This is the agency to work with if you're looking to purchase real estate with Bitcoin or hockey bags full of cash, or if you're interested in shadow flipping a property without being detected by the CRA! In all seriousness; stay away from these crooks. This company is nothing more than a pathetic attempt at rebranding New Coast and Nu Stream. I've met with several of their agents and most of them are deceptive, unprofessional, unethical, and have very little knowledge of the local real estate market. Many of their past and current agents are being investigated by the BCREA and CRA. Beware! It won't be long before these criminals are exposed and shut down for good.
