My boyfriend and I worked with Katrina and Chantel for the search of our 1st home. Needless to say we would both recommend them in a heart beat to anyone searching for a home. We tend to think we didn't make it easy on them during this process, as we were always texting them and asking to see a million homes... but NEVER did they seem bothered and they ALWAYS answered us asap and would book a home showing the second they could. We are both nurses, so working around our ridiculous schedules isn't always easy, but once again they made it seem effortless. They would come to every house viewing with a smile on their faces and if it wasn't the one we wanted, they would improve our searches right that second. We took a small pause at times out of frustration, but AW4U did not. They kept a constant search for our dream home. And to top it off... they appeared with pizza to our homes during COVID, they dropped off a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board on our closing day for us to celebrate the closing of our home and they continue to contact us 4 months later just to check in and see how all is going. On our final walk thru, due to COVID only one of the girls could walk through the house with us, however they both showed up and one waited in the car, simply to show their excitement and dedication. These girls went above and beyond from the moment we started working with them! Thank you a million again to Chantel and Katrina, we really have found our first dream home thanks to the both of you, you guys are the best!

Scott makes and made me feel like I'm his only client; anyone who has ever worked with a realtor before will know this is hard to achieve. I've also had the pleasure of dropping in to the AW4U office and meeting the whole team and can attest that these folks are pros but more so people who are genuinely happy to assist you as the client. The support staff knew who I was just by name, once again, I felt like a VIP even though I know they have many clients. Hard to achieve this level of service especially in this industry.
