Horrible experience with Agent Parshan Kabiri, he usually can not fulfill his promise. He confirmed with us to send the condo list immediately, and to view those condos next day several times, but he kept postpone the viewing schedules, we only got to view condos once a week at most.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Krystal Bedard was handling my application and instead of informing me that there were other applications and there was a potential that I would not get the place, she told me all that needed to be done was a credit check and then she would send over the lease. Instead, she did not communicate with me for days and got back to me the evening before move in to let me know that they decided to go with someone else. I had also previously informed her that I needed to make sure that I have a place lined up because I have surgery next week. She was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional with how she handled this situation. When I tried to ask her to who worked for, she said she is the manager and that there is no one above her to speak to. Some further digging revealed that she works for this company and obviously has a superior who I could speak to. I am completely disappointed with this experience and if the entire corporation is conducting business in this fashion, I advise you to avoid them.

I have been a client of Craig Emond’s since 2004 and he has sold several home for me, and my Mother since, as well as represented on several buys. He has also in the past taken the wheelhouse and moved me away from 2 projects he felt would be a poor fit one in 2010, and a house in the east end that I bought against his advice which turned out to be more work than I bargained for, thus Craig opting for integrity over sale. Very recently we viewed a home. Craig pulled the inspection report without my request, read it and advised me to review it carefully firstly after I said I was prepared to go over asking aggressively on a home. It was filled with red flags. The house felt right to me and I was prepared to press forward after a soft read of the report. Craig likely saved me my life savings in repairs.

We worked with Brad J Lamb for our 1st home purchase. Our agent was Mr. Dennis Allock. We were looking for a larger condo, on a bit of a burget, for our 1st home. We were looking to spend at least the next 5 years there. As a young couple, we wanted options for being a YP pair, but having some options for the future. Additionally, investment is always key. I must say, the decision to purchase ANYTHING was the most difficult part. Dennis made this experience STRESS FREE. I'm a perfectionist, rigid and picky - and a worry wart. Anytime, day, night, I had a question he was ready to answers or put me in contact with someone who could provide even more info. Dennis found us a home we couldn't have even dreamt up - BELOW asking, the closing we wanted, and the PERFECT location. I'm so excited to start this new chapter. And its all thanks to Dennis at Brad J Lamb. This firm has been exceptional as well. We were put in touch with the appropriate people for all of our financing needs. Duane was a GENIUS. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Been renting in the city for the last 10 years. I unfortunately rented a unit from these guys and when I needed to put in my 2 months notice (totally normal and legal to do) their agent called me in the most unprofessional manner. Threatening me. Talking like he’s a collector or some mafia don. These guys realtors ego is way out of line and out of touch with reality. Tim Bosworth... WORST and WEIRDEST realtor I’ve ever met. Stay far far away from him and if I was the agency id distance myself far away from unprofessional staff like this guy.

Terrible customer service, specifically listing agent Scott Shallow. Very unprofessional with zero care for customer relations and service. Signed A lease for A unit A month ago, he made zero effort to contact me and provide me with status updates or relevant information. I had to reach out to my sales agent personally to get the information I required. He noted the incorrect date for my key turnover and when I contacted him about some issues about the unit and missing keys after conducting my own property inspection for which he did none, he provided zero answers and told me to contact my landlord then gave me an attitude as though it wasn't his problem and figure it out yourself. Would not recommend using him as A listing agent. My only positive experience with this company are with the receptionists, very nice women and very helpful. If you choose to go with this company I suggest you find A different listing agent.

Horrible customer service. He has a irish receptionist that was disrespectful when asked for help, did not pass on messages or follow up on needs, and when confronted, hung up the phone on writer then called back numerous times (call was not answered). This realtor has lisitngs in Ottawa but is unavaialble by phone, but his "clerks" seem unsure of how to reach him or how to answer questions. Took 4 phone calls and still no information provided about his lisitng. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Avoid Brad J Lamb buildings at all costs - representatives are dishonest and do not communicate, construction is shoddy. We lived in Soba(d) Ottawa and literally had sewage water pour from our ceiling, are now displaced and no work has been done for over a month. The building is two years old, and not to mention, no other work is being done. No amenities, no balconies for a year and awful work. Every time a new construction rep comes into the unit they comment on how poorly the work was done. Scumbag company.

We have been working with Dave Hutchinson since May and my girlfriend and i have nothing but incredibly positive things to say. Not even a sliver of negatively or bad words about this man. Since covid, the world stopped and a lot of people were put in the worst and most stressful spots of their life. Being jobless and in bad living situations. Unable to see friends and family. Landlords were being....cautious and unique, to say the least... and we were rejected over and over and over because of our professions and fear of a 2nd wave, regardless of savings of 50,000 , my partner being a business owner of a tattoo shop and near perfect credit score. Instead of giving up and saying he couldn't help, he tried even harder and was there in everyway. He worked over time and went out of his way to make sure we weren't getting exploited and taken advantage of in a desperate time. He was 100% honest, upfront, and transparent the entire time. Taking us all over the city and putting his name on the line to be in our corner. If you get the chance to have him in your corner, you won't regret it and you will be the luckiest person having someone that will have your best interest and back the entire time. Hes a gem and we are so grateful we had Dave as our realtor. We felt so guilty for 4 months of rejections but he always made sure to reassure that it wasn't us and that he was on our side. He was sympathetic to the situation. We thank Dave Hutchinson for all he's done and who he is as a person. I highly recommend him in every way. Buying a house or renting. He should be the one you ask for when contacting the agency. Thanks man, you're the best!

My review is specifically for Mitch Kurkic. Whilst we did not rent with him as we secured a lease under a different group prior to viewing any properties he was the only realtor from several responses on Kijiji to actually follow up and try to assist us with looking for a property.

Repeated calls pressuring me to sell. A forest's worth of junk mail. All these calls have done is convince me that if I ever decide to sell through a broker, it will be ANYONE EXCEPT Brad J Lamb. Complaints always go through to someone claiming to be Mr. Lamb (though oddly with one of 4 different voices). The discussions always end with promises that the calls will stop and that he would talk with staff about it -- that it's not his policy to pressure anyone to sell. However, the calls invariably restart a week or two later, sometimes multiple times a day on both my home and cell phones. Why would I do business with someone that's harassing me with telemarketing calls pressuring me to sell, and who lies to me repeatedly with broken promises.

I have been living one of their building in Ottawa (Gotham) for about 6 months and we still have yet to have simple repairs done such as a broken fridge handle, broken door latch, broken closet door and the list goes on. What is even more mind boggling, is that we were the first tennants to ever live our unit. Thankfully we did not purchase the unit which seem to be our saving grace. However, we have to deal with JLamb reality for our repairs and that has been a living nightmare. We pay a hefty rent for a premium unit which is literally falling apart in our hand (Freezer handle). Ever since our move in date we have tried to contact our building manager and nothing is being done. We have sent countless emails and called numerous times only to be treated extremely poorly. The receptionist is extremely rude and has zero empathy and was unwilling to provide her name for us to do a follow up. At this point, I want to share this nightmare of a situation with all potential buyers and tennants. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. We are now in the process of communicating with the Landlord and tenant board to get us out of this lease agreement.

Dave Hutch was a godsend. We found ourselves in a tough but not unusual situation, we had a contract with an agent who was supposed to both sell our place and help us purchase a new one. We ended up purchasing with this agent prior to selling, and we had a far closing (over 3 months). Our old agent just could not sell our place, while units were selling in our building ours was not. We had low-ball offers. We decided to finally fire our agent and look for someone better. Along came Dave, we told him our concerns and that we were now 5 weeks away from our closing, the pressure was on! Dave met us on Christmas eve, he came in with a game plan, he told us how he would market the home and steps he’ll take to sell it. Dave listed the home on Dec 28th, within days we had an abundance of showings. Within 8 days the home was sold, (we had multiple offers!) Dave thank you so much you were a pleasure to work with, we will definitely recommend you to our friends/family. We learnt our lesson, tons of people might say they work in real estate, but there is only a few real producers/movers. Dave was one of them.

Roman and Anna did an amazing job for us when we were looking to rent an apartment/condo. After contacting us to see if there was any listing we wanted to visit, they modified the criteria to reflect specifically our needs. We gave them our availabilities to go visit some options and Roman brought us to 5-6-7 (?) apartments/condos to look at on a Saturday afternoon. He had all the answers to our questions, knew the neighborhoods, he was knowledgeable about what was going on on the market and was well organized. After making our decision, they sped things up to make sure we could ‘win’ the condo we liked before other possible clients put down their offer. They stayed in regular contact to let us know what the next steps were and answered all our questions. After signing our lease, they sent us all the documentation to sign and were still very helpful when we had questions. Throughout the process, they both were extremely professional, listening to our needs and accessible if needed. We felt they were there to help us achieve our goal. We highly recommend them.
