I purchased a condo with Ray in downtown Vancouver. He's a very honest realtor which in my opinion is the most important quality in a realtor. He's also up-to-date with the market, meaning he knows the properties on the market inside and out as soon as they're on the market. He's professional, patient, and not pushy. He got me a great deal on this condo. When negotiating, he was the one encouraging me to be patient and not to rush things and so he was able to lower the price quite a bit. I never leave any reviews anywhere, but I had to this time, since he went above and beyond for me. I'm definitely buying my next property with him.
