A few weeks ago I noticed a listing of a home and property on the Internet. I made my wife aware of this particular listing. The home and it location as well as the price was exactly what we had hoped to find. I send Mike Grahme an email as he appeared to be the listing agent requesting further information so as to inform us if it was still available His response was. The home that I was referring to had been sold a long time ago and the price would be a lot higher now. "How can I help you" was his response It seems to me this listing was meant to be luring others to become clients. Most unethical conduct in in my opinion . I would not wish to deal with a realtor such as Mike Grahme Ps. I would be surprised if anyone has a chance to read this
