We were in search Of our very first home, and as a young couple we really didn’t know the whole real estate market and all of the details that came along with it. We had worked with numerous real estate agents and nothing seemed to work out for us. It wasn’t until we met Alex Armstrong, that things finally started moving for us. Not only is Alex extremely professional, responsive, helpful, and knowledgable, But we really felt like he did everything that he possibly could to get us the house that we could only dream of. Alex sold our house in the middle of a pandemic, got us optimal price for it, and always ensured that we were happy along the way. After selling our house, we then needed to find a house- like I said in the middle of a pandemic. We went through multiple houses and nothing seemed to be the perfect fit. Alex would send us listings, get us into opportunities as soon as they became available on the market, and was very active in our search. We found a house but unfortunately because of the pandemic it was kind of a sticky situation, and Alex was really the only real estate agent that thought outside of the box and was able to get us in to see the home that we now live in. We were able to get in and see the house when no one else was. We wouldn’t be living in our dream home if it wasn’t for Alex Armstrong. I couldn’t recommend him enough, he is overall in my opinion the best real estate agent. We were stress-free and able to leave the whole process in his hands which unfortunately is not something I can say about the past encounters we had with other agents.

Being a first time home buyer, Alex walked me through all the steps and thoroughly explained all the various processes and procedures. I was very pleased to find his responses times to my texts/calls were very fast. Alex was also very accommodating regarding my out of town purchase and offered to view houses with me through video call.
