When our family decided to purchase our first home, like most first time buyers, we had lots of questions and were confused about the whole process. A friend of ours gave us Jasmine Lee's business card and said this was our answer. We then called and setup an appointment. At our first meeting Jasmine made us feel comfortable right away. She asked us questions about what we were looking for, but most importantly she asked us questions we didn't think we had and answered them in a way that was easy to understand. Before long we were shopping for a house. She used that time to educate us even more; showed us what to look for when viewing houses and pointed out the flaws in some houses we initially liked and kept us motivated. Another piece of information I'd like to add, I made it clear that I wanted to be the highest selling townhouse (including rear town lane homes) in my neighborhood development.
