An absolute professional - that’s how I feel about Oleg. I’m going to try to explain below what makes the difference between Oleg and everyone else. Being our first home, me and my wife were emotionally invested in letting it go for the amount we were comfortable with. Unfortunately there was a stall in the market were we didn’t have any real interest so we decided to take it of the market and rented it out. Oleg didn’t charge us a penny for his time or even for the professional shooting that he ordered for the listing. And at no time we felt rushed to have the listing going. After only one month we found ourselves finding the house that me and my wife always wanted and we had to list our property again on the market. Only that this time it was tenanted with only one month of a one year lease. Quite an inconvenience to pull that off. Obviously we called Oleg and he took care of everything. Got in touch with our tenants, scheduled open houses when it would work for them and kept us in touch. But really the most important thing that Oleg did for us is to sell our home with how much we were willing to let it go for. I could tell that he was fighting, negotiating aggressively for us.
