There is not enough room here to list all of the great things about Susan Phillips and the rest of the crew. We contacted Susan in 2006 when we were considering moving up to Georgia. She was so professional and we saw a minimum of at least 25/30 homes per day. She has sold 3 homes for us in less than 2 months each. We also purchased 4 homes through her. Easy, smooth transactions. Susan was always available whenever we needed to talk. After 13 years of knowing her I couldn't imagine anyone else working for us. She is not only a good person, we consider her a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. In Spring of 2018, my husband and I determined it was time for us to buy a second home. We currently reside in the New Jersey/ New York area. It was very important that we worked with a company that could assist us from out of time. We needed a company that would listen to our needs and do the pre-work to have homes identified that aligned with our unique needs prior to flying down to Georgia. We arranged a 3 day stay in Georgia and flew down to connect with our agent (Susan Phillips). She did a remarkable job with researching and planning, prior to our arrival. There were over 20 cabins identified that met our needs, all appointments were pre-set. She was extremely professional and patient, as we spent FULL 8-hour days viewing homes during our time in town. Based upon listening to our needs, Susan found us the ‘PERFECT’ second home. While out of town, Susan helped us set up the necessary inspections and all required things that led to closing. Our closing transaction was seamless. She also supported us buying the LOT next to our home. Our relationship has since continued and she continues to go above and beyond. She even supported us in becoming familiar with the Blue Ridge community, referring and sharing info for almost anything we asked – local restaurants, local banks, cleaners ..the list goes on and on. Not only did she assist my family in finding the perfect second home, she was a part of the reason that Blue Ridge now feels like HOME. We had an amazing experience with NGCL! We had been daydreaming about properties in Blue Ridge for a couple years. Their website is so user friendly and easy to navigate. We contacted Susan Philips and she was very responsive from day 1. She answered the hundreds of questions that we had and explained the process of buying a house so thoroughly! Based on our personal preferences, we both came up with a long list of houses to look at and she spent the weekend showing us dozens of houses. She was so patient and knowledgeable of the area. When we closed the deal on the house of our dreams, she was there to represent and get the keys for us since we were out of town. Mark Burger and his team build great, high quality cabins. We looked at many, many cabins in Ellijay, Blue Ridge ,Mineral Bluff and Morganton. I never came across a cabin that could compete Mark's attention to detail, solid building materials, perfect layout and just plain beautiful style he puts in his builds. Do yourself a favor and look for Cabins built by this guy, you will not be disappointed. PS he backs his product after the sale as well.

A shout out for North Ga.Cabins And Land.We like to go white water rafting and sometimes we have a large crowd or not so large either way north ga cabins and land have always been able to accommodate us.Some times with 2 cabins side by side or just 1 cabin.the rates are always reasonable,just stop by and pick your keys up at any time and enjoy no worries!

I would recommend this company for all my real estate transactions up here. We have closed on homes and not been to the closing as we are from out of state and some we were able to be at. Every one of them went smoothly and with out a hitch. They were able to handle meeting the home inspector whenever we couldn’t. Always very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. We have worked with Susan and think that she is the greatest and easiest person to work with. But the whole office is absolutely great. Worse experience we have ever had dealing with selling/buying a home. Unprofessional and breach of contract and the agent did not even show at closing extremely disappointed will never use and warned everyone I know to stay away!! Even had to go and pick up my own closing documents (3 hour drive and not compensated) I would give less than 1 star if I could :(

When my husband and I decided on looking for a retirement cabin, Jeff Seabolt was recommended by a fellow Florida friend. If you are interested in either cabins or land, this is the man you want, He has expert knowledge of this area, having been raised there. Jeff is very patient, (we looked at cabins over 4 different weekends!), easy-going, full of good advice and ideas.( Jeff even taught me "Mountain Etiquette" or how to drive on those skinny mountain roads!) On the flip side, when my husband's passing caused me to put the cabin up for sale, Jeff's advertising preparation and overall advice, resulted in an immediate sale! CALL JEFF!

Mark Burger is one the rudest agents I have ever dealt with. After not coming to a deal several months ago. My wife and are were reconsidering the property that was still on the market. After doing some more research we had some questions to the agent. After calling numerous times the agent "Mark" finally answered the phone and stated he and the property owner were not interest in talking to us because of the previous offter we had put in. Then hung up. Gave him the benefit of possibly getting disconnected. Nope said to me call someone else and hung up again. Very professional. Negotiations happen in a deal. Don't know why a $$ offer would make a business this disrespectful.
