This is a little overdue, but I had the pleasure of working with Nick Soloviov finding my recent rental property. He is professional, responsive and a hard worker. As a self-employed person, it was very difficult finding a property to rent. I've encountered lazy and unmotivated realtors who wouldn't even consider my application because they thought I wasn't employed or making any money. Nick took me through at least 20 different properties until we found the right one and put in a crazy amount of work helping me lock one down. He understands that rentals is a way to build a long-term relationship, and sees rentals as a way to display his hard work and dedication to his clients. Contrary to what those other bummy realtors thought, I am in a position where I will be looking to buy a unit in 1-2 years. There is no doubt that moving forward, I will be using Nick for buying, selling and renting any properties in my future. Marc was amazing to work with! Going through the home buying process for the first time myself was made much easier with Marc guiding me through each step. I'm the type of person that always wants to know what the next steps are and Marc was always able to keep me updated on things I would need to prepare, things to consider and everything else. When I first started the home search, I didn't really know what I wanted, but Marc was able to help narrow down neighborhoods and buildings until it became pretty clear of what I wanted without me even realizing. As for the home buying process, Marc was very responsive when I had questions about a certain unit, or wanted to get an opinion. He was very patient with me and my girlfriend as we looked for a new home that we eventually found, we even looked at different units in the same building a few times! He was always very accommodating with dates and times he could bring us to showings and when we felt we were getting close to finding our new home, I was able to see the listing, go to the unit and put down in offer all within 12 hours. I would most definitely recommend going through Marc if you are in the market for a new home!

From the beginning, Sarah Gatpandan had displayed the highest level of professionalism and assistance in our condo hunting process. I am so glad we were transferred over to Sarah when my original agent Danielle from the same brokerage was too busy to fit us into her schedule. Sarah took us on and didn’t give up on us. She booked more than 5 viewings on short notice, and even took it upon herself to Uber us to each location at her own expense so that we did not have to pay for parking or walk long distances. We were desperately looking for a condo that would accommodate us 3 girls while still remaining under budget. Not only did Sarah find us a condo, she found us a condo right in the nick of time and nearly $200 under our original budget right in the heart of downtown on Bay St. Our dream condo to say the least. She walked us through any confusing clauses on the leasing agreements, and changed any clauses that we had trouble with in order to work in our favor. Any email she received was promptly forwarded to our mailboxes in order to keep us in the know throughout the entire process. At the end of it all, she took us out for bubble tea on her! I’ve dealt with more than one agent (Sami, Ali, Jordan, Miguel, etc) Spoke with managers and supervisors yet the property.ca team never do as they say. Unresponsive, unprofessional, they have no respect for your time and seem to be all over the place. I’ve tried to obtain their services on multiple occasions and every time I end up severely upset and frustrated. I’ve had agents contact me in the middle of the night, show me listings I never asked to see, lie to me about listings I did want to see because they didn’t want to travel, I’ve had managers tell me if I have any issues to contact them (like Lisa) who did not respond to any of my messages after the fact. I’m fed up and will be contacting the listing owners directly moving forward. This business is a hot mess!

This is second time I have used Property.ca Realty in last 3 years. First time just to purchase - so easy going. in last 6 weeks they have assisted me in first purchasing a new place and selling my existing residence basically in 5 weeks. I will never say real estate transactions are easy but with this team (Nikola Petkovic specifically), I felt they were going the distance for every deadline (extensions etc) and were able ease any concerns professionally and quickly as possible. (there is no accounting for other agents they deal with though). Buying process was very smooth but selling can be a nail biter when you have a great offer. FIVE STARS for IGOR JORDANOVSKI! Igor stepped after the initial rep from property.ca didn't fulfill our expectations (left the country a few days after starting with us). To be brief, my wife and I are in a condo rental we absolutely love -- a really special place with a big patio looking into the skydome as well as lake views -- and it was Igor's responsiveness that made it possible. We found the place using property.ca's excellent tools, notified Igor by email, and 11 minutes later he was pursuing, which ended up making us the first offerers. (That was after him doing a great job showing us some other possibilities.) Then when there were challenges getting to a move-in date that would work, Igor worked with the landlord and found a way to get to a date that was feasible for everyone. Five months out and looking back, my wife and really believe that if we hadn't had the luck of being assigned Igor J., we would be stuck in a place we didn't really like that much, instead of a great apartment that we love. So, five stars for Igor, five stars for property.ca's online tools, but deduct a star for the time lost with the original representative.

Allie Brogan was efficient, professional, and truly cared about my needs and wants as a client. She knew the neighborhood inside and out, and it showed. Finding out last minute I needed to move from my current apartment was stressful enough, let alone having to try to find a new apartment downtown to rent in two months. Allie worked around my work hours, was available via text, email, and phone when I was anxiously looking for updates. Allie was never impatient with me or bothered. She understood the stress - and did her best to reassure me. Because of Allie, I was able to find an apartment I loved, that was UNDER my budget.
