They don’t return all emails, you will have to call to get any answers to your inquiries. In which case, both the receptionist and manager are rude if you even call to inquire about your application. Your application will be on file for a long time (even with great references, good salary) and they still won’t call or email you if units opened up. Very unprofessional - not desperate enough for a rental to have them as an property manager.
