As this was a first to rent out our apartment, it was very reassuring to have Mander Group work with us to find a placement for our unit. They were very patient with my many questions and providing the necessary information. It made the process a lot easier and allowed us to focus on our move. I cannot express how greatly impressed I have been with the exceptional services that the Mander group has provided with respect to arranging for the rental and ongoing management of our investment condo. From the very first interaction with Kristin it was clear that this group knows the business well. Kristin had great ideas about how to have our unit stand out, what clients we should try to seek and was committed to having it shown quickly. She also provided excellent advice as to potential rental rates in this competitive market. Within a day of contacting the Mander group, they arranged to see the unit, take pictures and videos and had the advert on their web site and twitter feed. Within 2 weeks our unit was rented at an excellent rate. They took care of everything from informing us constantly and clearly about what was going on, dealing with the strata management and ensuring the move-in for the clients went smoothly. We have been with Mandergroup for almost 13 years. When our pipes burst on a Boxing day, the team had a plumber out to our house in no time. When our kids were small and our hot water heater started leaking, they replaced it in the short time that we were attending a class. Whenever we have had an emergency, they have fixed the problem quickly. It pays to have a property management company looking after things! The team has a roster of specialists for any potential problem. They have vetted them through countless jobs and know, therefore, who will do a job well and not overcharge. An independent landlord doesn't have that sort of experience, or those connections. If you want to know that you can rest easy in case of emergencies, the team at Mandergroup fits the bill. We have been very grateful for their help!
