When looking for a house during the pandemic, it was so difficult. But Franca found us a beautiful house. She knew exactly what to look for during the walk throughs and gave us so much good advice. Met with one of their agent Dennis Quan Totally misled by him Told him to put subject to financing on the condition as advised by my mortgage broker Yet he told me put cash offer yet he never tell me the consequences of putting cash offer He told me to put cash offer so I had better chances to get the house My mortgage loan was not approved due to recent changes He told me I will loose the 1000 dollars deposit for administration fee my lawyer told me No such thing After signed for the mutual release agreement, he totally disappeared never replied to me I lost 1000 dollars deposit Beware of this agent and this realty heard a lot of bad comments from them I filed complaints to real estate association and better business bureau They can't take people hard earn money with unethical practices I wanted to put zero star but no way to put They don't even deserve a star. He put down six months contract with me without telling me until I saw it on the contract and requested to change to end of the year Shady business practice

I fully disclosed to you and your agent Rob in your office meeting room, that i am a licensed realtor but not active in the business because i have some other full time commitment. By blocking the phone number, you again proved that you are a total scam and you do not want the other buyers to put offer in your listing except your very own customer. Sellers has to be very careful and concerned because you are blocking other potential buyers to participate in the bidding process in your listing. By doing so you are making sure that the property are sold at a rock bottom market price to your own customers only. I believe many of your seller clients have lost millions of dollars over the years due to your unfair business practice by not allowing their property for the fair market competition.
