We had an extremely positive experience in relocating to the Whitehorse area, from another province, in 2020. The housing market in Whitehorse is very tight, and we had some specific requirements that meant we needed to be outside of the Whitehorse city itself, which reduced options further. Viviane was very attentive to our needs, and efficient at identifying potential properties of interest. She was quick to respond to inquiries, and to arrange the needed inspections and other local experts. We did find and purchase the home of our dreams, and we are incredibly happy with it! When we had an appliance issue upon first moving in, Viviane took initiative to get it repaired at no cost to us. We are grateful for a smooth and welcoming experience in moving to the Whitehorse area.
