This company has a nice website and nice customer service agents. I can't speak too much about their actual service as I ended up cancelling 10 days before my departure with a motorhome for which I was charged a hefty cancellation fee: $750! My advice: don't book with them if you're not %100 sure you'll go no matter what happens.

Spent hours on the phone setting up the conversion van specifically for the purpose of testing it out to see if I wanted to buy one and they "upgraded " us to a motor home. This would have been fine if we only wanted a vacation but I was clear speaking to 2 people about why I was booking the van. We're waiting for our money back from canceling the vacation. Why book a vehicle that isn't available?
