Gray Management Services took care of my rental property for about 3 years. In that time they were very responsive anytime I had questions and were very on top of letting me know when my place needed work. They kept every single record of what has been done to the appartment in that 3 years time and sent me all receipts the day of things were getting fixed or inspected. Called about my child having to play in dog poop. My friend had to clean it up for me, because I am too ill to do it. They are really keen on finding the person who is not doing their human responsibility, but they will not come and clean it up. They make it sound like they are getting this resolved. When you really listen to them they will not get anyone to come and clean it up. My child should not have to play in dog feces.
