Claimed that a scratched rim (surface scratch depth barely the thickness of paper) and slightly pushed in metal panel (with no paint damage) required replacement. Presented us with an in-house repair invoice with made up costs as justification for keeping our security deposit. After explaining to the "repair technician" several times that these are simple repairs not requiring replacement I only received a "sorry, it's company policy" response. Gave up as there is no winning with someone holding all the cards and got beers and pizza downtown. I would love to go back and see these parts replaced, but I know they will simply rent it as is to the next unsuspecting customer. Be very wary.

Great experience! The two of us flew to Toronto and were picked up from the airport within 20 minutes. Awesome staff, clear instructions, and driving off their parking lot within 1½ hrs. Beautiful 29½ ft motorhome, very clean, good beds, gas and propane tanks full, bedding, towels, dishes, and everything ready to go. We left on March 4th, so the arctic pack, tire chains, and generator were very practical. We drove via the U.S.A., then through the mountains in British Columbia to Vancouver Island, followed by dropping the motorhome off in Vancouver... Total of 5.840 km later and we were still having fun! Drop off went very smoothly as well, and a taxi to the airport (20 min) was waiting outside. -> We would definitely rent again! Negatives: No RV Parks open this early in the year, and the fuel costs were almost double from what we had expected....

Super on all fronts. We rented an SVC van conversion for 10 days in Yukon and Alaska, picking up in Whitehorse. We had checked out options at the Toronto location with a very friendly person who showed us all thte models. In Whitehorse the local office agreed to let us pick up early in the day and picked us up on time from our hotel. The unit was spotless and the introduction and instructions thorough, cheery and comprehensive. The unit itself worked perfectly and was great to drive. Everything worked as advertised - we cooked a lot, showered, etc and alll was good. Even the bed was good, which we had wondered about. We needed assistance once (a stuck pump out cover) and received instant and appropriate telephone help. This was our first time renting an RV and it was everything we hoped for, and more. Had a Maxi Motorhome for 8 days, it was great! Definitely recommend the convenience pack. The RV was well equipped, in good condition (only a couple of small slight issues with the interior fittings) and check-in/hand-back was a breeze. They even gave us a lift to the airport even though we hadn't pre-arranged it. Will definitely be booking with them again.

All other reviews are similar and most likely FAKE. Minimum 7 day rental. Forget a weekend with the family for a reasonable price. For the same price they rent a van that sleeps 2 you can get a 5th wheel that sleeps 7 on other sites. I can understand why every review speaks on how friendly they are..... they are ripping you off and can't wait to spend your money.

For my 50th birthday, and Canada's 150th, I wanted to drive across Canada. After calling around to car rental companies and weighing the cost and ease of having a motorhome instead of hotels, we opted for a Canadadream motorhome. It was expensive. We were charged what ended up being close to $8000 which included unlimited kilometres, and one-way travel. We had a great time! The motorhome was a bit of a monster to drive. It stopped like a train and turned like the Titanic. But it was comfortable and a fun experience. Unfortunately, we under-estimated how long it would take to cross Canada, and we were running late and this had to hurry. This hurrying resulted in a scratch on the motorhome, early one morning as we left the campsite at 4am. On the Saturday before the camper was due, I phoned the offer to notify the agents that we would probably be late. This is where I feel Canadream staff can use improvement - they only repeated when the due date was. No offer of "do what you can"; instead just "you have until twelve noon on Monday. When we finally got the motorhome in, late, on Tuesday, I discovered the alter-ego of the staff. Instead of the matter-a-fact blunt phone attitude, in person the staff were friendly, sympathetic, and offered possible options for claiming the damage charges. Because of the cost, and some of the benefits of not being in a gigantic motorhome, I doubt we will rent again. But for anyone who wants to go the camper route, this company is a good one to work with (in person).

Reserved RV over a month prior to departure. Price was quoted. Couldn't sign in on website, went to Canadream office, still, no success. Terrible website. Asked for all dishes to be removed. Not done. Couldn't pick up RV till after 1PM returned by 9 am day & last day of trip. Two days gone, but, paid for in advance. Then, charged for generator, mileage, had to buy insurances, even tho had auto insurance rider to cover...nickle & dimed!. Took, (not held) $1000.00 for "damage deposit" Had to wash, clean & return RV by 9 am. The customer service, not braggable. Mattresses were worn & indented. For the price & lack of amenities, never again. Cannot use pull out tarp, they disconnect it. Could not use TV or CD player. This size does not offer a smooth ride, couldn't even read a magazine, too bouncy. It's a Ford F450.

Had a great experience with them. Wonderful vehicle, nearly new. Everything well explained before we left. Fast and efficient drop off as well. Staff friendly and experienced. They were very busy on both days, but we had only short waits. Two notes - if you plan on camping go buy an axe, and if you're in The Yukon - get the glass insurance! Generally a top-dollar experience at a top-dollar rice.

Every aspect of the booking and pickup was great! Every person we met there was friendly and personable. I must have been offered a drink 4 times. :) They also were quite accommodating, letting us leave them a deposit instead of requiring a credit card. The tour of the RV was quite comprehensive, and also hands on. They really don't want you having to figure out how to refill the water tank at night in snow. The booklet they included also went over everything in detail. And finally, our agent gave us some RV-safe toilet paper to save us a trip to the store. If I was ever renting an RV again I'd be happy to deal with them.

It was a really interesting experience. First of all they instructions are shown via video, which could be cut at every clip in the end because it always has the same outro. In our RV the toaster we paid extra wasn’t working. Sadly we didn‘t check the microwave at the start which was also not working. Most of the information we got was accurate. If you rent your RV be prepared for 1-2hr to checkin, because of the procedures but this went over very quickly. Plus: They can speak multiple languages. Everything worked out good, staff was friendly and helpful. But to charge extra for small things like a toaster which end up not working is negative. All in all I would recommend.

Bad: paperwork and briefing though we are repeat offenders 2h, i. 1 PM we leave the yard. We asked Canadream in advance for good tires. Our destination was Tuktojaktuk thus Dempster Hwy. Good was: The FZ was new, 22k km, assume the tires also, ie. they were actually through with at most 8 mm profile. On my intervention, the employee meant that was tested and good. If there was a 3rd time I would insist on it and not drive from the farm. We were extremely cautious and fortunately without a hitch. Good was then the delivery of the FZ. With platinum package a short matter. The kitchen equipment is greatly in need of improvement: Knife blunt, utensils for frying pan useless and an ax is just one of the basic equipment. For new guests we recommend taking along the most important kitchen utensils, because Camperwürdig was not so much. On the whole we can recommend CanaDream though. Another time, we would probably try Fraser. And another tip to Canadream: The base Whitehorse should be cleaned often. Especially the toilets for the guests were not just a business card. (When picking up like 2 1/2 weeks later when returning.) (Original) Gut aber.. 10. Sept. Pick up in Whitehorse: Gut: Abholung bereits 11 AM ohne zusätzliche Gebühr. Schlecht: Papierkram und Einweisung obwohl wir Wiederholungstäter sind 2h, d.h. 1 PM verlassen wir den Hof. Wir haben im Vorfeld Canadream schriftlich gebeten für gute Reifen zu sorgen. Unser Ziel war Tuktojaktuk somit Dempster Hwy. Gut war: Das FZ war neu, 22k km, gehe davon aus die Reifen ebenfalls, d.h. die waren eigentlich durch mit höchstens 8 mm Profil. Auf meine Intervention hat die Angestellte gemeint das sei geprüft und gut. Wenn es denn ein 3. Mal gäbe würde ich darauf bestehen und so nicht vom Hof fahren. Wir waren extrem vorsichtig unterwegs und glücklicherweise ohne Panne. Gut war dann die Abgabe des FZ. Mit Platin-Paket eine kurze Angelegenheit. Die Küchenausstattung ist stark Verbesserungswürdig: Messer stumpf, Geschirr für Bratpfanne unbrauchbar und eine Axt gehört einfach mit zur Grundausstattung. Für neue Gäste empfehlen wir die Mitnahme der wichtigsten Küchenutensilien, denn Camperwürdig war so einiges nicht. Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir CanaDream aber empfehlen. Ein anderes Mal würden wir es aber wohl mit Fraser versuchen. Und noch ein Tipp an Canadream: Der Stützpunkt Whitehorse sollte öfter mal Sauber gemacht werden. Vor allem die Toiletten für die Gäste waren nicht grad eine Visitenkarte. (Bei der Abholung wie 2 1/2 Wochen später bei der Rückgabe.)

I really enjoyed renting out their RV for my trip. The staff was friendly (Rob assisted us) They weren’t trying to pressure or hard sell us with their extra perks and insurance. We were in and out pretty quickly (I guess it depends on the day too) but I enjoyed their service. We were running a bit late to return the RV by a certain time but they were so nice about it and didn’t charge us extra (it’s good to call ahead to tell them as well) Thank you Canadream!

I normally don't write reviews for people unless somebody goes extra miles. From the very beginning its a super smooth experience; we were new to Motorhome and were little bit nervous, the weather was not that cooperative and it was raining when we picked up our RV. But everything eased with amazing customer service; especially I must mention the lady ; her name is Shannon (I hope I spelt her name correctly). I bugged her multiple times with stupid questions and she has shown everything to us with a smile on her face with no bad attitude. She went above and beyond !!!! When we had to return the RV the inspection and drop off formalities have been done in 10 minutes. I seldom experience such a GOLD STANDARD customer service from any company. Hats off !!!!

We have rented twice from canadream, simply to explore different styles of vehicles and see what we want to buy in future. Last time we did a C class motorhome which was nice and roomy, super comfortable bed, tons storage, but the van was excellent for the mountain roads and frequent moves we did. The bed in the van is a little squishy when your tall ( I'm 5'9) and not nearly as comfortable as the c class motorhome, bedding was wonderful. Wet bath isn't as bad as you think once you learn how to set up the doors ( or leave open and just use curtain when your in private woods).. I highly suggest organizing your meals better to save on space. Like measure your rice out etc. The rental process has been painfree both times. We have done both the paid cleaning/ dump and done it our selves.. Well made and well set up.. Especially for 2 adults.. No kids.. Van was really nice to drive.. My fav part was being able to open up the back and side door with full screens for fresh air.. I'm always hot so I was worried about a van in off grid camping where you can't run generator very much but it's +34 celcius out.

it was the first time we rent an RV and Canadream made it a great experience all the way. from booking the RV, to the orientation tour before driving it, to the inspection upon returning. being a rookie in RVing i had to call them a couple of times while we were out of the country in Montana for help with certain functions of the RV. they were very helpful in providing us with advice to solve the issue. the RV was clean and in great shape, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided us with great customer service. i will definitely be booking again with them next year and would highly recommend them. also, do yourself a favor and get the premium package that will save you cleaning the RV and emptying the tanks upon returning, in addition to extra insurance. was worth it.

(Wir hatten keinen...) Dann gibt es die Endreinigung die man für 110,-$ buchen kann, sonst muss man das Fahrzeug selbst reinigen. Wir haben darauf verzichtet und es selbst besenrein gemacht, da wollte man uns beim Drop-Off 75$ abknüpfen, weil wir doch „zu viele“ Fliegen auf der Front haben... die Camper werden eh alle sehr gründlich gewaschen, ab wann sind es denn normal viele Fliegen und wann zu viele? Ich meine man fährt mit dem Camper 2 Wochen mit 90 durch die Wälder... was soll das denn? So ein Camper ist so teuer, die Firma vermietet echt hochwertige Fahrzeuge, sehr sauber und mir sehr freundlichem Personal. Aber warum man dann auf so ne Tour hier nochmal 75$ und da nochmal 100$ verdienen muss... wenn die Wäsche 75$ kostet, sollte die inbegriffen sein und sich nicht nach dem Grad der Verschmutzung richten. Passt auf was ihr euch andrehen lasst, lasst nicht alles mit euch machen, geht in die Diskussion und stellt die zur Rede. Wir sind ohne Zusatzkosten davon gekommen. Ich finde es einfach nur schade, dass ein so tolles Erlebnis mit so ner Kleinigkeit so kaputt gemacht wird. Ansonsten war es ein grandioser Urlaub, ein toller Camper mit hochwertiger und gepflegter Ausstattung und auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Our experience with Canadream was amazing from start to finish. The staff were amazing! So friendly and informative. The RV itself was incredible. We rented the Maxi Travel Camper which had a new Ford f350 with RV box in the pick up bed. The truck had full Bluetooth for phone and GPS built in. The living part of the RV was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and far far bigger than we had thought it would be. The shower/toilet is tight but as expected. Everything was so easy to operate and the truck a dream to drive. This was the highlight of our trip and will be recommending this to everyone!!!

New DVC camper van in Calgary w only 7K kilometers we rented for 10 days at the end of June 2017. Everything worked. Easy to drive. Quiet. I rented from the competition last year, and this was a much better experience. Well organized pick up and drop off. Minor comments: 1) the operation of the vehicle wasn't clear until we actually started using it. We probably would've done more Boondocking type camping had we known more clearly about the capabilities. My last camper rental wouldn't run the furnace all night without being plugged into shore power. This one can do so without being plugged in. 2) we rented this vehicle partially as a test drive to see what we wanted to buy. I think the layout with the front passenger and driver seats being able to swivel 360° is not fully utilized with the bathroom and closet forward. The driver seat has no purpose to swivel, In the passenger seat turned backwards just allows you to prop your feet up on the kitchen countertop. It would be nice to have a little bit more of an office type space instead of just the dining area in the back when the bed is put away. 3) no cupholders or shelf in the back to put drinks or phone or other small items like a sleep apnea machine. Again, these are minor comments and overall we really enjoyed the vehicle and our rental experience.

terrible. our confirmation for the camper van we rented said it had ac, they informed us when we arrived to pickup, after a 2 hour wait, that none of those units have cab ac, disagreeing with their own website... we are heading to merrit on our honey moon, and now have to sleep in what essentially amounts to an oven on wheels. what else you say? we couldnt cancel, theyd charge us full price, or we could pay an exorbitant additional amount to get a unit that had ac. false advertising, terrible policys, bad wait times. thanks for being a roadblock on our honey moon... we should have rented from someplace else.

(Translated) Holiday May 2019, takeover and delivery of the TCA (pick-up campers) was on Saturday at the base Calgary. Additional packages were offered to me, but at no time but imposed let alone I was scared. I have booked the rockfall insurance, but I have the cleaning myself. When I got the camper then I was amazed that this had only 47 km mileage. The equipment was also very well maintained. As already written in other reviews an ax and a saw would be very helpful. Here CanaDream could improve a bit. The camper setup had a small problem with the door (it did not close properly) but was promptly fixed by a mechanic. This has only worked moderately, in the system it was not deposited further, which has shown in the levy but no further problem. The deposit I got back completely, the error with the door CanaDream has himself admitted. I would definitely book again with CanaDream. Der Mitarbeiter (Lars) war sowohl beim Telefonat morgens um den Termin und den Transfer vom Hotel zu regeln als dann auch bei der eigentlichen Übergabe absolut freundlich und seriös. Zusatzpakete wurden mir angeboten, zu keinem Zeitpunkt aber aufgedrängt geschweige denn wurde mir Angst gemacht. Ich habe die Steinschlagversicherung zugebucht, die Reinigung habe ich aber selbst geregelt. Als ich den Camper dann bekommen habe war ich erstaunt, dass dieser erst 47 km Laufleistung hatte. Die Austattung war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wie in anderen Rezensionen schon geschrieben wurde wären eine Axt und eine Säge tatsäclich noch sehr hilfreich. Hier könnte CanaDream noch etwas nachbessern. Beim Camper-Aufbau gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Tür (sie schloss nicht richtig) welches aber von einem Mechaniker umgehend versucht wurde zu beheben. Dies hat nur mäßig funktioniert, im System wurde es nicht weiter hinterlegt was bei der Abgabe aber kein weiteres Problem dargestellt hat. Die Kaution habe ich komplett zurück bekommen, den Fehler mit der Tür hat CanaDream sich selbst eingestanden. Ich würde und werde definitiv wieder bei CanaDream buchen.

Non existent service. They talk a good line when selling you one of their fleet vehicles and indeed the prices are good. Forget about ever hearing from them again though. Last summer I needed minor service and spent a week calling repeatedly before "their service guy" would return a call. I got the service done elsewhere as their fleet vehicles take all the slots. This year I again needed service. After many calls and voicemail messages to service, I started talking to their front desk instead. They put me through to "the service guy's" voicemail. Full up - not even accepting messages. Call back to the front desk. They promised to leave a note on his desk. No response. Do they even have a service guy? Very disappointing from what looks like a reputable outfit. Who knows - maybe they'll respond to this google review - they certainly won't respond to phone calls!

On vacation from Brazil. It was a highly frustrating experience to be charged $1500 for what amounted to nothing more but a 'scratch' on a side screen that you aren't even allowed to use during the trip. It's already very expensive to rent a vehicle, but be careful with this company, as all that matters to them is resell value and $$$$$. If you are prepared to spend thousands of dollars on extra miles and 'scratches', you should get one of their RVs.

An excellent company, we picked up a large RV from Calgary. All the staff were helpful, friendly & knowledgable. Yes the hand-over takes a while but there's a lot to cover. The RV we had was new this year, immaculate and very well equipped. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport at our convenience by really helpful drivers who are part of the team. It pays to work out your likely travelling distances to avoid buying too many kilometres in advance. Driving even a 35 foot RV is simple, just follow the advice on having a look out (or two) when reversing. We travelled the Rockies and some of the campsites get cold at night even in August. Canadream dealt with two minor issues so well, we emailed them mid trip about a minor breakage & they sorted it without hassle. I would thoroughly recommend Canadream, they're the most frequent RV supplier we spotted in Canada and for good reason.

My first stop to book a RV when we can travel again*** Great start !! we don't pick up our RV hire until September 2020. However if the service I received from Tiara Wiseman is any indication, the trip and RV will be 5 star as well. I asked 7 questions and received a two/three page reply that answered all my questions in detail and increased by confidence in Canadream. I rented the Deluxe Camper Van (Ford Coachmen/Beyond) at the end of September 2020 from Vancouver, drove to Jasper, then Banff, and finally returned to Vancouver. Booking on Canadream's website was what you would expect from any vehicle/airline/hotel website - you choose your dates, what you want, your add-ons, etc. Prices are based on weekly rates - first week and second week of August will have different rates, for example. Checking-In starts with reviewing and signing the usual legal documents online, followed by reviewing a decent amount of information about operating the RV. They remind you at multiple times (during booking, after booking, during online check-in, after online check-in) to call the day before or the morning of to schedule your pick-up, so I think it's hard to miss this bit. Pick-Up was straight forward. Helen was extremely helpful in explaining and demonstrating every bit of equipment on the RV. During vehicle inspection, the RV was flawless; the pick-up inspection sheet noted two pre-existing damages to the windshield that I couldn't even see. I had one concern I voiced to Helen about the insurance contract, which stated that any undercarriage damage was fully the customer's responsibility. Helen said they would take it case-by-case and will give the customer a chance to explain before making any charges. Of course, this is a curtesy, as the contract I sign is what they can choose to adhere to, but I was satisfied with her answer. The RV itself was mostly great. Fridge was super cold, sofa extended into a bed with a button, furnace worked splendidly, propane was included in the price, none of the internal equipment was difficult to use in any way. I do have some complaints (which were insignificant enough to not detract from a 5-star rating): #1. Bathroom door was very squeaky during driving, though not during opening & closing (probably hinges need to be tightened). #2. Cabinets and drawers were held closed by internal spring and roller catches; everything stayed closed during driving, but external manual latches would have provided me much greater peace of mind (fridge had manual latches). #3. Complimentary kitchenware included glass and porcelain items (stored in those non-manually latched compartments), which I took extra precaution to secure; for future bookings, I'll ask them to take out such fragile items. #4. Sewage outlet was difficult to operate due to location. I had to get on my knees the first time to find the grey and black water tank dump levers. But this is a vehicle design issue; Canadream can't do anything about it (I think). Check-Out was pleasantly straight forward. Vehicle inspection was transparent - Rob inspected my RV and he had no qualms letting me see everything he inputted for his drop-off check-list. He didn't nitpick any insignificant damages; he asked me if any parts of the RV didn't work properly, not to try and charge me, but purely for quality control purposes of the vehicle itself. After finishing with Rob, Sanya (Sonya?) refunded me my security deposit on the spot and furnished me with the receipt; she was very friendly and we had a pleasant chat about my trip. I filled out a brief survey (took 10 seconds) during drop-off before my security deposit was refunded, but received a in-depth survey by email to fill-out after everything was finished (after I was happily reacquainted with my money, that is).

We were picked up from our hotel promptly, on arrival we were assigned to Marie who completed paperwork efficiently before showing us around our vehicle. I would say take out the Platinum Package which covers cleaning after use, glass cover and breakdown assistance. We got a cracked windscreen within a day, so it was great to know this was not going to cost us anything extra. I had many questions and queries before pick-up and as I am in UK with a seven hour time difference I thought it would take time for them to get back to me, but I would email early evening my time and they would reply almost immediately with useful replies. The only real criticism I have is the fuel policy. We took the van with five eighths (not exact as it is impossible to measure exactly) of a tank and returned it with just over a half. We were charged $65can for this. The girl did say we could take it and fill it, but how could we judge what one eighth of a tank would be? So we took the hit. They did not pay for the fuel in the tank, the person before did, so it was not costing them anything. Also we had prepaid 3000K but only used 2200, so they made money there as well! Picking up the van will take about 1.5 hours to go through everything. Drop off takes about an hour, with a wait on top of that if you are being dropped off at airport etc. Overall I would use Canadream again.

Overall great experience. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Cons were a fairly strict cancellation policy, limited mileage (standard for all of these companies). The pick up and drop off takes far too long. We spent over 2 hours waiting to get our vehicle and 2 hours between dropping the vehicle off and getting the shuttle to the airport.

So happy with our first RV rental experience at the CanaDream in Calgary. As mentioned it was our first time renting an RV so we were a bit nervous but CanaDream supplied lots of easy to understand instructions (written and video) and they also had a help line that was super fast & helpful too. I have always worked in the service industry and I am very impressed by the level of service at this location. Everyone was friendly, professional. Dean went above and beyond and we are SO grateful for everything. Next time I am renting an RV I will always use Canadream. Thanks!

Expect to wait 2 hours to pick up your vehicle. Rather than give you a walk around explanation of the vehicle one on one they would rather you wait until there are a few people taking the same vehicle so that they don't have to do the walk through as many times.

I am not sure what it is like to rent from here but DO NOT BUY! My boyfriend and I bought a truck camper and the unit itself is lovely but the events leading up to receiving the unit was disgusting service. My boyfriend and I were looking for this specific unit and are from BC but were willing to do the drive.We asked for more pictures and the pictures they gave us we discovered were not of the actual camper we ended up purchasing. We played phone tag for days, and it took them a week to even accept our downpayment of 1000$! We were literally calling them to take our money to hold the camper for us...it should have been the other way around. To have them complete anything was a big ordeal. It was going to take MONTHS they told us to clean the camper and inspect it....we told them not to bother cleaning it as we were going to want to clean it thoroughly ourselves anyways but told us it would still take a while to do the inspection....It is a truck camper not a house, how much is there to inspect right? so we finally get to Calgary and get in our camper, when we are there in person the service was better. They showed us all the functions of the camper. Although we told them not to clean the camper it seemed like they had sprayed it with sticky chemicals everywhere. It also looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time I later discovered because when I used our carpet cleaner I realized that our carpets were in fact cream and not brown. Although they said they had completed the inspection we later discovered that there was propane leaking which is the MAIN reason they said they wanted to do the inspection, the light in the fridge was broken, they had not put the stove top cover on the was apparently broken before and we did not know, the lock on the camper does not work very well, they agreed to giving us new batteries in the camper which they did not yet they said they did but you could tell they did not, we asked the to tighten a bolt on one of the jacks because it was loose and they did not. Their excuse was that it was just so busy and due to covid blah blah blah, but when we arrived we were the only people in the place. They need better communication and to not make their clients feel so awkward.

First time rv rental, my experience OK, the vehicle inside and outside very clean. Maybe I am lucky, over the phone ask questions or meet with staff they are patient and friendly. no complaints so far :)

We rented a 27 ft RV to 'try it out with a view to purchasing one'. The pick up was at the time very good. The young lady quickly showed us the outside (it was cold) and we quickly moved on to the inside which had a few minor damages. We had a great 10 night vacation to the Okanargan. On return the external inspection twas far more extensive and damage was found under the rear bumper. YES UNDER THE REAR BUMPER which apparently we had caused or had been done when we did not notice. This was impossible as we had two bikes mounted on the rear and with the angle and location of this damage it would have been impossible for us to have caused it or not to have known about it. After a very (very) heated discussion the manager did not charge us for the damage that we did not cause or that had occurred when we were in possession of the vehicle. Thus though everything was good and we loved the vacation my recommendation would be to check under the vehicle and take photos of all damage, scratches, tire scratches, dirty marks etc!

We picked up our RV in Halifax....Sheri and her staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.....we mainly toured Newfoundland and had a ball. Everything worked and we had a ball!

After flying for 20hrs and arriving in Calgary all the way from Darwin NT Australia, the Canadream Team where amazing to deal with. They organised their bus to pick up from the airport, delivered straight to site. Filling in the paperwork was a breeze, everything was explained thoroughly by the staff we had no questions as it was all covered in the 2 hour run down. I could not recommend Canadream more they are super helpful and have your best interest at heart, exploring Canada at your own pace. They helped me for months before our trip, planning out our route from Calgary to Alaska. 20/20 will use again!!!

CanaDream is the authorized dealer in Calgary for PleasureWay RV’s. I purchased a pre-owned 2016 PW Plateau XLMB from their rental fleet in February 2017. As the 2nd owner of a PleasureWay RV, Canadream has gone out of their way to accommodate any issues that arose after purchase. PleasureWay out of Saskatoon on the other hand clearly state that 2nd owners are not covered under any warranties related to the coach, regardless of age of the RV itself, but Canadream made sure I was a happy customer when some minor issues arose that PW Saskatoon would not have covered. I would not hesitate in buying a pre-owned PW unit from Canadream, nor a brand new PW RV for that matter as you will be well looked after. Thanks to Matt, Tim and all the guys at Canadream for the great service provided.

Great off season price. Staff was super friendly. Rv was clean and tidy. One tip I would say is purchase the cleaning package. Last thing you want to do is rush to clean after a vacation so the money is well worth it.

Was great time, being able to explore Canada was fun! the office is disorganized. When we pick up there was elderly woman working there yelling at staff all the time, everyone seem very tense. I feel bad for staff. When we drop off equipment the staff a lot calmer, process a lot more easier, elderly lady was on day off, so staff seemed happier. Will come back to Canada and do again, when elder woman is not there!

I really liked the RV but Eveything else about this company is a big fat waste!! First let's start on our arrival day to pick up the vehicle. The guy there who "helped" us check in was totally not helpful. He was very bad at customer service and clearly even he is not happy working for them. We told him it was our FIRST time doing this whole trip with RV, so we were asking questions about how eveything works and his response was you can find all the information on the booklet in the vehicle. We literally wasted 2, 3 days trying to figure out how all the basic stuff works by asking other campers and strangers. The cd player was not useful at all we couldn't get it to work. Like how can a company be this reckless you literally risk peoples lives by not making sure they are completely comfortable on leaving your site. Overall just make sure you do a great research before you head for this place. Good vehicle horrible service!!!

We picked up an RV in Calgary and drop it in Vancouver. The Rv was very new and we did not have any sort of problems during our two weeks vacation. The all process from booking to returning the RV was very smooth and easy. The staff and both location were very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful experience renting a 27’ RV from. CanaDream. Many agents on hand to service large volume of clients either registering or returning. Very knowledgeable staff and ready to answer your questions and concerns. And it doesn’t end with the sale. Was able to negotiate a mileage issue with ease. When I realized I had left my walking cane in the trailer, I emailed them and they had found it and would gladly ship it to me in Tennessee. There are quite a few RV rental companies to choose from these days. I would recommend you check out CanaDream.
