frustrating. My husband said many times that they gave BMW a bad name. I voiced my concerns to Kathleen Kelly, the Customer Relations Manager, many times and over the course of the ownership of our car I noticed things were changing for the better.... We ended up trading in our fun little 1 series last month for a new M2. There is only two dealerships in Edmonton to choose from, so we went back to Edmonton BMW. The sales was OK. I wasn't ready to get a new car that day, but I'm sure they saw that my husband was. Conner, our sales person, he was alright. Tin helped us out in finance. And the guy who does the presentations of the car when you pick it up was very nice. We have already done our 2000km break in service it was good. Selena called and updated me on everything (one of my old concerns when we bought our first car, I never knew what was happening, it was hours before anyone got back to us!) Kathleen also called to check up after we bought the car. I like that the service department does listen to the concerns of their customers and works on improving themselves.
Thank you for the Great Service to the fine people at Edmonton BMW, especially to Brianna, Freddy and most importantly, Bo Feng........ these folks know what customer service and care mean!
Worse exp ever , bought a 3 series nothing but problems .engine noise they claimed it was fixed ,noise still there .my rim was scratched.service advisor never called to update .worse sales and service dept .will never buy a bmw .trading mine for a audi.
After a horrible experience dealing with Bavaria BMW, and being contacted for service. I decided to give Edmonton BMW a try and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Thinking I was coming into the service department for an oil, and filters change, I was approached by one of their most experienced service advisors (Ralph) who actually advised me that I had no servicing to be done at this time.. imagine that an honest dealership telling you that you don't have to spend money.. that goes a long way my books, and they'll have my business for life. I was then advised that my warranty was set to expire in September 22, and that they currently had a sale extending my warranty for 2 years, and I was introduced to Jasmine Usman to discuss the intricacies of the warranty package. I am not one that becomes comfortable around people easily and always question their motives, but Jasmine quickly made me feel comfortable with our general chats, and discussion revolving around the warranty package, she was amazing. During the entire time I was at Edmonton BMW, I never once felt pressured in any way, and believed that they had my best interest at heart which is rare. Sincerest congratulations on having Ralph and Jasmine on your staff, they are definite assets to your company. .
I purchased new BMW X1 2016 from Talay Kurtulus. He is very patient and professional when I asked him questions, even on his days off. I am strongly recommending him if you wanna buy a BMW car.
I went to the dealership because I knew one of the salesman there. I was actually looking for a truck and the salesman went out of his way to find me one within the group. I love my vehicle and I am completely happy with the service that received. They treated me with respect and the whole experience was pleasurable.
Have purchased two BMW's in the last two years from this dealership and I have found the experience from sales, finance and service to be top notch. Shout out to Peter, Chad and Briana.
Fantastic! I would give 6 stars if I could. The service was friendly and patient, with our questions and 6 year old daughter. :o) We worked with Richard Neeves for our purchase. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. Thank you Mini Edmonton!
Geoff exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with our 2020 x1. Terry gave us a great deal. Much appreciated and recommended.
I’m looking to buy my dream car a m4 I came in asked if I could test drive a used m4 because I’ve never driven one before or sat in one. They questioned if I could even afford it which crazy told me to go buy Lexus because I told them I’m also looking at a rc-f denied me a test drive and wasted almost 30 minutes only to be sent away. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t get his name but he was a bald Asian fellow. who sat infront of a black m2 and a silver m5. It was really embarrassing especially since there were family’s and other customer around.
Great service and sales. I bought three autos from BO, he’s courteously and willing to help customers. Nice experience right here.
Good service but the rates are not worth it. lots of private mechanics that will do a much better job
I don't usually write reviews but every time I come to Edmonton BMW, I am so impressed by how attentive everyone is. From the first person you checks you in, to the service adviser, to the driver and to the receptionists - everyone is so kind and makes sure you have everything you need. I always leave feeling great and well taken care of. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you!
Great dealership. They treated me excellent and have top quality customer service. I purchased a new x5 from this location and love the new vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else.
I bought M240 from Bo in Edmonton BMW over a year ago, He was very professional and courteous ,and answer all my questions and helped me even after I took delivery on my car. This year I decided to change to something different so I got a second car from Bo. Again, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience for me. Just after the winter started this year, I damaged my rim and tire on my X5M. Bo, and the service advisor Selena helped me again to get this new tire and rim, Just because I got rim and tire protection plan, they replaced with new ones without questions asked. I am very impressed with what this dealership can offer, doesn’t matter if I buy new vehicle or just come in for service. You know there is someone you can trust for years to come, will come back for another car definitely Thank you Bo, Selena and all the staff members there
Had Chad today walk me through my new Mini. Very professional and patient with my "senior" questions. The service from the day I walked through the door from Fred, Terry, Brianna, Tin and many others was excellent. A very first class operation, would highly recommend them to others. I simply love my Mini!!
Great deal on a used BMW a few months ago. Staff was excellent to deal with and they are even better with their service dept. when I went in for an oil change. Makes me delighted I made the right choice in dealer!
Don't look scruffy going into here. They will more likely through you out then help you. Need a power steering pump hose after 20 mins I left.
Ive been going BMW southside for about a year now wanted share my expérience super great customer service my advisor was Carmen Herreros super awesome To work with thank you also like thank team in back thank you.
Poor experience. I bought my BMW from this dealership and in 4 years I haven't had one smooth situation with them. From the time of talking about buying a vehicle till today - not a single good moment I can point to. Everything has always been challenging with them. I do not recommend this dealership and will never go back to them. I've bought many vehicles in the past and this is the worst yet. My name is Maninder Birdi on your file BMW. You'll find me.
The service provided at Edmonton BMW was exceptional. I would like to thank Sam Chehade and Edmonton BMW's Sales Staff for the pleasurable transaction we had. I highly recommend Edmonton BMW for anyone in the luxury car market.
I can't believe my new car started leaking oil on the second day of purchasing! Also there are damages on my rear tires. When I talked to them, they just said it was a small problem, and then they replaced the whole front differential... Their sales manager's attitude was so rude and he didn't care about this. It feels like the only thing they want to do is to fix the car and kick me out. Anyway, I will never ever buy a BMW again, and I already told my friends not buying BMW; two of them already changed their mind. If you think you are smart to get benefits from me by selling me a broken car, you actually are losing more business for sure!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Edmonton BMW and had some concerns. Both the sales and service manager were great to deal with and rectified the issues immediately. Eduardo the service manager went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for exceptional customer service i would highly recommend Edmonton BMW.
Asked staff not to call me after my visit... received emails.... and 4 phone calls with a not nice last voicemail as I had not returned the calls..... I was told that they did not have the mini Cooper I wanted and on my way out I saw 2 in the parking lot.... I think the salesman didn't bother to look and just tried to push me into a BMW... and after the voicemails I received I will just go with Lexus instead.
I normally would not make a review, although when initially dissatisfied, Terry Mah (General Sales Manger) contacted me IMMEDIATELY to rectify with me. I was very shocked and pleased with what he has done. Needless to say, I ended up getting the car I initially hoped for. Thank You Terry!
What a great experience I had with Peter today. He was very swift in finding the vehicle as I just came from Bavaria, from which my experience was atrocious. at Bavaria, it took over thirty minutes just for the employee to find the vehicle that I wished to see. When I decide to make my purchase, I will definitely be seeing Peter at Edmonton BMW!
My wife and I bought our X1 and 335xi coupes from Steve Abela at Edmonton BMW. Not only were we treated with respect right when we walked in the door, but the entire process from finalizing the sale to meeting their business manager was smooth, professional and timely. When you buy a luxury vehicle you expect your experience to be top notch, and this was exactly what we got. We will only buy our vehicles at BMW, and only from Steve. He is professional, knowledgeable about the product and very easy to work with. If you want to buy a BMW and you want a no hassle, professional and honest salesman, then Steve is the one to buy from.
The sales department was fantastic! However, from the moment I had to deal with the service department I was disappointed. I have NEVER experienced such bad service. The people are nice but everything is so disorganized and painfully long. An example of issues I had was when I had a warranty issue that took months to resolve. When I brought my X3 in to the service dept (which was less than 6 months old at the time) I told them the speakers blew. I didn't receive any updates on the status of my X3 and after they had it for a couple of weeks I called to get a status update, they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with it!?! I explained to them AGAIN it is the speakers and after about another week they called to tell me the speakers had blown (Duh! that is what I said) and it was going to take 4-6weeks for parts! The straw that broke the camels back was when I was told it was a 3 week wait to just put on my summer tires (which are on rims as my car was outfitted with the $4200 winter tire package). As I paid for storage of my tires at BMW I requested that they pull them out of storage and I will have the tires changed else where. When I went to pick them up they showed me where there were stacked and didn't offer to help load them. I am a small female, I struggled but managed to get the tires (which are on heavy rims) into my vehicle. Another customer actually offered to help. When I finished loading them someone from BMW came by and said "we could have helped you with that". Thanks? but a little late! After wasting too much time and being completely frustrated with the service department, I decided to sell my BMW. I just don't have the time to deal with the inadequacies of this dealerships service department. I know other BMW owners that have done the same thing as me because the service department is so bad. I have to say, I am much happier now!!
GREAT Experience with Sanyda in sales department. She understand every aspect of sales and at the end " Make Customer Happy" . Process was smooth and quick. Keep it up :) Cheers
Peter is the person you want to see at this dealership. It was a great purchase experience and he has always been a great help and always resolved, right advise and / or delegated to right person with the concern(s) I called him for. Dave in service is a great service advisor.
Service department got very poor service. I got scratches on my x5 while it was there for service. I informed service manager immediately and he promised me to call me back same day. waited till next day called him 4 times and he was not available. Finally 5th time I got contact with him and he told me that scratches were there on my car and they are not going to repair this. Very bad customer service at service department . I will be talking with my lawyer regarding this. Never again Edmonton BMW
Jeff Quick is very quick, professional & respectful guy. Buying a car from him is a unique & wonderful experience.
Check out my Facebook review for full details. Worst customer service conceivable, changed my email on file so I wouldn't receive emails surveys from BMW Canada. Lied on work order about me approving a quote which I never received, never returns calls or emails, have to chase for information regarding your vehicle's status. Highly recommend staying away from this dealership, looks like I'm not the only one who agrees.
Friendly staff. Good deals.
I have been looking for a bmw for the longest time and this dealership found me the perfect vehicle and gave me a great deal. Three thumbs up!!!
I bought my car from Bavaria because I thought the online sales here was pushy and did not provide any information on the cars I enquired eventhough contact was given. Decided to try service and swap tires here because its nearer. First visit was totally disappointing. Rescheduled my appointment twice. Brought the car in, lots of cars at the service department so I checked with the friendly receptionist to ensure the car can be collected at the end of the day and she said yes. Arranged for shuttle pick up etc. On my way home, another lady called saying "i'm not sure who made the appointment, but I cant get the car ready today". No apology and apparently there is no communication between the service dept and the person who scheduled appointments. She said it will be an hour or so before she can get the car in and yet, she has the chick to ask me if I wanted the air filter and brake fluid changed as well (obviously she made the assumption because its a 2014 car), trying to get business from me. I was mad enough and obviously I said no. The next day, she called to say the summer tires I have is COMPLETELY 100% worn out. Oh wow, I bought the car end of last year and had winter tires switched less than a month after buying. I know the tires still have some life to it and NOT 100% worn out. And immediately she wasted no time, to try giving me a quote and refusing to do the change because its not safe-i'm not a new driver so I know that too. So I said, just regular service and thats it. Even If I have to do any of this, I don't think I want to give the business to her for her arrogant she-thinks-she-know-it-all attitude. I will go back to Bavaria even if it means a longer drive there.
I would really like to thank Edoardo and Eric, they stay true to their word on helping me out. They were extremely kind and took the time to explain what was necessary to be done. I would recommend dealing with these ones to any of my friends and family.
Wonderful experience every time I walk through the doors at Edmonton BMW, the sales and lot staff are very friendly and helpful. They even humour my young son when he comes in with me by showing him all of the "cool cars", making sure even he gets the BMW experience! They continue to exceed my expectations with every visit; your experience will be nothing less than exceptional here!
I gave a deposit on a car on January, but I don't want the car any more. So I want my deposit back, and they just tell me their machine was dead and will sent me check but I still did not receive yet. Such a liar.
This is my fourth car in this shop, Bo is my sales very helpful and good service to me.I feel so happy to buy car here. Brianna Terry and Trung nice people and service.
Whoever is answering the calls for Service department needs to chill and not rush the customer. This is the 3rd time I am calling since I got my car and I haven't had any problem until today. (Nov 4, 2021 call was made at 1531).
Bought my m4 from this dealership and Terry the sales manager took care of me. And on top of it all they are REPLACING my vehicle for me with a newer model and it's not costing me anything. Unbelievable experience. I've heard of brands replacing parts I have never heard of a brand voluntarily replacing a whole vehicle. I will never buy another brand, I will never buy from another dealership.
The best service department I’ve dealt with at any dealership. Selena Barabe, you are easily the nicest service advisor I’ve ever spoken with. Thank you
My overall experience was not great and did not meet my expectations for a “luxury” dealership. My x1 was towed due to a flat tire on a Sunday. I was contacted by their Service department immediately on Monday morning stating that I need to get my one tire replaced and that it requires a wheel alignment as well. They advised me that they didn’t have my tire in stock so they have to order it in which takes a few days. I kindly asked for a loaner vehicle as I needed a vehicle to commute to work. However, I was told that they didn’t have many loaner vehicles and that they are all currently in use. I insisted that I really needed one so they said “we’ll add you to the list”. Fast forward to Thursday, they finally called me to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. I was pleased that it was finally done after 4 days. I asked if they could get their shuttle to pick me up. But the SA laughed and said “sorry we don’t offer that, we haven’t had one of those since the pandemic”. They didn’t even offer any alternatives. A dodge dealership treats their customers better than that!! I expected my experience to be better, seeing that it was from a premium auto dealership. I’m very disappointed, will definitely not be giving them my business in the future.
Very good vehicles and excellent service at Edmonton BMW. Richard and Eduardo, Thank you guys!
very happy with the service department, their service advisers work very hard to keep you happy, give you quick updates on the work progress and keep their promises.
Horrible customer service and very dishonest when I took my car for servicing. I took my car in for a flat tire to be fixed and they quoted me $500 for the tire and install. When I went to pick up my vehicle they billed me over $650. They charged me 89 dollars to change 1 tire and 60 dollars for a diagnosis. After a heated argument with DAVE he told me he had to see other customers and I had to pay the full amount so I did. I wrote on the receipt that I will take this up with BMW Canada, Dave came back to me and said he thought there were 4 tires so he refunded me the money and apologized. This is very surprising since we talked about 1 tire the entire time and he took the car in himself. Clearly dishonest. Also, I was not offered a shuttle back for hours. I didn’t expect this type of service from a bmw dealership. I own 2 bmws and seemed to always have issues with Edmonton Bmw. Bavaria bmw is a much better service Center and I can rely on what they say.
Had to bring in my X3 for a recall and a battery diagnosis and service writer, Carmen, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, thorough, and informative. She made my first experience at this dealership amazing!
Excellent service at Edmonton BMW! Thanks to Terry, Sham, Chad and Briana. Highly recommend checking this location up if you're looking to get a BMW.
We have owned 8 BMW's over our lifetime. Last fall, we purchased a gently used one from Edmonton BMW (first time from them). They were fair to deal with, did not pressure us and were knowledgeable and open. Unfortunately, the vehicle was in an accident about 3 months later and during the repair process, some previous damage was found. I went to the dealership to discuss it with them and the were highly accommodating in making things right. With the circumstances, I expected some token resolution, but they were more than fair and helpful. It exceeded my expectations significantly and they earned my respect as a customer. I am in customer service and always value a relationship over an incident and it was clear their values were similar. I would highly recommend them as ethical, professional and reputable.
Bright and airy showroom with a large number of vehicles on display. Sales people are very professional and knowledgeable as well.as no pressure. The customer lounge is nice and cozy with a good selection of beverages
Had an unpleasant experience with the Service department this morning, problem is not resolved but thanks to Richard from the Sale, he's always friendly and helpful, strongly recommend to meet him if you are thinking to get a vehicle from the store :)
We had an excellent experience with Selena in service. She was prompt in returning our phone calls, and kept us updated as to the progress of our vehicle. She was very helpful, professional and friendly, and we would highly recommend dealing with her. Thank you, Selena!!
Great service and even better deal. Terry and Bo were quick to offer the best they could without any hassle or gimmicks. Amazing personable touch from Briana and Chad with the purchase. Second vehicle purchased here, will definitely be back.
Car was brought in for oil change and left with thousands of dollars in damage due to rag that was on tires used on hood and pressured wash by dealer after peeling the clear coat everywhere DO NOT BRING YOUR BMW HERE
Purchased a New 2021 X5 from Chris Brown! Had a great experience, the whole process went flawlessly. Couldn't have ask for better service! The sales receptionist was also very kind and helpful when I came in! Thanks again so happy with my new BMW!!!
As a SAHM of 2 young kids, I really wanted a pressure free & flexible way to purchase a car. I had a great experience dealing with Sham at Edmonton BMW. I called to inquire after seeing an ad through Auto Trader. Then for about 2 weeks we worked through messages to negotiate a fair trade in deal for a pre owned vehicle. On pick up day, I was in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hrs (including time to barter for a set of winter tires & rims). I appreciated being able to register my vehicle without having to leave the finance office (through their account with a nearby registry office). Overall, a smooth experience with the Edmonton BMW Team who worked around my schedule! I look forward to returning for my next vehicle!
Very pleasant purchase experience with Edmonton BMW. Specific thanks to Sales Associate, Chris Brown, but also to all the staff who helped facilitate the sale.
I purchased a new M3 at Edmonton BMW. The sales experience was just fine. It was the servicing that was a disaster. I had the vehicle in for an oil change in October of 2014, very shortly after which, I parked it for the winter. Upon taking the car out in the spring of 2015, the check engine/cut power mode happened frequently. It was then that I noticed that the oil had been overfilled. (!) I brought the car in and the service advisor confirmed that the oil had indeed been overfilled, but it was basically not their fault. Yes the M3 doesn't have a dipstick, but it's still straightforward to wait for 10 minutes until the car warms up and then check it on the display. Seriously, they had ONE job. And they screwed it up, either due to gross incompetence, apathy, or in a deliberate attempt to make more money from BMW Canada on warranty work. The attitude of the service advisor was atrocious. The OBD was showing a faulty sensor. She told me the part was in Vancouver, so it would take at least a week to get there. I called Bema in Saskatoon and was told the part could be there in 2 days. After all this, a Manager type person gave me a call and said all the right things, that Edmonton BMW was in the wrong. He said he was going to send gift certificates for BMW merchandise. This was a lie, as it was never done. Two different parts were needed to fix the damage done, and these were installed by Calgary BMW. If you value your vehicle, keep it away from Edmonton BMW Service would be my recommendation.
Although I bought my X3 in Saskatchewan, I did all the maintenance and recall service in this dealer. Service is very good!!! they even use the bmw750 as a shuttle car, really really impressed. recommend to all guys!
Hesham was very polite and took the time to listen to my needs with out pressure. i would highly recommend him for his serviceability in purchasing a bmw.
I've enjoying driving my New M2 since the day it left the lot. Jerrald help me with the process. I've bought several vehicles in the past and the BMW experience was the less stressful and easier. At no point I was pushed to buy the car. Jerrald told me to wait until the roads were better to test drive the car, as It came with Summer Tires. (No rushing me) We took the car for a drive and it is an AWESOME machine. Really happy with my M2, happy with the experience. Thanks, Harry Payes
Looking for a new vehicle at Edmonton BMW was a relaxing experience the staff were very attentive and answered all my questions yet they didn't pressure me and gave me space when required. I believe the gentleman I talked to was named Steve and he made feel like a friend with the way he gave me advice on the various models in my price range. I will be coming back and would trustingly recommend to family, friends and even strangers Edmonton BMW as a positive and productive shopping experience.
This review is regarding a new 2019 X3. My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Edmonton BMW. Our salesman Jerrald Chung was very helpful in finding us the vehicle we wanted and providing a competitive package with our trade-in. We needed to have the vehicle shipped elsewhere as well and the team helped us with that too. We were also very impressed by the efficiency of the finance team and services dept. that showed us how the vehicle operates. Would definitely recommend dealing with Edmonton BMW!
I was in the other day and sat with one of your service advisors. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Not to often I get amazing service and was able to get all the information I needed. She was very easy to talk to. I had some questions about a BMW and I spoke with Her, she was very professional and was able to answer my questions. I have never received great service like this walking into a dealership and now this has made me make a decision to move forward in the purchase of a BMW. To me Selena is a great asset to your service department and I look forward to meeting with her more in the future!
David in service was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He even took photos of potential issues that needed to be addressed with my E60. I was shuttled to and from my meeting in a new 750i while my car was being serviced. Shuttle driver was punctual, professional and fun to converse with. Everything went smoothly, with no hidden surprises. Thanks for the great service!
Terry mah, the general sales manager is the rudest person I've ever met, after I cancelled my purchase I had to deal with him, he was not professional at all, he lost his cool and took me and my girlfriend out side to talk freely, he was insulting us, making fun of us, and constantly lying to prove a point, what he didn't know is that we recorded the whole conversation, I tried to do something about it through amvic but they claimed to be always busy. Edmonton BMW took over $4000 from me, I tried talking to other managers but noone ever called me back or care at all, so my only advice is to avoid this dealership at any cause. Also i paid for the appearance protection package , and when i made a claim to use it, they still have to approve it. I try to touch up some paint spots but they denied it because they claim they don't do rock chip repairs, but when i bought the car, the finance department told me that it was included. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST FOR A SALE, UPDATE. Don't be fooled by the "owner's" response for this review, he was clearly not present at the time of the deal and clearly not fully informed of what was discussed (hes only told what they want him to hear). This is not the only BMW dealership in town, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!
Excellent and intelligent service!
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Edmonton BMW from sales rep's Richard and Sam. They were very professional and very helpful the whole way through the process. We believe we were provided a great deal for the vehicle we purchased. They were both available anytime we had questions. If your looking for a BMW and want a excellent deal with outstanding sales service contact one of these guys. You won't be disappointed. Oh ya and the M3 is incredible.
Always a great experience with Selena Barabe ! She takes her time and makes sure that I am looked after and all my questions are answered ! P.S she always remembers my X5’s name (Ramzi) and doesn’t think I am crazy lol
On our third X5 and we keep coming back to Edmonton BMW because of the superior and professional treatment we get from Selena Barabe in the service department. She is second to none!
I was interested in the Mini's and was referred by a friend to see Carla. I am so impressed by the service Carla provided to myself and my husband. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she loves what she does! She was also able to find a Mini that met all of my needs and wants. We were also assisted by Sam (sales manager) and Briana (finance) and both of them were amazing. They were very professional and made sure to answer any questions we had. When we picked up the vehicle, we were helped by a gentleman named Chad that went through the delivery with us. He was awesome! He helped me connect my phone to the vehicle and made sure I knew how everything worked. I am very grateful for the customer service I received at BMW. It was a night and day experience compared to what I received at the previous dealership I visited. Thanks again to Carla, Sam, Briana and Chad. You are all awesome!
After a run around with a different dealership I called ask about used inventory at Edmonton BMW. Within 20 minutes of talking to Sham on the phone I already had my application through for the exact vehicle I was looking for. A day later I was approved for the car, at a great price. Briana in finance was very fast to respond and get my papers in order within a day also. The car was in the exact condition as I was told, drives awesome, more than happy and will repeatedly return to Edmonton BMW from Calgary. Thanks again Sham.
I have just purchased my third car at the Edmonton BMW with Richard Neeves and this time Chris Neeves also attended us. Chris gave us excellent service. He was very patient, explained the features of the car very well and resolved all of our doubts. We feel good dealing with people like those at the Edmonton BMW. Thank you!
I recently bought new mini cooper from here. The two salesmen, Yoonse Roh and Peter Caroll helped me a lot to find the perfect vehicle with great deal. I was able to get financed even with short credit history. They were very respectful and professional, and I love my new vehicle. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend as well
My experience with Edmonton BMW on Roper Rd was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. I have driven BMW since I was 16, learning to drive on an X5 and a 328i. I have always been impressed by the feel and reliability of the make, so when it came time for my husband to look for a new vehicle I suggested he look to BMW. I am aware of how quickly BMW's depreciate once off the lot and suggested we, instead, look at model a few years old to avoid unnecessary costs (330i). We found a model we liked and booked an appointment to test drive the car after work. We went in, excited to start the car searching process. The salesman was courteous and had us sit down to discuss the car. An hour later and we still have not seen the vehicle and, instead, the salesman had pre-drawn up purchase papers. We had not even agreed to purchasing the car, let alone test-drove it and he was pressuring us to buy it. Along with this, he was berating us for not purchasing new. I understand these salespeople are on commission. However, there is a point when you need to listen to the words a customer is saying and/or read their body language. We were extremely uncomfortable and insulted. We had come in completely transparent: we wanted to trade in our beautiful, fully loaded 2017 Chevrolet Silverado for a car. The whole point was to get in to a vehicle with better fuel efficiency. Instead, we were continuously pushed to 'buy new' as, I quote, we would 'at least be out of a Chevy and in to a BMW.' Thank you for the insult but my husband has always driven a Chevy. Further, we have always found Lakewood Chevrolet to be courteous, kind, and understanding. Unlike what I can say for this particular BMW dealership. BMW's are, yes, beautiful cars; however, at no point do I see them as anything above any other sedan. Having lived throughout Europe, I am of the understanding that these are common place cars just as our Chevy's and Fords and are considered 'luxury' because they are imports. This does not give any salesman the right to degrade a potential customer for their previous choice in vehicle. My husband has driven a chevy his entire life. The only reason he was looking at BMW was on my suggestion and for this, I felt embarrassed for even endorsing the vehicle, especially as all of this transpired well before we were even allowed to look. After 90 minutes, we were finally allowed to test drive the car. It was nice and we enjoyed it; however, because of the salesman's actions we refused to purchase the vehicle. Instead, we went on to purchase a Mercedes C300 a week later. BMW Edmonton has forever lost my business and left me with an experience with which I will, no doubt, pass this on to others. If I do so every choose to return to a BMW dealership, it will be in Calgary or Vancouver.
My experience here was above amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sham, Tin and Brianna. They all went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get into my new car. Thanks again !
BAD Service I left my car for service on monday and suppose to have it back in couple days but didn’t got it back untill next monday When i ask for courtesy vehicle lady on service desk was soo rude for it Very bad customer service by service desk ank i ask her that you are rud and got replied from her that i can do complaint if i want to. I did that and no one ever get back to me Stoney plain bmw is much better that Edmonton bmw
Selena is the best! She knows her stuff and always makes me feel comfortable knowing my car is taken care of!
By far and away the best car service experience I have ever had. I have dealt with BMW dealerships in Toronto, Edmonton (other than this one) and Calgary. After my experience this week I will only be dealing with Edmonton BMW going forward and I strongly recommend BMW owners in Edmonton to give them a try; and to go back if they have not been there recently. Lisa, my service adviser, was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and reached out to me several times throughout the day with updates. Lisa got Eduardo, the service manager, involved to look into an issue further and this guy absolutely blew me away. He stayed late on a Friday (long weekend) and gave me a ride in his own personal vehicle to show me how an issue in my vehicle could be addressed. For background I had recently purchased a used vehicle from a BMW dealership in Calgary where I had some additional parts added. The result was not what I had expected, or been led to believe by the dealership. I can't say how relieved and happy I was to find such great people and service at Edmonton BMW where I had all issues resolved with the vehicle, plus some that I was not aware of.
I had the pleasure of dealing with both Chris (Internet Sales) and Tin (Finance). Chris was professional and responded to my inquiries promptly, patiently answered all my questions, and accommodated my last-minute scheduling requests. Tin was also amazing - friendly, efficient, and informative, and even took care of registering my new car. Exceptional customer service - highly recommended!
Purchasing a vehicle at Edmonton BMW was one of the best car buying experiences I had ever. Jerrald and the management team (Terry, Richard, Jan) provided one of the best customer-sales interactions possible! Jerrald provided a great interface between me and the management team while offering all possible options/discounts as humanly possible. I got to test drive a few cars and the negotiations were concluded very cordially. Chad from delivery provided a wonderful hands on interactive session where he explained all the technical features of the car on delivery day. The X4 is a fantastic machine(see original photo I took after the sale below). Tin and Brianna provided a stress free financing/closing experience. The reason I like to include everyone's name here is because they were all part of the well oiled machine at this dealership and part of why I Will return here when I want to get into my next Beamer, I encourage you to keep up and improve upon your good work. Anyone reading this post may contact me if you are genuinely interested in getting an unbiased review of this dealership based on my personal experience over the last few years.
Terrible customer service even when the vehicle was purchased from them. Telling them you have a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP means a month wait minimum for an appointment. Complete JOKE!
I purchased my first car, a Mini cooper S, and the staff there was really friendly and accommodating. My salesman, Carlos, was very patient with me, and helped me find what I was looking for. He was ready to answer any of my questions and find the best deal for me. They offered me a great service and exceeded my expectations. I am overall pleased with my AWESOME new car and their AMAZING service ! Thanks to the team, and I recommend edmonton BMW to everyone! :)
Just traded in the Macan GTS to the X3M today. Sales consultant Bo and manager Trung are really helpful and gave me a very good deal. Transaction was smooth and the extra options promised have been well installed. And thanks for the souvenir :) Great experience and highly recommended to Edmonton BMW!
Poor communication and services. My 2017 car went for repair . I had to call several times for my concerns. My car was delivered to me without these concerned fixed.
Just bought a truck from Bo Feng and Tin Ngyuen wasfinance manager I dealt with. Typically wouldn't look at a BMW dealership for a GMC, but fortunately they had close enough to what I wanted. Very smooth process, and they even delivered to my office in Calgary. Would highly recommend and actually have them looking for a coupe for me. Thanks guys, appreciate it.
I was lucky enough to find an m2 allocation from this dealership 4 months ago when I would have had to wait up to two years to buy this can in (Vancouver where I live). Kevin was an awesome sales rep, picked me up from the airport, took me to home depot to buy protective tape, and made the whole sale go super smooth. Also helps that he was a car geek just like myself so we had lots to talk about! Overall the experience was amazing and dealt with very well!
Highly recommend! One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had in a while! Dealt with Chris and he was prompt, courteous and friendly! Both Chris and Tin from finance had everything done and ready to go by the time I got there! Thanks again guys!
JAN main manager and service manager great guys very professional him and the whole team was given top notch service and well taken care of highly recommend. Jay R
I just bought the new 530i, and the sales manager Tony was great! He called me always to provide update about the status of the car. Tin, the Finance Manager, was good in handling the after sales protection and warranty issues. The sales of the car was smooth and all the features and gimmicks were explained in details. Even if you will use only 50% of the features, It was cool to know. It makes you feel premium! Looking forward to get my next BMW from this place after 2 years.
I was really nervous about car shopping since my previous experiences have been nothing short of nightmares, but Jorge was so easy to get along with. He never made me feel pressured in any way and was overall just a really great guy. HUGE thanks to him and Brianna for painlessly getting me into my dream car 435!!
We bought a 'used' BMW (900 km on it) from Edmonton BMW a week ago and were not disappointed with the experience. Connor is an exceptional salesman, extremely accommodating to us even though we brought our 3 kids with us to look at vehicles, and truly made the experience fun as well us made us want to buy a car from him. Having said that, we did call ahead to ensure the car we were interested in was available and booked a time to test drive it the following day, only to arrive and it be unavailable - however, Connor - who was not the sales person we talked to on the phone -apologized profusely and found a fairly similar vehicle for us to look at. The management once you're inside were a little more pushy than needed and almost turned my husband right off of the purchase, especially when they requested a deposit to 'bring the car back' as they had lent it out, stating it was to respect their client... which almost felt disrespectful to us as customers that were willing - and eventually did with thanks to Connor for retrieving the car for us to see - show up with cash that day. However, we gave a full five star rating because of Connor's fantastic service, how easy he made buying the car, and the great deal we were given. Connor even stayed until almost close to deliver the car to us the same day and provided a very thorough overview of the vehicle, and checked in a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd recommend Edmonton BMW and Connor's exceptional service if you're in the market for a BMW.
My experience was very good when I bought my new X3 from this location, my salesman and branch manager provided me all the options and answered all the questions but when I took car back to fill windshield chip , it cracked all the way while filling and I never seen any windshield crack while filling the chip . I talk to service department about it but they get all customers to sign waiver before they work on your windshield and that waiver is just way to rip customers and they just get them to sign that if windshield cracks while filling they won't cover it , even I didn't sign the waiver but still they didn't cover it and i will never believe their service department again and won't sign any paperwork without reading it few times
I purchased a used BMW from Edmonton BMW. Great service all round, the sales staff, finance and management were all very courteous and professional. I would recommend this dealership.
After a less than desirable experience when purchasing, Jan Parks (general manager) reaches out personally and asked what he could do for me. I reached out months later asking for help with the open safety recalls, showed up late to my appointment and was given front of the line service. BMW Edmonton shows dilligence and care for its customers long after the sale. Well done.
had the.parts needed and ordered the parts they didn't have in stock. got them fast
I was recently looking to purchase a Lexus and a friend referred me to Steve Abela at BMW, I had a very informative and engaging experience here. I am reconsidering my choice over to BMW!
Probably my favorite dealership in the city. Sales staff is very professional and Connor Schwindt, their product specialist, is beyond knowledgable on all the vehicles they have to offer. Also the delivery coordinator, Chad, was a pleasure to deal with.
The Team at Edmonton BMW have always been great to deal with. Richard Neeves (Sales Manager) sets a great example for his team by always treating customers with the utmost courtesy and respect. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Edmonton BMW!
i got two new cars . one is x1 and other one is x5. they do not cover anything under warranty. do not lease or buy from them. i got a new bmw x5 from them a year back and it stopped on highway twice while driving. they towed it to there dealership and told me that i have to pay 30000 plus dollars as engine failed completly. when i asked them why i have to pay , they tell me that when i got last two times oil change it was over by 2000 kms or so both the times and thats why warranty dose not cover it.so do not buy or lease . the same thing happened with my x1 as well where i had to pay about 2000 dollars for no fault of mine.
I did search my new car in Calgary and Toronto bmw dealership but finally I got referral from my friend to check Edmonton Bmw. I got my new x5 diesel from Talay Kurtulus. It was excellent service. He even came pick me up from airport and drop me my hotel while I waited to receive my car. Thank you Talay and Terry Mah. I will recommend all of my friends to visit Edmonton Bmw to have premium dealership experience!!!
Very poor experience, the staff doesn't have the proper information of the vehicle. The car was showed was damaged. Afterwards the car i selected to finalize i was told the extended warranty would be given through them, i asked for the idea of how much would be expected the staff said no idea but right After i gave the deposit the staff had the approximate price on the tips. They rush you to make sales, not at all focused on the customer needs. A very disappointing experience. They didnt return my damaged deposit, and they wouldn't return my voicemail or message.
Was told they would open my hood so I could refill the washer fluid before a storm. Told them I needed it repaired next week but needed it opened 1 time. Was told by service manager Ed that he would do it no problem. Went in and had some hobbit of a man tell me he would charge me an hr just to diagnose it. What a joke. Will get my repair elsewhere
Excellent service from Hesham!
I was originally looking for a pre owned bmw, but realized a truck would be more practical for me. My sale man Terry found me the perfect truck within the group and made the purchase seamless and easy!
Worst Vehicle Ever! We own a 2010 X6. We bought in 2009 and have had problems regularly since 2011. The turbo will just stop working or the car will shut down... while doing 100km on the Henday! i'm surprised i'm still alive after that one. As for the service dept, they are slow to see you and my last vist, did not complete all of the tasks i had requested. Now i have to make another appointment to go back. We buy a lot of vehicles but will never again buy a BMW. And we tell all our friends not to but either.
I want to give a special shout out to the service manager Eduardo. I took my X5 in to have some work done and the service was excellent! Probably the best service we have ever received at a dealership. The service manager was honest and went above and beyond. Super personable and easy to deal with. Thank you.
Carmen in service is probably the best service advisor I’ve ever had other than Lexus of edmonton which is really saying something( you know what I’m talking about if you service your Lexus there ). Only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is the sales guy tried to rip me off when I wanted to trade my bmw x5 in and tried to give me 10 thousand under so I went to Bavaria got what the car was worth and bought an x5m. If I could give Carmen a 10 out of 5 I would. Sales guys not so much.
Great service, did good work on car.
Edmonton BMW has lived up to its luxurious name ans has not fallen short in any aspect. The service is spectacular and all your questions will be answered by the extremely knowledgeable and approachable salesmen. Steve Abela, specifically is one of the prime reasons I still drive a BMW. Not only does he know everything there is to know about the cars but he will give you all the advice you need to choose the right car for you. I trusted Steve on deciding my previous car and let me tell you, he did not fall short! I pulled up to my graduation in a bright red 4-series convertible. I am now a lifetime costumer.
Really a wonderful experience and supporting staff. Conner helped us a lot in choosing the option for us. Along with him, Terry, Chad and Briana were also very supportive.
First off I would like to say this dealership had the friendliest staff I have ever seen. They were so welcoming and they definitely provided an experience I will remember. Secondly the manager was very aggressive on his offer for my trade in and he gave me a fantastic deal on my new bmw. This was the best buying process I have ever had. 5 stars!!!
