Sean and Kim Whittall are amazing realtors. They were super professional even when I was being difficult! They were patient with us and super responsive during our long looking phase. We truly never thought we would find a home here in BC. However, Kim and Sean did not give up! Over an almost 3 year process they spent so much time with us. Then in October 2020 they got a little creative and suggested Bowen Island might be the right area for us. We had not even considered Bowen because we didn’t know much about it. They found a few houses for us to look at in different neighborhood’s of the island which was super helpful and so smart of them. That was the day we found our dream property. It was a little beyond our ideal price but Sean and Kim went to work and negotiated relentlessly and got the buyer to come down (literally unheard of in this housing market) to meet us at a fair price! It was phenomenal in how persistent Sean and Kim were in the negotiation process. Very unusual deal in BC but they knew the property and what the fair price should be. Once the price was agreed upon that’s when they really went to work for us. Their high quality service did not end there. They tirelessly coordinated all the vendors and inspections needed (not easy with the property being a ferry trip away) to close in a very very short timeline which was requested by the seller. Sean and Kim made the deal happen and we couldn’t be happier! We found our dream property in an area that feels like home! We will forever be grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Absolutely fantastic service and some pretty nice people too! Thanks Sean and Kim!

After living in a condo for 3 years, my wife and I felt it was time to get back into a house with room for us and our mixed family of 5 adult kids. We did a little looking on our own and had some idea of where we wanted to go next. Looking at and driving by active listings and dropping in on the odd open house. Being relatively new to the area we really didn't know of a realtor to represent us until we dropped in on an open house Sean & Kim Whittall had in West Van. Sean was very welcoming and accommodating and showed us around the property but it just wasn't the right fit for us. We took his card and went home. We ran into our neighbors at our condo building who had recently sold and found out to our surprise that they used Sean & Kim for their sale! Based on their stellar recommendation, the good price they got for their unit and Sean & Kims knowledge of our building and area we chose to work with them. Best choice we could have made! We didn't make things easy on Kim & Sean. We wanted to purchase before selling our condo as the market was very hot and we were looking for a very specific heritage style home close to the mountains for hiking and mountain biking. We thought Upper Lonesdale was the place for us. The houses we were finding needed far too much work. So Sean & Kim started canvassing the area and even went door knocking to see if heritage homeowners might be willing to sell. But after looking and not finding that a good match, Sean & Kim suggested we try looking in West Van. Our impression was that we couldn't afford the area and that it was just far away. We couldn't be more wrong. Sean & Kim found us a beautiful gem heritage home with ocean views, landscaped fully private back yard, short walk to the beach and within a short peddle to Cypress Mtn. The process of selling our condo and securing the purchase of our new home came with many unique, complex and unexpected challenges which Sean & Kim navigated calmly and professionally while we were (at times) freaking out. We always felt that they had our back and they advocated for us on so many levels throughout the process going well beyond what most realtors would be prepared to do for their clients.
