Brad was really easy to get along with. Meeting him the first day my wife and I both clicked with him right away. He was recommended to us and we can’t thank the people who recommended him enough. He answered all our questions no matter what time of day we messaged him. He made the whole process super easy, he went above and beyond in both the selling and buying phase, even getting cleaners for our new place at no cost to us when the old owners didn’t clean it before we moved in. He was the only reason we ended up getting our dream place in a crazy market and selling our place for way more than we thought we’d get. You won’t regret going with Brad and his team!

I met Brad many years ago, through his involvement in the Willoughby, Langley community. As much as we have loved living in Langley, we are city people and have known for many years that we wanted to move to a community closer to Vancouver. We were just waiting for the right time. I reached out to Brad numerous times for information, long before we were ready to move and long before he had any commitment from us that we would hire him as our realtor when the time came. He was always ready and willing to help, with a smile on his face. This year we knew we would be in a position to sell our property, so I reached out to him again for information with a clearer timeline to sell within a few months. While in the process of gathering information, there was a change in the market that presented us with an opportunity. We decided to act on it and list our property within days. Brad jumped into action, providing us with the expertise we needed to make informed decisions, and he sold our property with multiple offers in less than a week. With his expertise and calm demeanour, Brad made the tight timeline and hectic situation much less stressful. He cares about people and communities, he is hard working, and he has always impressed me with his integrity and honesty, so knowing we could trust him to act in our best interest was very reassuring.
