Zak was instrumental in my first home purchase. He was my guide and advisor through the entire process from beginning to end; I couldn’t think of doing this with anyone else. Zak and his team are very knowledgeable of the local market through their collective experience. This showed immediately and consistently throughout. He found listings that fit my needs and we worked together on scheduling viewings and working through all the various documents that are involved in the “research” stage. From there we worked through the offer and closing stages. Through the closing stages which for a first time home buyer can be intimidating, he kept things on track and advised on what needed to be done when, which allowed for this time to be less stressful than it could have been. He was also a significant influence in my purchase coming in at a fair market price which makes all the difference in the first go at this large of a purchase. He gave me the kick in the pants I needed to work within my best interests as a buyer. I put my trust into Zak and it paid off. Zak was also available at any time throughout this process and answered all of my questions whenever they came up, which were plenty being the first time going through the home buying process. His team’s recommendations for financing and inspection also worked in tandem with Zak in a manner which you don’t see often with multiple parties involved with a project. I’m not looking forward to a day in the future that I’ll sell (as I’m at the end of the purchasing stage of my first place), but I’m already looking forward to the next time I’ll work with Zak - even though that’s many years down the road.

Randy Cooper was recommended by a friend, and I would also recommend him for anybody who is looking for an experienced, personable, honest and smart Real Estate Agent. I don't like giving 5 star ratings, because there is usually always something that can be improved, but I don't really think that anything could have been better with my home buying experience with Randy. He is punctual, easily accessible by phone, gives good honest advice (not simply the advice that you would want to hear), and has also your best interests in mind. In particular, his knowledge of the South Surrey/White Rock area was very impressive. There was one time when we were looking at a house and we noticed that a neighbouring house sold for much less than the asking price of the house. Randy was immediately able to guess (he later verified to make sure that he was correct) the owner of that house and was able to reason through why the house sold for less. This is because of his extensive knowledge and decades of experience working in the South Surrey/White Rock area. I don't think that one can get a similar experience working with other Realtors/Real Estate Agents. I consider myself lucky to have found Randy Cooper to be my Real Estate Agent. Thank you Randy!
