I put a small For Sale sign in my front Window only to have some Guy named Kevin Mollard call me and asked me "BY NAME" (not written on sign) if my House was still For Sale and how much I wanted for it ? When I asked him how he knew my name , he replies he has been selling Real Estate for Yrs , When I asked him again how he knew my name , he asks what I was not getting ? When I asked him who he thought he was to do a Title Search on my Property , he told me to be quite . Real classless Person in my opinion and very scary business practice in my opinion to be doing a Title / Ownership search on a persons home that they are selling privately . Makes me wonder what else he has done to other people . Pretty sad and scary when you can not even try to sell your home privately without someone abusing their power and doing a title search on PRIVATE PROPERTY , then calling . Very unethical in my opinion

Vince pupatello is the absolute worst real estate agent that I have ever had to work with. I believe personally that he broke code of ethics between two client going through a divorce and took advantage of the situation.
