Tita Mhel was our realtor when we purchased our starter home 10 years ago. It was the sellers market then and with limited budget approval, I lost count of the number of times that we lost in the bidding war. I was desperate! I was ok to just take anything! Despite the hardship, she never left our side and did not agree to compromise our must-haves. She was relentless in helping us find our first home and we did! It was perfect! In 2016, we were ready to move in to our next home. We got her again and guess what? Our home was sold on the same day when she was just taking pictures. This was even before it was listed! She was at work even while we were still prepping the house. We got great returns that allowed us to put 20% downpayment in out next home! This year we had to sell a second property. The house is definitely a great buy, awesome value for the money but the location is average. Even if we listed past the hype of the selling season, she again delivered! House was sold in 2 weeks! Maneet Jassal was the worst person to do business with. He is arogant and thinks he's better than you. He lied and threatened to take me to court his own client because he protects Srena Homes the builder he sells homes for. I asked for issues in the home to be taken care of before we moved in because we have a young son and his response was that everyone has kids and we should suck it up. He said because we weren't buying a million dollar home I can't complain about the quality of work. I can't believe licensed people can do these kind of things.
