Finding a home in the Toronto market is insanity. Houses sell way too soon, prices seem to keep rising too quickly, and often disingenuous listing details can make the search frustrating and tiresome. David takes all that frustration and weariness away He gives very honest opinions on homes that are really not what the buyer is looking for - whether that be budget, location, size of bedrooms, work left to be done, etc. He'll tell you, even (or especially) when it's hard to hear. He knows the market and houses usually sell very close (if not exact) to what he predicts, despite what the listing number says. We really only have positive things to say about our experience with David. When we need his services again in the future, he's the guy we'll call. And when people ask us for recommendations, he's the guy we'll be recommending.

I stayed in Concorde CItyplace at Front and Spadina..it leaked in several units on my floor. Mold was accumulating, altho not visible..the rashes and the swelling and bloody noses were the signs and symptoms. Bad construction and attitude by the management. Tenants should have rights.

Highly recommended! Let me start by saying as an active real estate investor, I cannot stand realtors. They are insufferable. Not this guy though. David Fleming is the real deal.
