We were lucky to have found Sissy as our realtor when we moved to Vancouver. We were first time home buyers (let alone new to the market!) and we needed all the help and guidance we could get - Sissy was super patient and walked us through a lot of uncertainties and questions that we had about the whole buying process. She answered all of our questions clearly and promptly. She’s very responsive and works quickly! For example, we gave her a long list of listings we wanted to check out and within a couple of hours, she arranged a seamless schedule of all the available viewings we wanted to see. Whenever we were at viewings, she helped us ask the right questions and would perform a methodical inspection of the property so that we could make an informed decision. When we finally found the house we wanted to place an offer on, Sissy demonstrated her professionalism and experience in helping us with formulating our offer (eg how much is the house actually worth? What should we offer? etc). She guided us through the entire negotiation process and helped us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. We are now home owners! She was always very accommodating and always gave us really good advice. She is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. It has been more than one month since we moved in Apt. 306, 13931 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC on August 21, 2020. Frankly, we really love the place, our true home from where our retirement life started. When enjoying life in our home, we cannot forget our agent Ms. Sissy Den. Because of her great service, we have finally found the home. What is the most fundamental factor for a successful realtor? We believe it is patience. Ms. Den is an excellent realtor characterized with great patience in nature. During home hunting, she rode us for over 10 tours in the period of almost two months. But, she had never pushed us and even shown a little impatient. She is very professional realtor. She frequently provided us with a lot of housing market information and suggested us how to move. She helped us seriously reviewing housing materials and summarized some important tips and points for us, avoiding our fault. She is not just an agent but a very kind person. After the completion day, for some reason, we could find a place to stay, she arranged us to live with her parents and tied very hard to store our luggage in the owner’s locker, solving our big problem and gave us a peaceful mind. We were introduced to Sissy Deng through friends who had both sold and purchased their homes through Sissy and Peddemors Group. Sissy walked us through the entire process in detail and was extremely responsive. As it was our first time purchasing a home, we weren’t sure of the nuances involved. The seller agent was being difficult on a number of issues and very unprofessional at times.
