I've meant to write a review for Karen and Winston Conyers for a few weeks now, and every time I think I know what I am going to say, they bring another attribute to the table. I had a hard time deciding what realtor to hire for the sale of my rental home, as I know a lot of local realtors, and it's a tough decision. I couldn't have picked a better team than Karen and Winston! They complement each other so well and have a level of professionalism that really shined through on this deal. This deal definitely had its challenges, and I thank Karen and Winston for excelling in their profession and seeing it come to fruition.

As a first time homebuyer, Karen made the entire process incredibly positive. She was able to narrow in on what I was looking for quickly and provide accurate recommendations. She encouraged viewing anything of interest (she never made me feel it was inconvenient or unnecessary). Would recommend Karen in a heartbeat, and will absolutely choose her to represent me when I am in the market again.

The search for the perfect first home for us within our budget was difficult, but we stayed open to any suggestions Conyers and Associates approached us with. Karen recommended we view a unit that had been on the market for over 3 months, and had recently been reduced in price. It was still above our budget, and needed a little work but Karen showed us the potential in this diamond in the rough.
