He was very knowledgeable of the local market, and gave us a realistic expectation for pricing. He was also very good at advising us on when to walk away from conditions, not worry about extending and to keep our point of view realistic. When a foundation crack was found, he negotiated with the listing agent and the seller and resolved the problem without delay.
