My experience with RE/MAX Masters Realty in West Vancouver was a total disappointment. I did find the Managing Broker of this Real Estate office, "Denise Salmon" one of the most startling, disqualified and unprofessional Managers that I have ever came across in my entire life. Ms. Salmon did lack basic knowledge of agencies, client care and problem solving. She did also lack the necessary skills that a Manager at a Real Estate office, specially in that prime location desires. When I brought up my concern about one of the Real Estate agents working at RE/MAX MASTERS office and his dishonest way of conducting business, like any rational Managing Broker. Ms. Salmon could simply be open to constructive feedbacks in order to improve customer service and overall reputation of that particular Real Estate office. Instead, Ms. Salmon showed an unpleasant temper, got red face and without knowing any facts started defending that particular Agent. It was very clear that Ms. Salmon lacks some very basic management skills such as conflict resolution, problem solving or even being open to feedbacks. After reading a few reviews on RE/MAX Masters site, I came across quiet a few Agents of that office that they have left themselves 5 star reviews, which it sounds very strange and it also speaks volume... I do not recommend this office at all as long as this prime location Re/Max office is managed this poorly by such an unprofessional, inexperienced and uneducated Managing Broker which takes clients feedbacks very personal, looses her cool and gets mad at public easily.

The managing broker Denise Salmon is extremely knowledgeable & always makes her self available to support her agents. The office location on Bellevue Avenue in Ambleside is fantastic with a massive out door deck providing stunning panoramic views to Ambleside Beach & across the ocean to the City of Vancouver & Stanley Park!

She thinks of absolutely everything. She genuinely cares and is so patient. She is exceptionally hard working and I was lucky she was my realtor. I feel truly blessed that I found her.
