We have dealt with 8 Real estate agents in 3 cities over the past 45 years. We have worked with 4 good agents in the Vancouver area and one very good agent, Tanis Fritz. Tanis dealt the unique structure of our condo in a professional and creative manner. Tanis staged our condo, took profession photos and prepared stunning sales literature. Her marketing skills were impressive. Tanis sold our condo in a very slow market at near asking price. She actually sold our condo twice but the Board of Directors vetoed the first sale.
