In searching for a good affordable driving school I came across Archer's Blue Car Driving School. I saw they had reasonable prices compared to the big name companies like AMA. They have amazing instructors Particularly Dom is a patient instructor who takes the time to explain what it is you did wrong and right as well as builds up your confidence. I lost my confidence driving after being in a motor vehicle collision where I basically fractured a neck vertebra and stopped driving for several years. His awesome instruction gave me the confidence to drive again and drive long distances on highways. Do not hesitate to sign up or your children up. I would highly recommend Archer’s Blue Car Driving School for adults who never learned to drive, want to brush up their skills or to build up confidence. Their online scheduling system lets you pick any of the instructors (this makes it easy to decide who do you prefer to drive with), plan and book all your lessons ahead if you wish to do so. The in-car instructions are tailored accordingly to your strengths and weaknesses as well as your learning ability. Dom is great, transparent, and honest instructor. Originally, I had zero driving experience and I was overly nervous. Dom taught me everything I needed to know to be a driver, a safe driver. We drove all around the town (rather than memorizing and repeating the same drill to prep for a road test) to cover all the scenarios you can possibly come across behind the wheel. He invested so much energy in me and tirelessly worked on improving my skills till I got it ????. I had to “earn” the insurance reduction certificate which I appreciate, because now I know it represents certain level of skill (its not just a piece of paper to me). It was great to be instructed by someone so relaxed and patient. Thanks Dom! I hope your future students pass the road test on the first try like I did!!!

Archer's Blue Car Driving School was an excellent choice! After three years of having a Learner's, they boosted my confidence as a driver substantially, and informed me of many important tips I would never have been aware of. Jennifer is an amazing instructor as she is patient, informative, and enjoyable to work with. The only problem I had was that there was some miscommunication between myself and a few of the instructors, which made me uncomfortable at brief times. Overall, I would recommend this driving school to anyone, and am appreciative of their efforts to teach me. I passed my road test on my first attempt, and it is all due to the time I spent with this school.

This driving school is amazing! Hey everybody pick this school! This will likely to help to ace for the road test! My Class 5 Basic Road Test was pretty simple to me. It's not too daunting for me. I just aced it for the first time. I'm lucky I didn't have any automatic fails or above 75 points. I only had 15 points, which I am safe. You guys are the best and your tips actually helped a lot! Excellent instructors! They truly prepare you for driving, safety and all the stuff you need to know to become a confident driver. My main instructor was Dom, and he was great in his instructions and advice. I passed my road test on the first try. I also had a few classes with Elaine - another great instructor. Awesome company. It's run very well, and all of the instructors I've interacted with were very patient, professional, and helpful. Special shout out to Elaine for being my instructor the bulk of my lessons. She was very patient and knew exactly what to teach to keep me improving a little bit every time, and what to work more on to make me a better driver. Archer's Blue Car was recommended to me by a friend who really enjoyed the driving experience and I have to say I also enjoyed the experience and how nice the instructor was! (I really recommend choosing Kyle! he was an amazing instructor.) I enjoyed taking the modules online as it I was able to do them as fast as I wanted. The car I drove was super nice as well. Absolutely amazing staff. Dom taught me to drive and tells you exactly what to do and how to do it. Everytime I didn't listen correctly he was there to guide me through how to do it right. Parallel parking is my favorite thing to practice. They have a certain technique to it and it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. They have a different variety of vehicles to practice in or borrow for your road test. I recommend Archer's Blue car driving to anyone who wants to pass their road test. what can i say!! Kelly, Dom, Kyle and Darryl were all amazing and really taught my daughter how to be a great driver. The experience from the first contact right up until the day she passed her test was amazing. I can only say that if you are looking for great, professional, understanding, firm, talented teachers this is the place to be. They were super accomodating and very helpful and response time was unbelieveable. Although based out of Edmonton, travel anywhere and gave great advice re when to book, where to book and then the dry runs before the test unbelievable!! You cannot get better than Blue Archer and the Blue Archer experience !! Superb

Kelly taught me how to drive. She was super helpful in helping me become a better driver and getting my driver's licence. ???? They both provide you with all the information you need and Kelly even went out of her way to best work with my schedule! They were affordable yet I feel as though I got the best instructors that Alberta has! Dom and Kelly both instructed the in class portion on altering days. Kelly really knows her facts and they both make it interesting with videos. I do want to mention that Dom served in the military and his experiences can teach you alot. He also just shares funny life experiences, and is bilingual. I will mention that he does swear sometimes, and it's just nice to know before taking the class so your not surprised. But it definitely did not hinder my experience or those who drove and learnt from him who referred me here. They are super friendly and are intentional about their interactions. I would highly recommend going through Archers Blue Driving.

Horrible customer service!!!! Daryl was very kind and patient when I took the class and I wish Dom had the same professionalism. I tried to change my appointment and got yelled at on the phone. This is unacceptable! Instead of telling me how much the cancellation fee is - which I was happy pay - I was treated like a second class citizen. Horrible experience. I would not recommend going to this driving school.

I’m really happy that I chose Archer’s driving school to learn how to drive! I requested to drive with Kelly since I’m quite timid and I had a bad experience with a male dominant driving school in the past. I really needed the extra patience and comfortablitity I figured I would get from a female instructor. Kelly was exactly that, VERY patient, and calming. She explains each driving technique/process clearly before, during and after you do the manuover. Let’s you know what you need to work on and will spend most of your extra time on those areas. I really appreciated how thorough she had been since I haven’t had that in the past. However, I’ve drove with Dominic as well and I do recommend both instructors since they both have a good amount of patience and in depth explanations for each segment of what and why you do things. I passed my drivers test on the first try! And Dom was nice enough to drive me home afterwards as well. Thank you both for the great experience!

I enrolled my daughter in the 10 hour in-car driving with online classroom (due to covid). The online learning was done by videos that she could watch and take quizzes on at her convenience. In-car driving is booked online in 2 hr blocks; it’s easy to schedule, just book a few weeks ahead to get the time and day you want. She had had her learners for over a year and a half, and did a lot of the driving to and from school, so she was gaining confidence. We enrolled her in the class to help her more confidence (with other people in the car with her) as well as to have the certificate to help lower insurance costs. She liked her in-car instructors (Kelly and Kyle) and passed the 30 minute class 5 drivers test on the first try. I would highly recommend Archer's Blue Car driving school.

I reached out to Archers Blue Car Driving School back in February about getting some behind the wheel driving experience. Within minutes I was speaking to Dom, arranging everything and getting things moving. I had most of my lessons prior to the Covid-19 shutdown. Dom and his team are professional, easy to work with and most of all put you first when it comes to driving. They've never pushed me to do drive on roads that I didn't feel comfortable with at first. They worked with me and my Fiancée at the time to get us at a comfortable level where we could operate a vehicle at a safe and confident level. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we had to stop lessons due to public safety. As of yesterday, July 17th, 2020 I had my final lesson and today (July 18th, 2020) I passed my Class 5 GDL test on the first try. I highly, highly recommend Archers Blue Car Driving School for anyone who is looking to get behind the wheel. Whether it be for the first time, or just a refresher to sharpen up your driving skills. 10/10.
