During the winter of 2020 we began our house hunting journey to find our forever home. We reached out to Cassandra Benard who is a sales representative for Sutton Group. Cassandra arranged for us to walk through a number of homes within our price range. She would meet us on time at each home to provide us a tour while providing us with information about the location and surrounding neighbourhood’s. Cassandra answered any questions we had and if she was unsure of the answer she would get back to us in a timely manner. In the spring of 2020 she walked us through our forever home. Let us start off by saying that Cassandra Benard, Sales Representative , Member of the JCB Real Estate Team of the Sutton Group was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My husband and I were looking to downsize to a much smaller home, so I decided to look at different homes out there for sale and while going through many homes on Facebook, Cassandra Benard’s name appeared on a listing that captured our interest. I sent her an e-mail asking her to contact me. And very promptly she did. She agreed to meet with us at our home to discuss this listing. We weren’t sure what to expect having never have met Cassandra before or her Real Estate Company - but we decided to give her a chance. Into our home walks this lovely woman who immediately impressed my husband and I. She appeared very professional and genuinely cared about all our concerns with regards to buying a new home and selling the home that we were currently in. She was very knowledgeable and came prepared to answer any and all of our questions. So at that very moment we decided that Cassandra was the “right person” to work for us! Cassandra immediately arranged for us to go and view the home that we were interested in and upon viewing, we decided that this home was exactly what we wanted . We put in an conditional offer to purchase this home upon the sale of our existing home. Thats when Cassandra’s gloves came off. She worked tirelessly- doing everything she could to sell our existing home. A video of our home was immediately done for placement on Realtor.ca and open houses were also arranged. All the while, Cassandra kept us informed on everything that was happening as a result of all this going on. On February 14th, Valentines Day, my husband and I decided to go away for the weekend, we went to Windsor. While there Cassandra called us to say that we got ‘an offer on our home” and that it had to be signed almost immediately. We told her where we were and that wouldn’t be home till the next day. Cassandra, without hesitation said - “ I will drive to Windsor and bring the offer to you so you can sign it “ We were so impressed by her wanting to drive all the way to Windsor - a 2-1/2 hour drive in the middle of the winter to bring us the offer !! We said absolutely not, we didn’t want her to have to do that and that there had to be another way to do that and there was. Cassandra arranged for us to sign the necessary documents on our phone, which we did and everything worked out perfectly. We accepted the offer and our existing home was “SOLD” over the phone. Hallelujah!! Great job Cassandra !! So that’s Cassandra Benard !! We came to know her very well during all this and found her to be not only hardworking and dedicated to her role as a Real Estate Agent - but we found a new “friend” in her. Without hesitation we would “highly recommend Cassandra Benard” to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their home. She proved to us to be “OUTSTANDING” Sales Representative of the JCB Real Estate Team of the Sutton Group Right Way Real Estate.
