We worked with Jeremy Kalenuik of Whitestone Select Properties Group during our search for a home in 2020. This was particularly challenging given we commenced our search right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the real estate industry, like many others, seemingly ground to a halt. Keeping in mind the pandemic environment we were in, and with our unique needs for a home, Jeremy recommended we see a property in a beautiful South Surrey neighbourhood. A combination of space, character, and ideal area for raising children, we ultimately purchased the home he recommended. Jeremy and the Whitestone team exemplify professionalism at every level. During our search, we were presented with a hard-bound, branded book (not a binder, folder, or duo tang...) with more info to get to know the Whitestone team, the comps of the neighbourhood, and other information relevant to a buyer. Jeremy was able to show us the home, helped us fall in love with its unique characteristics, and showed us how it suited our needs perfectly, which it does. To reiterate, we were in the midst of a pandemic and we were reassured that we didn't have to worry about any aspect of the purchase, including recommending a mortgage broker who ultimately helped us secure financing for the purchase. Jeremy has the knowledge and instinct to understand what his clients want, the network to find the right home, the resources to ensure the transaction gets done, and the professionalism and reassurance that he will take care of you.
